As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, 10 and 11: the hopper-shaped warehouse 1 consists of a hopper-shaped warehouse left side plate 112, a hopper-shaped warehouse right side plate 121, a hopper-shaped warehouse front sealing plate 132, a hopper-shaped warehouse lower sealing plate 134 and a warehouse maintenance door 15; the hopper-shaped warehouse lower sealing plate 134 is also provided with a warehouse lower sealing plate extension plate 135;
the front end of a bucket type cargo bin lower sealing plate 134 of the bucket type cargo bin 1 is provided with a cargo-jamming prevention mechanism port, the cargo-jamming prevention mechanism port is provided with a cargo-jamming prevention mechanism 14, one end of the cargo-jamming prevention mechanism 14 is movably connected to the cargo-jamming prevention mechanism port, the other end of the cargo-jamming prevention mechanism 14 is provided with a connecting shaft 146, and the connecting shaft 146 is connected with the driving part 3; the anti-jamming mechanism 14 can be driven by the driving part 3 to do pushing action.
The goods-jam preventing mechanism 14 can be driven by the driving part 3 to perform pushing action, and the pushed goods release the extrusion force of the goods adjacent to the pushed goods, so that the goods adjacent to the pushed goods move to the goods passage part 10 smoothly, and the goods are prevented from being jammed in the goods warehouse.
As shown in fig. 10-11, the product No. 4 is located above the anti-jamming mechanism, and the product in the bucket-type warehouse converges to the intersection of the bucket-type warehouse and the cargo channel part due to the inclination and gravity, so that the product at the intersection is squeezed mutually to easily cause jamming; when the anti-jamming mechanism 14 pushes upwards, the No. 4 commodity is pushed upwards, and the No. 4 commodity pushes upwards the No. 6 commodity above, so that in the pushing process, the extrusion force of the No. 5 commodity close to the No. 4 commodity is released, and the No. 5 commodity can move smoothly towards the goods channel part 10, so that the commodity is prevented from being jammed in the goods warehouse.
As shown in fig. 1-6: the sliding part 2 comprises a sliding platform 21, an upper baffle 23 is arranged above the sliding platform 21, a rear baffle 22 is arranged in front of the sliding platform 21, a triangular connecting rod 28 is fixed below the rear baffle 22, and a front baffle 26 is arranged at one end of the triangular connecting rod 28;
the space defined by the front baffle 26, the rear baffle 22, the triangular connecting rods 28 and the cargo way base 18 forms a commodity discharge area 19;
the outer side of the sliding platform 21 is provided with a sliding platform connecting shaft 24, and the sliding platform connecting shaft 24 is connected with the driving part 3.
As shown in fig. 5-6: the guide rail assembly 4 comprises a sliding block 41 and a guide rail 42, the cargo way base 18 is provided with a concave slideway 183, and the cargo way base 18 further comprises a base left platform 181 and a base right platform 182 which are arranged in bilateral symmetry relative to the concave slideway 183;
the guide rail 42 is mounted at the bottom of the concave slideway 183, and the bottom of the slide block 41 is fixed below the sliding platform 21 of the sliding part 2;
the sliding part 2 can horizontally slide back and forth on the guide rail 42 at the bottom of the concave slideway 183 of the cargo channel base 18 through the slide block 41 below the sliding platform 21.
When the sliding component 2 performs a pushing action forwards, the commodities in the commodity discharging area 19 are pushed out of the bucket-type cargo bin 1, the commodities fall from the triangular connecting rod 28 to the commodity taking opening and are provided for consumers, and at the moment, the upper baffle plate moves forwards to support the commodities at the bottommost part of the bucket-type cargo bin 1; meanwhile, the goods-jam preventing mechanism 14 is driven by the driving part 3 to perform pushing action, and the pushed goods release the extrusion force of the goods adjacent to the pushed goods, so that the goods adjacent to the pushed goods move to the goods passage part 10 smoothly, and the goods are prevented from being jammed in the goods warehouse.
When the sliding part 2 performs a restoring action backwards, the upper baffle is restored, and the commodity at the bottommost part of the bucket-shaped warehouse 1 falls to the commodity discharging area 19; at the same time, the anti-jam mechanism 14 is reset.
As shown in fig. 8: the driving part 3 comprises a speed reducing motor 31 and a motor bracket 35, the speed reducing motor 31 is installed on the motor bracket 35, and the motor bracket 35 is installed on the cargo way base 18;
the shaft of gear motor 31 is stretched and is installed motor shaft sleeve 32, motor shaft sleeve 32 is connected with motor rotation arm 33, motor rotation arm is connected with rotation arm connecting rod axle 34, rotation arm connecting rod axle 34 is connected with drive connecting rod 36, drive connecting rod 36 is connected sliding part 2.
As shown in fig. 1: one end of the warehouse maintenance door 15 is movably connected with the hopper-shaped warehouse 1 through a connecting piece, the warehouse maintenance door 15 is further provided with a warehouse door lock catch 16, and the warehouse door lock catch 16 is used for locking the warehouse maintenance door 15;
as shown in fig. 1-4: the anti-jamming mechanism 14 comprises an anti-jamming push plate 144, one end of the anti-jamming push plate 144 is movably connected to the mouth of the anti-jamming mechanism through an anti-jamming plate hinge 143, the lower part of the other end is provided with a push plate connecting piece 145, the side part is provided with a sealing plate 148, the push plate connecting piece 145 is provided with a connecting shaft 146, the connecting shaft 146 is connected with an anti-jamming plate connecting rod 37, and the anti-jamming plate connecting rod 37 is connected with the driving part 3;
the goods-jam preventing push plate 144 of the goods-jam preventing mechanism 14 can be driven by the driving part 3 to push upwards, when the goods-jam preventing push plate 144 pushes upwards, the goods positioned on the goods-jam preventing push plate 144 are pushed upwards, the pushed goods release the extrusion force of the goods adjacent to the pushed goods, so that the goods adjacent to the pushed goods move towards the goods passage part 10 smoothly, and meanwhile, the sealing plate 148 synchronously seals the opening between the goods-jam preventing push plate 144 and the goods-jam preventing mechanism opening to prevent the goods from escaping or getting jammed from the opening.
As shown in fig. 1-11: the lower parts of the front cargo channel sealing plate 13 and the rear cargo channel sealing plate 113 of the cargo channel part 10 are provided with a cargo outlet channel 110, the front cargo channel sealing plate 13 corresponds to an outer channel port of the cargo outlet channel 110, and the rear cargo channel sealing plate 113 corresponds to an inner channel port 111 of the cargo outlet channel 110;
the sliding part 2 can horizontally reciprocate on the guide rail assembly 4 under the driving of the driving part 3 to shuttle to the delivery passage 110;
when the sliding component 2 is pushed forward, the goods in the goods delivery area 19 leave the outer channel opening through the goods delivery channel 110, the goods fall from the triangular connecting rod 28 to the goods taking opening for the consumer, and the upper baffle plate moves forward to support the goods at the bottommost part of the goods channel component 1;
when the sliding part 2 is restored backwards, the upper baffle is restored, and the commodity at the bottommost part of the goods passage part 1 falls to the commodity discharge area 19.
The specific working process is as follows:
the control unit sends a delivery instruction to the driving part 3, the deceleration motor 31 operates, the deceleration motor 31 drives the motor shaft sleeve 32 to rotate, the motor shaft sleeve drives the motor rotating arm 33 and the rotating arm connecting rod shaft 34 to do circular motion, the rotating arm connecting rod shaft 34 drives the sliding platform connecting shaft 24 to drive the sliding part 2, the sliding part 2 passes through the delivery channel 110 on the guide rail 42 at the bottom of the concave slideway 183 of the bucket-shaped cargo bin 1 through the sliding block 41 below the sliding platform 21 to do stretching motion, commodities in the commodity delivery area 19 leave the cargo channel base 18, the commodities fall from the triangular connecting rod 28 to the commodity delivery port to be provided for a consumer, meanwhile, the upper baffle plate 23 of the sliding part 2 moves forward, the commodities at the bottommost part of the bucket-shaped cargo bin 1 are supported and do not fall down, and delivery is completed; meanwhile, the driving part 3 drives the anti-blocking plate connecting rod 37, the anti-blocking plate connecting rod 37 drives the connecting shaft 146 to drive the anti-blocking goods pushing plate 144 of the anti-blocking goods mechanism 14 to do an upward pushing action, the anti-blocking goods pushing plate 144 pushes the goods positioned on the anti-blocking goods pushing plate 144 upward, the pushed goods release the extrusion force of the goods adjacent to the pushed goods, the goods adjacent to the pushed goods move to the goods channel part 10 smoothly, and the sealing plate 148 synchronously seals the opening between the anti-blocking goods pushing plate 144 and the mouth of the anti-blocking goods mechanism to prevent the goods from escaping or blocking from the opening.
After the delivery is finished, the driving part 3 drives the sliding part 2 to do retraction and restoration actions, the sliding part 2 retracts to an initial state through the delivery channel 110, meanwhile, the upper baffle 23 of the sliding part 2 resets, and the commodity at the bottommost part of the bucket-type cargo bin 1 falls to the commodity delivery area 19 due to gravity; at the same time, the anti-jamming mechanism 14 is reset; and waiting for the next shipment instruction, and completing resetting.
Preferably: the diameter of the commodity is D, the height of the front cargo channel sealing plate 13 is H, and the range of H is D x 2.05-H2.5.
Preferably: the range of H is D x 2.05-H2.3.
When the product is in a uniform shape, H is preferably in the range of D.times.2.05. ltoreq. H.ltoreq.D.times.2.5, more preferably in the range of D.times.2.05. ltoreq. H.ltoreq.D.times.2.3. If the size of H is too small, the commodity discharging area 19 interferes with the outlet of the bucket type cargo bin, and the failure rate that continuous discharging cannot be carried out is increased; the size of the H is too large, so that the phenomenon that commodities are vertical or inclined can occur when the commodities enter the cargo channel from the bucket-shaped cargo bin, and the commodities in the delivery area are blocked and cannot be delivered.

the inclination included angle between the lower sealing plate 134 of the hopper-shaped cargo bin and the horizontal plane is alpha, and the alpha range is 10-30 degrees; the alpha range is 10-15 degrees;
the alpha is generally applicable within the range of 10-30 degrees, and the optimal range is 10-15 degrees. The larger the angle is, the more favorable the commodities move to the commodity delivery area below independently, and the smaller the angle is, the difficulty in moving the commodities is caused. The length of the interior of the hopper-shaped warehouse is L, the length of the commodity is LS, and the range of L is LS 1.01-LS 1.15; the range of L is LS 1.05-LS 1.08;
in order to ensure that goods move smoothly in the goods channel, the application ranges of the length L inside the bucket-shaped goods bin and the length LS of the goods are as follows: LS 1.01 is not less than L is not less than LS 1.15, the more preferable size range is LS 1.05 is not less than L is not less than LS 1.08, when L is too large, the goods channel space is too large when the goods are placed, the goods are easy to incline, and the goods ordering chaotic system cannot run; when L is too small, the accuracy requirement is too high when the commodity is put in, and the commodity is difficult to put in; and if the L is in a proper range, the commodities are easy to put in, and the commodities are ordered by gravity to meet the operation requirement of the system.
The width of the goods way component 10 is W, the diameter of the goods is D, and the range of W is D x 1.01-W1.10; the range of W is D1.04-W1.06;
the width of the goods passage part 10 is W, the diameter of the goods is D, the large W can cause the serious sorting of the goods, the small W can cause the difficulty of the falling of the goods, the more preferable application range is that D is more than or equal to 1.04 and less than or equal to D is more than or equal to 1.06, and the proper range of W is crucial to the normal operation of the system.
The height of the front sealing plate 13 of the cargo channel is H, and the range of H is more than or equal to D x 2.05 and less than or equal to D x 2.5; the range of H is D x 2.05-H2.3;
when the commodity is a big end and a small end, the applicable range of H is D × 2.05 to LS, and the more preferable range is D × 2.1 to LS × 0.9; the size of the H is too large, so that the phenomenon that commodities are vertical or inclined can occur when the commodities enter the cargo channel from the bucket-shaped cargo bin, and the commodities in the delivery area are blocked and cannot be delivered.
The projection length of the upper cargo channel sealing plate 131 relative to the horizontal plane is H1, and the range of H1 is W0.8-H1-W1.1; the range of H1 is W0.9-H1-W1.05;
the application range of H1 is W0.8-H1-W1.1, more preferably W0.9-H1-W1.05, when the range is too large, space is wasted, goods in the warehouse are disordered and jammed when passing through the outer channel opening of the hopper-type warehouse, and when the range is too small, the goods fall into the channel and incline or jam.
The size of the hopper-shaped cargo bin outlet 191 is W1, and the range of W1 is D1.01-W1-D1.5; the range of W1 is W1= W;
the applicable range of W1 is D1.01 ≦ W1 ≦ D1.5, more preferably W1= W. When the W1 is too small, the goods cannot be smoothly moved from the storage compartment to the chute member, and when the W1 is too large, the goods in the storage compartment are likely to be jammed when moving into the chute member.
The upper goods passage sealing plate 131 and the front bucket type goods cabin sealing plate 132 form an included angle beta, when the beta =90 degrees to alpha, the front bucket type goods cabin sealing plate 132 is vertical to the goods passage base 18, and the range of the beta is (20 degrees + alpha) to beta (90 degrees + 0.95-alpha); the range of the beta is (25 degrees + alpha) to beta (40 degrees + alpha);
when beta = 90-alpha, the front closing plate of the bucket type cargo cabin is vertical to the cargo channel base. The applicable range of beta is (20 degrees + alpha) to beta (90 degrees 0.95-alpha), and the more preferable range is (25 degrees + alpha) to beta (40 degrees + alpha). Too large beta causes counter acting force to appear on the commodity, which causes difficulty in moving the commodity, too small beta causes space waste, and the upper section of the outlet of the bucket-type warehouse has a long-distance throat, which causes the commodity to be locked and unable to move.
The distance between the front end of the cargo-jam preventing mechanism 14 and the top of the rear cargo channel sealing plate 113 is H2, and the range of H2 is that D is not less than H2 and not more than D x 1.5; the range of H2 is D1.1-H2-D1.2;
the application range of H2 is that D is not less than H2 not less than D1.5, more preferably, D is not less than 1.1 not less than H2 not less than D1.2, and if too large, the product cannot be pushed away accurately, and if too small, the product loses meaning.
The width of the anti-jamming mechanism 14 is H3, and the range of H3 is D not less than H3 not less than D x 1.5; the range of H3 is D1.05-H3-D1.1;
the application range of H3 is that D is not less than H3 not less than D1.5, more preferably, D is not less than D1.05 not less than H3 not less than D1.1, when the size is too large, the commodity with the number 5 cannot smoothly move downwards, and when the size is too small, the extruded commodity 5 cannot be effectively pushed away.
The length of the anti-jamming mechanism 14 is L1, and the range of the L1 is LS 0.7-L1-LS;
l1 is too large to cause interference in deformation during use, and too small to cause failure in pushing the product due to the inclination of the product caused by the failure to uniformly apply force to the product.
After the hopper-shaped cargo cabin 1 is fully filled with commodities, a gap distance W5 needs to be reserved between the hopper-shaped cargo cabin 1 and the upper sealing plate 133 of the hopper-shaped cargo cabin, and the range of W5 is D0.3-W5-0.7; the range of W5 is D0.4-W5-0.5.
The application range of W5 is D0.3-W5-0.7, more preferably D0.4-W5-0.5, when the distance is too small, the movement of the top commodity cannot be displaced during the rotation of the anti-jam push plate 144 is blocked, and when the distance is too large, the space is wasted.
The height of the extension plate 135 of the lower sealing plate of the bucket-type cargo cabin is W4, and the range of W4 is D not less than W4 not more than (W2-2D).
When placing commodity, the extension plate of the lower sealing plate of the bucket-type warehouse can effectively block the commodity on the lower layer in the warehouse, so that the commodity is convenient to store, and the application range of the height W4 of the extension plate of the lower sealing plate of the bucket-type warehouse is that D is not less than W4 and not more than (W2-2D).
Preferably: the anti-jamming push plate 144 forms an included angle gamma with the lower sealing plate 134 of the bucket type cargo bin in the process of rotating by taking the anti-jamming plate hinge 143 as the center of a circle, and the gamma is within the range of being more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.

as shown in fig. 1 to 11, when the initial state of the storage of the goods is completed, the bucket type cargo compartment, the cargo passage member and the sliding member cooperate with each other to form an initial storage state of a completely closed state, the outer passage opening of the cargo passage 110 is surrounded by the front barrier, the inner passage opening of the cargo passage 110 is surrounded by the rear barrier, the goods to be delivered are surrounded by the goods delivery area 19 formed by the space defined by the front barrier 26, the rear barrier 22, the triangular link 28 and the cargo passage base 18, and further, the anti-jamming mechanism opening is sealed by the anti-jamming mechanism 14, so that the goods can be stored in a completely closed storage space, and no matter the user impacts, tilts or shakes the cargo compartment or the vending machine, the goods can be stored well in the bucket type cargo compartment 1, the cargo passage member 10 and the goods delivery area, thereby preventing the goods from falling accidentally due to external force and achieving theft prevention;
when the goods are delivered, the sliding component 2 performs a pushing-out action forwards, the goods in the goods delivery area 19 leave the goods way base 18 through the goods delivery channel 110, the goods fall from the triangular connecting rod 28 to the goods taking opening and are provided for consumers, at this time, the upper baffle plate moves forwards to support the goods at the bottommost part of the goods way component 10, the goods are limited in the goods way by the upper baffle plate, in addition, the goods-blocking-preventing mechanism 14 performs an upward pushing action under the driving of the driving component 3, and simultaneously, the sealing plate 148 synchronously seals the opening between the goods-blocking-preventing pushing plate 144 and the goods-blocking-preventing mechanism opening, so as to prevent the goods from escaping or blocking from the opening. No matter a user impacts, inclines or shakes the bucket-type warehouse or the vending machine, commodities can be well stored in the goods channel, the commodities are prevented from accidentally falling due to external force, and theft prevention is achieved;
after the shipment is accomplished, when sliding part 2 when doing the action of restoring backward, go up the baffle and reset, the commodity of fill type storehouse 1 bottommost drops to in the commodity goes out goods district 19, like this, commodity resumes to initial condition again completely, no matter the user strikes, inclines or rocks fill type storehouse or automatic vending machine, and the commodity homoenergetic is good to be stored in goods way inside and commodity goes out goods district, prevents that commodity from dropping because of the external force accident, realizes preventing burglary.

the space defined by the front baffle (26), the rear baffle (22), the triangular connecting rod (28) and the cargo channel base (18) forms a commodity discharge area (19);
the outer side of the sliding platform (21) is provided with a sliding platform connecting shaft (24), and the sliding platform connecting shaft (24) is connected with the driving part (3).

the guide rail (42) is arranged at the bottom of the concave slideway (183), and the bottom of the sliding block (41) is fixed below the sliding platform (21) of the sliding part (2);
the sliding part (2) can horizontally slide on a guide rail (42) at the bottom of a concave slideway (183) of the cargo channel base (18) in a reciprocating way through a sliding block (41) below the sliding platform (21).

A large capacity bucket type access device for vending machine as recited in claim 1, wherein: the driving part (3) comprises a speed reducing motor (31) and a motor bracket (35), the speed reducing motor (31) is installed on the motor bracket (35), and the motor bracket (35) is installed on the cargo way base (18);
the shaft of gear motor (31) is stretched and is installed motor shaft sleeve (32), motor shaft sleeve (32) are connected with motor rotating arm (33), motor rotating arm is connected with rotating arm connecting rod axle (34), rotating arm connecting rod axle (34) are connected with drive connecting rod (36), drive connecting rod (36) are connected sliding part (2).

the sliding part (2) can horizontally reciprocate on the guide rail assembly (4) under the driving of the driving part (3) and shuttle to the delivery passage (110);
when the sliding component (2) performs a pushing-out action forwards, commodities in the commodity discharging area (19) leave the outer channel opening through the goods discharging channel (110), the commodities fall from the triangular connecting rod (28) to the commodity taking opening to be provided for consumers, and meanwhile, the upper baffle plate moves forwards to support the commodities at the bottommost part of the goods channel component (1);
when the sliding part (2) performs a restoring action backwards, the upper baffle is restored, and the commodity at the bottommost part of the goods way part (1) falls to the commodity discharging area (19).
