本发明公开了一种木材表面涂刷清漆工艺,步骤如下:先将木材表面上的灰尘、油污、斑点和胶迹等用刮刀刮除干净,清理木材表面上的毛刺,用1号以上的砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止;用大白粉、松香水和熟桐油等混合搅拌成色油粉,用棉丝蘸油粉并反复涂于木材表面,待油粉干透后,用1号砂纸顺着木纹打磨;用石膏粉、熟桐油和水等配成腻子,再加入颜料调成油色腻子,待油色腻子干透后,用1号砂纸顺着木纹打磨;将铅油/或调和漆、汽油、光油和清油等混合在一起过箩,顺着木纹涂刷;通常情况下清漆需要刷三遍,刷法与刷油色相同;该工艺能够让清漆更均匀涂刷在木材表面上,防止清漆脱落、清漆涂刷不均匀等问题发生。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑木材处理领域,具体为一种木材表面涂刷清漆工艺。
背景技术
木材可分为针叶树材和阔叶树材两大类,杉木及各种松木、云杉和冷杉等是针叶树材,柞木、水曲柳、香樟、檫木及各种桦木、楠木和杨木等是阔叶树材;因此各地区常用于工程的木材树种亦各异,通常在建筑上,木材切割或组合为特定的结构作为门窗等,由于要保证木材在使用过程中保持足够的耐腐蚀性,所以需要将木材进行刷漆处理,而传统的刷漆方法由于其步骤不合理,导致油漆脱落,造成木材的腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种木材表面涂刷清漆工艺,解决应不合理的刷漆操作而引起的油漆脱落,造成木材腐蚀等问题,延长木材的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种木材表面涂刷清漆工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、表面处理,先将木材表面上的灰尘、油污、斑点和胶迹等用刮刀刮除干净,然后清理木材表面上的毛刺,最后用1号以上的砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止;
步骤2、润色油粉,先用大白粉、松香水和熟桐油等混合搅拌成色油粉,用棉丝蘸油粉并反复涂于木材表面,擦过木料鬃眼内,然后用麻布或木丝擦净,用竹片除去线角的余粉,待油粉干透后,用1号砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止,最后用潮布将磨下的粉尘擦净;
步骤3、满刮油腻子;先用石膏粉、熟桐油和水等配成腻子,再加入颜料调成油色腻子,然后用开刀或牛角板将油色腻子刮入钉孔、裂纹和鬃眼内,待油色腻子干透后,最后用1号砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止,打磨完后用潮布将磨下的粉末擦净;
步骤4、刷油色,先将铅油/或调和漆、汽油、光油和清油等混合在一起过箩,刷油色时应从外至内,从左至右,从上至下进行,顺着木纹涂刷;
步骤5、刷清漆,通常情况下需要刷三遍,刷法与刷油色相同,第一遍刷完待油漆干透后用1号砂纸打磨,再用潮布将粉尘擦净并晾干,第二遍刷完待油漆干透后要先进行磨光,然后用潮布将粉尘擦净并晾干,最后刷第三遍清漆。
优选的,步骤1中,木材表面的含水率不得大于12%。
优选的,步骤2中,油粉的配合比为重量比,其配合比为:大白粉:松香水:熟桐油=24:16:2。
优选的,步骤3中,腻子的配合比为重量比,其配合比为:石膏粉:熟桐油:水=20:7:50。
与现有技术先比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明通过特定的工艺步骤,让油漆更为有效的侵入木质内,保持油漆的长期有效,从而减少木材的腐蚀,延长木材的使用寿命。
2、本发明通过三次涂刷清漆,让清漆能更均匀涂刷在木材表面上,防止清漆脱落、清漆涂刷不均匀等问题发生。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
步骤1、基层处理,施工人员先将木材表面上的灰尘、油污、斑点和胶迹等用刮刀或玻璃片刮除干净,清理木材表面上的毛刺,清理完后用1号以上的砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止。
步骤2、润色油粉,施工人员用大白粉、松香水、熟桐油按重量比为24:16:2来混合搅拌成色油粉,颜色与样板颜色相同,将调和后的油粉盛在小油桶内,用棉丝蘸油反复涂于木材表面,擦过木料鬃眼内,之后用麻布或木丝擦净,线角应用竹片除去余粉,待油粉干透后,用1号砂纸轻轻顺着木纹打磨,先磨线角、裁口,后磨四口平面,直到光滑为止,打磨过程中注意保护棱角,不要将鬃眼内油粉磨掉,磨光后用潮布将磨下的粉末、灰尘擦净,最后晾干。
步骤3、满刮油腻子,施工人员用石膏粉、熟桐油、水按重量比为20:7:5来调腻子,并加入颜料调成油色腻子,颜色应略浅于样板颜色,腻子的油性不可过大或过小,若油性过大,刷时不易侵入木质内,若油性过小,则易钻入木质内,这样刷的油色不易均匀;用开刀或牛角板将腻子刮入钉孔、裂纹、鬃眼内,刮抹时要横抹竖起,如遇接缝或结疤较大时,应用开刀、牛角板将腻子挤入缝内,然后抹平;待腻子干透后,用1号砂纸顺木纹打磨,先磨线角、裁口,后磨四口平面,来回打磨至光滑为止,打磨完后用潮布将磨下的粉末擦净。
步骤4、刷油色,先将铅油/或调和漆、汽油、光油和清油等混合在一起过箩,颜色与样板颜色相同,然后倒入小油桶内,使用时经常搅拌,以免沉淀造成颜色不一致;刷油色时,应从外之内,从左至右,从上至下进行,顺着木纹涂刷,因油色干燥较快,所以刷油色时动作应迅速;油色涂刷后,要求木材色泽一致,而又不盖住木纹,每一个刷面要一次刷好,不留接头,两个刷面交接口不要互相沾油,沾油后要及时擦掉,从而达到颜色一致。
步骤5、刷清漆,通常情况下需要刷三遍,刷法与刷油色相同,但刷第一遍用的清漆应略加一些稀料便于快干,因清漆粘性较大,最好使用已用出刷口的旧刷子,刷时要注意不流、不坠,涂刷均匀,待清漆完全干透后,用1号砂纸彻底打磨一遍,将头遍清漆上的光亮基本打磨掉,再用潮布将粉尘擦净;刷第二遍清漆时,应使用原桶油漆不加稀释剂,刷油操作同前,但刷油动作要迅速,多刷多理,清漆涂刷得饱满一直,不流不坠,光亮均匀,待第二遍清漆干透后,首先要进行磨光,然后用潮布将粉尘擦净并晒干,最后再刷第三遍清漆,刷法同前。
本发明的工作流程:
木材表面处理→润色油粉→满刮油腻子→刷油色→刷清漆。

1.一种木材表面涂刷清漆工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、表面处理,先将木材表面上的灰尘、油污、斑点和胶迹等用刮刀刮除干净,然后清理木材表面上的毛刺,最后用1号以上的砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止;
步骤2、润色油粉,先用大白粉、松香水和熟桐油等混合搅拌成色油粉,用棉丝蘸油粉并反复涂于木材表面,擦过木料鬃眼内,然后用麻布或木丝擦净,用竹片除去线角的余粉,待油粉干透后,用1号砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止,最后用潮布将磨下的粉尘擦净;
步骤3、满刮油腻子;先用石膏粉、熟桐油和水等配成腻子,再加入颜料调成油色腻子,然后用开刀或牛角板将油色腻子刮入钉孔、裂纹和鬃眼内,待油色腻子干透后,最后用1号砂纸顺着木纹打磨,直到光滑为止,打磨完后用潮布将磨下的粉末擦净;
步骤4、刷油色,先将铅油/或调和漆、汽油、光油和清油等混合在一起过箩,刷油色时应从外至内,从左至右,从上至下进行,顺着木纹涂刷;
步骤5、刷清漆,通常情况下需要刷三遍,刷法与刷油色相同,第一遍刷完待油漆干透后用1号砂纸打磨,再用潮布将粉尘擦净并晾干,第二遍刷完待油漆干透后要先进行磨光,然后用潮布将粉尘擦净并晾干,最后刷第三遍清漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材表面涂刷清漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤1中,木材表面的含水率不得大于12%。
