背景技术
我国已进入老龄化时代，由于生活水平的提高，中老年人口占人口比例逐年攀升，加之抗生素的过度使用，使得中老年男性前列腺问题同时攀升。
前列腺炎（prostatitis）是指由多种复杂原因引起的，以尿道刺激症状和慢性盆腔疼痛为主要临床表现的前列腺疾病。前列腺炎是泌尿外科的常见病，在泌尿外科50岁以下男性患者中占首位。尽管前列腺炎的发病率很高，但其病因仍不是很清楚，尤其是非细菌性前列腺炎，因此其治疗以改善症状为主。1995年美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）制定了一种新的前列腺炎分类方法，I型：相当于传统分类方法中的急性细菌性前列腺炎，Ⅱ型：相当于传统分类方法中的慢性细菌性前列腺炎，Ⅲ型：慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征，Ⅳ型：无症状性前列腺炎。其中非细菌性前列腺炎远较细菌性前列腺炎多见。
前列腺（增生、钙化、肥大）一直是一种多见且令人烦恼的疾病。该病多见于成年男子，青春期较少发生，关于该病的发病率，据Lipsky（1986）报道，成年男子1977-1978年间前列腺炎的发病率为50%。
目前已经认识到前列腺炎不是一种病，而是具有各自独特形式的综合证，因此只有对它们进行准确的诊断并给予合适的重要治疗措施，才有可能得到好的治疗效果。
首先要进行临床评估，确定疾病类型，针对病因选择治疗方法。对疾病的错误理解、不必要的焦虑以及过度节欲会使症状加重，因此应解除患者思想顾虑。前列腺炎可能是一种症状轻微或全无症状的疾病，也可能是一种可自行缓解的自限性疾病，也可能是一种症状复杂，导致尿路感染、性功能障碍、不育等的疾病，对患者的治疗既要避免向患者过分渲染本病的危害性，也要避免对本病治疗采取简单、消极、盲目偏重抗生素治疗的态度，应采用个体化的综合治疗。
一般治疗方法包括：抗菌治疗；消炎、止痛药；物理治疗；α受体拮抗剂；前列腺按摩及热疗；手术治疗以及其它治疗（包括了生物反馈治疗，经会阴体外冲击波治疗，心理治疗，中医中药治疗等）。

本发明提供了一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴及其制备方法，运用外敷“神阙”（民间称肚脐眼）的特定穴位，充分发挥神阙的要穴作用，且沟通了手足三阴三阳经及奇经八脉，把身体经络联系到一起，全身经过得到调理。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风5-80份、白芷5-40份、羌活5-80份、血余炭1-20份、野天麻1-20份与制南星5-50份。
作为优选，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风5-50份、白芷5-30份、羌活5-60份、血余炭5-15份、野天麻5-15份与制南星10-40份。
作为优选，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风10-50份、白芷10-30份、羌活10-60份、血余炭5-10份、野天麻5-10份与制南星10-30份。
本发明运用外敷“神阙”（民间称肚脐眼）的特定穴位，充分发挥神阙的要穴作用，且沟通了手足三阴三阳经及奇经八脉，把身体经络联系到一起，全身经过得到调理。
中医学认为，脐为先天之命蒂，后天之气舍，为经气之汇海，五脏六腑之本。肚脐与膀胱邻近，通过肚脐给药还具有使药物直达病所的优势。
因脐为经气之汇，打通脏腑及四肢百骸、五官九窍、皮头筋膜，内经《灵枢.五音五味》指出，任脉循腹上行，行经脐部。

b）步骤a）冷冻后的各原料粉碎并过筛，形成粉料，将粉料置于反应锅内加入水，加热慢煮；
c）将步骤b）得到的药液进行理化成分化验及含量测定；
d）将步骤c）中测定合格的药液干燥浓缩提取制成药膏；

本发明中，白芷、羌活通透芳香，可通达经络，选自四川。血余炭选用无杂质、没有染色过的青年人的健康头发。
野天麻选自四川的野生原料，对肢体麻木、熄风止疼、平肝效。防风又名关防风、东防风，产自吉林，有解热、镇痛、镇静、抗炎、中和提升其他药之作用。制南星，产自山东，具解半身不遂，涤湿化痰，散结消痹，抗毒，抗肿瘤之功效。
实施例1

实施例2
一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风30份、白芷20份、羌活30份、血余炭8份、野天麻7份与制南星15份。
该脐贴的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a）按配方称取原料外观性状鉴别，在-8℃冷冻；
b）步骤a）冷冻后的各原料粉碎并过300-400目筛，形成粉料，将粉料置于反应锅内加入水，各原料粉碎后过，反应锅内水的加入量为各原料总和的15倍，加热温度为180℃，保温时间65min；
c）将步骤b）得到的药液进行理化成分化验及含量测定；
d）将步骤c）中测定合格的药液干燥浓缩提取制成药膏；浓缩至水份含量≤5%；
e）将步骤d）中的药膏与胶贴组合，得到治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴。
实施例3
一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风50份、白芷30份、羌活60份、血余炭10份、野天麻5份与制南星10份。
该脐贴的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a）按配方称取原料外观性状鉴别，在-8℃冷冻；
b）步骤a）冷冻后的各原料粉碎并过300-400目筛，形成粉料，将粉料置于反应锅内加入水，各原料粉碎后过，反应锅内水的加入量为各原料总和的20倍，加热温度为180℃，保温时间75min；
c）将步骤b）得到的药液进行理化成分化验及含量测定；
d）将步骤c）中测定合格的药液干燥浓缩提取制成药膏；浓缩至水份含量≤5%；
e）将步骤d）中的药膏与胶贴组合，得到治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴。
临床病例报告
1、张某，男，85岁，浙江温岭市；
退休教师患者、前列腺肥大、前列腺增生、结肠炎导致便秘，约四五天排便一次，每晚起床5-6次小便，贴本发明脐贴，10天后起夜基本在一次，同时每天可排便一次。
2、袁某，男，61岁，原韶关钢厂退休；
前列腺炎，每晚起夜6-8次，影响睡眠，贴本发明脐贴一周后，起夜一次，小便通顺，睡眠质量提升。
3、谢某，女，54岁，深圳中建莲花投资公司；
每晚起夜4-5次，贴本发明脐贴后睡到天明而不起夜。
4、梁某，男，52岁，浙江温岭人；
前列腺炎，前列腺钙化，阳痿，每晚起夜4次以上，贴本发明贴15天以上，可正常夫妻生活。
5、张某，男，54岁，深圳桃源村；
前列腺肥大，小便困难，头晕目眩，贴本发明脐贴一周后，小便通常，多年头晕症状好转。
6、谢某，56岁，云南瑞丽市，珠宝商人；
前列腺炎，急性发作，小便困难，性功能低下，贴本发明脐贴，5天后病性稳定，10次而愈，性功能正常。
7、杨某，女，45岁，深圳市龙岗区医务工作人员；
原常尿失禁，大笑或紧张都会发作，月经不调，经痛，贴本发明脐贴半个月后，病症消失，没有复发。
8、庄某，男，53岁，广东省深圳市皇岗村；
由于糖尿高，空腹血糖15-21之间，每晚起夜6次以上，无性功能，贴本发明脐贴半个月，每天留脐6小时以上，起夜消失，空腹血糖6-8之间，能正常进行夫妻生活。

1.一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴，其特征在于，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风5-80份、白芷5-40份、羌活5-80份、血余炭1-20份、野天麻1-20份与制南星5-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴，其特征在于，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风5-50份、白芷5-30份、羌活5-60份、血余炭5-15份、野天麻5-15份与制南星10-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴，其特征在于，所述脐贴的药膏按重量份计由以下组分的原料制成：防风10-50份、白芷10-30份、羌活10-60份、血余炭5-10份、野天麻5-10份与制南星10-30份。
4.一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴的制备方法，其特征在于，所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
a）按权利要求1-3任一所述的配方称取原料外观性状鉴别，在零下15℃-零℃下冷冻；
b）步骤a）冷冻后的各原料粉碎并过筛，形成粉料，将粉料置于反应锅内加入水，加热慢煮；
c）将步骤b）得到的药液进行理化成分化验及含量测定；
d）将步骤c）中测定合格的药液干燥浓缩提取制成药膏；
e）将步骤d）中的药膏与胶贴组合，得到治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤a）中在-8℃下冷冻。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤b）中各原料粉碎后过300-400目筛，反应锅内水的加入量为各原料总和的10-20倍，加热温度为180℃，保温时间60-75min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗前列腺炎并改善起夜的脐贴的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤d）中浓缩至水份含量≤5%。
