It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The application provides a content typesetting recommendation method, which can simplify the operations required to be executed when a user carries out typesetting editing, reduce the workload of the user and improve the typesetting efficiency.
The core technical idea of the content typesetting recommendation method provided by the application is introduced as follows:
the method for recommending content typesetting is applied to a client, the client can acquire the content input by a user on an operation interface, and the operation interface is specifically an operation interface of office software, such as a Word operation interface, an Excel operation interface, a PowerPoint (PPT) operation interface, an online electronic mail (OutLook) operation interface and the like provided by office software. After the client acquires the content input on the operation interface, the client determines the typesetting style of the content according to the acquired content, wherein the typesetting style refers to a template which can be used for typesetting the input content, and the client can determine only one typesetting style according to the content or determine a plurality of typesetting styles according to the content. And then, the client typesets the content input by the user according to the determined typesetting style to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style, and displays the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style to the user in a preview mode.
According to the content typesetting recommendation method, after the client side obtains the content input by the user on the operation interface, the typesetting style of the content can be automatically determined according to the content input by the user, and the typesetting style of the content is determined without repeatedly selecting the typesetting option for typesetting the input content in a toolbar provided by the operation interface by the user; in addition, after the client automatically determines the typesetting style of the content aiming at the content input by the user, the content input by the user can be typeset by utilizing the typesetting style, and the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style is obtained and displayed to the user in a preview mode, so that the user can visually see the effect of the content typesetting result and select the corresponding typesetting style to typeset the input content, thereby simplifying the operation required to be executed when the user carries out typesetting and editing, reducing the workload of the user and improving the typesetting and editing efficiency.
It should be understood that the method for recommending content layout provided by the present application is applied to a system for recommending content layout, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a system for recommending content layout provided by an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 1 includes a terminal device 101, where the terminal device 101 runs a client capable of executing the method for content composition recommendation provided in the present application, and the terminal device 101 is an intelligent device with a user-oriented interaction function, such as a computer, a smart phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer, and the like.
The terminal device 101 obtains content input by a user on an office software operation interface, wherein the operation interface can be a Word operation interface, an Excel operation interface, a presentation (PowerPoint, PPT) operation interface, an online electronic mail (OutLook) operation interface and the like provided by office software, and determines a typesetting style of the content according to the content input by the user, and further typesets the content input by the user by using the determined typesetting style to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style; finally, the terminal apparatus 101 displays the content layout result corresponding to the layout style in the preview mode. Thus, the user can determine a layout style for laying out the input content by observing the content layout result displayed on the terminal apparatus 101.
It should be noted that the system shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and in practical applications, the method for content layout recommendation provided in this application may also be applied to other systems.
The following describes a content layout recommendation method provided by the present application by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for recommending content layout according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method for recommending content layout is applied to a client. As shown in fig. 2, the method for recommending content layout includes the following steps:
step 201: and acquiring the content input on the operation interface.
A user may input content on a client operation interface provided by the terminal device according to a requirement of the user, where the operation interface may specifically be an office software operation interface, such as a Word operation interface, an Excel operation interface, a PowerPoint (PPT) operation interface, an online email (OutLook) operation interface, and the like provided by office software. For example, if a user needs to write a document, the user can input corresponding content on a Word operation interface provided by office software; if the user needs to make a form, the user can input corresponding contents in the form provided on an Excel operation interface provided by office software, and the like. In response to the operation of the user for inputting the content on the operation interface, the client correspondingly acquires the content input on the operation interface by the user.
It should be noted that the content input by the user on the operation interface may include one or more information-carrying elements, that is, information elements, such as characters, numbers, tables, pictures, graphics, videos, and the like, and the information elements included in the content input by the user are not limited at all.
Step 202: and determining the typesetting style of the content.
After acquiring content input by a user on an operation interface, a client determines a typesetting style of the content aiming at the content input by the user on the operation interface; here, the client may determine, for the content input by the user on the operation interface, one or more layout templates for laying out the content input by the user as the layout styles of the content, that is, the client may determine one or more layout styles for the content, and when the client determines multiple layout styles for the content input by the user, a larger selection space may be provided for the user, where no limitation is made on the number of the layout styles determined by the client.
In specific implementation, the client may determine the layout style of the content according to the relevant attributes of the information elements included in the user input content, and three optional implementation manners for determining the layout style of the content according to the relevant attributes of the information elements are described below:
in a first implementation manner, a client may identify an attribute type of an information element included in content input by a user, where the attribute type of the information element specifically refers to type information and attribute information of the information element, and specifically, the type information is a type to which the information element belongs, for example, a text information element belongs to a text type, and a picture information element belongs to an image type; the attribute information is an attribute carried by the information element itself, for example, the attribute information of the text may be a font, a size, a color, and the like, and the attribute information of the picture may be a position, a size, a resolution, a format, and the like. The client identifies the attribute types of the information elements contained in the content input by the user, counts the attribute types of the information elements under the condition that the information elements with different attribute types exist, sorts the attribute types according to the number of the information elements under various attribute types, specifically, sorts the attribute types containing more information elements in front and sorts the attribute types containing less information elements in back. And then, according to the attribute type ranked at the top, determining a typesetting template related to the attribute type as the typesetting style of the content.
For ease of understanding, the first implementation described above is illustrated below:
assuming that the client identifies that the contents input by the user are all characters, the font attribute information of the characters input by the user is different and comprises three fonts of a regular script, a song style and a black body, the client counts the number of characters with the font of the regular script, the number of characters with the font of the song style and the number of characters with the font of the black body in the characters input by the user respectively, and sorts the regular script, the song style and the black body according to the number of characters under each font, wherein if the number of characters with the font of the regular script in the characters input by the user is the largest, the number of characters with the font of the song style is centered and the number of characters with the font of the black body is the smallest, the client can sort the characters with the regular script, the song style. And if the client system sets the typesetting style of the content determined according to the two attribute types which are sequenced in the front, the client determines that the characters input by the user are unified into a regular character and the characters input by the user are unified into two typesetting styles of a Song style according to the fact that the characters are the regular character and the characters are the Song style respectively.
It can be understood that, in order to reduce unnecessary workload of the client, a preset number of attribute types may be preset, and the corresponding typesetting style may be determined according to the preset number of attribute types ranked in the top. Of course, if the types of the attribute types to which the information elements included in the content input by the user belong are less, the client may determine the layout styles of the content corresponding to the attribute types according to all the attribute types to which the information elements belong in the input content, so as to provide more selection space for the user, and the number of the layout styles of the content determined by the client is not limited at all.
In a second implementation manner, if the content input by the user is a table, the client may identify a category of the information elements in the table, where the category of the information elements is a category subject to which the information elements in each row and/or each column in the table belong, for example, if information elements in a certain column in the table are all names of people, the category of the information elements in the column is names of people. Furthermore, the client determines a corresponding sorting mode according to the categories of the rows and/or the columns, and determines the typesetting style of the content according to the sorting mode corresponding to the categories of the rows and/or the columns, namely, determines to sort the information elements in the table according to the sorting mode of the rows and/or the columns.
For ease of understanding, the second implementation described above is illustrated below:
assume that the table of user inputs is shown in Table 1 below, which includes three columns: the first column is the student number, the second column is the student name, and the third column is the average score of each subject in a certain examination. The client identifies that the category to which the information elements contained in the first column in the table 1 belong is a school number category, the category to which the information elements contained in the second column belong is a name category, and the category to which the information elements contained in the third column belong is a achievement category; correspondingly, the terminal equipment determines the corresponding sorting mode according to the first row of the category of the academic numbers to be sorting according to the order from small to large of the academic numbers, determines the corresponding sorting mode according to the second row of the category of the names to be sorting according to the initial sequence of the names of the students, and determines the corresponding sorting mode according to the third row of the category of the achievements to be sorting according to the order from high to low of the achievements. And then, the client determines the typesetting style which is sequenced from small to large according to the sequencing mode corresponding to the school number category, determines the typesetting style which is sequenced according to the sequence of the initials according to the sequencing mode corresponding to the name category, and determines the typesetting style which is sequenced according to the sequence of the achievements from high to low according to the sequencing mode corresponding to the achievement category.
TABLE 1
It can be understood that the client may combine the sorting modes of the multiple categories according to the user requirement to determine the typesetting style of the content, for example, the client may combine the sorting methods of the score category and the name category to determine the typesetting style of the content as follows: on the premise that the achievements are ranked from high to low, the students with the same achievements are ranked according to the order of initials.
It can be understood that, when the table input by the user includes a large number of rows or columns, the client may determine the corresponding sorting manner according to only the categories of the information elements in some of the rows or columns, and further determine the layout style of the content, and the layout style of the content does not need to be determined for all the categories of the rows or columns in the table input by the user, thereby reducing the workload to be executed by the client to a certain extent.
In a third implementation manner, the client may identify information elements included in the content input by the user, determine a technical field to which the content input by the user belongs through word meaning analysis, semantic analysis, and the like, and further obtain, according to the identified technical field to which the content input by the user belongs, a typesetting template related to the technical field from the local client or the server as a matched typesetting style.
For ease of understanding, the third implementation described above is illustrated below:
the client acquires content input by a user on a PPT operation interface, determines that the content input by the user belongs to the medical field through word meaning analysis or semantic analysis and the like, and then the client can call the PPT template related to the medical field from the locally stored PPT templates or acquire the PPT template related to the medical field from a server through networking, and takes the acquired PPT template related to the medical field as a typesetting style.
It can be understood that, if the client determines a plurality of technical fields related to the content according to the information elements included in the content input by the user, the client may determine the layout style of the content matched in the technical field with a higher correlation degree first, and then determine the layout style matched in the technical field with a lower correlation degree according to the correlation degree of each technical field, so as to provide the layout style matched in each related technical field for the user.
It should be noted that, when the client determines the layout style of the content, any two implementation manners of the three implementation manners may be combined to determine the layout style of the content according to actual requirements, or the three implementation manners may be combined to determine the layout style of the content at the same time.
In addition, the client can also determine the typesetting style of the content aiming at the content input by the user according to the historical typesetting record of the user. In specific implementation, the client may record the user history layout record, that is, obtain the layout style with higher usage rate when the user history is subjected to layout editing, and use the obtained layout style with higher usage rate as the layout style for the content input by the user at this time.
For example, after acquiring characters input by a user, a client further acquires a historical typesetting record of the user for the character content, and the two typesetting styles with high historical utilization rate of the user are acquired by the client, namely, unifying all the characters into characters with a font of regular script and a size of four signs, and unifying all the characters into characters with a font of song script and a size of five signs; further, the client determines the two layout styles.
It should be noted that, when the client determines the layout style of the content, any one or more of the three implementation manners of the layout style of the content may be determined according to the relevant attributes of the information elements included in the content input by the user, and the implementation manner of the layout style of the content may be determined by combining with the implementation manner of the layout style determined according to the user history layout record, that is, when the client determines the layout style of the content, multiple factors may be considered at the same time to determine the layout style meeting the actual requirements of the user.
Step 203: and typesetting the content according to the typesetting style to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style.
The client typesets the content input by the user on the operation interface acquired in the step 201 according to the typesetting style determined in the step 202 to obtain a content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style. When the plurality of layout styles are determined in step 202, the content input by the user may be laid out according to the determined plurality of layout styles, respectively, to obtain a content layout result corresponding to each layout style.
Step 204: and displaying the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style in a preview mode.
And after obtaining the content typesetting result corresponding to the typesetting style, the client displays the content typesetting result to the user in a preview mode so that the user can observe the typesetting effect obtained after typesetting the input content by using the typesetting style. It should be understood that, in the case that the client determines a plurality of layout styles, the client may display the content layout results corresponding to the respective layout styles to the user in the preview mode, so that the user may select an appropriate layout style from the layout styles determined by the client according to the effect of the respective content layout results.
When the client displays the content typesetting result in the preview mode, a global sidebar can be created in the global sidebar, the content typesetting result corresponding to each typesetting style is displayed in the global sidebar in the preview mode, the global sidebar is established from the system level to display the content typesetting effect, even if the user operates the client in the background, the user can also watch the content typesetting effect in the global sidebar, and the user experience is greatly improved; in addition, the client can also create an application sidebar in the application operation interface, and the content typesetting results corresponding to the typesetting styles are displayed in the application sidebar in a preview mode, so that a user can simultaneously observe the display effect of the content input on the operation interface and the display effect of the content typesetting results corresponding to the typesetting styles, and the user can conveniently determine the appropriate content typesetting effect.
For ease of understanding, the preview mode interface of Word is described below in conjunction with the following figures:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a Word preview mode interface provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, after the user inputs content on the Word operation interface, the client identifies that the content input by the user includes characters with different attribute types, specifically, the content input by the user includes both characters with a font of regular script and a size of four symbols and characters with a font of song script and a size of five symbols, and accordingly, the client determines two types of typesetting styles according to the difference of the attribute types of the characters input by the user: one is to unify the characters input by the user into characters with a font of regular script and a size of four marks, and the other is to unify the characters input by the user into characters with a font of song script and a size of five marks; in addition, the client acquires the historical typesetting record of the user, and the user often typesets by using the typesetting style with the font of black body and the size of four smaller, so that the client determines the third typesetting style as the characters input by the user are unified into the characters with the font of regular font and the size of four smaller.
Further, the client typesets the content input by the user by using the determined three typesetting styles to obtain three corresponding content typesetting results, and simultaneously displays the three corresponding content typesetting results on the right side bar of the operation interface in a preview mode, as shown in fig. 3, a display frame 301 displays the content input by the user and the content typesetting results obtained by typesetting by adopting the typesetting styles of unifying the characters input by the user into the characters with the font of regular script and the size of four; the display frame 302 shows a content typesetting result obtained by typesetting the content input by the user according to the typesetting style of unifying the characters input by the user into the characters with the style of sons and the size of five; the display box 303 displays a content typesetting effect obtained by typesetting the content input by the user with a content typesetting effect in which the characters input by the user are unified into characters with a font of a regular script and a size of a small four. The user can select an appropriate layout style from the three layout styles provided by the client according to the content layout effects shown in the display frame 301, the display frame 302, and the display frame 303.
It can be understood that if the client determines more typesetting styles, the client may display more content typesetting results in a page-turning manner, and in addition, the client may display each content typesetting effect screen on the operation interface without any limitation on the specific form of the client preview mode.
If the user considers that the display effect of a certain content typesetting result displayed in the preview mode is relatively proper, the user can select the content typesetting result, correspondingly, the client responds to a selection instruction of the content typesetting result initiated by the user, and can typeset and display the content on the operation interface according to the selected typesetting style, namely, the client can typeset the content input by the user on the operation interface by using the typesetting style corresponding to the selected content typesetting result, so that the typesetting of the content input by the user can be quickly realized by using the typesetting style determined by the client, and the manual operation flow of the user is simplified.
