Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization and cleaning of security filters and reverse osmosis membranes, in particular to a sterilization method of a security filter and a reverse osmosis membrane.
Background
Reverse osmosis, also known as reverse osmosis, is a membrane separation operation that uses a pressure differential as a driving force to separate a solvent from a solution. Applying pressure to the feed solution on one side of the membrane, and when the pressure exceeds the osmotic pressure thereof, the solvent will permeate in the opposite direction against the natural permeation direction, so as to obtain a permeated solvent, namely a permeate, on the low pressure side of the membrane; the high pressure side yields a concentrated solution, i.e., a concentrate. The reverse osmosis membrane is an artificial semipermeable membrane with certain characteristics and is made by simulating a biological semipermeable membrane, and is a core component of a reverse osmosis technology. The reverse osmosis membrane has a very small membrane pore size, and thus can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic substances, and the like in water. The reverse osmosis membrane technical system has the advantages of good filtering water quality, low energy consumption, no pollution, simple process, simple and convenient operation and the like, and is widely applied to various water treatment processes.
The safety filter is also called as a precision filter and is generally arranged in front of a pressure container to remove fine particles so as to meet the requirement of the subsequent process on water inlet; sometimes also at the end of the overall water treatment system to prevent fine particles from entering the product water. The security filter is mainly used for filtering fine substances filtered by a plurality of media after multi-media pretreatment filtration and before membrane filtration equipment such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and the like so as to ensure that the water quality filtration precision and a protective membrane filter element are not damaged by large-particle substances.
Safety filters and reverse osmosis membranes often suffer from microbial fouling during use and it is therefore essential to employ effective sterilization methods. At present, the domestic reverse osmosis membrane is generally sterilized by using a cleaning water tank before the reverse osmosis membrane is cleaned on line. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) filling the cleaning water tank with water and adding a bactericide; (2) the reverse osmosis membrane needing sterilization is stopped; (3) pumping the bactericide into the reverse osmosis membrane by using a reverse osmosis membrane online cleaning pump for circulating sterilization; (4) and cleaning the reverse osmosis membrane after sterilization is finished, and discharging the bactericide and the cleaning agent.
This method of sterilization has the following drawbacks:
1. the reverse osmosis membrane is sterilized before the water tank is cleaned on line, the sterilization period is long, only one set of sterilization is performed, the effect is poor, bacteria and algae on the security filter are bred too fast, and thick liquid is formed everywhere on the wall of the filter tank, so that the replacement frequency of the filter element of the security filter is increased, the service life of the filter element is reduced, and the use cost of the filter element is increased;
2. the reverse osmosis membrane is polluted and blocked to accelerate the operation period to be shortened, the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the reverse osmosis membrane is increased, the online cleaning frequency of the reverse osmosis membrane is increased, the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane is shortened, and the operation cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a method for sterilizing a security filter and a reverse osmosis membrane, which can effectively inhibit the reproduction of bacteria and algae of the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane in time, reduce the pollution and blockage frequency of the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane and improve the operating efficiency of the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a sterilization method for a security filter and a reverse osmosis membrane comprises the following steps: .
1) A bactericide adding metering pump is arranged in front of the cartridge filter;
2) stopping adding the reducing agent before adding the bactericide;
3) starting a bactericide feeding metering pump to sterilize the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane;
4) continuously and circularly sterilizing the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane on line;
5) after the bactericide is completely added, the addition of the reducing agent is resumed;
6) sterilization was performed weekly according to reverse osmosis operating temperature.
Further, the step 2) of stopping the addition of the reducing agent is performed 15 minutes before the addition of the bactericide.
Further, the addition of the reducing agent in the recovery step 5) is started after the bactericide is completely added and 15 minutes has elapsed.
Further, in the step 6), the reverse osmosis is sterilized once per week at the operating temperature of 30-35 ℃, and is sterilized twice per week at the operating temperature of 35-40 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention installs a bactericide adding metering pump before the security filter, and can directly add the bactericide into the main water inlet pipe before the security filter for sterilization; the reducing agent is stopped being added 15 minutes before the bactericide is added, so that the effect of the bactericide can be prevented from being influenced; the continuous circulation is adopted to sterilize the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane on line, the reverse osmosis membrane needing sterilization does not need to be stopped, the reproduction of bacteria and algae of the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane device can be effectively inhibited in time, the pollution and blockage frequency of the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane is improved;
2. according to the invention, the reverse osmosis operation temperature is 30-35 ℃, the sterilization is carried out once per week, the sterilization is carried out twice per week at 35-40 ℃, and the continuous circulation is adopted during the sterilization to carry out highly effective online sterilization on the cartridge filter and the reverse osmosis membrane, so that the replacement frequency of the cartridge filter element can be reduced, the service life of the filter element can be prolonged, and the use cost of the filter element can be reduced;
3. according to the invention, the reverse osmosis membrane is sterilized once per week when the reverse osmosis operation temperature is 30-35 ℃, is sterilized twice per week when the temperature is 35-40 ℃, and is continuously circulated to perform highly effective online sterilization on the security filter and the reverse osmosis membrane during sterilization, so that the cleaning frequency of the reverse osmosis membrane can be reduced, the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane is prolonged (the reverse osmosis membrane is damaged to a certain extent when being cleaned once, the aging time of the reverse osmosis membrane is shortened), and the cleaning cost is reduced.
