The bulging die for the automotive oil way sheet metal component according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of positioning holes are formed in both sides of the material belt along the length direction of the material belt; the lower surface of the first pressing plate is provided with a plurality of third positioning bolts which are in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning holes; an upper guide sleeve is further arranged on the lower surface of the upper die holder; an upper guide post corresponding to the upper guide sleeve is arranged on one side, facing the upper die holder, of the first material pressing plate.
4. The bulging die for the automotive oil way sheet metal component according to claim 1, wherein a stroke limiting pin is fixed at the upper end part of the bulging male die; the male die mounting seat is provided with a limiting groove corresponding to the travel limiting pin.

The bulging die for the automotive oil way sheet metal component according to claim 5, wherein the first reset assembly is a second nitrogen spring, and two ends of the second nitrogen spring are respectively fixed with the material bearing plate and the lower die holder; the second reset component is a third nitrogen spring fixed with the lower die holder; the lower die further comprises a guide plate fixed with the lower die holder; the guide plate is provided with a plurality of first guide grooves corresponding to the third nitrogen springs one by one and second guide grooves corresponding to the first positioning bolts.

The bulging die for the automotive oil way sheet metal component according to claim 7, wherein a lower guide post is fixed on the lower surface of the first pressing plate; the material bearing plate is provided with a third guide groove corresponding to the lower guide column; the lower die holder is provided with a lower guide sleeve corresponding to the lower guide post; the lower die holder is also provided with a pressing component; the material pressing assembly comprises two groups of second material pressing plates distributed on two sides of the feeding direction, and two groups of fourth nitrogen springs which are in one-to-one correspondence with the second material pressing plates; the material bearing plate is provided with a third avoiding groove for avoiding the second material pressing plate.

The bulging die for the automotive oil way sheet metal component according to claim 8, wherein a third pressing plate for clamping a material belt in cooperation with the second pressing plate is arranged on the lower surface of the first pressing plate; an alignment lug is arranged on the upper surface of the second pressing plate; the third pressing plate is provided with an alignment groove which is matched with the alignment lug.

The bulging die for the automotive oil way sheet metal component according to claim 7, further comprising a first magnet, a second magnet and a third magnet sequentially fixed on the three active slopes of the first positioning pin; the first magnet, the second magnet and the third magnet are mutually exclusive every two; the upper die further comprises a fourth magnet, a fifth magnet and a sixth magnet which are sequentially fixed on the three bulging male dies; the fourth magnet, the fifth magnet and the sixth magnet are mutually exclusive every two; the fourth magnet and the first magnet are attracted to each other; the lower die holder is provided with a movable groove corresponding to the first positioning bolt.
