Wherein, the multi-channel switch can be four-way switch or three-way switch, before washing the printing shower nozzle, can be with each printing nozzle, adjust each multi-channel switch, only make into liquid pipeline and drain pipe intercommunication, make second solvent steam let in and flow out in the drain pipe, the fluid that flows out until the drain pipe does not have the bubble, adjust each multi-channel switch, make into liquid pipeline and drain pipe disconnection intercommunication, and make into liquid pipeline and each row of shower nozzle group intercommunication, open each printing shower nozzle and begin to carry out the washing to printing the shower nozzle, can avoid like this because there is the bubble in the circulation pipeline to lead to the nozzle to block up.
Specifically, above-mentioned liquid outlet pipe is connected with the collecting vat, and the fluid that flows out among the liquid outlet pipe flows into in the collecting vat and collects, and the recycle of being convenient for avoids the solvent extravagant.

Claims (9)

1. A print head cleaning and maintenance device, comprising:
the cleaning tank comprises an accommodating space, a plurality of wiping rollers which are sequentially arranged at intervals and used for wiping printing nozzles of the nozzle assembly are arranged in the accommodating space, and the central axis of each wiping roller is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the wiping rollers;
the driving device is used for driving the wiping roller to rotate around the central axis of the wiping roller;
a solvent vapor supply device having a first vapor output passage and a second vapor output passage, the first vapor output passage being connected to the bottom of the cleaning tank and communicating with the accommodating space for supplying solvent vapor into the cleaning tank; the second steam output passage is used for being communicated with a liquid inlet pipeline of the spray head assembly, and a pressurizing device is arranged between the second steam output passage and the liquid inlet pipeline of the spray head assembly;
the solvent steam supply device comprises a solvent storage device, a steam generator connected with the solvent storage device and communicated with the first steam output passage, and a first heating and evaporating device connected with the solvent storage device and communicated with the second steam output passage, wherein a delivery pump is arranged between the solvent storage device and the first heating and evaporating device, the input end of the delivery pump is connected with the solvent storage device, and the output end of the delivery pump is connected with the first heating and evaporating device.
2. The print head cleaning and maintenance device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the accommodating space of the cleaning tank is provided with foam.
3. The print head cleaning and maintenance device according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein a temperature control device is arranged outside the bottom of the cleaning tank.
4. The print head cleaning and maintenance device of claim 1, further comprising a collection gutter disposed on one of the circumferential sides of the cleaning gutter and spaced apart from the cleaning gutter, the collection gutter receiving the solvent ejected from the print head.
5. The print head cleaning and maintenance device of claim 4, further comprising a solvent recovery processing device in communication with the collection gutter.

The printing nozzle cleaning and maintaining device according to claim 5, wherein the solvent recovery processing device comprises a filtration and impurity removal device communicated with the collecting tank, a second heating and evaporation device connected with the filtration and impurity removal device, and a condensation recovery device connected with the second heating and evaporation device.
7. The print head cleaning and maintenance device of claim 6, wherein the condensation recovery device is connected with the solvent vapor supply device for inputting recovered solvent to the solvent vapor supply device.
8. Print head cleaning and maintenance device according to any of claims 4-7, characterized in that the cleaning bath and/or the collecting bath are provided with ultrasonic means.
9. The print head cleaning and maintenance device according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the input pipeline of the pressurizing device is connected to the second steam output channel, the head assembly includes a plurality of rows of head sets, the liquid inlet pipeline of the head assembly includes a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, and a plurality of connectors located between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet and used for connecting to the input pipelines of the respective rows of head sets, wherein the output pipeline of the pressurizing device is used for connecting to the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet pipeline of the head assembly, the input pipelines of the respective rows of head sets are respectively connected to the connectors of the corresponding liquid inlet pipelines through multi-way switches, and the liquid outlets of the liquid inlet pipelines are connected to the liquid outlet pipelines.
