Detailed Description
To further illustrate the various embodiments, the invention provides the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this disclosure, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate still other possible embodiments and advantages of the present invention with reference to these figures. Elements in the figures are not drawn to scale and like reference numerals are generally used to indicate like elements.
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides an ac COB flexible filament, which includes a flexible insulating support 1 and a plurality of LED light bars 2 mounted on the insulating support.
Specifically, a hollow area 10 is formed in the middle of the insulating support 1, a plurality of groups of spring pairs 11 are distributed on the periphery of the hollow area 10, each group of spring pairs includes two metal springs 110 arranged in opposite directions, two ends of each metal spring 110 are respectively defined as a first end 110a and a second end 110b, wherein the first end 110a is fixedly arranged on the insulating support 1, the second end 110b is a free end, and the second end 110b is arranged towards the other metal spring 110 of the same group of spring pairs 11.
The LED light bar 2 includes a bar-shaped substrate 20 and a plurality of LED chips 21 packaged on the bar-shaped substrate 20 in a COB manner, and two ends of the bar-shaped substrate 20 in the length direction are respectively a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the LED light bar 2. Two ends of each LED light bar 2 are respectively fixed to the second ends 110b of the two springs in the same set of spring pairs 11, and the second ends 110b of the two metal springs are respectively electrically connected to the positive and negative poles of the LED light bar 2. The two adjacent spring pairs 11 are electrically connected through the metal sheet 3 fixedly arranged on the insulating support 1, and all the LED lamp strips are fixed on the insulating support 1 in a series connection mode.
The spring pair 11 in this embodiment can be directly welded to the metal sheet 3 in a welding manner, and the second end 110b of the metal spring can be welded to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the LED light bar 2 in a welding manner through the electrical connection between the metal spring 110 and the LED light bar 2, so that the metal spring 110 and the LED light bar 2 can be fixed while the electrical connection between the metal spring 110 and the LED light bar 2 is realized.
The insulating support 1 further has a connection circuit and two connection electrodes 13 connected to an external ac power source, the connection circuit includes a first connection circuit 120 connected to the positive electrode of the LED string formed by connecting the LED light bars 2 in series and a second connection circuit 121 connected to the negative electrode of the LED string, each connection electrode 13 is connected to a first diode 140 and a second diode 141 in parallel, two pins of the first diode 140 are connected to the connection electrodes 13 and the first connection circuit 120, respectively, the current flow of the first diode 140 is conducted from the connection electrodes 13 to the first connection circuit 120, two pins of the second diode 141 are connected to the connection electrodes 13 and the second connection circuit 121, respectively, and the current flow of the second diode 141 is conducted from the second connection circuit 121 to the connection electrodes 13.
It should be clear that the reverse voltage of the first diode 140 and the second diode 141 needs to be higher than the voltage of the LED light string, so that the ac COB flexible filament can be directly connected to ac power to operate. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the two connecting electrodes 13 in fig. 3 and 4 are directly connected with an alternating current, as shown in fig. 3, when the upper electrode 13 is positive and the lower electrode 13 is negative, the current direction is as shown by the arrow in fig. 3. When the upper electrode 13 is negative and the lower electrode 13 is positive, the direction of the current flow is shown by the arrow in fig. 4. Therefore, the first diode 140 and the second diode 141 can perform a rectifying function so that the ac COB flexible filament can directly work with ac power.
The LED lamp cluster in the flexible filament of interchange COB that this embodiment provided is established ties by many LED lamp strip 2 and forms, consequently under the condition of the dead lamp of a certain LED lamp strip 2, only need to change corresponding LED lamp strip 2 can, need not to change whole LED lamp cluster, can practice thrift the cost. Insulating support 1 is made by flexible material, therefore insulating support 1 can buckle into certain shape and make many LED lamp strip 2 be certain shape and arrange, and LED lamp strip 2 adopts metal spring 110 to connect on insulating support 1, and metal spring 110 can play absorbing effect to LED lamp strip 2, can avoid buckling and damage to LED lamp strip 2 when using, can prolong the life of this flexible filament of interchange COB.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the insulating support 1 has a cavity 15, and a shaping member 16 with shaping capability is embedded in the cavity 15, and the shaping member 16 can increase the plasticity and supporting effect of the ac COB flexible filament. Specifically, the plastic 16 may be made of a flexible material having higher rigidity than the insulating support 1, and the plastic 16 may increase the shapeability of the insulating support 1 when the insulating support 1 is bent. Or the shaping member 16 may be a rigid member having a specific shape, and the flexible insulating support 1 is formed into the same shape as the shaping member 16 is deformed.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the insulating support 1 has two cavities 15, two cavities 15 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the hollow area 10 where the spring pair 11 is fixed, for example, the hollow area 10 in this embodiment is rectangular, and two cavities 15 are disposed on the long edge of the hollow area 10. The metal sheet 3 extends into the cavity 15, the plastic part 16 embedded in the cavity is made of an insulating material, the outer wall of the plastic part 16 is provided with a conductive part 160 which can be electrically connected with the metal sheet 3 extending into the cavity 15, and the plastic parts 16 in the two cavities 15 can enable all the LED light bars 2 in the hollow area to be arranged in parallel. Normally, the conductive part 160 on the plastic part 16 does not contact with the metal sheet 3, so all the LED light bars 2 in the hollow area are connected in series. And under the condition of dead lamp, the plastic part 16 is rotated or the plastic part 16 is drawn out and embedded in the cavity 15 of the insulating bracket 1 again, so that the conductive part 160 of the plastic part 16 is contacted with the metal sheet 3 extending into the cavity 15, but all the LED lamp strips 2 are arranged in parallel, and therefore, the detection of which LED lamp strip 2 is dead lamp can be facilitated.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
