技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装修领域，具体为一种金属天花板。
背景技术
金属天花板是对装饰室内屋顶材料的总称。过去传统民居中多以金属、铝、塑料、木板等为主要材料，过去人们对天花板的印象，只是停留装饰和美化室内环境的作用上，随着科技的进步和人们生活水平的提高，现代更多的建筑材料迫切需要将健康理念主题应用进来。
人每天需要约130亿个负离子，而我们的居室，办公室，娱乐场所等环境，只能提供约1——20亿个。这种供求之间的巨大反差，往往容易导致肺炎，气管炎的呼吸疾病，人们在其中长期停留会感到胸闷、头晕、乏力、工作效率和健康状况下降；
虽然现在市场也有不少产生负离子的建材产品，负离子是空气中的氧分子获得多余电子而形成的。而且负离子在空气中存留几秒到几十秒时，会快速结合其他微粒而消失，负离子得不到有效储存和积累，所以在实际使用时，室内的负离子含量并不高，提高居室的负离子含量已经成为室内装饰设计的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板，包括有天花板基板1和涂层2，所述的天花板基板1四侧设有安装边10，安装边2与天花板基板1之间的内角为80-100度，安装边10上设有多个安装卡扣13，天花板基板1的四个角设有空气对流口11，天花板基板1的面板上设有通风及装饰孔12，天花板基板1的面板外部设有涂层2，所述的涂层2由底漆层21和六环石负离子涂层22组成。
所述六环石负离子涂层22由以下材料配比而成：
环氧树脂20-45份、聚氨酯树脂 30-55份、六环石粉10-30份、蒙脱石粉5-6份、纳米二氧化钛6-10份、玄武岩粉3-5份、远红外陶瓷粉2-3份。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
所述的六环石负离子涂层22使变价金属Fe易发生氧化还原反应，并结合环境中的水分子，能永久发生大量负离子，当环境相对安静时，六环石负离子涂层22产生的负离子通过通风及装饰孔12储存在天花板背面的空间之中，天花板背面空间阴凉、稳定只有这种环境下负离子才被大量的储存下来，当人们进入活动空间3，由于风扇、排风扇、空调、自然对流等因素，使空气通风及装饰孔12与空气对流口11储存在天花板背面的负离子可以大量释放出来。

所述六环石负离子涂层22由以下材料配比而成：
环氧树脂40份、聚氨酯树脂 35份、六环石粉20份、蒙脱石粉5份、纳米二氧化钛7份、玄武岩粉4份、远红外陶瓷粉2份。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：

1.一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板，包括有天花板基板（1）和涂层（2），其特征在于：所述的天花板基板（1）四侧设有安装边（10），安装边（2）与天花板基板（1）之间的内角为80-100度，安装边（10）上设有多个安装卡扣（13），天花板基板（1）的四个角设有空气对流口（11），天花板基板（1）的面板上设有通风及装饰孔（12），天花板基板（1）的面板外部设有涂层（2），所述的涂层（2）由底漆层（21）和六环石负离子涂层（22）组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种释放并储存负离子的金属天花板，其特征在于，所述六环石负离子涂层（22）由以下材料配比而成：
环氧树脂20-45份、聚氨酯树脂 30-55份、六环石粉10-30份、蒙脱石粉5-6份、纳米二氧化钛6-10份、玄武岩粉3-5份、远红外陶瓷粉2-3份。
