Description

Management label and container with management label
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a management label and a container with a management label used for managing containers for managing specimens in hospitals and inspection institutions.
Background
In hospitals and inspection facilities, specimen management uses a dedicated specimen collection/storage container (bottle or the like) made of plastic or the like, and uses an inspection sheet, a label (label) printed with a name barcode, an IC tag (tag), or the like to manage predetermined matters related to an inspection together with personal information of a patient. The bar code is often attached to the side of the container.
Therefore, the following techniques are described: by attaching a sealing member having an IC tag to an opening of a conventional container main body, the IC tag can be easily attached to the container, and the container and the IC tag can be reused by easily removing the IC tag (patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, the technique of patent document 1 has a problem that it cannot be applied to a case where an inexpensive barcode label or a handwritten seal is used. In addition, if the container is originally not provided with a lid, the sealing member can be attached, but the container cannot be applied to a container with a lid.
On the other hand, in the case of the conventional technique of attaching a label or sticker to a container, the label or sticker must be attached to the side surface of the container, and there is a problem that the operation of directing the readers one by one to the side surface is complicated when the contents of the label or the like are visually recognized or when the contents are read by a barcode reader.
Further, for example, although a tube (bottle) for collecting blood or the like is different from a container of a centrifugal tube used for centrifuging the blood, it is difficult to peel off a label attached to the bottle and attach the label to the centrifugal tube again. Therefore, the label or the like is temporarily fixed to the bottle by a rubber band or the like, but the label may fall and be lost.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a management label and a container with a management label, the management label including: the container can be reliably and easily attached to the container, can be easily detached, can easily confirm management information, and can be applied to a container with a lid.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a management plate attached to a cylindrical container, the management plate having a substantially flat plate shape, comprising: a through-insertion hole through which the container is inserted; and an information adding part extending in one direction when viewed from the insertion hole and having a predetermined flat area to which a sticker containing management information can be attached or on which the management information can be printed.
According to the management label, if the container is inserted into the insertion hole, the management label can be attached to the container reliably and easily, and the management label can be removed easily. Further, the management label does not interfere with the cap of the container, and therefore, can be applied to a capped container.
Further, by providing the management information on the upper surface of the information adding unit, the management information can be confirmed from above, and therefore, the management information can be easily confirmed. Since the seal is attached to the flat surface of the information adding portion, the seal can be attached more easily even if gloves or the like are worn, for example, than the case of attaching the seal to the curved side surface of the container. Similarly, since printing may be performed on the flat surface of the information addition portion, printing is easier and more accurate than printing on a curved side surface of the container.
The management label of the present invention may have a slit or a fold line between the insertion hole and the information adding portion, and the management label may be folded by the slit or the fold line, or the coupling portion may be engaged with the slit when the container has a cover coupled thereto via the coupling portion.
According to the management label, since the management label is folded to save space, a plurality of containers to which the management labels are attached can be arranged adjacent to each other.
Further, according to the management plate, the cover does not obstruct the taking and placing of the sample solution in the container, and the workability is improved.
In the management sign of the present invention, a plurality of radially inwardly projecting locking pieces for preventing the container from coming off may be provided in the insertion hole so as to be circumferentially spaced apart.
According to the management label, the locking piece is engaged with the side surface of the container to prevent the container from falling off.
In the management sign of the present invention, the sticker may be a bar code label.
The container with a management label of the present invention is configured by attaching the management label to a cylindrical container.
Effects of the invention
According to the invention, the following management signs are obtained: the container can be reliably and easily attached to the container, can be easily detached, can easily confirm management information, and can be applied to a container with a lid.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a plan view showing the structure of an management sign 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a container 200 with a management sign in which the management sign 10 is attached to a container 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the management label 10 is, for example, a substantially flat plate-like member made of a plastic plate such as polypropylene, and has a circular insertion hole 10h, an information addition portion 10s extending in one direction (left direction in fig. 1) when viewed from the insertion hole 10h and having a substantially rectangular planar region, a cutout 10n between the insertion hole 10h and the information addition portion 10s, and a plurality of (4 in fig. 1) locking pieces 10p projecting radially inward from the insertion hole 10h and spaced apart in the circumferential direction.
The diameter of the insertion hole 10h is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the container (capped bottle) 100, and the container 100 can be inserted therethrough. When the container 100 is inserted into the insertion hole 10h from below, the locking piece 10p protruding from the insertion hole 10h abuts against the side surface of the container 100 and is deflected upward, and engages with the container 100, thereby preventing the container 100 from falling off.
On the other hand, the container 100 is formed in a plastic tube shape, and has a lid 100L for placing a sample solution (blood or the like) from the upper opening 10h and closing the upper opening 10 h. The lid 100L is integrally connected to the peripheral edge of the upper opening 10h by a connection portion 100 a.
The management label 10 is attached to the container 100 to constitute a container 200 with a management label.
A substantially rectangular barcode label 51 having a size slightly smaller than the outer shape of the information adding part 10s is attached to the upper surface (the surface facing the upper opening 10h of the container 100) of the information adding part 10 s. The barcode label 51 includes management information (personal information of the owner of the sample solution put in the container 100, predetermined items, identification information of the container, and the like) as a two-dimensional barcode.
Note that a seal containing management information such as a barcode label 51 may be attached to the information adding unit 10s, or the management information may be printed.
In this way, if the container 100 is inserted into the insertion hole 10h, the management label 10 can be attached to the container 100 reliably and easily, and the removal is also easy. Further, the management label 10 does not interfere with the lid 100L of the container 100, and therefore, can also be applied to a lidded container.
Further, by providing the management information on the upper surface of the information adding unit 10s, the management information can be confirmed from above, and thus the management information can be easily confirmed. In particular, when the container 100 is inserted into a centrifugal separator or the like, the management information cannot be confirmed from the lateral direction, and therefore, the present invention is more effective.
Further, if the management information is directed upward, when the manager confirms the containers 100 (and the management signs 10 attached to the containers 100) arranged one by one, it is easy to visually recognize which container 100 has been confirmed and where the container 100 to be confirmed thereafter starts, and the like, and it is possible to prevent forgetting of confirmation or the like.
Since the seal is only required to be attached to the flat surface of the information adding portion 10s, the seal can be attached more easily even with gloves or the like, for example, than the case of attaching the seal to the curved side surface of the container 100. Similarly, since printing may be performed on the flat surface of the information adding portion 10s, printing is easier and more accurate than printing on a curved side surface of the container 100.
In addition, the confirmation of the management information can be confirmed by a barcode reader if the management information is the barcode label 51, and can be confirmed by, for example, visually checking the personal name of the label or printed matter, the serial number of the container, or the like if the management information is other information.
The information adding unit 10s may be as small as possible, as long as it can attach or print management information.
As shown in fig. 3, a bar code label 52 having a size substantially equal to the outer shape of the entire management signboard 10 and partially opened through the insertion hole 10h may be attached. In this case, the barcode label 52 is attached not only to the information adding unit 10s but also to the entire upper surface of the management label 10, but the two-dimensional barcode 52b as the management information is positioned on the upper surface of the information adding unit 10 s.
As shown in fig. 4, the management label 10 can also be folded using the slits 10 n. In this way, the information adding part 10s extending from the container 100 is folded upward or downward (downward in fig. 4) to save space, and therefore, a plurality of containers 100 to which the management tags 10 are attached can be arranged adjacent to each other.
As shown in fig. 5, the connection portion 100a of the container 100 can be engaged (hooked) with the notch 10 n. Thus, the lid 100L does not interfere with the taking and placing of the sample solution in the container 100, and the workability is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, a fold line (hole or the like) 10m may be provided instead of the notch 10 n.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it goes without saying that various modifications and equivalents included in the spirit and scope of the present invention are concerned.
For example, the shape of the management sign is not limited.
