本发明公开了一种汽车内饰背透发光装饰板结构，包括发光装饰条、装饰条配合结构，发光装饰条和装饰条配合结构通过卡接装配，装饰条配合结构上设有两条遮光筋，反光条被两条遮光筋半包围，发光装饰条上表面具有装饰半透膜片，发光装饰条背部具有遮光涂层，采用激光镭射工艺烧结遮光涂层实现透光图案。本发明在现有背镀，镭射，INS成型工艺进行优化，通过增加相关的遮光筋，利用发光条发光，使光线透过采用激光镭射工艺成型的设定图案投射到表面。改分体式变成整体装饰条，取消发光板的设计，使零件外观一体效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件，特别是一种汽车内饰背透发光装饰板。
背景技术
现有技术中，汽车内饰中的装饰条发光效果通常采用分体导光板的方式发光，从而达到装饰条的发光氛围效果。
此方式经常导致：1、发光板与配合结构面差和间隙配合不良，影响外观。2、零件由于拆分零件从而刚度不良。3、产品外观在不点亮的状态下显示出透明状态的发光条图案破坏了装饰条一体的装饰效果。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明的目的是提供一种汽车内饰背透发光装饰板结构。
本发明提供的技术方案是：
一种汽车内饰背透发光装饰板结构，包括发光装饰条、装饰条配合结构，发光装饰条和装饰条配合结构通过卡接装配，装饰条配合结构上设有两条遮光筋，反光条被两条遮光筋半包围，发光装饰条上表面具有装饰半透膜片，发光装饰条背部具有遮光涂层，采用激光镭射工艺烧结遮光涂层实现透光图案。
本发明在现有背镀，镭射，INS成型工艺进行优化，通过增加相关的遮光筋，利用发光条发光，使光线透过采用激光镭射工艺成型的设定图案投射到表面。改分体式变成整体装饰条，取消发光板的设计，使零件外观一体效果。

如图1、2所示，一种汽车内饰背透发光装饰板结构，包括发光装饰条1和装饰条配合结构2，发光装饰条1和装饰条配合结构2通过卡接结构7进行卡接装配，装饰条配合结构2上是有两条遮光筋4，反光条3被两条遮光筋4半包围，防止光线扩散。遮光筋4与装饰条配合结构2线面接触。同时发光装饰条1上表面具有装饰半透膜片6，采用INS成型工艺使膜片覆盖表面。发光装饰条1背部具有遮光涂层7，采用喷涂或真空镀的工艺成型，采用激光镭射工艺烧结遮光涂层7实现透光图案5。 从而通过发光条3发出的光线透过图案5，成像在产品表面的装饰半透膜片6上，从而形成具有发光效果的装饰条。在发光条3不发光的条件下，透光图案5不能显现，从而实现装饰条的一体化装饰效果。

1.一种汽车内饰背透发光装饰板结构，其特征在于，包括发光装饰条（1）、装饰条配合结构（2），发光装饰条（1）和装饰条配合结构（2）通过卡接装配，装饰条配合结构（2）上设有两条遮光筋（4），反光条（3）被两条遮光筋（4）半包围，发光装饰条（1）上表面具有装饰半透膜片（6），发光装饰条（1）背部具有遮光涂层（7），采用激光镭射工艺烧结遮光涂层（7）实现透光图案（5）。
