本发明涉及液压传动及控制技术领域,尤其是一种比例差压式变量叶片泵,包括叶片泵和油箱,所述叶片泵的左侧设有左调节缸,所述叶片泵右侧设有右调节缸,所述左调节缸和右调节缸结构尺寸相同,所述左调节缸的活塞杆与叶片泵接触,所述右调节缸的活塞杆与叶片泵接触,所述叶片泵出口的工作压力通过反馈管路传递到左调节缸,所述左调节缸的压力通过差压管路传递至右调节缸,所述右调节缸与油箱连通,本发明可以解决现有技术中变量叶片泵不能实现全区域排量可调的问题。

一种比例差压式变量叶片泵
技术领域
本发明涉及液压传动及控制技术领域,具体领域为一种比例差压式变量叶片泵。
背景技术
常用的外反馈限压式变量叶片泵其结构是在定子的左右两侧分别安装液压缸和弹簧装置,且液压缸外接泵的输出油液。当输出油液压力小于弹簧预压力时,定子被弹簧推动处于初始位置,此时变量叶片泵处于定量段,其排量不可调,只有当输出油液压力大于弹簧预压力时,变量叶片泵才处于变量段,其排量才可调,因此,现有技术中的变量叶片泵并不能实现工作压力范围内全区域排量可调。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种比例差压式变量叶片泵,以解决现有技术中变量叶片泵不能实现全区域排量可调的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种比例差压式变量叶片泵,包括叶片泵和油箱,所述叶片泵的左侧设有左调节缸,所述叶片泵右侧设有右调节缸,所述左调节缸和右调节缸结构尺寸相同,所述左调节缸的活塞杆与叶片泵接触,所述右调节缸的活塞杆与叶片泵接触,所述叶片泵出口的工作压力通过反馈管路传递到左调节缸,所述左调节缸的压力通过差压管路传递至右调节缸,所述右调节缸与油箱连通。
优选的,所述左调节缸包括左调节缸无杆腔和左调节缸有杆腔,所述右调节缸包括右调节缸无杆腔和右调节缸有杆腔,叶片泵出口的工作压力被传递至左调节缸无杆腔,所述左调节缸有杆腔的压力被传递至右调节缸无杆腔,所述右调节缸有杆腔与油箱连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本申请中左调节缸和右调节缸的结构尺寸均相同,通过改变叶片泵左右两侧调节缸的有效工作面积就可以改变压差比例大小,从而满足液压管路执行元件运动速度变化要求,使得叶片泵在额定工作压力范围内全区域排量可调;另外,本申请提供的叶片泵的排量与叶片泵出口的工作压力保持一定的比例关系。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种比例差压式变量叶片泵,包括叶片泵1和油箱6,叶片泵1的左侧设有左调节缸2,叶片泵1右侧设有右调节缸3,所述左调节缸2和右调节缸3结构尺寸相同,左调节缸2的活塞杆与叶片泵1接触,右调节缸3的活塞杆与叶片泵1接触,叶片泵1出口的工作压力通过反馈管路4传递到左调节缸2,左调节缸2的压力通过差压管路5传递至右调节缸3,右调节缸3与油箱6连通,负载增加时,叶片泵1的工作压力增加,反馈管路4传递到左调节缸2的压力增加,左调节缸2传递到右调节缸3的压力增加,定子11与转子12之间的偏心距减小,叶片泵1的排量下降,流量减小,负载减小时,叶片泵1的工作压力减小,反馈管路4传递到左调节缸2的压力减小,左调节缸2传递到右调节缸3的压力减小,定子11与转子12之间的偏心距增大,叶片泵1的排量上升,流量变大,这样本申请提供的变量叶片泵1不仅可调节排量,而且可根据负载变化自动调节排量,负载越大排量越小,执行元件运动速度越慢,可实现大负载条件下的慢速运动和小负载条件下的快速运动。
具体的,左调节缸2包括左调节缸无杆腔21和左调节缸有杆腔22,右调节缸3包括右调节缸无杆腔31和右调节缸有杆腔32,叶片泵1出口的工作压力被传递至左调节缸无杆腔21,左调节缸有杆腔22的压力被传递至右调节缸无杆腔31,右调节缸有杆腔32与油箱6连通,通过改变无杆腔和有杆腔有效工作面积,改变压差比例大小,满足液压管路执行元件运动速度变化要求。
工作原理:叶片泵1的出油口位于定子11的右侧,进油口位于定子11的左侧,转子12和定子11中心存在偏心距,转子12作顺时针旋转运动,相邻叶片、定子11外表面、转子12内表面及两侧的端盖组成密封容积,叶片泵1工作时密封容积由大变小,随之压力增加,当密封容积旋转至右侧实现排油,排油完成后密封容积扩大,压力减小,至最左侧时开始进油。改变定子11和转子12的中心距可以改变叶片泵1的排量(所谓排量,即转子12转动360°排出体积量的大小),从而实现流量的改变,偏心距的调节通过改变定子11的中心实现。
叶片泵1的工作压力取决于负载的大小,在额定压力范围内负载越大叶片泵1工作压力越大。该叶片泵1为变量叶片,当负载增加时反馈管路4压力增加,左液压缸活塞右移,差压管路5中的压力上升,右液压缸作用于定子11的推力相应上升,左液压缸和右液压缸作用在定子11上的推力实现平衡,偏心距减小相应排量下降,流量减少,这样该叶片泵1不仅可调节排量,而且可根据负载变化自动调节排量,负载越大排量越小,执行元件运动速度越慢,可实现大负载条件下的慢速运动和小负载条件下的快速运动,另外,可以通过改变无杆腔和有杆腔有效工作面积,改变压差比例大小,满足液压管路执行元件运动速度变化要求。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种比例差压式变量叶片泵,其特征在于:包括叶片泵(1)和油箱(6),所述叶片泵(1)的左侧设有左调节缸(2),所述叶片泵(1)右侧设有右调节缸(3),所述左调节缸(2)和右调节缸(3)结构尺寸相同,所述左调节缸(2)的活塞杆与叶片泵(1)接触,所述右调节缸(3)的活塞杆与叶片泵(1)接触,所述叶片泵(1)出口的工作压力通过反馈管路(4)传递到左调节缸(2),所述左调节缸(2)的压力通过差压管路(5)传递至右调节缸(3),所述右调节缸(3)与油箱(6)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种比例差压式变量叶片泵,其特征在于:所述左调节缸(2)包括左调节缸无杆腔(21)和左调节缸有杆腔(22),所述右调节缸(3)包括右调节缸无杆腔(31)和右调节缸有杆腔(32),叶片泵(1)出口的工作压力被传递至左调节缸无杆腔(21),所述左调节缸有杆腔(22)的压力被传递至右调节缸无杆腔(31),所述右调节缸有杆腔(32)与油箱(6)连通。
