The locking screw 5 is correspondingly matched with a process groove or a process hole on the fuse 12, so that the fuse 12 can be further fixed after being clamped, the rotation and axial movement of the fuse 12 are prevented, and the radial and axial fixation of the fuse is realized.
Further, the baffle 7 shown in fig. 8 and the handle 9 shown in fig. 10 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the push rod 3 in the preferred embodiment. Correspondingly, the handle 9 is a cylindrical rod-shaped structure and can correspondingly penetrate through the handle hole 303 to form a T-shaped structure with the ejector rod 3, the middle part of the handle 9 is provided with a plurality of pin holes 901 at intervals, so that after the handle 9 correspondingly penetrates through the handle hole 303, the handle 9 can be limited in the handle hole 303 by at least two pins, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, one end of each pin is embedded into the corresponding pin hole 901, and the other end of each pin abuts against the side wall surface of the end part of the ejector rod 3, so that the handle 9 can be effectively prevented from sliding along the axial direction.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, a support plate 8 is provided corresponding to the fuse receiving hole 1016, and is horizontally disposed below the fuse receiving hole 1016 for corresponding supporting the fuse 12 received in the fuse receiving hole 1016. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9(a) - (b), the supporting plate 8 in the preferred embodiment has a plate-shaped structure, two sides of each of the two ends are respectively provided with a notch, i.e. a clipping opening 801, corresponding to the two door-shaped holes 1011, and the width of the plate body sandwiched between the two clipping openings 801 along the width direction of the supporting plate 8 is not greater than the width of the door-shaped holes 1011; furthermore, boss structures are respectively arranged on the top surfaces of the two ends of the supporting plate 8 corresponding to the clamping position openings 801, and threaded holes, namely the jacking holes 802, are horizontally formed in the boss structures; then, the supporting plate 8 can be correspondingly embedded into the two door-shaped holes 1011 from the bottom of the cavity seat 101, the vertical position of the supporting plate 8 can be correspondingly adjusted through the vertical movement of the supporting plate 8 in the door-shaped holes 1011 to adapt to the assembly of fuses 12 with different height dimensions, after the position of the supporting plate 8 is adjusted in place, screws are respectively arranged in the tightening holes 802, the end parts of the screws tightly push the surface of the side plate of the cavity seat 101, and therefore the fixing of the supporting plate 8 is realized. Of course, the support plate 8 can also be welded directly at both ends below the fuse receiving hole 1016, and at this time, the two door-shaped holes 1011 can no longer be opened, but this form has the disadvantage that the vertical height of the support plate 8 cannot be adjusted.
Further, the fixing of the universal clamping device in the preferred embodiment is provided with two structures, namely a handle 6 as shown in fig. 7 and a connecting plate 10 as shown in fig. 11(a) - (b). Wherein, handle 6 is two that set up in pairs, can locate the both sides of cavity seat 101, the annular of certain degree of depth is seted up along the hoop on its one end periphery, fixed slot 601 promptly, and handle 6 can set up the one end correspondence that fixed slot 601 stretched into in handle hole 1012, and correspond the card in handle hole 1012 with fixed slot 601, and then can set up handle 6 respectively in the both sides of cavity seat 101, deviate from the one end of fixed slot 601 through artifical or mechanical fixed handle 6, can realize the quick fixed of cavity seat 101, as shown in fig. 12, with this can realize clamping device in outdoor convenient application.
Correspondingly, the connecting plate 10 is in an L-shaped folded plate structure, and a mounting hole 1001 is formed in one side folded plate, and a limiting hole 1002 is formed in the other side folded plate corresponding to the fixing limiting hole 1013. By placing the cavity base 101 on the workbench 11, the connecting plates 10, preferably 4, are respectively disposed corresponding to the plurality of fixing limit holes 1013, and then the limiting members (such as limiting screws and limiting pins) are sequentially disposed to pass through the limit holes 1002 and the fixing limit holes 1013, and the connecting screws are disposed to pass through the mounting holes 1001 and then are connected to the workbench 11, so as to fix the cavity base 101 on the workbench 11, as shown in fig. 13, thereby correspondingly implementing the fixing application of the clamping device in the room.
It is further preferable that one end of the handle 6 away from the fixing groove 601 is provided with a threaded portion 602 with a certain length, an outer peripheral shaft of the threaded portion is provided with an external thread, and the external thread can be matched with the handle storage hole 1014 in a threaded manner, and when the handle 6 does not need to work, the threaded portion 602 can be matched with the handle storage hole 1014 to achieve storage.
The universal clamping device suitable for assembling the fuse in the invention can be used preferably according to the following steps:
s1: the fixing form of the cavity base 101 is selected according to the application environment of the universal clamping device, such as indoor application or outdoor application; when the fixing device is applied outdoors, the handles 6 are coaxially arranged on the two sides of the cavity seat 101, and the two ends of each handle are fixed in a manual or mechanical fixing mode, so that the cavity seat 101 is fixed; when the device is used indoors, the cavity seat 101 can be fixed on the workbench 11 through a plurality of connecting plates 10;
s2: rotating the handle 9 to enable the movable clamping block 2 to be far away from the fixed clamping block 102, and adjusting the height of the supporting plate 8 according to the height size of the fuze 12 to be assembled so as to fix the position of the supporting plate 8;
s3: correspondingly placing a fuse 12 to be assembled on the supporting plate 8, and adjusting the position of the fuse 12 to enable the fuse to be attached to the first clamping surface 1021 through a side wall surface;
s4: the handle 9 is rotated to drive the ejector rod 3 to move along the axial direction, so that the movable clamping block 2 is driven to move towards the fuse 12, and the movable clamping block 2 is correspondingly guided by the guide block 4;
s5: when the second clamping surface 201 is to be attached to the side wall surface of the fuse, the handle 9 is temporarily stopped to rotate, the position of the fuse 12 is rotated, so that the process groove or the process hole on the periphery of the fuse 12 is aligned with the first limit screw hole 1022 and/or the second limit screw hole 203, the locking screw 5 is correspondingly matched in the corresponding limit screw hole, and the locking head 503 of the locking screw 5 is coaxially embedded into the corresponding process groove or the corresponding process hole;
s6: continue to rotate handle 9 for fuse 12 steadily presss from both sides between fixed clamp splice 102 and activity clamp splice 2, stop to rotate handle 9, and set up stop screw in at least one ejector pin spacing hole 1032, make stop screw's tip butt ejector pin 3's periphery, prevent ejector pin 3's rotation, realize fuse 12's reliable clamp.
The universal clamping device is simple in structure and convenient to arrange, the movable clamping block can be matched with the fixed clamping block on the top plate of the cavity seat through the corresponding arrangement of the cavity seat, the movable clamping block, the ejector rod, the handle, the guide block and other components, the clamping of a fuse can be correspondingly realized by changing the positions of two V-shaped clamping surfaces, the accurate limiting after the fuse is clamped can be realized through the arrangement of the limiting screw holes on the two clamping blocks and the corresponding arrangement of the locking screws, the radial and axial clamping of the fuse is realized, the phenomenon that the fuse does not rotate around a shaft or move axially during the assembling process is ensured, and the accuracy of the assembling of the fuse is improved; in addition, through the corresponding setting of handle, connecting plate for general clamping device both mountable on indoor workstation, also can correspond when unable installation cavity seat outdoors and work, has removed the restriction in general clamping device assembly place, has promoted clamping device's application scope, has reduced the equipment cost of fuze assembly, has better application effect and spreading value.

Claims (10)

1. A universal clamping device suitable for fuse assembly is characterized by comprising a base, a movable clamping block, an ejector rod, a locking screw and a supporting plate; wherein,
the base comprises a cavity seat in a box body structure, and a fixed clamping block and a top rod seat which are respectively arranged at two ends of a top plate of the cavity seat; at least one pair of handle holes are formed in the side plates of the cavity seat, at least one pair of handles are correspondingly arranged, each pair of handle holes are coaxially formed in the two opposite side plates, and one end of each handle can be correspondingly matched with the handle hole; the fixed clamping block is arranged opposite to the ejector rod seat, a notch is formed in one side of the fixed clamping block opposite to the ejector rod seat, a first clamping surface with a corner in the middle is formed, and a limiting screw hole opposite to the ejector rod seat is formed in the corner of the first clamping surface; a mandril connecting hole is horizontally formed in the mandril base corresponding to the mandril, and the axis of the mandril connecting hole is parallel to the axis of the limit screw hole;
the movable clamping block can be correspondingly arranged between the fixed clamping block and the ejector rod seat, a notch is formed in one side of the movable clamping block, which is opposite to the fixed clamping block, a second clamping surface with a corner in the middle is formed, and the corner of the second clamping surface is horizontally provided with the limiting screw hole;
the ejector rod can correspondingly penetrate through the ejector rod connecting hole and is matched with the ejector rod connecting hole in a threaded manner to form a threaded screw rod pair, and one end of the ejector rod can be movably connected to one side of the movable clamping block, which is far away from the second clamping surface, so that the ejector rod can drive the movable clamping block to be close to or far away from the fixed clamping block through rotation;
a fuse accommodating hole is formed in the top plate of the cavity seat corresponding to the two clamping blocks, and a supporting plate in a plate-shaped structure is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the fuse accommodating hole; the position locking screw is arranged corresponding to the limiting screw hole, one end of the position locking screw is provided with a position locking head, the position locking screw can be matched with the limiting screw hole through threads, the position locking head extends out of the corresponding clamping surface, and then the position locking head can be embedded into the process groove or the process hole in the periphery of the fuse in a matching mode, so that radial and axial limiting of the fuse after being clamped by the two clamping blocks is achieved.

The universal clamping device suitable for fuze assembly according to claim 1, further comprising two guide blocks respectively arranged at two sides of the fuze accommodating hole, wherein the guide blocks are fixedly arranged on the top plate of the cavity seat, and the axis of the guide blocks is parallel to the axis of the ejector rod connecting hole;
correspondingly, the bottoms of the two ends of the movable clamping block are respectively provided with a sliding groove, so that the movable clamping block can be arranged on the two guide blocks in a lapping way, and the two sliding grooves are respectively matched with the corresponding guide blocks.
3. The universal clamping device adapted for fuze assembly of claim 2, wherein the cross section of the guide block is inverted L-shaped, quarter-arc shaped, or drop shaped.

The universal clamping device suitable for fuze assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the supporting plate is in a movable plate shape, two ends of the supporting plate along the length direction are respectively provided with a clamping opening in pairs, two opposite side plates of the cavity seat corresponding to the supporting plate are respectively provided with a door-shaped hole, and two ends of the supporting plate can be respectively clamped in the door-shaped holes through the two clamping openings; and connecting blocks are arranged on the supporting plate corresponding to the clamping positions, and jacking holes are formed in the connecting blocks along the length direction of the supporting plate and used for enabling screws to penetrate through the jacking holes and then to be jacked on the side plates of the cavity seat.

The universal clamping device suitable for fuse assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the top surface of the ejector rod seat is provided with a plurality of ejector rod limiting holes, the ejector rod limiting holes are vertically provided and correspondingly communicated with the ejector rod connecting holes, so that the end of a limiting screw matched into the ejector rod limiting hole can tightly press the periphery of the ejector rod.

The universal clamping device suitable for fuze assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a groove with a certain depth, namely a fixing groove, is circumferentially formed on the periphery of one end of the handle, and the fixing groove can be correspondingly clamped on the handle hole so as to fix the one end of the handle and the handle hole.

The universal clamping device suitable for fuze assembly according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a handle hole is radially formed in one end of the ejector rod, which is far away from the movable clamping block, a rod-shaped handle is arranged corresponding to the handle hole, and the handle can be correspondingly fixed after penetrating through the handle hole.
