Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A communication method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Before introducing the communication method, the communication device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, the influence brought by the current crank call, the solution mode of the related technology and the defects of the related technology are briefly introduced.
(1) Harassing calls are increasing, and personal communication is seriously affected. Specifically, telephone numbers are completely open and can communicate with each other without authentication, and with the development of electronic commerce, more and more information on the line is identified by using a mobile phone number as an identity, so that the leakage of the mobile phone number is serious, more and more harassing calls are caused, and the daily life of people is seriously influenced.
(2) Because operators have a lot of preferential patterns, people frequently change numbers, and therefore, under the condition that only incoming calls are displayed, the situation that the incoming calls are important calls or harassing calls is often difficult to distinguish. Specifically, in order to add new users, operators in China, such as mobile, internet, telecom and the like often launch services with high cost performance only for the new users, so that a plurality of people frequently change numbers, and when the new numbers are used for communicating with acquaintances, the new numbers are not identified by the acquaintances, and more harassing calls are generated at present, so that unidentified calls are easily mistakenly regarded as harassing calls and are rejected. In addition, important calls and nuisance calls are difficult to distinguish, so that some service users are dared not to miss any call, and are easy to be affected by nuisance calls.
In the related art, as the mobile terminal is more and more intelligent, although the voice call standard is not greatly developed, due to the development of the software of the mobile terminal (for example, a mobile phone), when people answer a call, the identity of the caller can be further judged according to functions such as a call blacklist, a call attribution display, a call caller tag and the like provided by third-party software. Wherein, the correlation technique includes:
(1) the mobile terminal downloads the blacklist data from the server, when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, the blacklist data is matched according to the number of the incoming call, and if the incoming call is matched with the blacklist data, the incoming call is automatically rejected, so that the mobile terminal is prevented from being disturbed.
(2) The incoming call label is displayed when ringing. The mobile terminal downloads the label data from the server, when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, the label data is matched according to the incoming call number, if the label data is matched, the corresponding label (such as meal delivery, harassment or insurance promotion) is displayed on the mobile terminal while ringing, and a user can decide whether to reject or answer the call by himself.
However, both the blacklist data and the label data come from third-party consultation team arrangement and statistical analysis after automatic uploading of a large number of users, and as the number of harassing calls is increased, the data obviously cannot cover all the harassing calls. In addition, when the mobile terminal carries out incoming call prompt, the prompt information is too simple, and personalized prompt cannot be carried out.
In the method, a call identifier is extracted according to the incoming call number of a calling party, and prompt is given on a called party call interface before the call is answered, so that the user can conveniently identify whether the call is an important call, and the user use experience is improved while disturbance is effectively avoided.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the communication method includes the steps of:
in step S101, the incoming call number of the calling party is extracted.
In step S102, a calling identifier sent by the calling party within a preset duration before the call is extracted according to the incoming call number.
It should be noted that, in the related art, after the incoming call number of the calling party is extracted, the database is queried according to the incoming call number, so as to obtain the call identifier of the calling party, but the call identifier in the related art often only can simply indicate the identity of the calling party, for example, the intention of the call or the theme of the call cannot be indicated according to the matching of the incoming call number and the name of the calling party. Different from the related technology, the call identifier of the embodiment of the invention is sent by the calling party within the preset time before the call, that is, the call identifier of the embodiment of the invention is matched with the call and is only suitable for the call, the calling party can flexibly send the call identifier before the call according to the intention or the purpose of each call, and the intention of the call, the theme of the call or the identity of the calling party can be effectively indicated through the call identifier sent within the preset time before the call.
It is understood that the call identifier is a kind of information that may indicate the intention of the call, indicate the subject of the call, or indicate the identity of the calling party, for example, the call identifier may be a greeting message, a voice message, and/or video data. Of course, the call identifier may also include: any one or more of area information to which the incoming call number belongs, user identity information, user head portrait information, current GPS (Global Positioning System) position information, current GPS map information or network IP information. The preset time period may be 1 minute or 2 minutes, and those skilled in the art may set the preset time period according to actual situations, which is not specifically limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, extracting a call identifier sent by a calling party within a preset duration before a call according to an incoming call number includes: judging whether the calling identifier is an identifier input by a calling party through a preset calling interface; if the calling identifier is the identifier input by the calling party through the preset calling interface, the calling identifier is judged to be the calling identifier sent within the preset time before calling, and the calling identifier is extracted.
The preset call interface may be a dialing interface, or other call interfaces, which is not specifically limited herein. Taking the dial interface as an example, if the short message sent by the calling party within a certain time before calling is judged to be the short message sent by the calling party through the dial interface, the short message can be judged to be the greeting short message sent by the calling party, and then the greeting short message is extracted.
Further, extracting a calling identifier sent by the calling party within a preset time before calling according to the incoming call number, further comprising: judging whether the calling identifier has a preset format or not; if the calling identifier has a preset format, the calling identifier is judged to be the calling identifier sent by the calling party within a preset time before calling, and the calling identifier is extracted.
It is understood that, in addition to sending the call identifier input through the call interface, the calling party may also send the call identifier with a preset format, where the preset format is used to distinguish the call identifier from the common identifier, and those skilled in the art may set a specific format according to actual situations, which is not limited herein.
For example, if the call identifier is a greeting message, the predetermined format may be "RSV:", that is, a recognition prefix "RSV:" is added before the message, so as to distinguish the greeting message from the normal message. For example, if the short message sent by the calling party within a certain time before the call is judged to be the short message with the prefix "RSV:", the short message can be judged to be the greeting short message, and then the greeting short message is extracted. Therefore, the greeting short message and the common short message can be quickly and accurately distinguished according to the prefix 'RSV', misjudgment of the greeting short message as the common short message is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes: the call identification is stored to a database to form a standard call identification library.
The database may be a local database or a cloud server, and is not specifically limited herein.
After forming the standard call identifier library, extracting the call identifier sent by the calling party within the preset time before calling according to the incoming call number, and the method further comprises the following steps: and selecting a calling identifier sent by a calling party within a preset time length before calling from a standard calling identifier library according to the incoming number, and extracting the calling identifier.
It can be understood that, by distinguishing the two extraction modes, the embodiment of the invention can also directly select the calling identifier from the standard calling identifier library according to the incoming call number without inputting the calling identifier, thereby reducing the input process.
Further, the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes: detecting the storage time of the call identifier; and if the storage time reaches the preset aging time, deleting or marking the calling identifier by a preset strategy.
It can be understood that if the call identifier is already used, the used call identifier can be directly deleted, thereby effectively saving the storage space; if the call identifier is not used, the storage time of the call identifier needs to be further detected, and the call identifier is deleted or marked with a preset strategy when the aging time is met.
The aging time may be set to 1 minute or 2 minutes, and a person skilled in the art may set the specific time according to actual situations, which is not specifically limited herein.
In the first case, the aged call identification is deleted when the aging time is met. For example, the aging time is set to 1 minute, so that the aged call identifier is deleted when the storage time of the call identifier is 1 minute. If the aged calling identifier is not deleted in time, the situation that the calling identifier is not matched with the call is easily caused, for example, when a calling party calls next time, a new calling identifier is sent again, because the aged calling identifier is different from the new calling identifier, if the aged calling identifier is not deleted in time, the situation that the call is mismatched with the aged calling identifier is easily caused, the purpose of the call cannot be accurately shown, and the situation that the called party easily misjudges the importance degree of the incoming call to cause the missing of an important incoming call is caused. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the call is matched with the call identifier by deleting the aged call identifier in time, accurately indicate the purpose of the call, effectively avoid disturbance, prevent missing important calls and effectively improve user experience.
In the second case, the aged call identifier is marked with a preset policy when the aging time is satisfied, so that the user can flexibly process the aged call identifier according to the actual situation. The embodiment of the invention can mark the aged call identifier through the preset strategy so as to be distinguished from the new call identifier, avoid the mismatching of the aged call identifier with the call identifier, ensure the matching of the call and the call identifier, accurately indicate the purpose of the call, effectively avoid disturbance, prevent the missing of important calls and effectively improve the user experience. The skilled person can select a specific policy to mark the aged call identifier according to the actual situation, for example, mark a on the aged call identifier, which is not limited herein.
In step S103, before the called party connects the incoming call number of the calling party, the call identifier is displayed on the call prompt interface of the called party.
It can be understood that before answering a call, a call identifier is prompted on a called party call interface, so that a user can conveniently identify whether the call is an important call, harassment is effectively avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In the first specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a user miss easily receives many harassing calls due to an inadvertent disclosure of a personal telephone number, thereby causing a certain trouble to her, but the number cannot be deactivated due to a work relationship. The communication method of the embodiment of the invention can effectively solve the puzzlement of Miss Zhang, and specifically comprises the following steps:
when the relatives and the friends call the friends by using the strange numbers, the calling identification can be sent before calling, so that the calling identification is prompted on a miss calling interface before answering the call, the miss calling is convenient to identify whether the call is an important call, harassment is effectively avoided, and the use experience is improved. For example, the lie sends a call identifier of 'miss, i.e. the lie of the Tianhe company, asks for taking a call before the next call' before calling, so that when the miss receives the incoming call of the lie, the miss is prompted on a conversation interface of the miss to send the call identifier before calling, the miss can be effectively prevented by the miss according to the call identifier, and the call is accurately identified as an important call by the miss. In addition, for an incoming call with an unfamiliar number without a greeting or a counterfeit greeting, the incoming call can be regarded as a harassing call and refused, so that harassment is effectively avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In a second specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, before a calling party initiates a call, a greeting message may be sent to a called party, and then the call is initiated; the called party temporarily stores the message when receiving the message, and when receiving the incoming call, the content of the greeting message is displayed on the call prompt interface of the called party, so that the intention of the calling party and the called party of the calling party is more clearly displayed, and the called party can make more reasonable judgment. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
firstly, before a calling party A makes a call to a called party B, a short message with a prefix of RSV (RSV:) is sent by intelligent calling software, Mr. B is Mr. A, and you have to take the call, and after the short message is successfully sent, the calling party A can immediately initiate the call after receiving the message prompt of the successful sending of the short message. After the called party receives the short message, the short message can be identified as greeting information by the prefix 'RSV:', and the greeting information and the incoming call number are stored in a database.
Then, the calling party A calls the called party B through intelligent calling software, after receiving the incoming call, the mobile terminal of the called party B rings and displays the greeting information on a call prompt interface, and the called party B selects to answer or reject according to the greeting information.
In summary, the communication method of the embodiment of the invention can extract the call identifier according to the caller's incoming call number, and prompt on the called party call interface before answering the call, so that the user can conveniently identify whether the call is an important call, and the user experience is improved while disturbance is effectively avoided.
The communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to a specific embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S1: the calling party opens the dialing interface of the intelligent dialing software, wherein the software can be the software for realizing the scheme of the embodiment of the invention or the common dialing program.
Step S2: a short greeting is input on a software interface, and the greeting can be edited every time a call is made, history records can be extracted, or preset characters can be selected. For example, the greeting message may be "Liu Jie, I am Liu Qiang, please take the phone off".
Step S3: and inputting a called number in a software interface, wherein the called number can be input every time of calling, or selecting a telephone directory number, or extracting a history dialing record.
Step S4: determining a greeting and a called number, after clicking 'dialing', intelligently dialing to code the characters of the greeting, and adding an identification prefix 'RSV:' so that a receiver can identify the short message as a greeting short message, thereby being distinguished from other common short messages.
Step S5: the intelligent dialing software sends the coded content to the called party in a short message mode, and the operator network is responsible for sending the short message and can inform the sender of a successful message after the short message is sent successfully.
Step S6: the called party terminal also runs intelligent dialing software, under normal conditions, the called party can receive the short message immediately, the software can continuously monitor the content of the short message, the short message can be identified as a greeting short message through identifying the prefix, the number of a short message sender and the content are associated and stored in a local greeting database, and the aging time of the greeting short message is set to be 1 minute.
There are many special scenarios in step S6:
(1) if the mobile terminal of the called party is just started or the mobile network is just recovered, a plurality of historical short messages are received at the moment, the short messages sent one minute before are ignored by comparing the short message sending time with the current time. That is, the current state of the mobile terminal is detected, and if the current state meets the preset condition, the short message with the difference value between the sending time and the current time larger than the preset threshold value is deleted.
(2) If several greeting short messages sent from the same incoming number are received continuously within 1 minute, the former is overwritten by the latter content. That is, after identifying the greeting message, judging whether the greeting message of the incoming call number exists in the database; if the greeting message of the incoming call number exists, the stored greeting message is replaced by the greeting message.
(3) If the time for sending and receiving the short message exceeds 1 minute due to the network problem, the short message is ignored.
Step S7: the intelligent dialing software of the calling party can immediately initiate voice calling after receiving the 'message sending success' replied by the operator.
Step S8: when the mobile terminal of the called party rings, the running intelligent dialing software extracts the incoming call number and matches the incoming call number in the local greeting database, and if the matching is successful, the content of the greeting short message related to the incoming call number is displayed on the call prompt interface of the called party. The called party can more accurately judge whether the call is a harassing call or not according to the greeting short message, or whether the call is a call which can be refused or not. Therefore, the called party can select to answer and hang up or intelligent software running on the mobile terminal of the called party automatically executes hang up operation according to preset rules according to the importance degree of the call, thereby effectively avoiding harassment, avoiding missing important calls and improving the use experience of the user.
Step S9: after the storage duration of the greeting information exceeds 1 minute, the greeting short message recorded before is deleted from the database, the mismatching is avoided when the calling party initiates a common call again next time, harassment is effectively avoided, meanwhile, the important call is prevented from being missed, and the user experience is effectively improved.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention can increase the greeting function of the incoming call by the intelligent terminal software cooperating with the greeting short message on the premise of not changing the voice dialing protocol, so that the called party can more quickly and accurately identify the important degree of the incoming call, and the unimportant incoming call or the harassing incoming call can be refused instead of being answered first and then hung up. For the calling party, the importance degree of the call can be described by the greeting words, and the importance degree of the called party to the call is improved.
