In this embodiment, a battery pack is used as a power supply device, and the output voltage of the battery pack is subjected to voltage boosting and stabilizing processing by corresponding circuit units to supply power to the control unit 6, the driving circuit 7, the main motor and the position switching mechanism. The voltage increasing, decreasing and stabilizing can be realized by a voltage regulating circuit or a filter circuit formed by separated elements, and can also be realized by the existing power chip.
The control unit 6 is configured to output corresponding control signals to the driving circuit 7 or the position switching mechanism according to on/off states of the three operation switches SW1, SW2 and SW3, respectively control the driving circuit 7 to output driving signals to drive the main motor 1 to operate, and control the auxiliary motor 41 in the position switching mechanism to drive the switching device 42, so that the lawn mower is switched between the grass mowing position, the line releasing position and the line collecting position.
Taking the brushless motor as an example, in one implementation of the present invention, the driving circuit 7 is electrically connected to the three-phase electrodes U, V, W of the main motor 1 to drive the motor to operate. The driving circuit 7 specifically includes a switching circuit, and the switching circuit is configured to change a conduction state accordingly according to the control signal output by the control unit 6 to output a driving signal to a three-phase electrode of the motor, where the driving signal controls a rotor of the motor to operate. The driving circuit 7 has an input terminal and an output terminal. As shown in fig. 12, the switching circuit includes switching elements VT1, VT2, VT3, VT4, VT5, VT 6. The switching elements VT1-VT6 are field effect transistors, for example, the gate terminals of which are used as the input terminals of the driving circuit 7 and are electrically connected to the control signals of the control unit 6, respectively, and the drains or sources of the switching elements are electrically connected to the stator of the motor, respectively. In one embodiment of the present invention, the switching elements VT1-VT6 sequentially change the conducting state according to the control signal output by the control unit 6, thereby changing the voltage state of the battery pack loaded on the winding of the brushless motor, generating an alternating magnetic field on the winding, and driving the rotor of the motor to rotate through the alternating magnetic field.
Specifically, the driving circuit 7 has a plurality of driving states for rotating the brushless motor, in which a stator of the motor generates a magnetic field, and the control unit 6 is configured to output a corresponding control signal to the driving circuit 7 according to a rotor rotation position of the motor to switch the driving state of the driving circuit 7, so that the magnetic field generated by the stator rotates to drive the rotor to rotate, thereby driving the brushless motor. The rotor rotational position of the electrical machine can be obtained in one embodiment of the invention by a position estimation of the phase currents and/or the busbar currents of the electrical machine.
Taking an example of driving an auxiliary motor implemented by a steering engine, the control unit 6 further outputs a corresponding PWM control signal to the auxiliary motor according to the on-off states of three operation switches SW1, SW2, and SW3, so as to drive the motor shaft of the auxiliary motor to rotate a certain angle in a corresponding direction, and the motor shaft of the auxiliary motor drives the switching device 42, so as to drive the gear shaft 420, the gear 421 mounted on the gear shaft 420, the rack 423 connected to the gear 421, and the claw member 425 connected to the rack 423, and drive the head housing 212 directly or indirectly connected to the claw member 425, so that the grass trimmer is switched between a grass cutting position, a line releasing position, and a line collecting position.
It should be noted that the three operation switches SW1, SW2 and SW3 respectively correspond to the first main switch, the second switch and the third switch, so that the user can operate the lawn mower.
The flow chart of the control unit 6 controlling the driving circuit 7 or the switching mechanism 4 according to the on-off states of the three operation switches SW1, SW2 and SW3 can be seen in fig. 14:
step S11 is executed in which the grass cutting head is set to stay in the grass cutting position by default. Step S12 is executed: when the winding switch SW2 is detected to be triggered, the step S13 is executed: the control unit 6 controls an auxiliary motor in the position switching mechanism, and the auxiliary motor drives a claw piece to drive a head shell of the grass trimmer through a gear rack so that the grass trimmer goes to a winding position. Step S13: when the key pressing time is longer than T1S, the control unit 6 executes step S15 to synchronously control the driving circuit 7 to rotate the motor reversely for winding. Step S16: in the winding process, if it is detected that the time length of the winding switch SW2 triggered exceeds T1S or the winding switch SW2 is not triggered because it exceeds T2S, step S17 is executed, the motor brake error signal is reported, and step S18 is executed, the control unit 6 determines that the winding should be ended. When the winding is finished, the control unit 6 outputs a corresponding control signal to the auxiliary motor to drive the grass cutting head to return to the default grass cutting position. If the result of S16 is no, S139 motor winding stalling is executed.
And step S19 is executed, when the grass cutting switch SW1 is triggered, step S110 is executed, the control unit 6 controls the driving circuit 7 to drive the main motor 1 to rotate forwards at a high speed, the grass cutting machine enters a grass cutting state, and the grass cutting rope is driven by the main motor to rotate to cut. In this grass mowing state, step S113 is executed, and it is further detected whether or not the pay-off switch SW3 is triggered.
In the grass mowing state, step S114 is executed, and once the pay-off switch SW3 is triggered to exceed T3S, it is determined that the pay-off is required. At this time, step S115 is executed, and the control unit 6 further controls the auxiliary motor in the position switching mechanism while keeping the main motor rotating forward at a high speed, and the auxiliary motor drives the claw member to drive the head casing of the grass trimmer through the gear and rack, so that the grass trimmer goes to the line releasing position. At this time, the control unit 6 always keeps the driving of the driving circuit 7 to the main motor, the head housing 212 is separated from the spool 211 by the action of the gear rack, and a speed difference is generated between the spool 211 and the head housing 212 driven by the main motor, so that the grass cutting rope is loosened to realize the line releasing. When the line is paid off, step S116 is executed, and the control unit 6 outputs a corresponding control signal to the auxiliary motor to drive the grass cutting head to return to the default grass cutting position.
In the control step, the time intervals T1, T2 and T3 are used for avoiding the false triggering of the operation switch and avoiding the grass trimmer from switching among the winding mode, the paying-off mode and the grass mowing mode by mistake due to the false triggering of the operation switch.
Under this kind of control mode, the wire winding and beat grass, unwrapping wire function can not realize simultaneously: if the winding and grass cutting switch is pressed simultaneously, the motor stops running and the system reports errors; if the winding and unwinding switches are pressed simultaneously and the grass-mowing switch is not pressed, the machine can perform the winding function, the unwinding function cannot be realized, and any functional conflict cannot occur. This is because the line-releasing function is effective only in the high-speed grass-mowing mode, and the line is released without generating a speed difference only by pressing the line-releasing switch without pressing the grass-mowing switch.
And the motor stops winding after winding (T2s-T1s), and the position switching mechanism drives the grass cutting head to return to the grass cutting position from the winding position, so that the purpose of doing the same is two points: firstly, the length of the wire which can be wound in the grass cutting head is limited, so that excessive wires cannot be wound in the grass cutting head; secondly, the brushless motor is very low in rotating speed during reverse winding, adopts the control mode similar to sine wave, and the shutdown is left after the winding time of certain allowance, can further protect the motor, prevents to damage.
Further, after the step S111 is executed, the grass mowing switch SW1 is released, and the step S112 is executed, in which the motor braking position switching device controls the grass mowing head to return to the grass mowing position.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical structure of the grass trimmer is similar to that of the previous embodiment, except that, referring to fig. 13, the main motor 1 in this embodiment is implemented by a brush motor, and the automatic control of the line laying is realized by a line length detection device instead of the operation switch SW3 in the previous embodiment.
In order to cooperate with the brush motor, the driving circuit 7 in this embodiment may be implemented by selecting a dedicated driving chip, or the corresponding driving circuit 7 may be implemented by using a switching element such as a thyristor, so as to drive the brush motor. As a technique commonly used in the art, the drive circuit 7 for the brush motor is not described herein.
Referring to the right side of fig. 19, the logic for switching between the grass/line modes in this embodiment is as follows. And step S21 is executed, and the grass mowing head stops at the grass mowing position. And step S29 is executed, the grass trimmer works at a high speed and in a forward rotation state: step S212 is executed, if the short line of the grass mowing rope is detected, the position switching mechanism is started to respond, the grass mowing head is lifted to 1 grade, and the line is paid off; and step S213 is executed, once the grass mowing rope is detected to be normal, the position switching mechanism responds, step S214 is executed, the grass mowing shell is put down, the gear 0 is returned, and grass mowing is continued.
When the grass mowing switch SW1 is released in the step S210, the step S211 is executed, and the motor brake position switching mechanism controls the grass mowing head to return to the grass mowing position.
Referring to the left side of fig. 19, the wire rewinding logic in this embodiment is as follows. In the winding logic, the grass trimmer works at a low speed and in a reverse state: and S22 is executed, the winding switch is pressed down to trigger a wire collecting signal, S23 is executed, the position switching mechanism responds, the grass mowing head is lifted to the 2 th gear, S24 is executed, and meanwhile, the main motor rotates reversely at a low speed to realize wire collection. At this time, since the head housing 212 of the grass trimmer is separated from the spool 211 and engaged with the fixed housing 10, the grass cutting cord is driven by the reversed spool and received in the head housing. Then, step S25 is executed, the winding switch SW2 is released, or when the time that the winding switch SW2 is triggered reaches the preset winding time period T2S, the position switching mechanism responds, step S26 and step S27 are executed, the grass mowing head casing 11 is put down, and the motor stops rotating.
In this embodiment, the grass trimmer can move the grass trimming head to the grass trimming position, the line releasing position or the line collecting position through the clutch device. The clutch device enables the head shell of the grass trimmer to be meshed with the spool or correspondingly separated from the spool by a specific distance so as to realize the switching of a grass beating position, a line releasing position or a line collecting position. In one implementation, the clutch device may be configured as the switching device 42 in the previous embodiment, or may be configured to be switched by other mechanical structures, such as a relay driven by the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 controls the contacts to perform position switching so that the head casing or the spool of the lawn mower is engaged or disengaged accordingly. In certain preferred embodiments, the clutch device is further configured to control the distance that the head housing disengages from the spool.
Thus, in one embodiment, there may be provided a lawnmower comprising: a motor; the grass mowing head comprises a head shell and a spool; a clutch device associated with the head shell and/or the spool, the clutch device being triggered to engage or disengage the head shell with the spool, the clutch device being triggered when a grass mowing signal is received to move the grass mowing head to a grass mowing position, the head shell being engaged with the spool; when a paying-off signal is received, triggering the clutch device to enable the grass mowing head to move to a paying-off position, and enabling the head shell to be separated from the spool to a first distance; when receiving a line receiving signal, the clutch device is triggered, so that the grass mowing head moves to a line receiving position, and the head shell is separated from the spool to a second distance.
Referring to fig. 10, since the stopper 231 of the bobbin 211 includes an inclined surface and the stopper 212d of the head housing 212 includes a stopper surface, the stopper surface of the bobbin 211 is disengaged from the stopper surface of the head housing 212 under the wire releasing or winding logic, and the mowing cord is wound or released in a gap on one side of the inclined surface. Because the friction of the inclined plane to the grass mowing rope is small, the torque required for driving the grass mowing rope to wind or loosen is smaller, and the abrasion to the grass mowing rope is smaller. Therefore, the grass mowing head structure can protect the grass mowing rope from being worn easily while realizing the winding or unwinding control of the grass mowing rope. Especially, under the reversal winding state, because the inclined plane is littleer to the resistance of beating the grass rope, the required moment of torsion of drive beating the grass rope winding is littleer, promptly, only needs the motor reversal to provide less moment of torsion and can realize the winding, has reduced the wire winding electric current for wire winding electric current less than or equal to 3 amperes. That is, the grass-mowing head structure provided by the invention can drive the main motor to drive the grass mowing rope by using smaller reverse current due to the inclined surface, and realize winding by using smaller reverse torque. Therefore, the grass mowing head structure provided by the invention can reduce the current required by the motor reverse driving, and further protect the motor.
The following table shows the test data of the winding current of the grass mowing head in the winding mode. In the embodiment, in the winding mode, the bobbin is separated from the head shell, so that the winding current is obviously improved. The winding current is only 1/4 of the winding current of the prior grass trimmer.

In one embodiment, the lawnmower comprises: a motor; the grass mowing head comprises a head shell and a spool; when a grass mowing signal is received, starting the grass mowing head to be in a grass mowing mode, and carrying out grass mowing operation by the grass mowing machine; when the paying-off signal is received, the grass mowing head is started to be in a paying-off mode, and the grass mowing machine conducts paying-off operation.
Wherein the line-out signal generated by detecting the short of the cord can be generated by the device shown in fig. 15. The string length detecting device 50a shown in fig. 15 includes a micro switch 51 provided in the hood 5 of the lawnmower, and a striking member 52 provided at a position opposite to a contact point of the micro switch, the striking member 52 being connected to the hood 5 through a connecting member 53. In the grass cutting state, the grass cutting rope is driven to rotate by the grass cutting head, the grass cutting rope rotates, the striking piece 52 is struck periodically within a certain line length range, the striking piece 52 is struck to trigger the microswitch 51, and the contact of the microswitch is struck periodically by the striking piece 52 to generate a periodic electric signal. Once the control unit 6 can detect the periodic electrical signal, it can determine that the length of the grass mowing rope is within the normal range. When the grass cutting rope is worn and shortened and cannot touch the striking piece 52, the periodic electric signal is turned off, so that the control unit 6 can judge that the grass cutting machine receives a paying-off signal and drive the grass cutting machine to enter a paying-off state to perform corresponding paying-off operation. That is, in the grass mowing state, the control unit 6 receives a normal signal of the microswitch 51, and drives the grass mower to enter the line releasing state by taking the normal signal as a line releasing signal, so as to perform corresponding line releasing operation.
As another alternative, the pay-off signal described above may also be generated by the device shown in FIG. 16. The string length detecting device 50b shown in fig. 16 also includes a microswitch 51 provided in the mower cover 5 and a striking member 52, and the striking member 52 is connected to the cover 5 through a connecting member 53. The thread length detecting device shown in fig. 16 is different from the previous embodiment in that it further includes an elastic structure 54. The elastic structure connects the connecting member 53 and the cover 5, so that the striking member releases the trigger of the micro switch 51 in a state of being struck by the cord. The contact of the microswitch is triggered to generate an electric signal only when the line length of the mowing cord is shortened so that the hitting piece cannot be hit. Once the control unit 6 can detect the electric signal, the rope length of the grass mowing rope is judged to be insufficient and the paying-off is required. That is, in the apparatus shown in fig. 16, the control unit 6 determines the yarn feeding signal in reverse to the above embodiment. That is, in the grass mowing state, the control unit 6 receives the trigger signal of the microswitch 51, and drives the grass mower to enter the line releasing state by taking the trigger signal as the line releasing signal, so as to perform corresponding line releasing operation.
As yet another alternative implementation, the pay-off signal can also be generated by the apparatus shown in fig. 17 and 18. The thread length detecting device 50c includes a striking member 52, and the striking member 52 is mounted to the inside of the hood by an elastic means 55. A hall element 57 and a magnet 58 are also provided oppositely on the elastic means 55 or on a housing 56 surrounding the striking member 52. The striking element 52 is periodically struck by the rotating grass-cutting cord and causes the elastic means 55 to periodically displace. The elastic device 55 displaces, and drives the hall element 57 and the magnet 58 to move relatively, so as to generate position change. The hall element 57 induces an electrical signal when approaching the magnet 58 and decreases when moving away from the magnet. Correspondingly setting up the position of hall element and the position of magnet, can judging through the produced signal of telecommunication of hall element response magnet whether hit the piece and hit by the rope of beating grass, and then judge whether need control beat the head and get into the unwrapping wire mode.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that by staggering the positions of the hall element 57 and the magnet 58 accordingly and disposing the hall element on the opposite side of the position of the magnet when the striking member is struck by the mowing cord, the above-mentioned detection of the length of the mowing cord can be achieved with the opposite logic. Under the arrangement, the beating piece cannot be hit after the grass mowing rope is worn and shortened, the Hall element cannot correspondingly detect the magnet, and a low-level signal is generated and used as a paying-off signal to control the grass mower to enter a paying-off state.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical structure of the grass trimmer is similar to that of the above-mentioned embodiment, except that, referring to fig. 20, the wire length detecting device 50d is used in this embodiment to replace the operating switch SW2 in the previous embodiment, so as to generate the wire take-up signal to realize the automatic control of the winding.
In one embodiment, the lawnmower may comprise: a motor; the grass mowing head comprises a head shell and a spool; when a grass mowing signal is received, starting the grass mowing head to be in a grass mowing mode, and carrying out grass mowing operation by the grass mowing machine; when receiving a line receiving signal, the grass mowing head is started to be in a line receiving mode, and the grass mowing machine carries out line receiving operation.
The line length detecting device 50d may be provided in the manner shown in fig. 21. This structure sets up in the head of beating grass, and is triggering an electric signal when detecting that the rope of beating grass is spacing by outer threading hole 212a, and the control unit 6 judges after detecting this electric signal, with the machine of beating grass switches to the wire winding mode. The grass trimmer is driven to the winding position, and the grass trimming rope 21 is gradually wound on the spool 211 along with the movement of the outer threading hole 212a relative to the spool 211.
Therefore, the grass trimmer provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the winding mode and the paying-off mode can be controlled in a full-automatic mode without manual judgment.
The above-mentioned controls for winding or unwinding are superimposed or integrated. In one embodiment of the invention, the lawnmower may comprise: a motor; the grass mowing head comprises a head shell and a spool; when a grass mowing signal is received, starting the grass mowing head to be in a grass mowing mode, and carrying out grass mowing operation by the grass mowing machine; when a paying-off signal is received, starting the grass mowing head to be in a paying-off mode, and enabling the grass mowing machine to carry out paying-off operation; when receiving a line receiving signal, the grass mowing head is started to be in a line receiving mode, and the grass mowing machine carries out line receiving operation.
Referring to FIG. 22: step S31 is executed, and the grass cutting head is set to stay at the grass cutting position by default. And S32, when the winding signal is received, S33 is executed, the control unit 6 controls an auxiliary motor in the position switching mechanism, and the auxiliary motor drives a claw piece to drive a head shell of the grass trimmer through a gear rack so that the grass trimmer goes to the winding position. At this time, the control unit 6 may synchronously control the driving circuit 7 to rotate the motor in the reverse direction for winding. Step S34 is executed, in the process of winding, if the effective duration of the winding signal is detected not to exceed T1S, or the effective duration of the winding signal is detected to exceed T2S, steps S35 and S36 are executed, and step S37 is executed, the control unit 6 determines that the winding should be ended. When the winding is finished, the control unit 6 outputs a corresponding control signal to the auxiliary motor to drive the grass cutting head to return to the default grass cutting position.
When the determination at step S36 is no, execution proceeds to step S39, where the motor winding is stalled.
When the grass cutting switch SW1 is triggered, the control unit 6 controls the driving circuit 7 to drive the main motor 1 to rotate forwards at a high speed, the grass cutting machine enters a grass cutting state, and the grass cutting rope is driven by the main motor to rotate to cut. In this grass-mowing state, it is further detected whether a wire releasing signal is received.
In the grass mowing state, once the line releasing signal is triggered to exceed T3s, the line releasing is judged to be needed. At this time, the control unit 6 further controls an auxiliary motor in the position switching mechanism while keeping the main motor rotating forward at a high speed, and the auxiliary motor drives the claw piece to drive the head shell of the grass trimmer through the gear rack, so that the grass trimmer goes to the line releasing position. At this time, the control unit 6 always keeps the driving of the driving circuit 7 to the main motor, the head housing 212 is separated from the spool 211 by the action of the gear rack, and a speed difference is generated between the spool 211 and the head housing 212 driven by the main motor, so that the grass cutting rope is loosened to realize the line releasing. When the line is paid off, the control unit 6 outputs a corresponding control signal to the auxiliary motor to drive the grass cutting head to return to the default grass cutting position.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the wire winding signal of the present embodiment can be triggered by the operating switch SW2, and can also be automatically detected by the wire length detecting device. The wire releasing signal can be triggered by the operating switch SW3 or can be automatically detected by the wire length detecting device. The operation switches or the detection devices are mutually independent. Therefore, the invention can also realize independent control on the winding state or the unwinding state.
In one embodiment, the lawnmower may comprise: a motor; the grass mowing head comprises a head shell and a spool; when a paying-off signal is received, starting the grass mowing head to be in a paying-off mode, and enabling the grass mowing machine to carry out paying-off operation; when receiving a line receiving signal, the grass mowing head is started to be in a line receiving mode, and the grass mowing machine carries out line receiving operation.
Refer to fig. 23. Fig. 23 is a flowchart showing the control of the wire feeding state by the control unit 6 alone. Wherein, step S41 is executed, the grass-mowing head stops at the grass-mowing position, and step S42 is executed, the line-releasing signal is triggered and provided by the operation switch SW3, and can be automatically generated by the line length detecting device. Step S43 is executed, and after the step S44 is executed, step S45 is executed, the grass trimmer is braked, and the grass mowing head returns to the grass mowing position.
In step S46, when step S47 occurs, it is determined that the payout is required once the payout signal is triggered to exceed T3S. At this time, the control unit 6 in step S48 further proceeds to step S49 to control the auxiliary motor in the position switching mechanism while keeping the main motor rotating forward at a high speed, and the auxiliary motor drives the claw member via the rack and pinion to drive the head case of the lawnmower to move the lawnmower to the line-delivering position. At this time, the control unit 6 always keeps the driving of the driving circuit 7 to the main motor, the head housing 212 is separated from the spool 211 by the action of the gear rack, and a speed difference is generated between the spool 211 and the head housing 212 driven by the main motor, so that the grass cutting rope is loosened to realize the line releasing. When the line is paid off, the control unit 6 outputs a corresponding control signal to the auxiliary motor to drive the grass cutting head to return to the default grass cutting position.
Refer to fig. 24. Fig. 24 is a flow chart showing the control of the winding state by the control unit 6 alone. Step S51 is executed, the grass cutting head stops at the grass cutting position, when the step S52 is triggered, a winding signal is received, step S53 is executed, the position switching mechanism controls the grass cutting head to move to the winding position, when the effective signal time of S54 is longer than T1S, step S55 is executed, when the effective signal time is longer than T2S, namely step S56, step S58 is executed, the S59 strikes a brake error reporting signal, and the position switching mechanism controls the grass cutting head to move to the grass cutting position. Otherwise, step S57 is activated and the motor windings are stalled.
When the grass cutting switch SW1 is pressed when S510 is activated, the motor is rotated at a high speed in step S511, and when the grass cutting head is braked and returned to the grass cutting position in step S512, the motor is operated to stop the grass cutting head in step S513.
The winding signal is triggered and provided by an operation switch SW2, and can be automatically generated by the wire length detection device. When receiving a winding signal, the control unit 6 controls an auxiliary motor in the position switching mechanism, and the auxiliary motor drives a claw piece to drive a head shell of the grass trimmer through a gear rack so that the grass trimmer goes to a winding position. At this time, the control unit 6 may synchronously control the driving circuit 7 to rotate the motor in the reverse direction for winding. In the winding process, if it is detected that the effective duration of the winding signal does not exceed T1s or the effective duration of the winding signal exceeds T2s, the control unit 6 determines that the winding should be ended. When the winding is finished, the control unit 6 can also output a corresponding control signal to the auxiliary motor to drive the grass cutting head to return to the default grass cutting position.
In a word, according to the embodiment of the invention, when the grass trimmer receives a grass-mowing signal, the grass-mowing head is started to be in a grass-mowing mode, and the grass trimmer carries out grass-mowing operation; when the grass trimmer receives a paying-off signal, starting the grass trimmer head to be in a paying-off mode, and carrying out paying-off operation by the grass trimmer; when receiving a line receiving signal, the grass mowing head is started to be in a line receiving mode, and the grass mowing machine carries out line receiving operation.

when the switching mechanism 4 receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the head shell 212 to move to a grass mowing position to enter the grass mowing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211; when the switching mechanism 4 receives a pay-off signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the head shell 212 to move to a pay-off position to enter a pay-off mode, and at this time, the head shell 212 is separated from the spool 211 to a first distance; when the switching mechanism 4 receives the winding signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the head housing 212 to move to the winding position to enter the winding mode, and at this time, the head housing 212 is separated from the bobbin 211 to a second distance.
The first distance is smaller than the second distance, namely the distance between the head shell 212 and the spool 211 in the winding mode is longer than the distance between the head shell 212 and the spool 211 in the paying-off mode, and the first distance and the second distance are designed according to the specific structure of the grass cutting head, so that the head shell 212 is ensured to move to the corresponding positions in different working modes, and the accuracy of automatic winding and automatic paying-off of the grass cutting machine is ensured.
According to the structure of the grass trimmer, the grass trimmer can receive the paying-off signal, the winding signal and the grass trimming signal sent by a user, and automatically switches the grass trimmer to the corresponding grass trimming mode according to the signal command sent by the user, so that the manual paying-off and winding of the user are not needed, the operation difficulty of the grass trimmer is reduced, the operation steps are reduced, the user is prevented from not switching the working mode in time, the grass trimming process of the grass trimmer is more flexible, and the working efficiency of the grass trimmer is improved.
The head housing 212 includes an associated member 110, and the switching device 42 includes a gear shaft 420 coupled to the main motor shaft, a gear 421 mounted on the gear shaft 420, a rack gear 423 engaged with the gear 421, and a claw member 425 coupled to the rack gear 423, wherein the claw member 425 is associated with the associated member 110 of the head housing 212, and the claw member 425 is configured to be coupled to the associated member 110 of the head housing 212.
Through the association between the switching device 42 and the association member 110, the switching device 42 can be driven by the auxiliary motor 41 to move up and down to drive the head shell 212 to switch to different positions, so as to quickly and effectively change the grass mowing mode, the line releasing mode and the line winding mode of the grass trimmer, thereby realizing the automatic switching of the grass trimmer under the grass mowing mode, the line winding mode and the line releasing mode.
It is worth mentioning that the bobbin 211 may include a bobbin 211 association member 110, the switching device 42 includes a gear shaft 420 coupled with the main motor shaft, a gear 421 mounted on the gear shaft 420, a rack gear 423 engaged with the gear 421, and a claw member 425 coupled with the rack gear 423, wherein the claw member 425 is used for being associated with the bobbin 211 association member 110, at this time, the association member 110 of the head housing 212 is no longer disposed, the bobbin 211 is connected through the switching device 42 and the bobbin 211 is driven to move, so as to achieve the purpose of driving the bobbin 211 and the head housing 212 to be engaged or disengaged.
In the grass mode, the main motor driven spool 211 rotates in a first direction and at a first speed in engagement with the head housing 212, and in the line-out mode, the main motor driven spool 211 rotates in a first direction and at a first speed in differential speed out of engagement with the head housing 212.
In the winding mode, the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction. In the winding mode, the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate at a second speed lower than the first speed. Therefore, in the winding mode, the spool 211 and the head shell 212 rotate relatively reversely and slowly, the grass mowing rope 21 is wound on the spool 211, the purpose of orderly and automatically winding is achieved, and the accuracy and the winding efficiency of automatic winding are improved.
Specifically, in the grass mowing mode, the auxiliary motor 41 drives the switching device 42 to drive the head shell 212 to move downwards, so that the head shell 212 is engaged with the spool 211, and the main motor drives the engaged spool 211 and the head shell 212 to rotate at the same speed and at the same speed in a first direction, so as to drive the grass mowing rope 21 in the grass mowing head to rotate at a high speed for mowing, and thus, the function of switching the grass mowing mode semi-automatically is realized.
Further, in the line releasing mode, the auxiliary motor 41 drives the head housing 212 to move upwards, the head housing 212 is disengaged from the spool 211, and the spool 211 is driven to rotate by the main motor, so that the spool 211 rotates in a differential speed relative to the head housing 212 to release the grass mowing cord 21 wound on the spool 211, thereby realizing the function of automatic line releasing. Through the above simple structure of the switching device 42 and the head housing 212, the semi-automatic switching among the winding mode, the grass mowing mode and the line releasing mode can be effectively realized.
The grass trimmer is provided with a first main switch, the first main switch is triggered and started by a user to enter a grass trimming mode, the head shell 212 is meshed with the bobbin 211, and the main motor drives the bobbin 211 and the head shell 212 to rotate forwards at high speed. The grass trimmer is provided with a second switch, and the second switch is used for triggering and starting a user to enter a winding mode.
The lawnmower has a third switch different from the first main switch, and when the first main switch and the third switch are triggered by a user to enter a pay-off mode, the head housing 212 is disengaged from the spool 211, and the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate forward at a high speed to cause a pay-off at a speed different from that of the head housing 212.
The first main switch, the second switch and the third switch can be implemented as one or a combination of a mechanical button, a touch screen button and a voice recognizer, and when implemented as the mechanical button or the touch screen button, the first main switch, the second switch and the third switch are arranged at proper positions of the grass trimmer, and when implemented as the voice recognizer, corresponding voice instructions can be set, such as sending voice 'grass cutting', 'winding', 'paying out', and respectively serving as activation instructions of the first main switch, the second switch and the third switch. The operation steps of the user in the process of using the grass trimmer are reduced, and the grass trimming efficiency is improved.
The grass trimmer is in wireless connection with the mobile terminal, sends grass mowing signals, winding signals and paying-off signals through the mobile terminal, and enters a corresponding grass mowing mode, a corresponding winding mode and a corresponding paying-off mode.
The grass trimmer is wirelessly connected with at least one mobile terminal, and sends a grass trimming signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a grass trimming mode, or sends a winding signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a winding mode, or sends a paying-off signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a paying-off signal.
The mobile terminal is connected with the control unit 6 in a wireless mode, so that a user can send grass mowing signals, winding signals and paying-off signals through the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and an intelligent watch, the control unit 6 receives the signals and converts the grass mowing machine into a corresponding grass mowing mode according to the signal information, a mechanical mechanism does not need to be pressed, the service life of the grass mowing machine is prolonged, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the grass mowing machine can be controlled by the user in real time conveniently.
The user can easily switch the working mode of the grass trimmer through the first main switch, the second switch and the third switch, and when the user uses the grass trimmer, the user only needs to press the corresponding button or send out a related voice command, so that the functions of semi-automatic winding, paying off and grass trimming can be realized.
The grass trimmer comprises a control unit 6, the control unit 6 is connected to the switching mechanism 4 and the main motor in a working mode, and the control unit 6 controls the switching mechanism 4 and the main motor to work in a grass trimming mode, a line releasing mode and a line winding mode according to grass trimming signals, line releasing signals and line winding signals.
It can be understood that the grass mowing signal, the line releasing signal and the line winding signal can be corresponding grass mowing signals, line releasing signals and line winding signals generated by pressing a switch or sending signals through a mobile terminal according to grass mowing requirements and conditions of the grass mowing machine during operation of the grass mowing machine by a user, and the control unit 6 controls the main motor and the switching mechanism 4 according to the corresponding signals so that the grass mowing machine enters a corresponding working mode.
The grass mowing device comprises a grass mowing machine, a grass mowing rope 21, a grass paying-off signal and a winding signal, wherein the grass mowing machine detects the state of the grass mowing rope 21, and when the working mode of the grass mowing machine needs to be changed to meet the working requirement of the grass mowing rope 21, the grass mowing machine generates a corresponding working signal and controls the working mode of an automatic switcher of the grass mowing machine so as to achieve the aims of fully automatically switching the grass mowing mode to the winding mode, switching the grass paying-off mode to the grass mowing mode and switching the grass mowing mode to the state of the grass paying-off mode.
Specifically, the grass trimmer comprises a line length detection device 6, the line length detection device 6 detects the state of the grass trimming rope 21, sends a line releasing signal to the control unit 6 when the line of the grass trimming rope 21 is short, namely, the line is smaller than the preset grass trimming length, so that the grass trimmer is switched to a line releasing mode, and sends a grass trimming signal to the control unit 6 when the line of the grass trimming rope 21 is larger than the preset grass trimming length, so that the grass trimmer is switched to a grass trimming mode.
The preset grass mowing length is larger than the minimum grass mowing length required in the grass mowing process of the grass mowing rope 21 according to the grass mowing requirement in the actual working process of the grass mowing machine, and is smaller than the total length of the grass mowing rope 21, so that the preset grass mowing length can be implemented as a numerical value in the interval of the minimum grass mowing length and the length of the grass mowing rope 21, and the relative relation of the grass mowing rope 21 to the preset grass mowing length is detected to send a working signal. The line length detection device 6 can directly detect the length of the grass mowing rope 21, or indirectly detect the length of the grass mowing rope 21 by detecting relevant parameters of the grass mowing rope 21.
The head shell 212 is provided with an outer threading hole 212a, the bobbin 211 is provided with an inner threading hole, the outer threading hole 212a and the inner threading hole are used for the grass mowing rope 21 to pass through so as to be wound on the bobbin 211, the grass mowing machine comprises a wire length detection device 6, and when the grass mowing machine is detected to have threading action or the grass mowing rope 21 is limited at the threading hole, a winding signal is sent to the control unit 6, so that the grass mowing machine is switched to a winding mode.
The wire length detecting device 6 may be implemented as the structure described in any of the embodiments of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising: the grass cutting head comprises a head shell 212 and a spool 211, wherein the spool 211 is used for winding the grass cutting rope 21, the head shell 212 is used for accommodating the spool 211 and is provided with a threading hole for the grass cutting rope 21 to pass through; a main motor operatively coupled to the spool 211 to drive the spool 211 to cut vegetation in a mowing mode, or pay out in a pay-out mode, and wind in a winding mode, wherein in the mowing mode, the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed;
a switching mechanism 4, including a switching device 42 and an auxiliary motor 41 associated with the head housing 212, for driving the switching device 42 to drive the head housing 212 to move up and down; when the switching mechanism 4 receives a grass mowing signal, the auxiliary motor 41 drives the switching device 42 to drive the head shell 212 to move to a grass mowing position to enter the grass mowing mode; when the switching mechanism 4 receives a pay-off signal, the auxiliary motor 41 drives the switching device 42 to drive the head shell 212 to move to a pay-off position to enter a pay-off mode; when the switching mechanism 4 receives a winding signal, the auxiliary motor 41 drives the switching device 42 to drive the head housing 212 to move to a winding position to enter a winding mode.
Referring to fig. 4, the head housing 212 includes an associated member 110, and the switching device 42 includes a gear shaft 420 axially coupled to the auxiliary motor 41, a gear 421 mounted on the gear shaft 420, a rack 423 engaged with the gear 421, and a claw member 425 coupled to the rack 423, wherein the claw member 425 is coupled to the associated member 110 of the head housing 212.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the main motor may be disposed inside the grass cutting head, or may be disposed somewhere on the grass cutting machine, which does not limit the present invention.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising:
a drive device; a grass cutting head comprising a head housing 212 and a spool 211; the driving device is operatively coupled with the spool 211 to drive the spool 211 to cut vegetation in a grass mowing mode, or to pay out in a pay-out mode, and to wind in a winding mode; a switching mechanism 4 including at least a clutch device associated with any one of the head housing 212 and the spool 211, the clutch device being activated to cause the head housing 212 to be engaged with or disengaged from the spool 211;
when the switching mechanism 4 receives a grass mowing signal, the clutch device is triggered, so that the grass mowing head moves to a grass mowing position to enter the grass mowing mode, and the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211 at the moment; when the switching mechanism 4 receives a pay-off signal, the clutch device is triggered, so that the grass mowing head moves to a pay-off position to enter a pay-off mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is separated from the spool 211 to a first distance; when the switching mechanism 4 receives a winding signal, the clutch device is triggered, so that the mowing head moves to a winding position to enter a winding mode.
The switching mechanism 4 is coupled with the head shell 212, in a grass cutting mode, the clutch device drives the head shell 212 to move downwards to be engaged with the spool 211, the grass cutting head moves to a grass cutting position, and the driving device drives the spool 211 and the head shell 212 to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed; in the line-releasing mode, the clutch device drives the head shell 212 to move upwards and disengage to the first distance, so that the grass-mowing head moves to the line-releasing position, the driving device drives the spool 211 to rotate in the first direction at the first speed and at the first speed in a differential speed with the disengagement of the head shell 212, in the line-winding mode, the clutch device drives the head shell 212 to move upwards to the second distance, so that the grass-mowing head moves to the line-winding position, and the driving device drives the spool 211 to rotate in the second direction relative to the first direction at the second speed lower than the first speed.
Further, the clutch device may couple the bobbin 211 and move the bobbin 211, the switching mechanism 4 couples the bobbin 211, in the grass cutting mode, the clutch device moves the bobbin 211 upward to engage with the head housing 212, the grass cutting head moves to the grass cutting position, the driving device drives the bobbin 211 and the head housing 212 to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed, in the grass discharging mode, the clutch device drives the bobbin 211 to move downward to disengage to the first distance, so that the grass cutting head moves to the grass discharging position, the driving device drives the bobbin 211 to rotate in the first direction and at the first speed and the head housing 212 to disengage at a differential speed, in the wire winding mode, the clutch device drives the bobbin 211 to move downward to a second distance, so that the grass cutting head moves to the wire winding position, the driving device drives the bobbin 211 to rotate at a second speed lower than the first speed, and rotates in a second direction relative to the first direction.
It will be appreciated that the switching mechanism 4 is coupled to the head housing 212 or the spool 211, in a grass cutting mode, the clutch device rotates the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to engage the same, the grass cutting head moves to a grass cutting position, the driving device rotates the spool 211 and the head housing 212 in a first direction and at a first speed, in a line releasing mode, the clutch device rotates the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to disengage the same to the first distance, so that the grass cutting head moves to a line releasing position, the driving device drives the spool 211 in the first direction and at the first speed and the head housing 212 to disengage from differential rotation, in a line winding mode, the clutch device rotates the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to disengage the same to a second distance, so that the grass cutting head moves to a line winding position, the driving device drives the spool 211 at a second speed lower than the first speed, and rotates in a second direction relative to the first direction.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising: the grass mowing head comprises a head shell 212, a spool 211 and a main motor; the main motor operatively associated with the spool 211 to drive the spool 211 to cut vegetation in a mowing mode and to perform a payoff operation in a payoff mode; a switching mechanism 4 including a switching device 42 associated with either one of the head housing 212 and the spool 211 for driving the head housing 212 to be engaged with or disengaged from the spool 211;
When the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives the line releasing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimming head to enter a line releasing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is relatively separated from the line shaft 211. Therefore, manual line releasing of a user is not needed, the operation difficulty of the grass trimmer is reduced, the grass trimmer is automatically or semi-automatically switched to a grass-mowing mode after line releasing, operation steps are reduced, the situation that the user does not switch the working mode in time is prevented, the grass trimmer is more flexible in grass-mowing process, and the working efficiency of the grass trimmer is improved.
The switching structure may be implemented in accordance with the structure and coupling relationship in the above-described embodiment, and will not be described in detail here. The grass trimmer can select an automatic paying-off mode and an automatic grass trimming mode without selecting the automatic winding mode, so that the grass trimmer can automatically switch between the paying-off mode and the grass trimming mode, and the winding process is semi-automatic or manual, and requires a user to wind wires by himself or start the semi-automatic winding of related elements.
In the grass cutting mode, the main motor driving spool 211 rotates in a first direction and at a first speed in engagement with the head housing 212, and in the line laying mode, the main motor driving spool 211 rotates in a first direction and at a first speed in differential speed in disengagement with the head housing 212.
The grass trimmer is provided with a first main switch, the first main switch is triggered and started by a user to enter a grass trimming mode, the head shell 212 is meshed with the bobbin 211, and the main motor drives the bobbin 211 and the head shell 212 to rotate forwards at a high speed together.
The grass trimmer is provided with a third switch different from the first main switch, the first main switch and the third switch are triggered by a user to start to enter a line releasing mode, the head shell 212 is separated from the spool 211, and the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate forwards at a high speed to promote line releasing at a speed difference with the head shell 212.
The first main switch, the second switch and the third switch are arranged and connected with the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 triggers corresponding grass mowing signals, winding signals and paying-off signals according to the first main switch, the second main switch and the third main switch.
Preferably, the first main switch is set to a preset grass trigger time T1, and the grass trigger time T1 is set to be short, such as 1s, so that the user can quickly enter the grass mode through the first main switch. The first main switch is triggered by a user to enter a line releasing mode, the head shell 212 is separated from the spool 211, and the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate forwards at a high speed so as to promote line releasing at a speed difference with the head shell 212.
The first main switch is also set to a preset pay-off trigger time T2, which is set to be longer than the grass mode trigger time T1, for example, 2s, and the user presses the first main switch for a long time to activate the pay-off signal and send it to the control unit 6.
The grass trimmer is wirelessly connected with at least one mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal sends a grass trimming signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a grass trimming mode or sends a line releasing signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a line releasing signal, so that a mechanical mechanism does not need to be pressed, the service life of the grass trimmer is prolonged, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the grass trimmer is convenient for a user to control in real time.
At this time, the control unit 6 is operatively connected to the switching mechanism 4 and the main motor, and the control unit 6 controls the switching mechanism 4 and the main motor to an operating state corresponding to a grass mowing mode and a line releasing mode according to a grass mowing signal and a line releasing signal. The operation steps of the user in the process of using the grass trimmer are reduced, and the grass trimming efficiency is improved.
The grass trimmer comprises a line length detection device 6, the line length detection device 6 detects the state of the grass trimming rope 21, when the line length of the grass trimming rope 21 is short, namely, the line length is smaller than the preset grass trimming length, a pay-off signal is sent to the control unit 6, so that the grass trimmer is converted into a pay-off mode, and when the grass trimming rope 21 is larger than the preset grass trimming length, a grass trimming signal is sent to the control unit 6, so that the grass trimmer is converted into the grass trimming mode, the grass trimming state of the grass trimmer can be effectively detected through the line length detection device 6, the working mode of the grass trimmer is timely switched, the grass trimming accuracy and stability of the grass trimmer are improved, and the operation steps of a user are simplified.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising: a grass cutting head comprising a head housing 212 and a spool 211; a driving device operatively associated with the spool 211 to drive the spool 211 to cut vegetation in a mowing mode and to perform a payoff operation in a payoff mode;
a switching mechanism 4 including a switching device 42 associated with either one of the head housing 212 and the spool 211 for driving the head housing 212 to be engaged with or disengaged from the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives the line releasing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimmer to enter a line releasing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is relatively separated from the line shaft 211.
In this embodiment, the grass trimmer is provided with a driving device, and the spool 211 is driven by the driving device to switch between a line releasing mode and a grass trimming mode, so as to improve the compatibility of the grass trimmer.

Further, the switching mechanism 4 is associated with the head housing 212 or the spool 211, in a grass cutting mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to rotate so that the head housing 212 or the spool 211 is engaged, the driving device drives the grass cutting head to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed, in a line releasing mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to rotate so that the head housing 212 or the spool 211 is disengaged to the first distance, and the driving device drives the grass cutting head and causes the spool 211 to rotate in the first direction and at the first speed and at the differential speed for disengaging the head housing 212.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising:

The switching structure may be implemented in accordance with the structure and coupling relationship in the above-described embodiment, and will not be described in detail here. The grass trimmer can select an automatic paying-off mode and an automatic grass-mowing mode without selecting the automatic winding mode, so that the grass trimmer can automatically switch between the paying-off mode and the grass-mowing mode, and the winding process is semi-automatic or manual, and requires a user to wind wires by himself or start related elements to wind wires semi-automatically.

The grass trimmer is provided with a first main switch, the first main switch is triggered and started by a user to enter a grass trimming mode, the head shell 212 is meshed with the bobbin 211, and the main motor drives the bobbin 211 and the head shell 212 to rotate forwards at a high speed together.
The lawnmower has a third switch different from the first main switch, and when the first main switch and the third switch are triggered by a user to enter a pay-off mode, the head housing 212 is disengaged from the spool 211, and the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate forward at a high speed to cause a pay-off at a speed different from that of the head housing 212.
The first main switch, the second main switch and the third switch are arranged and connected with the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 triggers the corresponding grass mowing signal, the corresponding winding signal and the corresponding paying-off signal according to the first main switch, the second main switch and the third main switch.
Preferably, the first main switch is set to a preset grass trigger time T1, and the grass trigger time T1 is set to be short, such as 1s, so that the user can quickly enter the grass mode through the first main switch. The first main switch is triggered by a user to enter a line releasing mode, the head shell 212 is disconnected from the spool 211, and the main motor drives the spool 211 to rotate forwards at a high speed to promote line releasing at a speed difference with the head shell 212.
The first main switch is also set to a preset pay-off trigger time T2, which is set to be longer than the grass mode trigger time T1, for example, 2s, and the user presses the first main switch for a long time to activate the pay-off signal and send it to the control unit 6.
The grass trimmer is wirelessly connected with at least one mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal sends a grass trimming signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a grass trimming mode or sends a line releasing signal to the grass trimmer to trigger a line releasing signal, so that a mechanical mechanism does not need to be pressed, the service life of the grass trimmer is prolonged, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the grass trimmer is convenient for a user to control in real time.
At this time, the control unit 6 is operatively connected to the switching mechanism 4 and the main motor, and the control unit 6 controls the switching mechanism 4 and the main motor to an operating state corresponding to a grass mowing mode and a line releasing mode according to a grass mowing signal and a line releasing signal. The operation steps of the user in the process of using the grass trimmer are reduced, and the grass trimming efficiency is improved.
The grass trimmer comprises a line length detection device 6, the line length detection device 6 detects the state of the grass trimming rope 21, when the line length of the grass trimming rope 21 is short, namely, the line length is smaller than the preset grass trimming length, a pay-off signal is sent to the control unit 6, so that the grass trimmer is converted into a pay-off mode, and when the grass trimming rope 21 is larger than the preset grass trimming length, a grass trimming signal is sent to the control unit 6, so that the grass trimmer is converted into the grass trimming mode, the grass trimming state of the grass trimmer can be effectively detected through the line length detection device 6, the working mode of the grass trimmer is timely switched, the grass trimming accuracy and stability of the grass trimmer are improved, and the operation steps of a user are simplified.
The preset grass mowing length is set to be larger than the lowest grass mowing length corresponding to the grass mowing machine.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising: a grass cutting head comprising a head housing 212 and a spool 211; a driving device operatively associated with the spool 211 to drive the spool 211 to cut vegetation in a mowing mode and to perform a payoff operation in a payoff mode;
A switching mechanism 4 including a switching device 42 associated with either one of the head housing 212 and the spool 211 for driving the head housing 212 to be engaged with or disengaged from the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives the line releasing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimmer to enter a line releasing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is relatively separated from the line shaft 211.
In this embodiment, the grass trimmer is provided with a driving device, and the spool 211 is driven by the driving device to switch between a line releasing mode and a grass trimming mode, so as to improve the compatibility of the grass trimmer.

The switching mechanism 4 is associated with the head housing 212, in a grass mowing mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the head housing 212 to move downwards to be engaged with the bobbin 211, the driving device drives the grass mowing head to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed, in a line releasing mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the head housing 212 to move upwards to be disengaged from the first distance, and the driving device drives the grass mowing head to enable the bobbin 211 to rotate in the first direction and at the first speed and in a differential speed with the head housing 212.
In this embodiment, the driving device is connected with the grass mowing head and controls the grass mowing head to switch between different grass mowing modes and different line releasing modes.
Further, the switching mechanism 4 is associated with the spool 211, in the grass mowing mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the spool 211 to move upwards to engage with the head housing 212, the driving device drives the grass mowing head to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed, in the line releasing mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the spool 211 to move downwards to disengage from the first distance, and the driving device drives the grass mowing head to enable the spool 211 to rotate in the first direction and at the first speed and in a differential speed with the head housing 212.
Further, the switching mechanism 4 is associated with the head housing 212 or the spool 211, in a grass cutting mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to rotate so that the head housing 212 or the spool 211 is engaged, the driving device drives the grass cutting head to rotate in a first direction and at a first speed, in a line releasing mode, the switching mechanism 4 drives the head housing 212 or the spool 211 to rotate so that the head housing 212 or the spool 211 is disengaged to the first distance, and the driving device drives the grass cutting head and causes the spool 211 to rotate in the first direction and at the first speed and at the differential speed for disengaging the head housing 212.

Through line length detection device 6 can effectual detection the state of beating grass of machine of beating grass to its operating mode of timely switching promotes its accuracy and the stability of beating grass, simplifies user's operating procedure.

when the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives the pay-off signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimmer to enter the pay-off mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is separated from the spool 211 to a first distance; when the grass trimmer receives the winding signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimming head to enter the winding mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is separated from the bobbin 211 to a second distance, wherein the second distance is different from the first distance.
In this embodiment, the grass mowing signal, the paying-off signal and the winding signal are directly sent to the grass mowing machine, and the grass mowing machine is directly controlled to be switched to a corresponding mode according to the working signal.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a lawnmower comprising:
a grass cutting head comprising a head shell 212 and a bobbin 211; the driving device is used for driving the grass cutting head to cut vegetation in a grass cutting mode and perform winding operation in a winding mode; a switching mechanism 4 including a switching device 42 coupled to any one of the head housing 212 and the spool 211 for driving the head housing 212 to be engaged with or disengaged from the spool 211 together; when the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and at the moment, the head shell 212 is meshed with the spool 211; when the grass trimmer receives the pay-off signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimmer head to enter the pay-off mode; when the grass trimmer receives the winding signal, the switching device 42 is driven to drive the grass trimmer head to enter the winding mode.
According to the grass trimmer, the manual paying-off and winding of a user are not needed, the operation difficulty of the grass trimmer is reduced, the operation steps are reduced, the user is prevented from not switching the working mode in time, the grass trimmer is more flexible in the grass trimming process, and the working efficiency is improved.

the main motor is operatively associated with the spool to drive the spool to cut vegetation in a mowing mode, or to perform a payoff operation in a payoff mode, or to perform a spooling operation in a spooling mode;
a switching mechanism including a switching device associated with either one of the head housing and the spool for driving the head housing into and out of engagement with the spool;
when the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and the head shell is meshed with the spool at the moment; when the grass trimmer receives a paying-off signal, the switching device is driven to drive the grass trimming head to enter the paying-off mode, and at the moment, the head shell is separated from the spool to a first distance or a first state; when the grass trimmer receives the winding signal, the switching device is driven to drive the grass trimming head to enter the winding mode, and at the moment, the head shell is separated from the spool to a second distance or a second state; the head housing or the spool includes an associated member, and the switching means includes a gear shaft associated with the main motor shaft, a gear mounted on the gear shaft, a rack engaged with the gear, and a claw member associated with the rack, wherein the claw member is configured to be associated with the associated member of the head housing or the spool, and to switch the first distance or the first state and the second distance or the second state of the head housing and the spool by the switching means.
2. A lawnmower according to claim 1, wherein: the grass trimmer comprises a control unit, the control unit is connected to the switching mechanism and the main motor in a working mode, and the control unit controls the switching mechanism and the main motor to work in a grass trimming mode, a grass paying-off mode and a wire winding mode according to grass trimming signals, paying-off signals and winding signals.

A lawnmower according to claim 2, wherein: the grass trimmer comprises a line length detection device, the line length detection device detects the state of the grass trimming rope, sends a paying-off signal to the control unit when the line length of the grass trimming rope is short, namely the line length is smaller than the preset grass trimming length, so that the grass trimmer is switched to a paying-off mode, and sends a grass trimming signal to the control unit when the grass trimming rope is larger than the preset grass trimming length, so that the grass trimmer is switched to a grass trimming mode.

A lawnmower according to claim 2, wherein: the head shell is provided with an outer threading hole, the bobbin is provided with an inner threading hole, the outer threading hole and the inner threading hole are used for the grass mowing rope to pass through so as to be wound on the bobbin, the grass mowing machine comprises a line length detection device, and when the grass mowing machine is detected to have threading action or the grass mowing rope is limited at the threading hole, a winding signal is sent to the control unit, so that the grass mowing machine is converted into a winding mode.
5. A lawnmower, comprising:
the grass mowing head comprises a head shell and a spool, and the spool is used for winding a grass mowing rope;
a drive device operatively associated with the spool to drive the spool to cut vegetation in a mowing mode, or to perform a payoff operation in a payoff mode, or to perform a spooling operation in a spooling mode;
a switching mechanism including a switching device associated with either one of the head housing and the spool for driving the head housing into and out of engagement with the spool;
when the grass trimmer receives a grass mowing signal, the switching device is driven to drive the grass mowing head to enter the grass mowing mode, and the head shell is meshed with the spool at the moment; when the grass trimmer receives a paying-off signal, the switching device is driven to drive the grass trimming head to enter the paying-off mode, and at the moment, the head shell is separated from the spool to a first distance; when the grass trimmer receives a winding signal, the switching device is driven to drive the grass trimming head to enter the winding mode, and at the moment, the head shell is separated from the spool to a second distance, wherein the second distance is different from the first distance;
the head housing or the bobbin includes an associated member, the switching device includes a gear shaft associated with the driving device shaft, a gear mounted on the gear shaft, a rack engaged with the gear, and a claw member associated with the rack, wherein the claw member is to be associated with the associated member of the bobbin or the bobbin, and the head housing and the bobbin are controlled to move to the first distance and the second distance by the switching device.
