Description
The present invention provides a mobile communication device such as a mobile phone, which notifies the terminal of incoming information when a terminal such as a mobile phone is outside the effective range of the base station or when the power is turned off by e-mail or the like. It is about the method .
Both of these inventions aim to notify the terminal of out-of-service incoming information, and notify the information about all incoming calls when out of service.
Further, in claims 1 and 2, FIGS. 1, 6 and 7 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-101635 of Patent Document 3, the caller telephone number notified from the exchange is stored in a table storing the telephone number where the mischief was performed. When registered, it is disclosed to store the number of incoming calls and the date and time. Further, in claim 1 and FIGS. 1 to 3 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-040217 of Patent Document 4, it is disclosed that the incoming call history when out of service area is notified by e-mail when the service area returns to the service area. Further, in claims 1 to 5 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-120557 of Patent Document 5 and FIG. 6, a telephone number of a one-time contractor is managed by a server as telephone book data, and the telephone book data is transmitted from a communication terminal device. Is disclosed that can be uploaded to the server. Further, in claim 1, FIGS. 1 and 3 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-146889 of Patent Document 6, if the incoming call is disconnected before the time set in the incoming telephone apparatus expires, this incoming call However, it is disclosed that it is judged as a one-off nuisance call. Further, in claim 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-187056 of Patent Document 7, when the other party's telephone number matches the telephone book, it is stored in the incoming call history storage unit and disconnected before a predetermined time. An invention of a cellular phone that is stored in a non-registration number storage unit when it is done is disclosed. Further, in claims 1, 7, and FIGS. 1, 3, and 8 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-208030 of Patent Document 8, the server uses a telephone number that is frequently registered as a telephone number determined to be malicious. It is disclosed that it is provided to the telephone as a list.
In recent years, so-called one-off nuisance calls using number notification services such as mobile phones have become a social problem. These nuisance calls are called for a very short time, disconnect the call before the subscriber answers, leave the caller number in the incoming call history, and induce the subscriber to return to the adult program etc. It is an act. When the mobile phone terminal is outside the effective range of the base station or when it is out of service such as when the power is turned off, such annoying call is not received. However, there are cases where operators such as mobile phones provide an incoming call notification service when out of service area, and all incoming information of such annoying calls will be notified, causing the following problems .
The first problem is that it is impossible to distinguish whether or not it is a nuisance call only by looking at the telephone number notified by the incoming call notification service when out of service area. When an incoming call is received for a nuisance call such as one-off call, it is usually disconnected with a short call of about 1 to 3 times. However, since there is no information on the number of calls in the notification of incoming calls especially when out of service area, it is impossible to distinguish whether the subscriber is a nuisance call or a normal call. As a result, there is a high possibility that the subscriber will be attracted to a nuisance call provider.
Also, as a second problem, an out-of-service incoming call notification service eventually promotes annoying phone operators. For example, as one of the features of annoying phone calls, there is a case where a call is intentionally made at midnight or at dawn to pretend to be an emergency request. Many subscribers dislike this and turn off the terminal at bedtime, but when using an out-of-service call notification service, the information may also be notified to the terminal as an incoming call record. is there.
As a result, as an incoming call notification service when out of service area, a nuisance call avoidance measure devised by the subscriber is substantially invalidated, and the action of the nuisance call provider (sender) is promoted.
The third problem is that subscribers who dislike the incoming notification of unwanted calls as described above and do not use the incoming notification service when out of service area appear. As a result, there is a possibility that important incoming calls may be missed for the subscriber, and for a business operator such as a mobile phone, there is a demerit that it is not possible to obtain potential income from the return call. That is, the legitimate business conduct of a service provider such as a circuit provider and the commercial conduct by communication of a mobile phone receiver as a beneficiary are obstructed.
On the other hand, the incompletion rate is a serious problem for communication line operators, in which communication lines are not opened. For example, in some extreme cases, the communication incompletion rate may exceed 30% or 40%. This incomplete rate is a major demerit for circuit operators in terms of recovering communication costs. In order to prevent this disadvantage, for example, when a mobile communication terminal that is out of service area returns to the service area or when the power-off state of such a mobile communication terminal is switched, Send e-mail to the user who has a mobile communication terminal when the user's mobile terminal returns for the purpose of, for example, preventing the possibility of annihilating important business opportunities. , Tend to provide a service to notify that there was a call or notice. However, even if the user turns off the user's portable communication terminal for the purpose of eliminating or avoiding nuisance calls such as midnight, when the user returns, the purpose is to improve the service from the line communication company etc. An unsolicited telephone information may be notified by the e-mail.
On the other hand, it is unavoidable that the telecommunications carrier side notifies the user of such annoying information from the viewpoint of consumer protection.
In this way, the conventionally known out-of-service call notification service does not take into account measures for annoying calls such as one-off calls, which has been disadvantageous for both mobile phone operators and subscribers. .
The present invention detects a nuisance call such as so-called one-off in an incoming call notification service when out of service area or when the power is turned off, and alerts the subscriber by displaying such a nuisance call. The purpose of this is to delete only the incoming call information and prevent the subscriber from being guided to the nuisance call carrier. In addition, there is ensured the measures of non-completed calls in the line by the communication line skill, the mobile communication terminal to a user, while avoiding nuisance calls, it provides an important way and program communication information that notifies It is an object.
The present invention is a method for preventing nuisance calls, and when an incoming call is generated by a call from a telephone, an incomplete call determination step for determining whether the incoming call is an incomplete call, and a result of the determination step If the incoming call is an incomplete call, a subscriber non-response call determination step for determining whether or not the call is a subscriber non-response call; and the subscriber non-response call determination step in the subscriber non-response call determination step The telephone number of the caller associated with the incoming call, the incoming call number, the time of the outgoing call, and the call duration are extracted from information input at the time of outgoing call and recorded as nuisance information And a mobile station no answer call judgment step for judging whether the incoming call is a mobile station no answer call when it is not a subscriber no answer call in the subscriber no answer call judgment step. The subscriber unanswered call determination In the step, if the incoming call is not a subscriber non-response call and the mobile device non-response call determination step is an out-of-service call or a power-off call that is a mobile device non-response call, the calling number, In the transmission record extraction step of recording information including the incoming call number and the calling time as out-of-service nuisance information, searching for the nuisance information, and extracting a transmission record whose call duration is within a specified value; and in the transmission record extraction step A reconstruction step for reconstructing a transmission record using the extracted transmission number as a key, and a transmission for extracting a transmission number that has been called more than a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time from the transmission number extracted using the nuisance information From the number selection extraction step and the transmission number extracted in the transmission number selection extraction step, the transmission number that has been called to the same incoming number more than the specified number of times is deleted. And deleting step, the data of the obtained caller number in the deletion step, characterized by further comprising the steps of adding to the recording list as data of nuisance calls, the.
In another aspect, the present invention is a program for causing a mobile network to execute processing for preventing annoying calls . When an incoming call is generated by a call from the telephone, the incoming call is an incomplete call. An incomplete call determination step for determining whether or not, and if the result of the determination step is that the incoming call is an incomplete call, a subscriber no answer call determination step for determining whether or not the call is a subscriber no answer call; When the incoming call is a subscriber no answer call in the subscriber no answer call determination step, the telephone number of the caller related to the incoming call, the incoming call number, the time of the call, and the call duration Is recorded from the information input at the time of calling and recorded as nuisance information, and when the call is not a subscriber unanswered call in the subscriber unanswered call determination step, the incoming call is a mobile station unanswered call Or A mobile station no answer call determination step for determining whether the incoming call is not a subscriber no answer call and the mobile station no answer call determination step in the subscriber no answer call judgment step In the case where the call is an out-of-service call that is a mobile station no answer call or an incoming call when the power is turned off, information including the calling number, the called number and the calling time is recorded as out-of-service nuisance information, and the nuisance information is searched. A call record extraction step for extracting a call record whose call duration is within a specified value, a reconstruction step for reconstructing a call record using the call number extracted in the call record extraction step as a key, and the nuisance information A calling number selection extracting step of extracting a calling number that has been called more than a specified number of times within a specified time from the extracted calling numbers; A deletion step of deleting a call number that has been called more than the specified number of times to the same incoming call number from the call number extracted in the number selection extraction step, and recording of the call number data obtained in the deletion step as nuisance call data Adding to the list, further causing the mobile network to execute .
The first effect is that it is possible to distinguish whether or not it is a nuisance call just by looking at the telephone number notified by the incoming call notification service when out of service area, and the subscriber can determine the necessity of a return call by himself / herself. That is. The reason is that in the incoming information service at the time of out-of-service or when the power is turned off according to the present invention, a nuisance call is marked so that it can be determined.
The second effect is that the incoming call notification service when out of service area does not encourage annoying call operators. The reason for this is that when notifying out-of-service incoming information, if it contains a nuisance call number, it will notify the subscriber to that effect and call attention, or nuisance call This is because it is possible to delete only incoming information. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the incoming call notification service when out of service area from being invalidated as a measure to avoid unwanted calls due to intentional power-off of the subscriber, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the troublesome callers from being promoted. .
The third effect is that a subscriber who dislikes information notification of unwanted calls can use the incoming call notification service when out of service area with peace of mind. The reason is that the above-described nuisance call countermeasures are implemented, and the subscriber is not confused by the nuisance call.
In this way, by taking measures against nuisance calls such as one-off calls to the call notification service for out-of-range calls that has been devised in the past, it becomes possible for both operators such as mobile phones and subscribers to enjoy great benefits. .
Next, the present invention will be described in detail according to embodiments with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a configuration example of an incoming call notification system when the mobile phone of the present invention is out of service area. Hereinafter, each part which comprises an incoming call notification system is demonstrated in order.
The system includes a

Operation Example of First Embodiment Next, an operation example of the incoming call information notification system of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 will be described with reference to flowcharts shown in FIGS.
The incoming call information notification system of the present invention can be classified into three types: a process 1 when an incoming call occurs, a process 2 of detecting an outgoing call number of a nuisance call, and a process 3 of notification of an incoming call information when out of service area. Each type of process operates independently.
Process 1
First, the process when an incoming call occurs will be described with reference to FIGS.
When an incoming call is generated by a call (or call) from a certain telephone, the
If the result of this determination is an incomplete call, it is further determined whether or not the call is a subscriber unanswered call (step A2).
If it is determined that the call is a subscriber non-response call, the
Process 2
Next, a process for detecting the outgoing call number of a nuisance call will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the nuisance
Here, the transmission records extracted in step B1 are rearranged using the transmission number as a key. In other words, based on the transmission number, all the transmission records possessed by the transmission number can be referred to (step B2).
Next, from the previously extracted call numbers using the nuisance information, call numbers that have been called more than a specified number of times within a specified time are extracted (step B3). By this processing, data having a high transmission frequency, that is, data extracted by a nuisance telephone company is extracted.
Next, from the outgoing numbers extracted in the step B2, the outgoing numbers that have made calls to the same incoming number more than the specified number of times are deleted (step B4). By performing a series of these processes on a large number of subscriber unanswered call records, it is possible to extract the data of the nuisance call carrier with a high statistical reliability. By carrying out such statistical processing, it is possible for a user who is likely to be a nuisance call using a notification means such as the above-mentioned e-mail, etc., for a telephone that makes a one-off call that is a nuisance call. It can be sent to a communication terminal. In addition, as statistical processing, for example, in the processing of step B3, when setting the predetermined number of calls that is a threshold, the average value of the number of calls obtained from the data at the time when those values are accumulated, the variance, etc. Based on the statistical index, it can be determined as an adaptive optimal solution at any time.
Finally, the caller ID data obtained in step B3 is recorded in the nuisance
Process 3
Next, the process of notifying out-of-service information will be described with reference to FIGS. When a notification of incoming call information occurs when the subscriber is out of service area due to return to the service area or power ON, the
As for the accuracy, for example, assuming that there are about 1 million calls per day and about 60% of the calls are connected to the other party's phone, the remaining 30 to 40% cannot be connected. . Such disconnection includes one-off calls, etc. The probability that the call is made by a person who aims to be one-off is that the one-cut service provider is only for calling. For this reason, it is basically assumed that not a single call but a number of calls, but no call is made. And if it is a trader aiming at one cut, there is little merit in terms of cost unless one cut is performed with the same telephone number for a certain period. In this embodiment, paying attention to this point, a one-off telephone number within a certain period is recorded, and an average time until the one-off supplier changes the current telephone number to another telephone number is estimated or Set as a default value, with the time point first found by the statistical processing described above as the origin, and the subsequent elapsed time for calls from callers who are not within the expected value or the average value of the average time Attention.
(Second Embodiment)
Next, an example of the second embodiment of the incoming call information notification system of the present invention is shown below.
FIG. 5 shows a configuration example of the second embodiment of the incoming call information notification system of the present invention. The difference from the first embodiment of the system of the present invention is that a nuisance
The nuisance
In the first embodiment, the nuisance
In this case, this embodiment can cope with such a case, and in the second embodiment, a carrier such as a mobile phone inputs the number to the nuisance call
The second embodiment operates in substantially the same manner as the operation example of the first embodiment (processes 1 to 3), but when an incoming information notification trigger occurs in the out-of-service area (process 3), FIG. In step C4, by referring to both the subscriber's data in the unwanted call
According to the second embodiment as described above, it is possible to take measures against a nuisance call that is known by a survey of a public institution or a nuisance call according to the needs of each subscriber. Of course, the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present invention can be combined to allow both automatic detection of the nuisance call origination number and input by the operator or subscriber.
In the first embodiment, the second embodiment, and other embodiments described later, the
In the present invention, the processes 1 to 3 may exist as programs. In this case, these programs may be stored in a storage unit in the mobile network unit, and in some cases, these programs may be obtained via a communication line. There are no particular restrictions on the location of the place of acquisition or the program.
In the embodiment described above, the terminal of the nuisance caller or the mobile communication terminal unit 10 (reception side) has been described as a mobile phone terminal. However, in the present invention, the terminal of the nuisance caller has a telephone function. For example, a PC phone (computer phone) or a wired or wireless phone may be used. Needless to say, these are also included in the present invention.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, it has been described that a distinctive notation may be added when informing the mobile communication terminal on the receiving side that it is a nuisance call. A program or application can be attached to prevent the recipient from making a call if the recipient mistakenly calls the phone. Further, it may be transmitted as a content that cannot be disclosed by attaching it to a telephone number of a nuisance call as a key content instead of a program or application. In this way, for example, the outgoing call number of this nuisance call is registered as a nuisance call in the mobile communication terminal on the receiving side, or the content is not opened unless it is registered in an arbitrary part of the system of the present invention. By preventing the call from being made, it is possible to alert the recipient and reliably prevent unwanted calls. By doing so, even if the registered nuisance telephone number is received again, no call is made to the nuisance telephone number.
Also, in the present invention, it is notified to the receiver's terminal as voice information in a conversational form that it is a nuisance call, and in addition, the receiver's portable terminal determines whether or not the nuisance call information is from a public institution. In the case of information from a public institution, for example, if the
In the present embodiment, the nuisance telephone number information is obtained from a non-profit organization and the line communication company can send the attention to the user form communication terminal by the e-mail or the like. In this way, it is possible to increase the density of information, protect the user from the mobile network unit on the communication line provider side, and substantially improve the communication incompletion rate for the communication line provider.
Other Embodiments In this embodiment, the system configuration includes both the first embodiment and the different portions of the second embodiment. That is, in the present embodiment, in the mobile network unit, the
1 and FIG. 5, the
In this embodiment, if the nuisance call information notified from an individual or a non-profit organization is used, the probability of the nuisance call is further increased. can do. Further, in the present embodiment, an unsolicited telephone call such as a one-off call is made as if it is a different trader by changing the telephone number by the one-cut service provider until such probabilistically high information is transmitted to the user. Therefore, it is possible to notify the user's portable communication terminal via e-mail or the like. For this reason, it can be used as highly reliable information whether or not it is a one-off operator obtained from the nuisance call input unit, and early nuisance call information until obtaining highly reliable information, By performing the statistical processing as described above, both speedy correspondence that can be notified to the user at an early stage can be achieved. Note that the information input to the nuisance call input unit may have a nuisance call number, a notification time zone, a display with various marks as described above, and the like.
Usually, so-called nuisance calls such as one-off calls are performed by calling a randomly generated incoming number using a computer. One-off calls are disconnected before the call is completed, so they all become unanswered subscriber unanswered calls with a short call duration. In addition, since the incoming call number is randomly generated, it is characterized in that the incoming call number is not repeated to the same incoming call number unlike a normal subscriber unanswered call.
Therefore, when a subscriber no answer call occurs, information contained in the subscriber no answer is notified to the nuisance
A database is constructed by accumulating the nuisance call numbers obtained in this way. Therefore, when notifying out-of-service incoming information, if the outgoing call number of a nuisance call is included in it, it will be notified to the subscriber and alerted, or the incoming information of the nuisance call It becomes possible to delete only.
