when the alarm number of the user subsystems in which the disasters occur is increased, all the user subsystems in which the disasters occur do not belong to the same unit building, and the monitoring platform does not perform disaster elimination operation, three-level disaster prompt information is sent to all users in a residential area directory where the users in which the disasters occur; the third-level disaster prompting information comprises disaster occurrence time and names of residential areas of disaster occurrence users;
when the alarm number of the user subsystems in which the disasters occur is increased, all the user subsystems in which the disasters occur do not belong to the same residential area, and the monitoring platform does not perform disaster elimination operation, four-level disaster prompting information is sent to all users in the area-level administrative area directory in which the users in which the disasters occur; the four-level disaster prompting information comprises disaster occurrence time, a disaster occurrence residential area name and a residential area located area level administrative area name;
when the monitoring platform carries out disaster elimination operation, the monitoring platform suspends sending disaster prompt information within preset time, detects again after the preset time, and sends the information again when a disaster occurs.
