Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
Before introducing the embodiments of the present invention, a brief introduction will first be made to the current industry-oriented RCS architecture. Referring to fig. 1, the industry-oriented RCS architecture includes: the system comprises an RCS terminal, a network accessed by the RCS terminal, an IMS network, a MaaP and a customer service platform. The RCS terminal may be a terminal device loaded with an RCS Application (APP), such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer loaded with an RCS APP; or the RCS native terminal may also be a terminal device that can provide the RCS function without loading the RCS APP, for example, a mobile phone that can independently provide the RCS function. The MaaP provides a uniform interface for the RCS terminal to upload and issue the service messages, and meanwhile, the MaaP can also realize the functions of industry message management, customer service platform access and the like. In specific implementation, the working process of the industry-oriented RCS architecture may specifically be: and after the RCS terminal is accessed through the access network and successfully registered with the IMS network, the RCS terminal is registered in the MaaP through the IMS network. After the RCS terminal is successfully registered in the MaaP, the RCS terminal issues a request message of a service message to the customer service platform through the MaaP, and after receiving the request message, the customer service platform issues the service message to the RCS terminal according to the request message.
The customer service platform may include: a customer service robot, and a plug-in. The service based on the customer service robot may include: travel services, customer service and after-sales, ticketing and media subscriptions, shopping service services, enterprise internal management services, payment services, and navigation and date service services, etc.; the travel service may include: travel service information query (such as airline flight information query, ticket information query, hotel information query, and the like), travel service reservation (such as reservation of air tickets or tickets, reservation of attraction tickets, reservation of hotels, and the like), travel service reminder (such as flight status reminder, hotel order push, and the like), and travel check-in service (such as check-in, seat change, meal ordering, electronic boarding pass reception, and the like), and the like; customer service and after-sales may include: the system performs interactive services such as characters, voice, video, pictures and the like with enterprise customer service (robot customer service or manual customer service); ticketing and media subscriptions can include: ticket reservations (e.g., reservations for tickets to movie tickets, tickets to shows, etc.), and subscription to media content (music, video, novels, etc.). The shopping service business may include: viewing, consulting and ordering goods, paying and tracking order logistics, evaluating orders, etc.; the intra-enterprise management services may include: sending rich media messages such as bulletins, news and votes, and employee communication messages in enterprises; the payment transaction may include: payment services provided by an operator or third party payment platform; navigation and date service traffic may include: calendar-based date reminder services (such as workday reminders, holiday reminders, or sending related reminder messages in conjunction with the user's current location, user schedule) and navigation services. The plug-in based services may include: game services, message service services, location tracking services, translation services, and data processing services. The game service may include: downloading game plug-ins in the chat process, starting the game plug-ins to play games and the like; the message service traffic may include: downloading or browsing the expression sticker and the animation, and inserting the content into a message conversation; the location tracking service may include: sharing the current position by using position plug-ins; the translation service may include: the method comprises the steps of translating a text in real time, namely translating the current language type of the text into the language type set by a user; the data processing service may include: and carrying out relevant calculation and processing on the data imported by the terminal to generate a result required by the user.
For example, for a hotel, the service message provided to the RCS terminal accessing a wireless-fidelity (WiFi) network of the hotel is limited; for an operator in a certain city, only service messages provided for RCS terminals accessing a local Packet Switch (PS) network of the operator are limited; for some multimedia service messages containing larger flow, such as video or music, if the user terminal accesses the PS network, the user terminal is converted into a form of downloading link of a text additional file to be issued so as to save the flow of the user, and the like. In practical situations, the above requirements are often related to the network characteristics of the network accessed by the RCS terminal, so that the issuing strategy of the service message is often related to the network characteristics of the network accessed by the RCS terminal. However, for the current industry-oriented RCS architecture, it is not possible to select a service message issuing policy based on the network characteristics of the network to which the RCS terminal is accessed, so that the issuing process of the service message of the current industry-oriented RCS architecture cannot meet the actual requirements of enterprises and enterprise users.
Based on the existing problems, the present invention provides a method for determining an RCS terminal service message issuing policy, where an execution subject of the method may be a MaaP platform or a function module arranged in the MaaP platform, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes:
step S210: and receiving a first service request message which is sent by the RCS terminal and carries the identification information.
Specifically, after the RCS terminal accesses the network and successfully registers in the MaaP through the IMS network, a first service request message carrying identification information sent by the RCS terminal is received. The identification information may include: a service message identifier and an RCS terminal identifier of the RCS terminal. The service message identifier may specifically be identification information capable of uniquely identifying a service message requested by the user, such as a service message ID; the RCS terminal identifier may specifically be identification information capable of uniquely identifying the RCS terminal, for example, if the RCS terminal is a mobile phone, the mobile phone number of the mobile phone may be used as the RCS terminal identifier of the RCS terminal, and in the specific implementation, only the RCS terminal may be uniquely identified.
Wherein, before executing the step, the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal may be pre-stored in the local database.
Specifically, there may be various execution manners for pre-storing the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal accesses in the local database. In an alternative, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
s310: acquiring network information of a network accessed by an RCS terminal, which is written in a MaaP registration request message sent by an IMS network by the IMS network; the IMS network writes the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal, which is written in the IMS registration request message sent by the RCS terminal to the IMS network, into the MaaP registration request message.
Specifically, after the RCS terminal accesses the network, the RCS terminal obtains network information of the network to which the RCS terminal accesses, and writes the network information into an IMS registration request message in which the RCS terminal requests registration to the IMS network, and after receiving the IMS registration request message, the IMS network registers the RCS terminal in the IMS network according to the registration request message, and stores the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal accesses in the IMS network.
After the RCS terminal is successfully registered in the IMS network, the IMS network sends a MaaP registration request message to MaaP to request registration of the RCS terminal in MaaP. The IMS network writes the network information of the RCS terminal access network and the RCS terminal identification in the MaaP registration request message.
In a specific implementation, there may be multiple writing manners of the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal accesses, which is not limited in the present invention. For example, in an alternative, information parameters related to the access network, such as a generalized parameter count, city, and service, may be defined, where the count is a country code; city is city code; the service is a service type, and then the following format can be adopted to write the network information of the access network:
P-Access-Network-Info: IEEE-802.11 a; counter ═ (country code); city ═ (city code); i-wlan-node-ID ═ (network ID); service ═ (service type);
for example, if the country where the user is located is china, the city is beijing, the access network is a WiFi network ffffffffff, and the network has no specific service type information, the network information of the following access networks is written:
P-Access-Network-Info:IEEE-802.11a;country=(CN);city=(BJ);i-wlan-n ode-id=(ffffffffffff);
if the position of the user is the United states to the state and the access network is the cellular network ffffffffff, writing the network information of the following access network:
P-Access-Network-Info:3GPP-UTRAN-FDD;country=US;cellular-access -info=ffffffffffff。
s320: and updating the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal to a local database according to the RCS terminal identification.
Specifically, after the RCS terminal is successfully registered in the MaaP, the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal is previously accessed, which is corresponding to the RCS terminal identifier, is searched in the local database, and the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal is previously accessed, which is previously stored, is updated to the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal is accessed, which is obtained in step S310. When the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal corresponding to the RCS terminal identifier is accessed is not stored in the local database, the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal corresponding to the RCS terminal identifier is accessed, which is acquired in step S310, is directly stored as the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal corresponding to the RCS terminal identifier is accessed.
In another alternative, referring to fig. 4, the manner of pre-storing the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal in the local database may include:
s410: and acquiring the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal, which is written in the first service request message by the RCS terminal.
Specifically, after an RCS terminal accesses a network and successfully registers in a MaaP, a first service request message sent by the RCS terminal is received; the first service request message carries network information of a network accessed by the RCS terminal, which is written by the RCS terminal.
In this step, the writing manner of the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal accesses, which is written by the RCS terminal, is the same as the writing manner of the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal accesses in step S310, and specifically, reference may be made to the corresponding description in step S310, and details are not described here.
S420: and updating the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal to a local database according to the RCS terminal identification.
The execution process of this step is the same as step S320, and reference may be specifically made to the corresponding description in step S320, which is not described herein again.
Step S220: and acquiring network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal, which is pre-stored in the local database, from the local database according to the RCS terminal identifier.
The local database pre-stores network information of a network accessed by a registered RCS terminal, where the network information at least includes: the type of the network (i.e., the network to which the RCS terminal is attached), and the location of the network. In a specific implementation, the types of the network may include, but are not limited to: a PS network, or a WiFi network; the location of the network is the geographical location of the RCS terminal used by the user.
In specific implementation, a mapping relationship may be established in advance between the RCS terminal identifier and the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal is accessed according to an actual situation, and when this step is executed, the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal is accessed, corresponding to the RCS terminal identifier acquired in step S210, may be searched and acquired in the local database according to the RCS terminal identifier acquired in step S210 and the mapping relationship.
Step S230: and acquiring the conditional policy information of the service message corresponding to the service message identifier pre-stored in the local database according to the service message identifier.
Specifically, the local database pre-stores conditional policy information that is set by a user (e.g., an enterprise user) for a service message issued by the user according to an actual situation. For each service message, the conditional policy information of the service message may specifically include: the preset network information of the service message and a preset issuing strategy corresponding to the preset network information. The preset network information includes at least one of the following items: the type of the preset network, and the location of the preset network.
For example, for a hotel, the conditional policy information set by the hotel for a service message issued by the hotel may be: the RCS terminal which is limited to be accessed into the WiFi network of the hotel sends the certain service message; the preset network information of the preset network is as follows: a WiFi network; the preset issuing strategy is as follows: allowing to issue; or, for a certain service message of a media type containing video information, the conditional policy information set by the user who issues the service message may be: when the access network is a PS network, the access network is transferred to a form of downloading link of the character additional file and issued, wherein the preset network information of the preset network is as follows: a PS network; the preset issuing strategy is as follows: and the downloading link of the character additional file is converted into a form of sending the downloading link.
In a specific implementation, the condition policy information of each service message may be set by a user issuing the service message according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the present invention. In specific implementation, the conditional policy information may be conditional policy information that is obtained and stored when the customer service platform initiates registration.
In this step, the conditional policy information of the target service message corresponding to the service message identifier pre-stored in the local database is obtained in the local database according to the service message identifier, so that the issuing policy of the service message is determined in the subsequent step (corresponding to step S240) according to the conditional policy information of the service message and the network information of the network to which the RCS terminal is accessed. Wherein, the conditional policy information of the target service message includes: presetting network information of a target service message and a preset issuing strategy corresponding to the presetting network information; the preset network information includes at least one of the following items: the type of the predetermined network, and the location of the predetermined network.
Step S240: and judging whether the network information is consistent with the preset network information or not, and determining a target service message issuing strategy according to a judgment result.
Specifically, according to different preset policy types, the following two schemes may be adopted for this step:
the first scheme is as follows: the preset issuing strategy comprises the following steps: allowing to issue; then, referring to fig. 5, the scheme includes the following steps:
step S510: judging whether the network information is consistent with the preset network information, if so, executing the step S520; if the determination result is negative, step S530 is executed.
Step S520: and determining that the issuing strategy of the target service message is allowed to be issued.
Specifically, when the network information is consistent with the preset network information, it is determined to issue the target service message to the RCS terminal.
Step S530: and determining that the target service message issuing strategy is not to issue the target service message to the RCS terminal.
For example, if a hotel sets conditional policy information for a service message issued by the hotel as follows: limiting to issue the certain service message to an RCS terminal which is accessed to the WiFi network of the hotel, and determining that the issue strategy of the target service message is allowed to issue the target service message to the RCS terminal if the network accessed to the RCS terminal is the WiFi network and the network information of the network accessed to the RCS terminal is consistent with the preset network information; and when the network accessed by the RCS terminal is a PS network and the network information is inconsistent with the preset network information, determining that the target service message issuing strategy is not to issue the target service message to the RCS terminal.
Of course, it can be understood that, in specific implementation, the preset issuing policy in the present scheme may also be: limiting the issuing; correspondingly, when the preset issuing strategy adopts the limited issuing, if the judgment result is yes, the step S530 is executed, otherwise, the step S520 is executed.
Scheme II: the preset issuing strategy comprises the following steps: converting into a target format and issuing; then, referring to fig. 6, the scheme includes the following steps:
step S610: judging whether the network information is consistent with the preset network information, if so, executing the step S620; if the determination result is negative, step S630 is executed.
Step S620: and determining that the target service message is transmitted in a target format.
Step S630: and determining that the target service message is issued in the original format.
For example, for a certain service message of a media type containing video information, if the conditional policy information set by the user who issues the service message is: if the network accessed by the RCS terminal is a WiFi network, the network information of the network accessed by the RCS terminal is inconsistent with the preset network information, the issuing strategy of the target service message is determined to be issued in the original format, namely the video information in the target service message is determined to be issued to the RCS terminal in the format of the video information.
Optionally, after step S240 is executed, the embodiment of the present invention may further execute the following steps: and determining whether to send a second service request message carrying the issuing strategy and the service message identifier to the customer service platform according to the issuing strategy so that the customer service platform can issue the target service message to the RCS terminal according to the issuing strategy after receiving the second service request message. Specifically, when the down-sending policy is that the target service message is not sent to the RCS terminal, it is determined that a second service request message carrying the down-sending policy and the service message identifier is not sent to the customer service platform, and a predefined reminding message is sent to the RCS terminal at the same time, for example, a reminding message of similar contents such as "you cannot provide the service under the network" is sent to the RCS terminal, so as to remind the RCS terminal user of not sending the target service message to the RCS terminal accessing the current network; otherwise, sending a second service request message carrying the issuing strategy and the service message identifier to the customer service platform, so that the customer service platform issues the target service message to the RCS terminal according to the issuing strategy after receiving the second service request message.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a first service request message carrying identification information sent by an RCS terminal, network information of an access network to which the RCS terminal accesses and conditional policy information corresponding to a service message identification can be obtained, where the conditional policy information includes preset network information of a preset network and a preset issuing policy corresponding to the preset network information; the preset network information includes at least one of: presetting the type of a network and the position of the network; and determining the issuing strategy of the target service message according to the judgment result by judging whether the network information is consistent with the preset network information. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can select the issuing strategy of the service message based on the network information individuation of the access network accessed by the RCS terminal, effectively solves the problem that the individuation requirement of the enterprise on the service message issuing process is difficult to meet when the service message is issued to the RCS terminal, and provides a plurality of conveniences for the enterprise and the user when the enterprise issues the service message.
Fig. 7 shows a device for determining an RCS terminal service message issuing policy according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, the device for determining an RCS terminal service message issuing policy includes:
a receiving module 71, configured to receive a first service request message carrying identification information and sent by an RCS terminal; wherein the identification information includes: a service message identifier and an RCS terminal identifier of the RCS terminal.
An obtaining module 72, configured to obtain, from the local database, network information of a network to which the RCS terminal accesses, where the network information is pre-stored in the local database, according to the RCS terminal identifier received by the receiving module 71; the network information at least includes: the type of network, and the location of the network.
The obtaining module 72 is further configured to obtain, in the local database, conditional policy information of the target service message corresponding to the service message identifier pre-stored in the local database according to the service message identifier received by the receiving module 71; the conditional policy information of the target service message includes: presetting network information of a preset network of the target service message and a preset issuing strategy corresponding to the preset network information; the preset network information includes at least one of: the type of the preset network, and the location of the preset network.
