Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Further, the container lid of patent document 1 can prevent liquid from splashing from the middle plug spout at the time of plugging and can simultaneously perform closing of the middle plug spout by moving the plug (20) when the top lid (30) is attached to the container (1) or opening of the middle plug spout when the top lid (30) is detached from the container (1).
However, in the container lid of patent document 1, although the peripheral wall 21 of the movable plug 20 is closely contacted with the inner surface of the spout 17 and sealed, in the sealing structure, when impact is applied to the top cover 30 at the time of dropping of the container, the impact is also transmitted to the movable plug 20 fitted to the top cover 30. Therefore, the movable plug (20) for sealing the outlet (17) of the plug (10) is detached or deformed, and the sealing performance cannot be maintained.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a seal structure of a cap which can reliably seal a spout portion to ensure sealability in an unused state before unsealing and can maintain equal sealability even after unsealing, the cap including a cap body having the spout portion and an upper cap which is detachable from the cap body.
Means for solving the problems
The sealing structure of the lid according to the present invention is configured such that the lid includes: a cap body having an injection port portion; and an upper cover which is detachable from the cover main body, wherein the sealing structure of the cover seals the spout portion, wherein a sealing body having a sealing portion inserted into the spout portion and an outer peripheral fitting portion having a U-shaped longitudinal section is attached to the upper cover by fitting the outer peripheral fitting portion into a fitting cylindrical portion which is hung in a cylindrical shape from a top surface portion of the upper cover with a gap, and the cover main body has a rim portion which protrudes outward from a base end of the spout portion which rises in a cylindrical shape, and when the sealing portion is inserted into the spout portion, a lower end edge of the outer peripheral fitting portion is engaged with an engaging stepped portion formed on an outer peripheral edge of the rim portion.
Effects of the invention
In the sealing structure of the lid of the present invention, the sealing body attached to the upper lid has a sealing portion inserted into the spout portion of the lid main body and an outer peripheral fitting portion having a U-shaped vertical cross section, and the outer peripheral fitting portion is fitted to the upper lid in a gap fitting manner. Further, a rim portion is formed to protrude outward from a base end of the spout portion of the cap main body, the cap main body has a rim portion protruding outward from a base end of the spout portion rising in a cylindrical shape, and when the seal portion is inserted into the spout portion, a lower end edge of the outer peripheral fitting portion of the seal body is engaged with an engagement stepped portion formed on an outer peripheral edge of the rim portion.
Therefore, according to the sealing structure of the lid of the present invention, the sealing body attached to the upper lid is fitted to the spout portion of the lid main body, whereby the spout portion of the lid main body can be reliably sealed. Therefore, not only can the sealing performance in the container before unsealing be ensured in an unused state, but also the sealing performance equivalent to that before unsealing can be maintained even when the sealing body attached to the upper cover is fitted to the spout portion and resealed after unsealing.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a sealing structure of a lid according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The cap 1 in the present embodiment is made of synthetic resin, and is an example in which the present invention is applied to a so-called hinge cap in which a cap body 2 and an upper cap 3 that is detachable from the cap body 2 are coupled by a hinge 4, and is used by being attached to a mouth portion 10 of a squeezable container.
Here, fig. 1 is a plan view showing a state where the upper cover 3 is fitted to the cover main body 2, fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 1, and directions of the respective members constituting the cover 1 in the vertical, horizontal, and vertical directions are defined in the state shown in fig. 2.
Fig. 3 is a plan view showing a state where the upper lid 3 is detached from the lid main body 2, and fig. 4 is a sectional view B-B of fig. 3.
In the present embodiment, the cover main body 2 includes: an outer tube portion 21 hanging down along an outer peripheral edge; and an inner tube portion 22 that hangs down concentrically inside the outer tube portion 21. When the cap 1 is attached to the mouth portion 10 of the container, the fitting portion 21a formed on the inner peripheral surface on the lower end side of the outer tube portion 21 is fitted to the fitting portion 10a formed on the outer peripheral surface side of the mouth portion 10, and the inner tube portion 22 is brought into liquid-tight close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 10.
In this way, the cap 1 is attached to the mouth 10 of the container in a liquid-tight manner by a plug, but the means for attaching the cap 1 is not limited thereto as long as the cap 1 can be attached to the mouth 10 of the container in a liquid-tight manner.
Further, a slit valve 5 is attached to the cap body 2. The slit valve 5 has, for example: a top portion 5a formed with a slit S cut in a cross shape or the like; a cylindrical portion 5b hanging down along the outer peripheral edge of the top portion 5 a; and a flange portion 5c formed to protrude outward on the lower end side of the cylindrical portion 5 b. The slit valve 5 as described above is made of an elastic material such as silicone rubber, and the slit S formed in the top portion 5a is formed to be opened and closed by elastic deformation.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the slit valve 5 as viewed from obliquely above.
The cap body 2 has a spout portion 25 that opens above the slit valve 5 and stands in a cylindrical shape. The spout portion 25 is a portion serving as a spout for the content discharged from the slit S of the slit valve 5, and is formed such that the inner diameter of the spout portion 25 is smaller than the outer diameter of the top portion 5a of the slit valve 5. In order to achieve good liquid separation when dispensing the content and to further suppress dripping of the liquid and remaining of the content on the distal end side of the spout portion 25 when the container is returned to the upright state, it is preferable that the inner peripheral surface on the distal end side of the spout portion 25 is inclined so as to expand the diameter toward the distal end and the distal end of the spout portion 25 is curved so as to be warped outward as shown in the drawing.
Further, the cap body 2 includes: a rim portion 24 that extends outward from the base end of the spout portion 25 so as to cover the peripheral side of the top portion 5a of the slit valve 5; and a side wall portion 23 that hangs down along the outer periphery of the rim portion 24 to surround the side surface of the slit valve 5, and that is inserted into the slit valve 5 at a recessed portion defined by these. Further, a locking step portion 23a for locking the flange portion 5c of the slit valve 5 is provided on the lower end side of the side wall portion 23, and a protrusion 23b for fitting into the peripheral edge of the annular pressing member 6 is provided at a position close to the locking step portion 23 a.
Thus, in the slit valve 5, the flange portion 5c is sandwiched between the locking step portion 23a and the pressing member 6 and attached to the cap body 2, but the attachment mechanism of the slit valve 5 is not limited to this as long as the slit valve 5 is attached so as not to easily fall off from the recessed portion defined by the side wall portion 23 and the rim portion 24.
A sealing body 7 is attached to the upper cover 3 that is detachable from the cover main body 2, and the sealing body 7 seals the spout portion 25 to prevent the content from leaking when the upper cover 3 is fitted to the cover main body 2. The sealing body 7 has: a seal portion 71 inserted into the outlet port portion 25; and an outer peripheral fitting portion 72 fitted to the fitting cylinder portion 32 hanging down in a cylindrical shape from the top surface portion 31 of the upper lid 3.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the sealing body 7 as viewed obliquely from below.
The outer peripheral fitting portion 72 of the seal body 7 has an outer tube portion 73 and an inner tube portion 74, and lower ends thereof are connected by a bottom plate portion 75, and formed in a U-shape in vertical cross section. Further, the outer peripheral fitting portion 72 of the seal body 7 is fitted into the fitting cylinder portion 32 of the upper cover 3 with a clearance by the fitting convex portion 73a formed on the outer peripheral surface on the upper end side of the outer cylinder portion 73 and the fitting convex portion 32a formed on the inner peripheral surface on the lower end side of the fitting cylinder portion 32, and a play is provided between the fitting convex portion 73a of the outer cylinder portion 73 and the fitting convex portion 32a of the fitting cylinder portion 32. In this way, when an impact is applied by dropping the container or the like in a state where the upper lid 3 is fitted to the lid main body 2, the impact, particularly, a vertical impact can be absorbed.
Further, when the seal portion 71 of the seal body 7 is inserted into the spout portion 25, the seal portion 71 is brought into liquid-tight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the spout portion 25, and the dimensions and the like thereof are appropriately set so that the spout portion 25 can be sealed. In this case, in order to improve the adhesion between the inner peripheral surface of the outlet port portion 25 and the seal portion 71, it is also effective to form a concave portion 25a on the inner peripheral surface on the proximal end side of the outlet port portion 25 and to form a bulging portion 71a to be engaged with the concave portion 25a on the side surface of the seal portion 71. Further, as described above, when the tip of the spout portion 25 is formed to be curved so as to be warped outward, engagement from the outer peripheral surface side of the spout portion 25 is difficult, and therefore, the above configuration is particularly effective in such a case.
When the seal portion 71 of the seal body 7 is inserted into the spout portion 25, the lower end edge of the outer peripheral fitting portion 72 of the seal body 7 engages with the engagement stepped portion 24a formed on the outer peripheral edge of the rim portion 24 of the cover main body 2, and the spout portion 25 into which the seal portion 71 is inserted is pressed, whereby the adhesion between the inner peripheral surface of the spout portion 25 and the seal portion 71 can be improved. Further, since the outer peripheral fitting portion 72 formed in a U-shape in vertical section functions as a buffer portion, when an impact is applied by dropping or the like of the container in a state where the upper lid 3 is fitted to the lid main body 2, the impact, particularly, a lateral impact can be absorbed.
Thus, in the present embodiment, in combination with the case where the outer peripheral fitting portion 72 of the seal body 7 formed in a U-shape in vertical section is fitted to the fitting cylindrical portion 32 of the upper cover 3 in a clearance fitting manner, the spout portion 25 can be more reliably sealed. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the spout portion 25 is sealed without the tip end side of the spout portion 25 coming into contact with the seal body 7, the spout portion 25 can be reliably sealed even if the tip end of the spout portion 25 is formed to be curved so as to be warped outward.
Here, in fig. 2, the portions of the members shown in the figure that overlap each other are actually elastically deformed to interact with the pressing force. For example, fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion surrounded by a chain line in fig. 2, and the seal portion 71 of the seal body 7 and the spout portion 25 are brought into close contact with each other by a force indicated by an arrow in fig. 7. Further, a force indicated by an arrow in fig. 7 acts on the outer peripheral fitting portion 72 (outer tube portion 73) of the seal body 7, and the top surface portion 31 of the upper cover 3 is pressed down, so that the spout portion 25 can be pressed in a state where the outer peripheral fitting portion 72 is biased.
In the present embodiment, a guide tube 33 is provided so as to hang down from the top surface portion 31 of the upper lid 3, and the tip end of the guide tube 33 is fitted between the outer standing portion 2a and the inner standing portion 2b standing from the lid main body 2. By such fitting, when an impact is applied by dropping the container or the like, the impact, particularly a lateral impact, can be absorbed, and the spout portion 25 can be sealed more reliably.
The outer standing portion 2a and the inner standing portion 2b of the cap body 2 may be continuously formed in a ring shape, or may be partially cut off. As shown in the drawing, it is preferable that the outer standing part 2a is formed so that the inner peripheral surface thereof is expanded in diameter toward the distal end, and the inner standing part 2b is formed as an inclined annular wall so that the outer peripheral surface thereof is reduced in diameter toward the distal end. When the upper lid 3 is fitted to the lid main body 2 in this manner, the tip end of the guide tube 33 is guided so as to be in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outer standing portion 2a or the outer peripheral surface of the inner standing portion 2b, and is fitted between the outer standing portion 2a and the inner standing portion 2 b. As a result, the seal portion 71 of the seal body 7 can be prevented from being displaced from the spout portion 25, and the seal portion 71 can be more reliably inserted into the spout portion 25.
In addition, when the upper lid 3 is fitted to the lid main body 2, in the present embodiment, the outer standing portion 2a is formed on the outer peripheral edge side of the lid main body 2, and the positions of the inner standing portion 2b and the guide cylinder 33 are appropriately adjusted so that the fitting portion 30a formed on the inner peripheral surface on the lower end side of the tube portion 30 that hangs down from the outer peripheral edge of the top surface portion 31 of the upper lid 3 is fitted to the upper end edge of the outer standing portion 2 a.
According to the lid sealing structure of the present embodiment configured as described above, the spout portion 25 of the lid main body 2 can be reliably sealed only by fitting the sealing body attached to the upper lid 3 into the spout portion 25. Therefore, not only can the sealing performance in the container in an unused state before opening be ensured, but also, even after opening, the sealing body 7 attached to the upper lid 3 is fitted to the spout portion 25 of the lid main body 2 to reseal the spout portion 25, thereby maintaining the sealing performance equivalent to that before opening.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the slit valve 5 is attached to the cap body 2, but the slit valve 5 may be omitted.
In the above-described embodiment, the lid main body 2 and the upper lid 3 are coupled to each other by the hinge 4, but the lid main body 2 and the upper lid 3 may be formed separately from each other, and the upper lid 3 may be attached to and detached from the lid main body 2 by screwing.
The present invention can be used as a sealing structure of a cap that is attached to a mouth of a container containing, as contents, seasonings such as oils, soy sauce, and seasoning, liquids such as detergents and cosmetics.
The contents of the documents described in the present specification and the contents of the japanese application specification that is the basis of the priority of the paris convention of the present application are all incorporated herein by reference.
