The application provides a content typesetting recommendation method, which can simplify operations required to be executed when a user performs typesetting editing, reduce the workload of the user and improve typesetting efficiency.
The following describes the core technical ideas of the content typesetting recommendation method provided by the application:
The content typesetting recommendation method provided by the application is applied to the client, and the client can acquire the content input by a user on an operation interface, wherein the operation interface is specifically an operation interface of office software, such as a Word operation interface, an Excel operation interface, a Presentation Point (PPT) operation interface, an online email (OutLook) operation interface and the like provided by office software. After the client acquires the content input on the operation interface, determining the typesetting style of the content according to the acquired content, wherein the typesetting style refers to a template which can be used for typesetting the input content, and the client can determine only one typesetting style according to the content and can determine a plurality of typesetting styles according to the content. And furthermore, the client performs typesetting on the content input by the user according to the determined typesetting style to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style, and displays the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style to the user in a preview mode.
According to the content typesetting recommendation method, after the client acquires the content input by the user on the operation interface, the typesetting style of the content can be automatically determined according to the content input by the user, and the typesetting style of the content is determined without repeatedly selecting typesetting options for typesetting the input content in the toolbar provided by the operation interface by the user; in addition, after the client automatically determines the typesetting style of the content according to the content input by the user, the typesetting style can be utilized to typeset the content input by the user, and the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style is obtained and displayed to the user in a preview mode, so that the user can intuitively see the effect of the content typesetting result and select the corresponding typesetting style to typeset the input content, the operation required to be executed when the user performs typesetting editing is simplified, the workload of the user is reduced, and the typesetting editing efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that the method for content typesetting recommendation provided by the present application is applied to a system for content typesetting recommendation, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a content typesetting recommendation system provided by an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 1 includes a terminal device 101, where a client capable of executing the method for typesetting recommendation of content provided by the present application is running on the terminal device 101, and the terminal device 101 is a smart device with a function of user interaction, for example, a computer, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assitant, PDA), a tablet computer, and the like.
The terminal device 101 obtains content input by a user on an office software operation interface, where the operation interface may be a Word operation interface, an Excel operation interface, a presentation (PowerPoint, PPT) operation interface, an online email (OutLook) operation interface, etc. provided by office software, determines a typesetting style of the content according to the content input by the user, and typesets the content input by the user by using the determined typesetting style to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style; finally, the terminal apparatus 101 displays the content layout result corresponding to the layout style in the preview mode. Thus, the user can determine a layout style for laying out the input contents by observing the result of the layout of the contents displayed on the terminal device 101.
It should be noted that the system shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and in practical application, the method for content typesetting recommendation provided by the present application may also be applied to other systems.
The method for recommending content typesetting provided by the application is described by the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for content typesetting recommendation according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method for content typesetting recommendation is applied to a client. As shown in fig. 2, the method for content typesetting recommendation includes the following steps:
step 201: and acquiring the content input on the operation interface.
The user can input content on a client operation interface provided by the terminal device according to own requirements, and the operation interface can be an office software operation interface, such as a Word operation interface, an Excel operation interface, a Presentation Point (PPT) operation interface, an online email (OutLook) operation interface and the like provided by office software. For example, if the user needs to write a document, the user can input corresponding content on a Word operation interface provided by office software; if the user needs to make a form, the user can input corresponding contents in the form provided on the Excel operation interface provided by office software, and the like. And responding to the operation of inputting the content on the operation interface by the user, and correspondingly acquiring the content input by the user on the operation interface by the client.
It should be noted that, the content input by the user on the operation interface may include one or more elements carrying information, that is, information elements, such as letters, numbers, tables, pictures, graphics, videos, and the like, and the information elements included in the content input by the user are not limited herein.
Step 202: and determining the typesetting style of the content.
After the client acquires the content input by the user on the operation interface, determining the typesetting style of the content aiming at the content input by the user on the operation interface; here, the client may determine, as the typesetting style of the content, one or more typesetting templates for typesetting the content input by the user with respect to the content input by the user on the operation interface, that is, the client may determine, with respect to the content, one or more typesetting styles, and when the client determines, with respect to the content input by the user, multiple typesetting styles, may provide a larger selection space for the user, where the number of typesetting styles determined by the client is not limited.
In specific implementation, the client may determine the typesetting style of the content according to the relevant attribute of the information element included in the content input by the user, and three optional implementation manners of determining the typesetting style of the content according to the relevant attribute of the information element are described below:
In a first implementation manner, the client may identify an attribute type of an information element included in the content input by the user, where the attribute type of the information element specifically refers to type information and attribute information of the information element, and the type information specifically refers to a type to which the information element belongs, for example, a text information element belongs to a text type, and a picture information element belongs to an image type; the attribute information is an attribute carried by the information element, for example, the attribute information of the text can be a font, a size, a color, etc., and the attribute information of the picture can be a position, a size, a resolution, a format, etc. The client identifies attribute types of information elements contained in content input by a user, counts attribute types of the information elements when the information elements with different attribute types exist, sorts the attribute types according to the number of the information elements under various attribute types, specifically sorts the attribute types containing more information elements in front, and sorts the attribute types containing less information elements in back. Further, according to the attribute type of which the order is the front, determining a typesetting template related to the attribute type as the typesetting style of the content.
For ease of understanding, the first implementation described above is illustrated below:
assuming that the content input by the user is recognized as characters by the client and the character attribute information of the characters input by the user is different, wherein the character attribute information comprises three characters of regular script, song Ti and bold, the client respectively counts the number of characters with characters being regular script, the number of characters with characters being Song's body and the number of characters with characters being bold in the characters input by the user, sorts the regular script, song Ti and bold according to the number of characters in each character, and if the characters with characters being regular script are the most, the characters with characters being Song's body are centered and the characters with characters being bold are the least in the characters input by the user, the client can sort the characters from front to back according to the sequence of regular script, song Ti and bold. If the client system sets the typesetting style of the content determined according to the two attribute types with the front ordering, the client determines the typesetting style of unifying the characters input by the user into the regular script and unifying the characters input by the user into the Song style according to the fonts as the regular script and the fonts as Song Ti respectively.
It can be appreciated that, in order to reduce unnecessary workload of the client, a preset number of attribute types may be preset, and the typesetting style corresponding to the preset number of attribute types is determined according to the attribute types of the preset number that are ranked forward. Of course, if the types of the attribute types of the information elements included in the content input by the user are fewer, the client may determine the typesetting style of the content corresponding to each attribute type according to all the attribute types of the information elements in the input content, so as to provide more selection space for the user, and the number of typesetting styles of the content determined by the client is not limited.
In a second implementation manner, if the content input by the user is a table, the client may identify the category of the information element in the table, where the category of the information element is a category subject to which the information element in each row and/or each column in the table belongs, for example, a certain column of information element in the table is a person name, and then the category of the information element in this column is a name. And the client determines a corresponding ordering mode according to each row and/or each category, and determines the typesetting style of the content according to the ordering mode corresponding to each row and/or each column category, namely, determines to order the information elements in the table according to the ordering mode of each row and/or each column.
For ease of understanding, the second implementation described above is illustrated below:
assume that a table input by a user is shown in table 1 below, and the table includes three columns: the first column of contents is student number, the second column of contents is student name, and the third column of contents is average score of each subject in a certain examination. The client identifies that the category of the information element contained in the first column in the table 1 is a category of the academic number, the category of the information element contained in the second column is a category of the name, and the category of the information element contained in the third column is a category of the achievement; correspondingly, the terminal equipment determines that the sorting modes corresponding to the first row of the academic categories are sorted according to the order from the small academic categories to the large academic categories, determines that the sorting modes corresponding to the second row of the academic categories are sorted according to the first alphabetical order of the names of the students, and determines that the sorting modes corresponding to the third row of the academic categories are sorted according to the order from the high score to the bottom. Furthermore, the client determines the typesetting patterns which are ordered according to the order from small to large according to the ordering mode corresponding to the category of the academic, determines the typesetting patterns which are ordered according to the order of the initials according to the ordering mode corresponding to the category of the name, and determines the typesetting patterns which are ordered according to the order from high to low according to the ordering mode corresponding to the category of the achievement.
TABLE 1
It may be appreciated that the client may combine the ordering manners of the multiple categories according to the user requirement, and determine the typesetting style of the content, for example, the client may combine the ordering methods of the performance category and the name category, and determine the typesetting style of the content as follows: and on the premise of sorting the grades from high to low, sorting the students with the same grades according to the order of initials.
It can be understood that when a large number of rows or columns are included in the table input by the user, the client can determine the corresponding ordering mode according to the categories of the information elements in part of the rows or columns, so as to determine the typesetting style of the content, and the typesetting style of the content does not need to be determined for all the rows or columns in the table input by the user, thereby reducing the workload to be executed by the client to a certain extent.
In a third implementation manner, the client may identify information elements included in the content input by the user, determine, by means of word sense analysis, semantic analysis, and the like, a technical field to which the content input by the user belongs, and further obtain, from the local client or the server, a typesetting template related to the technical field as a matched typesetting style according to the identified technical field to which the content input by the user belongs.
For ease of understanding, the third implementation is illustrated below:
the client acquires the content input by the user on the PPT operation interface, determines that the content input by the user belongs to the medical field through word sense analysis, semantic analysis and the like, and further can call the PPT template related to the medical field from the PPT templates stored locally, or can acquire the PPT template related to the medical field from a server through networking, and takes the acquired PPT template related to the medical field as a typesetting style.
It can be understood that if the client determines, according to the information elements included in the content input by the user, a plurality of technical fields related to the content, the client may determine, according to the degree of correlation of each technical field, the typesetting style of the content matched with the technical field having a higher degree of correlation, and then determine the typesetting style matched with the technical field having a lower degree of correlation, so as to provide the typesetting style matched with each relevant technical field for the user.
It should be noted that, when the client determines the typesetting style of the content, any two of the three implementations may be combined to determine the typesetting style of the content according to the actual requirement, or the three implementations may be combined to determine the typesetting style of the content at the same time.
In addition, the client can also determine the typesetting style of the content according to the history typesetting record of the user and the content input by the user. In specific implementation, the client can record a user history typesetting record, namely, obtain a typesetting style with higher use rate when the user history is typeset and edited, and take the obtained typesetting style with higher use rate as the typesetting style of the content input by the user.
For example, after the client acquires the text input by the user, further acquiring a history typesetting record of the user for the text content, wherein the client acquires two typesetting styles with higher history use rate of the user, namely, unifying the whole text into text with a font of regular script and a size of number four, and unifying the whole text into text with a font of Song body and a size of number five; further, the client determines both typesetting styles.
It should be noted that, when the client determines the typesetting style of the content, any one or more of the above three implementation manners of determining the typesetting style of the content according to the related attribute of the information element included in the content input by the user may be combined with the implementation manner of determining the typesetting style of the content according to the user history typesetting record to determine the typesetting style of the content, that is, when the client determines the typesetting style of the content, multiple factors may be considered at the same time to determine the typesetting style meeting the actual requirement of the user.
Step 203: and typesetting the content according to the typesetting style to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style.
And the client performs typesetting on the content input by the user on the operation interface, which is acquired in step 201, according to the typesetting style determined in step 202, so as to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style. When a plurality of typesetting styles are determined in step 202, typesetting can be performed on the content input by the user according to the determined plurality of typesetting styles, so as to obtain content typesetting results corresponding to the typesetting styles.
Step 204: and displaying the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style in a preview mode.
After obtaining the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style, the client displays the content typesetting result to the user in a preview mode so that the user can observe the typesetting effect obtained after typesetting the input content by using the typesetting style. It should be understood that, in the case that the client determines a plurality of typesetting styles, the client may display content typesetting results corresponding to each typesetting style to the user in a preview mode, so that the user may select an appropriate typesetting style from the typesetting styles determined by the client according to the effect of each content typesetting result.
When the client displays the content typesetting result in the preview mode, a global sidebar can be created in the global sidebar, the content typesetting result corresponding to each typesetting style is displayed in the global sidebar in the preview mode, the global sidebar is established from the system level to display the content typesetting effect, and even if a user runs the client in the background, the user can watch the content typesetting effect in the global sidebar, so that the user experience is greatly improved; in addition, the client can also create an application sidebar in the application operation interface, and display the content typesetting results corresponding to each typesetting style in the application sidebar in a preview mode, so that the user can simultaneously observe the display effect of the content input on the operation interface and the display effect of the content typesetting results corresponding to each typesetting style, thereby being convenient for the user to determine the proper content typesetting effect.
For ease of understanding, the preview mode interface of Word is described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a Word preview mode interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, after a user inputs content on a Word operation interface, the client identifies that the content input by the user includes characters with different attribute types, specifically, the content input by the user includes characters with a font of regular script and size No. four and characters with a font of Song body and size No. five, and accordingly, the client determines two typesetting styles according to the different attribute types of the characters input by the user: one is to unify the characters input by the user into characters with fonts of regular script and size of number four, and the other is to unify the characters input by the user into characters with fonts of Song body and size of number five; in addition, the client acquires the history typesetting record of the user, and the user frequently typesets by using typesetting patterns with bold characters and small four, so that the client determines that the third typesetting pattern is a character with unified characters input by the user into characters with bold characters and small four.
Furthermore, the client performs typesetting on the content input by the user by using the determined three typesetting styles to obtain corresponding three content typesetting results, and simultaneously displays the three content typesetting results on the right side column of the operation interface in a preview mode, as shown in fig. 3, the display frame 301 displays the content input by the user and the content typesetting results obtained by typesetting the content input by the user by adopting typesetting styles in which characters input by the user are unified into characters with characters of a regular script and a size of a fourth size; displayed in the display frame 302 is a content typesetting result obtained by typesetting the content input by the user by adopting a typesetting style for unifying the characters input by the user into characters with a font of Song body and a size of five; displayed in the display box 303 is a content typesetting effect obtained by typesetting the content input by the user by adopting a content typesetting effect of unifying characters input by the user into characters with fonts of regular script and small size of four. The user can select an appropriate typesetting style from three typesetting styles provided by the client according to the content arrangement effects shown in the display frame 301, the display frame 302, and the display frame 303.
It can be understood that if the typesetting style determined by the client is more, the client can display more content typesetting results in a page turning mode, and in addition, the client can display each content typesetting effect screen on the operation interface, so that the specific form of the client preview mode is not limited.
If the user considers that the display effect of a certain content typesetting result displayed in the preview mode is proper, the user can select the content typesetting result, correspondingly, the client can typeset and display the content on the operation interface according to the selected typesetting style in response to a selection instruction of the content typesetting result initiated by the user, namely, the client can typeset the content input by the user on the operation interface by utilizing the typesetting style corresponding to the selected content typesetting result, thereby realizing typesetting of the content input by the user by utilizing the typesetting style determined by the client quickly and simplifying the manual operation flow of the user.
According to the content typesetting recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the client acquires the content input by the user on the operation interface, the typesetting style of the content can be automatically determined according to the content input by the user, and the typesetting style of the content is determined without repeatedly selecting typesetting options for typesetting the input content in the toolbar provided by the operation interface by the user; after the client automatically determines the typesetting style of the content according to the content input by the user, the typesetting style can be utilized to typeset the content input by the user, and the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style is obtained and displayed to the user in a preview mode, so that the user can intuitively see the effect of the content typesetting result and select the corresponding typesetting style to typeset the input content, the operation required to be executed when the user performs typesetting editing is simplified, the workload of the user is reduced, and the typesetting editing efficiency is improved.
