技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装修领域,具体为一种金属天花板。
背景技术
金属天花板是对装饰室内屋顶材料的总称。过去传统民居中多以金属、铝、塑料、木板等为主要材料,过去人们对天花板的印象,只是停留装饰和美化室内环境的作用上,随着科技的进步和人们生活水平的提高,现代更多的建筑材料迫切需要将健康理念主题应用进来。
人每天需要约130亿个负离子,而我们的居室,办公室,娱乐场所等环境,只能提供约1——20亿个。这种供求之间的巨大反差,往往容易导致肺炎,气管炎的呼吸疾病,人们在其中长期停留会感到胸闷、头晕、乏力、工作效率和健康状况下降;
虽然现在市场也有不少产生负离子的建材产品,负离子是空气中的氧分子获得多余电子而形成的。而且负离子在空气中存留几秒到几十秒时,会快速结合其他微粒而消失,负离子得不到有效储存和积累,所以在实际使用时,室内的负离子含量并不高,提高居室的负离子含量已经成为室内装饰设计的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板,包括有天花板基板1和涂层2,所述的天花板基板1四侧设有安装边10,安装边2与天花板基板1之间的内角为80-100度,安装边10上设有多个安装卡扣13,天花板基板1的四个角设有空气对流口11,天花板基板1的面板上设有通风及装饰孔12,天花板基板1的面板外部设有涂层2,所述的涂层2由底漆层21和六环石负离子涂层22组成。
所述六环石负离子涂层22由以下材料配比而成:
环氧树脂20-45份、聚氨酯树脂 30-55份、六环石粉10-30份、蒙脱石粉5-6份、纳米二氧化钛6-10份、玄武岩粉3-5份、远红外陶瓷粉2-3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
所述的六环石负离子涂层22使变价金属Fe易发生氧化还原反应,并结合环境中的水分子,能永久发生大量负离子,当环境相对安静时,六环石负离子涂层22产生的负离子通过通风及装饰孔12储存在天花板背面的空间之中,天花板背面空间阴凉、稳定只有这种环境下负离子才被大量的储存下来,当人们进入活动空间3,由于风扇、排风扇、空调、自然对流等因素,使空气通风及装饰孔12与空气对流口11储存在天花板背面的负离子可以大量释放出来。

一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板,包括有天花板基板1和涂层2,所述的天花板基板1四侧设有安装边10,安装边2与天花板基板1之间的内角为80-100度,安装边10上设有多个安装卡扣13,天花板基板1的四个角设有空气对流口11,天花板基板1的面板上设有通风及装饰孔12,天花板基板1的面板外部设有涂层2,所述的涂层2由底漆层21和六环石负离子涂层22组成。
所述六环石负离子涂层22由以下材料配比而成:
环氧树脂40份、聚氨酯树脂 35份、六环石粉20份、蒙脱石粉5份、纳米二氧化钛7份、玄武岩粉4份、远红外陶瓷粉2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
所述的六环石负离子涂层22使变价金属Fe易发生氧化还原反应,并结合环境中的水分子,能永久发生大量负离子,当环境相对安静时,六环石负离子涂层22产生的负离子通过通风及装饰孔12储存在天花板背面空间4之中,只有在天花板背面空间4阴凉、稳定环境下负离子才被大量的储存下来,当人们进入活动空间3,由风扇、排风扇、空调、自然对流等因素,使空气通过通风及装饰孔12与空气对流口11储存在天花板背面空间4的负离子可以大量释放出来。

1.一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板,包括有天花板基板(1)和涂层(2),其特征在于:所述的天花板基板(1)四侧设有安装边(10),安装边(2)与天花板基板(1)之间的内角为80-100度,安装边(10)上设有多个安装卡扣(13),天花板基板(1)的四个角设有空气对流口(11),天花板基板(1)的面板上设有通风及装饰孔(12),天花板基板(1)的面板外部设有涂层(2),所述的涂层(2)由底漆层(21)和六环石负离子涂层(22)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板,其特征在于,所述六环石负离子涂层(22)由以下材料配比而成:
