the case screening module is used for managing screened patient cases in the current disease queue, and comprises screening, grouping and deleting operations;
the form management module is used for managing CRF forms under the current project, including list display, addition, modification, form design, form copying, global parameter setting and deletion;
and the data management module is used for checking medical record information, managing all testees under the current project, and reporting errors, checking, deleting, uploading attachments and visiting the information of the testees.
3. The disease queue management system of claim 2, wherein the case screening module specifically comprises the functions of:
a screening list, which manages the screened patients in the current queue, and comprises screening, grouping and deleting operations;
screening rule configuration, namely managing the screening rules of the current queue, including adding, editing and deleting operations;
screening task setting, managing tasks of a current queue, including task configuration, starting/stopping, manual execution, editing and deleting operations;
and screening the logs and displaying the logs of task execution.
4. A disease cohort management platform, comprising a server having a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to execute instructions stored in the memory, the processor performing research management operations, in turn comprising:
applying for research, newly adding, editing and deleting disease queues, and displaying queues in charge of and participating in the current login user according to the current login user;
managing team members, managing research team personnel and related participating members, performing new addition, editing and deletion, and associating corresponding groups;
researching role management, and managing system roles, including adding, editing, deleting and associating menus;
and researching file management, managing document information under the current project, including project documents and subject documents, and performing addition, file renaming and deletion operations.
5. A disease queue management terminal, characterized in that the terminal issues a request to the disease queue management platform of claim 4, receiving a feedback of result data of said disease queue management platform.
6. A method for disease cohort management, comprising the steps of,
research management specifically comprises the following steps:
applying for research, newly adding, editing and deleting disease queues, and displaying queues in charge of and participating in the current login user according to the current login user;
managing team members, managing research team personnel and related participating members, performing new addition, editing and deletion, and associating corresponding groups;
researching role management, and managing system roles, including adding, editing, deleting and associating menus;
researching file management, managing document information under the current project, including project documents and subject documents, and performing addition, file renaming and deletion operations;
data entry, wherein the follow-up visit task information of the subject of the current project is checked, the visit progress of the subject is displayed in a list, the completion condition of the visit plan is displayed, and the follow-up visit form is filled in the current subject;
case screening, namely managing screened patient cases in the current disease queue, wherein screening, grouping and deleting operations are included;
form management, namely managing CRF forms under the current project, including list display, addition, modification, form design, copying, global parameter setting and deletion operation;
and the data management is used for checking medical record information, managing all testees under the current project, and reporting errors, checking, deleting, uploading attachments and visiting the information of the testees.
7. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the method of claim 6.
8. A clinical research data management system, comprising in combination,
the system comprises a plurality of clinical data sources, a plurality of data processing units and a plurality of data processing units, wherein each clinical data source comes from different medical departments of a hospital, and the formats of the clinical data are different;
the data integration platform is used for integrating data after acquiring the data from the clinical data source, and comprises data analysis, data quality, data report, main data service and data integration service;
the data warehouse is used for extracting data from the data integration platform and comprises a scientific research data warehouse and a clinical data warehouse, and the scientific research data warehouse and the clinical data warehouse are isolated from each other; and
the disease cohort management system of claim 1.
