Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a packing body of a vaginal suppository with a booster.
Background
As a physiological product, a vaginal suppository with a pusher as an insertion aid for the vaginal suppository is known. In general, pessaries with boosters are sold in a state of being separately housed in a bag for hygienic reasons. Patent document 1 describes the following: a cutting line (a weakened line) for taking out the pessary with the pusher from the bag body (package) is arranged around less than 95% of the bag body. Therefore, the bag body is not separated into more than two pieces after the cutting line is broken, and is easy to discard.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, the cutting line disclosed in patent document 1 starts from a joining portion where sheet members forming the bag body are overlapped and joined. Further, the cutting lines disposed on the front surface and the back surface of the bag body are inclined upward toward the side opposite to the joining portion.
Therefore, after the opening, a portion connecting the lid portion above the cutting line and the main body portion below the cutting line is a flexible portion formed of one sheet member. Therefore, when the user opens the lid, the lid is less likely to be creased, and the lid is likely to return to the main body. In addition, the starting side of the cutting line in the cover part has a specific gravity with the side connected with the body part. This is because the area of the start side of the cutting line is large and a joint portion is also present. From this point of view, the lid portion is also easily returned to the main body portion side.
Since menstrual blood and the like adhere to the used booster, the booster is returned to the bag body and discarded. Therefore, when the lid portion is returned to the main body portion side, the opening portion formed by the cutting line is closed, and it is difficult to return the used booster.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a package of a pessary with a pusher, which can be easily discarded.
Means for solving the problems
A main aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is a pessary package including a bag formed of a sheet member, and a pessary with a pusher stored in the bag, wherein the bag includes: a joining portion formed by joining side end portions of the sheet member along a longitudinal direction of the bag body; and a cutting line disposed along an outer periphery of the bag body, an upper end of the cutting line being located above a center of the bag body in the longitudinal direction, the cutting line extending across a point facing the joint portion and not across the joint portion when the bag body is viewed from above in the longitudinal direction, the cutting line having a portion on one side and a portion on the other side divided by an imaginary line connecting the joint portion and the point facing the joint portion, at least one of the portion on the one side and the portion on the other side of the cutting line being inclined downward in the longitudinal direction toward the joint portion.
Other features of the present invention will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, a packaged vaginal pessary with a pusher can be provided that can be easily discarded.

[1. basic Structure of pessary Package ]
Fig. 1A is a front view of the pessary package 1, and fig. 1B is a rear view of the pessary package 1. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the bag 10 in an unfolded state. Fig. 3A is a view of the bag body 10 as viewed from above in the longitudinal direction, and fig. 3B is a cross-sectional view of the bag body 10 taken in the transverse direction.
The pessary package 1 includes a bag 10 formed of a flexible sheet member 2 such as a film or a nonwoven fabric, and a pessary 20 with a pusher accommodated in the bag 10.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the pessary 21 has an absorbent body 22 that absorbs menstrual blood and the like, and a string member 23 that takes out the absorbent body 22 from the body. The pusher 24 is an auxiliary tool for inserting the pessary 21 into the body, and includes an outer cylinder 25 and an inner cylinder 26. The absorbent body 22 of the pessary 21 is housed in the tip portion of the outer cylinder 25. When the inner cylinder 26 is pushed into the outer cylinder 25, the pessary 21 is pushed out from the tip of the outer cylinder 25 and inserted into the body.
The bag 10 has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction orthogonal to each other, and is formed of one sheet member 2 shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the sheet member 2 is formed into a cylindrical shape by overlapping and joining the side end portions 2a and 2b of the sheet member 2 along the longitudinal direction of the bag body 10. In a state where the pessary 20 with the booster is arranged inside the tube, the inner surfaces of the upper end portions of the sheet members 2 are joined to each other to form an upper joining portion 12, and the inner surfaces of the lower end portions of the sheet members 2 are joined to each other to form a lower joining portion 13. In this way, the vaginal plug 20 with the assist is accommodated in the bag 10.
Hereinafter, the portion where the sheet members 2 are overlapped is referred to as an overlapping portion 18, and the portion where the sheet members 2 are joined is referred to as a side joining portion 11 (a joining portion of the present invention). The lateral length of the side joint portion 11 is equal to or less than the lateral length of the overlapping portion 18.
In the side joint portion 11, as shown in fig. 3B, the inner surface of one side end portion 2a of the sheet member 2 is joined to the outer surface of the other side end portion 2B. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the inner surfaces of the side end portions 2a and 2b of the sheet member 2 may be joined to each other.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1A, the side joining portion 11 is positioned at the lateral side end portion of the bag body 10 as a front surface. The upper joint portion 12 and the lower joint portion 13 are formed along the lateral direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the upper joint portion 12 and the lower joint portion 13 may be formed along a direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 1A.
Further, the cutting line 30 is arranged along the outer periphery of the bag 10. The portion where the cutting line 30 is arranged is weaker than the surrounding portion, and is easily broken. By breaking the cutting line 30, an opening is formed in the bag body 10, and the pessary 20 with the pusher can be taken out.
[2 ] about the cutting line 30]
Fig. 4A and 4B are views illustrating the lid 15 above the cutting line 30. Fig. 5 and 6 are views illustrating a state after the bag 10 is opened. Fig. 7A and 7B are views for explaining a modification of the cutting line 30, and are views showing a state where the bag 10 is unfolded.
Hereinafter, a portion of the bag 10 where the pessary 20 with the pusher is disposed immediately after opening is referred to as a "main body portion 14", and a portion separated from the main body portion 14 is referred to as a "lid portion 15". Specifically, a portion below the cutting line 30 and an imaginary line La connecting both ends 30a and 30b of the cutting line 30 in the longitudinal direction is the main body 14, and an upper portion is the lid 15.
Fig. 4A and 4B show an example of a virtual line La (2 nd virtual line in the present invention) connecting both ends 30a and 30B of the cutting line 30, which extends from both ends of the cutting line 30. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a line connecting both ends 30a and 30b of the cutting line 30 in the transverse direction may be defined as the virtual line La.
When bag 10 is viewed from above in the longitudinal direction (fig. 3A), cutting line 30 extends across point P1 facing side joining portion 11, and does not extend across side joining portion 11. Therefore, after the sealing by the cutting line 30, the body portion 14 and the lid portion 15 are connected to each other at the side joining portion 11, and the bag body 10 is not separated into 2 or more pieces. Therefore, the bag 10 is easily discarded.
When the bag body 10 is viewed from above in the longitudinal direction (fig. 3A), the cutting line 30 includes a portion 31(30c to 30a) on one side and a portion 32(30c to 30b) on the other side, which are divided into two by an imaginary line Lb (an imaginary line of the present invention) connecting the side joining portion 11 and a point P1 facing the side joining portion 11. As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, both the portion 31 on one side and the portion 32 on the other side of the cutting line 30 are inclined downward in the longitudinal direction toward the side joining portion 11.
Therefore, when the user pinches the upper and lower portions of the cutting line 30 and tears the cutting line 30, the bag 10 is easily broken along the extension line (imaginary line La) of the cutting line 30 inclined downward beyond the ends 30a and 30b of the cutting line 30. However, the sheet members 2 of the side joint portions 11 are joined by overlapping in 2 layers, and are not easily broken. Therefore, bag 10 is thereafter easily broken downward along both side ends 11a and 11b of side joining portion 11.
In other words, since the force of tearing the cutting line 30 in the lateral direction is suppressed by the side joining portions 11, the bag 10 is difficult to separate into 2 or more pieces, and the bag 10 is easy to discard.
As a result, in a state in which the side joint portion 11 is opened and sealed by the cutting line 30 (fig. 5), the narrow width is bent in the longitudinal direction by the weight of the lid portion 15, and the lid portion 15 is in a state of hanging from the main body portion 14. Therefore, even if the user separates his or her hand from the lid portion 15, the lid portion 15 is less likely to return to the main body portion 14 side, and the opening portion 16 of the bag 10 formed by the cutting line 30 is opened.
When the lid portion 15 (fig. 3A) is viewed from above in the longitudinal direction and is divided into two by a virtual line Lc (virtual line 3 in the present invention) orthogonal to a virtual line Lb connecting the side joining portions 11 and the point P1 opposed thereto, the portion 15A on the side of the side joining portion 11 is heavier than the portion 15B on the opposite side.
In other words, when lid 15 (fig. 4A) is viewed from the front and lid 15 is divided into two by position 11c dividing side joining portion 11 in the lateral direction and center line CL1 of side end 10a of bag 10 facing the position, portion 15A on the side of side joining portion 11 is heavy. This is because the area of the portion 15A of the cover on the side of the side joining portion 11 is large and the side joining portion 11 is present.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the state in which the lid portion 15 hangs down from the main body portion 14 is easily maintained. In the case where the bag 10 is broken only up to the cutting line 30, if the bag 10 is inclined in the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 4A at the time of opening, the lid portion 15 is less likely to return to the main body portion 14 side due to the weight of the portion 15A of the lid portion on the side of the side joining portion 11.
That is, in the state after the opening by the cutting line 30, as shown in fig. 6, an angle θ 1 formed by a portion 11A of the side joining portion 11 on one side of the folding line FL of the side joining portion 11 and a portion 11B of the side joining portion 11 on the other side of the folding line FL is likely to be an acute angle, and the opening portion 16 of the bag body 10 is likely to be in an open state.
Since menstrual blood and the like adhere to the used booster 24, it is usually returned to the bag body 10 and discarded. Therefore, when the opening 16 of the bag 10 is opened, the user can return the booster 24 to the bag 10 without using the finger-restraining lid 15, and can easily discard the bag. Further, menstrual blood and the like hardly adhere to the outer surface of the bag body 10, and therefore, the hands and the like of the user can be prevented from being stained.
The cutting line 30 may be a modification shown in fig. 7A and 7B. In these cases, too, the lid portion 15 is difficult to return to the main body portion 14 side.
As shown in fig. 1B and 2, the upper end 30c of the cut line 30 is located above the center 10B of the bag 10 in the longitudinal direction of the bag 10. That is, the cutting line 30 is disposed closer to one side in the longitudinal direction. The user usually tears the severance line 30 with the side disposed adjacent to the severance line 30 as the upper side. Therefore, even if not shown in the bag 10, the bag 10 is opened by the cutting line 30 inclined downward toward the side joining portion 11.
As the cutting line 30, a structure in which a plurality of holes (recessed portions or penetrating portions in the thickness direction of the sheet member 2) are arranged at intervals can be exemplified. In this case, the hole portion may be longer than the non-hole portion in the extending direction of the cutting line 30. In contrast, the cutting line 30 is difficult to break, and an unnecessarily strong force is applied to open the package, so that the side joining portion 11 is easily broken. However, in order to prevent unnecessary breakage of the cutting line 30 during production, transportation, or the like, the length of the non-hole portion may be 0.1mm or more. The cutting line 30 may be a continuous hole (groove).
As the side joining portions 11, a structure in which the sheet members 2 are joined by welding (for example, thermal welding, ultrasonic welding, laser welding, or the like) can be exemplified. In this case, as shown in fig. 1A and the like, a plurality of welded portions 17 extending in the lateral direction of the bag body, that is, welded portions 17 having a predetermined length in the lateral direction are preferably arranged in the lateral joined portions 11 in a row in the longitudinal direction.
As a result, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the side joint part 11 is easily bent in the longitudinal direction along the welded part 17, and this state is easily maintained. Therefore, the opening 16 of the bag 10 is opened, and the booster 24 is easily returned to the bag 10, which facilitates disposal. However, the joining method of the side joining portions 11 is not limited to welding, and may be joining with an adhesive, for example.
Further, since the one portion 31 and the other portion 32 of the cutting line 30 are inclined downward in the longitudinal direction toward the side joining portion 11, as shown in fig. 5, the inner peripheral surface 10A of the bag body 10 on the side opposite to the side joining portion 11 is exposed, and the opening 16 is widened in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the booster 24 can be easily returned to the bag 10, and disposal becomes easy.
The length L1 of the cutting line 30 in the longitudinal direction from the upper end 30c to the lower ends 30a, 30b may be equal to or greater than the maximum diameter L2 of the tip end portion (outer cylinder 25) in the insertion direction of the booster 24 (L1 ≧ L2).
Thereby, the inner peripheral surface 10A of the bag 10 is exposed to be wider than the distal end portion of the booster 24 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the tip end of booster 24 can be brought into contact with exposed inner circumferential surface 10A of bag 10, and booster 24 can be returned to bag 10 along inner circumferential surface 10A of bag 10. Therefore, disposal of the booster 24 becomes easier.
In a state where the bag body 10 is unfolded (fig. 2), the cutting line 30 is formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to a center line CL2 in the transverse direction of the sheet member 2. The state in which the bag body 10 is unfolded means a state in which the joining of the side joining portions 11 is released and the bag body 10 is opened. The longitudinal direction of the sheet member 2 corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the bag body 10, and the lateral direction of the sheet member 2 (the direction orthogonal to the side ends 2a, 2b of the sheet member 2) corresponds to the lateral direction of the bag body 10.
Describing the shape of the cut line 30 in detail, when the bag body 10, which is the central portion of the cut line 30, is viewed from above, the portions (30d to 30e) that span the point P1 facing the side joining portions 11 have an arc shape that protrudes upward in the longitudinal direction.
Therefore, the force applied at the time of opening is smoothly switched from the lateral direction to the longitudinal direction of the bag 10, as compared with, for example, the cutting line 30 of the trapezoidal modification shown in fig. 7A. Therefore, the lateral joining portion 11 can be prevented from being broken without being inhibited by a lateral force applied when the cutting line 30 is torn, and the bag body 10 can be prevented from being separated into 2 or more pieces.
Further, by not having a straight portion along the lateral direction as in the cutting line 30 of the modification of fig. 7A, the bag 10 can be prevented from being bent at the cutting line 30 before being opened. Therefore, unnecessary opening of the bag body 10 can be prevented, and the hygienic state of the vaginal plug with assist 20 can be maintained.
In a state where the bag body 2 is unfolded (fig. 2), a tangent line Ld at the center 30c of the cutting line 30 is preferably along the lateral direction of the sheet member 2 (the lateral direction of the bag body 10). That is, the center 30c of the cutting line 30 and the vicinity thereof are preferably substantially parallel to the lateral direction of the bag 10.
Thus, when the user pinches and tears the upper and lower portions of the cutting line 30, a force is easily applied to the center 30c of the cutting line 30 and the vicinity thereof, and the user can easily tear the cutting line 30. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the side joining portions 11 from being broken by an unnecessarily strong force applied at the time of opening the bag, and to prevent the bag body 10 from being separated into 2 or more pieces.
In the case of the modification of fig. 7A, the straight portion of the cutting line 30 corresponds to a tangent line at the center 30c of the cutting line 30. The same effects as described above can be obtained with the cutting line 30 of the modification of fig. 7A.
Further, if the center 30c of the cutting line 30 and the vicinity thereof are substantially parallel to the lateral direction of the bag body 10, the width of the inner peripheral surface 10A of the bag body 10 facing the side joining portions 11 can be increased as compared with the cutting line 30 of the triangular modification shown in fig. 7B, for example (see fig. 5). Therefore, it is easy to bring booster 24 into contact with inner peripheral surface 10A of bag 10, and to return booster 24 to bag 10.
It is preferable that the arc portions (30d to 30e) of the cutting line 30 have a large radius of curvature and are gently curved. This makes it easier for the center 30c of the cutting line 30 and the vicinity thereof to be along the lateral direction of the bag 10, and the above-described effects can be further obtained.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, when the transverse length L3 from the center 30c of the cutting line 30 to the end 30a or 30b of the cutting line 30 is 25mm, the radius L1 of the arc portion of the cutting line 30 may be about 15mm to 25 mm. When the radius L1 is less than 15mm, the transverse length of the cutting line 30 becomes short, and the opening 16 of the bag 10 becomes narrow. On the other hand, if the radius L1 is greater than 25mm, the length of the cut line 30 in the longitudinal direction becomes shorter, making it difficult for the booster 24 to come into contact with the inner peripheral surface 10A of the bag 10.
If all the cutting lines 30 are arc-shaped, the bag 10 is opened at the position of the broken line Ld shown in fig. 4B, and the opening 16 of the bag 10 is narrowed. Therefore, the end portions (30d to 30a and 30e to 30b) of the cutting line 30 may be formed in a linear shape inclined downward in the longitudinal direction toward the side joining portion 11. This can enlarge the opening 16 of the bag 10, and facilitate the return of the booster 24 to the bag 10.
As shown in fig. 2, an angle θ 2 above the longitudinal direction of the angles formed by the tangent lines at the ends (30d to 30a and 30e to 30b) of the cutting line 30 and the longitudinal direction of the bag 10 is preferably 0 degree or more and 45 degrees or less. In addition, as in the present embodiment, when the end of the cutting line 30 has a straight line shape, the straight line portion corresponds to a tangent line at the end of the cutting line 30.
That is, the end of the cutting line 30 is inclined downward steeply. This reduces the area of the portion connecting the lid 15 and the main body 14, and the lid 15 is likely to hang down from the main body 14, making it difficult for the lid 15 to return to the main body 14. Further, the length of the cut line 30 in the longitudinal direction is easily ensured, and the booster 24 is easily brought into contact with the inner circumferential surface 10A of the bag 10.
The cutting line 30 may have an asymmetrical shape with respect to the center line CL2 of the sheet member 2. The one side portion 31 and the other side portion 32 of the cutting line 30 may be inclined downward toward the side joint portion 11, and various shapes such as a portion having a different longitudinal length and a different lateral length between the one side portion 31 and the other side portion 32 of the cutting line 30, or a portion having an arc shape with respect to the one side portion 31 of the cutting line 30 as shown in fig. 1A and a portion having a straight line with respect to the other side portion 32 as shown in fig. 7A and 7B may be implemented.
At least one of the ends 30a and 30b of the cutting line 30 preferably does not reach the side joining portion 11. In the cutting line 30 of the present embodiment, both ends 30a and 30b do not reach the side joining portions 11.
This makes it difficult for the side joining portions 11 to break when the bag is opened, and prevents the bag 10 from being separated into 2 or more pieces. In addition, unnecessary breakage of the cutting line 30 can be prevented.
On the other hand, if the cutting line 30 is too far away from the side joining portion 11, the opening portion 16 of the bag body 10 becomes narrow. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, in the transverse direction of the bag 10, the length W1 from the ends 30a, 30b of the cutting line 30 to the overlapped portion 18 of the sheet member 2 is preferably shorter than the length W2 of the overlapped portion 18 (W1 < W2).
This can enlarge the opening 16 of the bag 10. Further, the width of the portion connecting the lid 15 and the main body 14 can be reduced, the lid 15 is easily suspended from the main body 14, and the lid 15 is less likely to return to the main body 14. Therefore, the assist 24 is easily returned to the bag 10. Specifically, when the length W2 of the overlapped part 18 is 6mm, the length W1 from the ends 30a and 30b of the cutting line 30 to the overlapped part 18 may be about 0.3mm to 5 mm.
As shown in fig. 1B, the pessary 20 with the pusher is preferably stored in the bag 10 so that the side of the outer tube 25 inserted into the body is downward, and the lower ends 30a and 30B of the cutting line 30 are located above the upper end 25a of the outer tube 25. Thus, the outer tube 25 is not exposed when unsealing, and a sanitary state is maintained. Further, since the used outer cylinder 25 is not exposed, the hands of the user can be prevented from being soiled.
Further, the upper end 24a of the booster 24 (inner tube 26) is preferably located above the upper end 30c of the cutting line 30. This can prevent the cutting line 30 located at the boundary between the existing portion and the non-existing portion of the booster 24 from being broken and unnecessarily broken.
Further, a sheet extending in one direction may be used for the sheet member 2 or the like, and the tear strengths in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the bag body 10 may be made different.
For example, when the tear strength in the transverse direction of the bag body 10 is strong, the bag body 10 is likely to be broken in the longitudinal direction thereof. Therefore, the force applied at the time of opening the package easily changes in the longitudinal direction from the lateral direction of the bag 10, and the package is easily broken along the cutting line 30.
Conversely, if the tear strength in the longitudinal direction of the bag body 10 is strong, the bag body 10 is likely to be broken in the lateral direction. Therefore, the user can easily tear the severance line 30.
The tear strength may be compared by a known method, and for example, may be compared by using a tensile tester. To explain briefly, in the bag 10, the non-existing portion of the cut line 30 is obtained as a sample, and when the tear strength in the longitudinal direction is measured, the longitudinal direction is set as the tensile direction, and when the tear strength in the transverse direction is measured, the transverse direction is set as the tensile direction, and the sample is set in a tensile testing machine. Then, the sample is pulled at a predetermined speed, and the maximum load until breakage is obtained, and the value thereof may be compared as the tear strength.
Fig. 8A and 8B are views illustrating a cutting line 30 of the package 1 for a pessary according to embodiment 2. Fig. 8A is a front view of the pessary package 1, and fig. 8B is a view showing a state in which the bag body 10 is unfolded. Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating a state after the bag 10 is opened.
In the cutting line 30 of embodiment 2, one portion 31(30f to 30g) is inclined downward toward the side joint portion 11, while the other portion 32(30f to 30h) is inclined upward toward the side joint portion 11.
In this case, as shown in fig. 9, the lid portion 15 is opened so as to be twisted with respect to the main body portion 14. Therefore, the lid 15 is less likely to return to the main body 14 side, and the opening 16 of the bag 10 is opened. Further, the inner peripheral surface 10A of the bag 10 is exposed. Therefore, the booster 24 can be easily returned to the bag 10, and disposal becomes easy.
Further, in the cutting line 30 of embodiment 2, both ends 30g and 30h thereof are greatly deviated in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, even if the lateral force applied at the time of unsealing is strong, the side joining portion 11 is broken, and the crack from the one end 30g and the crack from the other end 30h of the cutting line 30 are difficult to continue. Therefore, the bag 10 is difficult to separate into 2 or more pieces, and disposal is easy.
In embodiment 2, as in embodiment 1, the length L1 of the cutting line 30 in the longitudinal direction from the upper end 30h to the lower end 30g is preferably equal to or greater than the maximum diameter L2 of the tip end of the booster 24 (L1 ≧ L2). This allows the tip end of booster 24 to abut against inner peripheral surface 10A of bag 10, and makes it easy to return booster 24 to bag 10.
In addition, the ends 30g, 30h of the cutting line 30 preferably do not reach the side joining portions 11, and thus unnecessary breakage of the cutting line 30 can be prevented.
In the transverse direction of the bag 10, the length W1 from the ends 30g, 30h of the cutting line 30 to the overlapped portion 18 of the sheet member 2 is preferably shorter than the length W2 of the overlapped portion 18. This can enlarge the opening 16 of the bag 10, and can easily maintain the lid 15 twisted with respect to the main body 14.
Although not shown, the other portion 32 of the cutting line 30 may be straight in the lateral direction. In this case, the lid portion 15 is also opened so as to be twisted with respect to the main body portion 14, and the booster 24 is easily returned to the bag body 10. However, the above embodiment can increase the length of the opening 16 of the bag 10 in the longitudinal direction.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the embodiments are for easy understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. It is to be understood that the present invention may be modified and improved without departing from the scope of the present invention, and equivalents thereof are also included in the present invention.
