本発明は容器に関し、詳しくは、化粧箱を使用せず且つ容器全体の体積を出来るだけ大きくしない状態で、効能書等の必要事項をより多く記載可能な表示部材を備え、より多くの情報を提供できる容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
容器は、商品名，メーカー名，バーコード，使用上の注意，効能書，成分表示等種々の情報を記載している。従来の容器では、これらの情報を容器体の胴部外表面に直接印刷したり、或いはそれらの情報を記載した表示片を胴部外周に貼着している。また、容器を化粧箱に収納し、その化粧箱表面に同様の情報を印刷等により施すことも行われている。更に、それに加えて、別体の表示片にそれら情報を記載して化粧箱内に容器とともに収納することも行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年では、化粧箱をできるだけ廃止する傾向にあり、これら情報を容器のみに施すことが行われており、また、容器自体も一般に小型化の時流にあり、表示面積が以前と比較して極めて少なくなっているのが現状である。その反面、記載事項は従来より更に多量の内容を要求されている。

本発明は、小さい容器の体積を其ほど大きくすることなく、多くの情報を提供でき、化粧箱等を必要とせず、また、その情報を得る手段も極めて簡単で、読み易く、しかも構造が簡単で安価に製造ができる優れた容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第１の手段として、以下の通り構成した。即ち、胴部２より縮径した口頚部３を起立してなる容器体Ａと、容器体外周に装着した表示部材Ｂとを備え、該表示部材Ｂは、口頚部３下端部外周に嵌合させたリング状部７と、該リング状部前縁より下方へ延設した連結帯部８と、該連結帯部８下端縁に前部上縁を一体に連結するとともに、胴部２上端から下端に亘ってその周囲に嵌合させ、且つ、後部上縁より上方へ突出部分 13 を形成した筒状部９と、筒状部９後部下縁より上方へ折り返してその先端を突出部分 13 に穿設した嵌合孔10内に挿通係止させた帯状部11とから構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
本発明の容器１は、容器体Ａと、容器体外周に装着した表示部材Ｂとを備えている。

容器体Ａは、合成樹脂等により形成され、筒状の胴部２より縮径した口頚部３を起立したものが採用でき、口頚部３には、図示例の如き注出栓４や通常のキャップ，或いは液体注出ポンプ等を嵌着固定させたものが採用できる。図示例の注出栓は、栓本体５の上面を開閉可能に蓋体６を設けたものである。

表示部材Ｂは、合成樹脂フィルム或いはシート，合成紙，紙等を用いて形成されたもので、口頚部３下端外周に嵌合させたリング状部７と、該リング状部前縁より下方へ延設した連結帯部８と、該連結帯部８下端縁に前部上縁を一体に連結するとともに、胴部２上端から下端に亘って周囲に嵌合させた筒状部９と、筒状部９後部下縁より上方へ折り返してその先端を筒状部９後部上端部に穿設した嵌合孔10内に挿通係止させた帯状部11とから構成している。

帯状部11の先端部は、嵌合孔10に係止させるため、その両側に係合用の切り込み14をそれぞれ穿設し、各切り込み14より先端側の両側を、嵌合孔10に挿通し易い様にそれぞれ斜めに切断除去すると良い。

表示部材Ｂは図２に示す如く、展開図形状のシート片を組み立て加工した後、容器体に装着する如く構成すると良い。その場合、図２の状態から、展開した筒状部９の両側縁を接着，融着等の適宜固着手段により固着して筒状に形成し、容器体胴部２上方より筒状部９を嵌合させるとともに、リング状部７を口頚部３外周に嵌合させて装着する。次いで、帯状部11を筒状部９下端縁で上方へ折り返し、先端部を嵌合孔10内に挿入して各係合用切り込み14を係合させる。

図３及び図４は本発明の他の実施例を示すもので、本実施例に於ける表示部材B1は、口頚部３下端部外周に嵌合させたリング状部７と、該リング状部前縁より下方へ延設した連結帯部８と、該連結帯部８下端縁に前部上縁を一体に連結するとともに、胴部２外周上端部に嵌合させた短筒部15と、該短筒部15後部下縁より下方へ延設するとともに、胴部２下端部に於いて折り返してその先端を短筒部15後部上端部に穿設した嵌合孔10内に挿通係止させた帯状部11とから構成している。

本実施例に於いて、リング状部７及び連結帯部８は、図１の実施例と同様に構成されている。また、帯状部11は、短筒部15後部下縁より容器体胴部２下端部に至る上部帯状部11a と、該上部帯状部下端縁に於いて折り返した下部帯状部11b とで構成している。そして、下部帯状部11b を開いた状態で、上部帯状部11a 外面と下部帯状部11b 外面とに、連続する長い情報を表示する如く構成している。また、下部帯状部11b を折り返し係止した際の表面にも、他の情報を表示しても良い。
本実施例の場合も図４に示す如く、展開図形状のシート片を用いて、その展開された短筒部15両側を固着させて形成すると良い。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く、本発明容器は、既述構成としたことにより、その表示部材が容器体から大きく飛びだす等の余分な大きさをとらず、容器全体を殆ど大きくすることなく、多くの情報を提供できるものである。
また、その構造も簡単で、表示部材は展開図形状のシート片を組み立てて形成することができ、この表示部材を容器体に単に装着すれば良いため、安価に製造できる利点もある。
