本发明属于门窗领域,具体涉及一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,包括相互平行设置的内、外玻璃构件,及用于固定内、外玻璃构件的上、下扇框,及与上、下扇框滑动连接的上、下轨道;其中,所述下轨道为内下轨道和外下轨道,所述内下轨道高度高于外下轨道。本发明提高了铝合金门窗的水密性。

技术领域
本发明属于门窗领域,具体涉及一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇。
背景技术
铝合金窗是由铝合金建筑型材制作框、扇结构的窗,分普通铝合金门窗和断桥铝合金门窗。铝合金窗具有美观、密封、强度高,广泛应用于建筑工程领域,在家装中,常用铝合金门窗封装阳台。
铝合金表面经过氧化光洁闪亮。窗扇框架大,可镶较大面积的玻璃,让室内光线充足明亮,增强了室内外之间立面虚实对比,让居室更富有层次。铝合金本身易于挤压,型材的横断面尺寸精确,加工精确度高,因此在装修中很多业主都选择采用铝合金门窗。
铝合金门窗的水密性是非常重要的产品指标,现有技术中的虽然对铝合金门窗水密性进行了设计,但仍然存在水密性差的技术问题,导致铝合金门窗品质相对较低,从而进入不了高端住宅市场。
再有,现有技术中的铝合金推拉窗的轨道容易积水,并且排水比较困难,影响了铝合金推拉窗的水密性及使用品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,使积水快速排出,并提高铝合金推拉窗的水密性。
为实现上述目的,本发明具体提供的技术方案为:一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,包括相互平行设置的内、外玻璃构件,及用于固定内、外玻璃构件的上、下扇框,及与上、下扇框滑动连接的上、下轨道;其中,所述下轨道为内下轨道和外下轨道,所述内下轨道高度高于外下轨道。
进一步设置,所述下轨道上设置有第一隔热架,隔热架为阶梯形并与下轨道匹配。
进一步设置,所述隔热架高侧卡接于内下轨道,隔热架低侧卡接于外下轨道;隔热架转角处通过一胶条与下扇框抵接。
进一步设置,所述上轨道为内上轨道和外上轨道,所述内上轨道与外上轨道位于同一水平高度。
进一步设置,所述内上轨道与外上轨道直接设置有第二隔热架,第二隔热架为U形。
进一步设置,所述上、下轨道与上、下扇框之间通过毛条抵接连接。
进一步设置,所述上、下扇框及上、下轨道内设置有隔热尼龙。
进一步设置,所述内、外玻璃构件内设置有防燥剂,内、外玻璃构件与上、下扇框通过防水条连接密封。
所述扇框和边框齐平,形成雨幕,有效的防止部分雨水流入窗扇腔体。
雨幕原理是一个设计原理,它指出雨水对这一层“幕”的渗透将如何被阻止的原理,在这一原理应用中其主要因素为在接缝部位内部设有空腔,其外表面的内侧的压力在所有部位上一直要保持和室外气压相等,以使外表面两侧处于等压状态,其中提到的外表面即“雨幕”。压力平衡的取得是有意使开口处于敞开状态,使空腔与室外空气流通,以达到压力平衡。这个效应是由外壁后面留有空腔所形成,此空腔必须和室外联通才能达到上述目的,由于风的随机性造成的阵风波动亦需在外壁两侧加以平衡。
防水原则是允许有少量的水进入窗扇腔体,但是这些水要及时排出。
本发明有益效果:本发明下轨道为内下轨道和外下轨道,所述内下轨道高度高于外下轨道。能防止雨水从下轨道进入屋内,并且内下轨道高度高于外下轨道,如此能使内下轨道的快速排出。
本发明通过所述上、下轨道与上、下扇框之间通过毛条抵接连接,并设置第一隔热架和第二隔热架,进一步提高了铝合金门窗窗扇的水密性,从而进一步提高水密性,保温性能和隔声性能。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,包括相互平行设置的内、外玻璃构件(1,2),及用于固定内、外玻璃构件(1,2)的上、下扇框(5,6),及与上、下扇框(5,6)滑动连接的上、下轨道(7,8);
其中,所述下轨道8为内下轨道81和外下轨道82,所述内下轨道81高度高于外下轨道82。
所述下轨道8上设置有第一隔热架9,第一隔热架9为阶梯形并与下轨道8匹配;所述第一隔热架9高侧卡接于内下轨道81,第一隔热架9低侧卡接于外下轨道82;第一隔热架9转角处通过一胶条10与下扇框6抵接;内下轨道81和外下轨道82连接处设置有隔热尼龙4。
内下轨道81通过毛条12、胶条10与下扇框6分别抵接并密封,外下轨道82通过一毛条12与下扇框6抵接并密封,其中毛条12卡接于下扇框6卡槽内,胶条10卡接于下轨道8卡槽内。
所述上轨道7为内上轨道71和外上轨道72,所述内上轨道71与外上轨道72位于同一水平高度。内上轨道71和外上轨道72两侧分别设置有毛条12并与上扇框5内侧抵接,内上轨道71与外上轨道72之间设置有第二隔热架13,第二隔热架13为U形,与第二隔热架13对应设置的有隔热尼龙4,隔热尼龙4还起到连接内上轨道71与外上轨道72作用,隔热尼龙4为两条。
玻璃构件有两平行玻璃组成,并在两平行玻璃之间形成一空腔,内、外玻璃构件(1,2)内设置有防燥剂3,防燥剂3位于内、外玻璃构件(1,2)两侧顶部,内、外玻璃构件(1,2)与上、下扇框(5,6)通过防水条11连接密封。

1.一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于:包括相互平行设置的内、外玻璃构件,及用于固定内、外玻璃构件的上、下扇框,及与上、下扇框滑动连接的上、下轨道;其中,所述下轨道为内下轨道和外下轨道,所述内下轨道高度高于外下轨道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述下轨道上设置有第一隔热架,隔热架为阶梯形并与下轨道匹配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述隔热架高侧卡接于内下轨道,隔热架低侧卡接于外下轨道;隔热架转角处通过一胶条与下扇框抵接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述上轨道为内上轨道和外上轨道,所述内上轨道与外上轨道位于同一水平高度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于:
所述内上轨道与外上轨道直接设置有第二隔热架,第二隔热架为U形。

8.根据权利要求1任一所述的一种铝合金推拉窗窗扇,其特征在于:所述内、外玻璃构件内设置有防燥剂,内、外玻璃构件与上、下扇框通过防水条连接密封。
