Background
The gas-phase mass spectrometer is a mass spectrometer applied to medicine and physics, wherein a mobile phase of a gas chromatogram is inert gas, an adsorbent with large surface area and certain activity is used as a stationary phase in a gas-fixation spectrometry, when a multi-component mixed sample enters a chromatographic column, the running speeds of all components in the chromatographic column are different due to different adsorption forces of the adsorbent on all the components after a certain time, the component with weak adsorption force is easy to desorb, firstly leaves the chromatographic column to enter a detector, and the component with strongest adsorption force is difficult to desorb, and finally leaves the chromatographic column, so that all the components can be separated from each other in the chromatographic column, and sequentially enter the detector to be detected and recorded.
At present, gas phase mass spectrograph mainly is applied to industry and detects, food safety, numerous fields such as environmental protection, but because gravity is heavier, be difficult to carry, just can carry after need with mass spectrograph and gas chromatograph split respectively, not only the split is complicated, and waste time and energy, if the mass spectrograph of direct mount gyro wheel then can take place offset along with inside spare part vibration when using, make the mass spectrograph place unstably, easily rock, make it need use on level and smooth ground, the practicality is not strong, traditional mass spectrograph dispels the heat through seting up the through-hole on the casing simultaneously, lead to the radiating effect poor, be difficult to satisfy operation requirement, for this reason, a gas phase mass spectrograph is proposed in order to solve above-mentioned problem.

In view of the problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a gas phase mass spectrometer.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a gas phase mass spectrometer comprises a box body, a transmission mechanism is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the upper side of the box body, which is close to four corners and is rectangular, the transmission mechanism is fixedly provided with a lifting mechanism, the lower surfaces of the lifting mechanism are fixedly provided with rollers, a round hole is arranged at the position of the inner wall of the lower side of the box body corresponding to the roller, a heat dissipation mechanism is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the lower side of the box body, the upper surface of the box body is provided with first grooves close to the edges of the left side and the right side, damping mechanisms are fixedly arranged in the first grooves, the left and right edges of the upper surface of the box body are both fixedly provided with extension plates, the extension plates are both fixedly provided with adjusting mechanisms, the adjusting mechanism is characterized in that clamping mechanisms are fixedly mounted on opposite side faces of the adjusting mechanism, a mass spectrometer body is fixedly clamped between the clamping mechanisms, and the mass spectrometer body is placed on the upper surfaces of the damping mechanisms on the two sides.

Specifically, elevating system includes fixed block, mounting panel, pivot and connecting rod, the upper surface and the screw-nut lower fixed surface of fixed block are connected, equal fixed mounting has the pivot on fixed block and the mounting panel, fixed mounting has the connecting rod between the pivot, the lower surface and the gyro wheel fixed connection of mounting panel.
Specifically, heat dissipation mechanism includes air exhauster, pipe, branch pipe and goes out the tuber pipe, air exhauster fixed mounting is in the box, fixed mounting has the pipe on the air intake of air exhauster, the even fixed mounting of upper surface of pipe has the branch pipe, the branch pipe runs through the box and goes up the lateral wall and insert and locate the mass spectrograph body downside, fixed mounting has a tuber pipe on the air outlet of air exhauster, and goes out the tuber pipe and insert and locate outside the box.
Specifically, damper includes installing frame, second recess and first shock pad, installing frame fixed mounting is in first recess, the second recess has been seted up to the upper surface of installing frame, fixed mounting has first shock pad in the second recess.
Specifically, the through holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the upper side wall of the box body and the branch pipes, and the height of the upper surface of each branch pipe is flush with the height level of the upper surface of the mounting frame.

Specifically, clamping mechanism includes mainboard, curb plate, locking bolt and second shock pad, the side and the rotary disk fixed connection of mass spectrograph body are kept away from to the mainboard, the equal activity in both sides is inserted and is equipped with the curb plate around the mainboard, and the curb plate is L type structure, the curb plate passes through locking bolt and mainboard locking is fixed, the equal fixed mounting in side that mainboard and curb plate and mass spectrograph body laminated mutually has the second shock pad.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the gas phase mass spectrometer, the fixed block in the lifting mechanism is driven to move left and right through the lead screw nut in the transmission mechanism, so that the fixed block drives the connecting rod to move through the rotating shaft, the height of the roller is adjusted, the height of the lower surface of the roller is lower than that of the lower surface of a box body, the mass spectrometer body is convenient to move, the heights of the rollers are respectively adjusted, the use on uneven ground can be met, or the height of the lower surface of the roller is higher than that of the lower surface of the box body, the lower surface of the box body is directly placed on a plane, and the placement of the gas phase mass spectrometer is more stable.
(2) According to the gas phase mass spectrometer, the main plate in the clamping mechanism is driven to move left and right by the bolt rod in the adjusting mechanism, and then the main plate moves back and forth in the main plate through the side plate, so that the periphery of the mass spectrometer body can be clamped and fixed, and the mass spectrometer body is more convenient to disassemble and assemble.
(3) According to the gas phase mass spectrometer, the branch pipe is used for exhausting air to the lower surface of the mass spectrometer body through the exhaust fan in the heat dissipation mechanism through the guide pipe, so that heat emitted by the mass spectrometer body flows into the air outlet pipe through the exhaust fan, the heat dissipation effect is accelerated, the heat dissipation effect is better, components in the mass spectrometer body are used within a reasonable temperature range, and the service life is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the gas phase mass spectrometer of the present invention comprises a box body 1, wherein a transmission mechanism 2 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the upper side of the box body 1 near four corners in a rectangular shape, a lifting mechanism 3 is fixedly installed on the transmission mechanism 2, rollers 4 are fixedly installed on the lower surface of the lifting mechanism 3, round holes 5 are formed in the inner wall of the lower side of the box body 1 corresponding to the rollers 4, a heat dissipation mechanism 6 is fixedly installed on the inner lower side wall of the box body 1, first grooves 7 are respectively formed on the upper surface of the box body 1 near the edges of the left and right sides, a damping mechanism 8 is fixedly installed in each first groove 7, extension plates 9 are respectively fixedly installed on the edges of the left and right sides of the upper surface of the box body 1, an adjusting mechanism 10 is respectively fixedly installed on each extension plate 9, and a clamping mechanism 11 is respectively fixedly installed on the opposite sides of the adjusting mechanism 10, a mass spectrometer body 12 is fixedly clamped between the clamping mechanisms 11, the mass spectrometer body 12 is placed on the upper surfaces of the shock absorption mechanisms 8 at two sides, the lead screw nut 204 in the transmission mechanism 2 drives the fixed block 301 in the lifting mechanism 3 to move left and right, so that the fixed block 301 drives the connecting rod 304 to move through the rotating shaft 303, the height of the roller 4 is adjusted, the lower surface of the roller 4 is lower than the lower surface of the box body 1, the mass spectrometer body 12 is convenient to move, the height of the roller 4 is respectively adjusted to meet the use on uneven ground, or the lower surface of the roller 4 is higher than the lower surface of the box body 1, the lower surface of the box body 1 is directly placed on a plane, the placement is more stable, the main plate 111 in the clamping mechanism 11 is driven to move left and right through the bolt rod 102 in the adjusting mechanism 10, and then the side plate 112 moves back and forth in the main plate 111, so as to clamp and fix the periphery of the mass spectrometer body 12, make the dismouting of mass spectrograph body 12 more convenient, make branch pipe 603 carry out convulsions to the lower surface of mass spectrograph body 12 through pipe 602 through air exhauster 601 in the heat dissipation mechanism 6, make the heat that mass spectrograph body 12 effluvium flow into out the tuber pipe 604 through air exhauster 601 in, radiating effect with higher speed makes the radiating effect better, makes the interior components and parts of mass spectrograph body 12 use at reasonable temperature range, and then increases life.
Specifically, drive mechanism 2 includes bearing 201, lead screw 202, first twist grip 203, screw-nut 204 and slide mechanism 205, the lower surface of box 1 is close to four corners fixed mounting and has bearing 201, and equal fixed mounting has lead screw 202 between bearing 201 and the box 1 lateral wall, fixed mounting has first twist grip 203 on the end that lead screw 202 is located the box 1 outside, and the screw 202 goes up the screw and sets up to both sides along the mid point in opposite directions, the symmetry is provided with two screw-nut 204 on the lead screw 202, screw-nut 204 upper surface passes through slide mechanism 205 and box 1 upside inner wall swing joint, and first twist grip 203 makes lead screw 202 rotatory on box 1 and bearing 201, and screw-nut 204 controls on lead screw 202, and screw-nut 204 drives slide mechanism 205 and controls.
Specifically, the sliding mechanism 205 comprises a slider 2051 and a sliding groove 2052, the sliders 2051 are fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the screw nut 204, the sliding grooves 2052 are formed in positions, corresponding to the sliders 2051, on the inner wall of the upper side of the box body 1, the sliders 2051 are movably mounted in the sliding grooves 2052, the sliders 2051 move left and right in the sliding grooves 2052 along with the screw nut 204, and therefore the screw nut 204 moves left and right more stably.
Specifically, the lifting mechanism 3 comprises a fixed block 301, a mounting plate 302, a rotating shaft 303 and a connecting rod 304, the upper surface of the fixed block 301 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the screw nut 204, the rotating shaft 303 is fixedly mounted on both the fixed block 301 and the mounting plate 302, the connecting rod 304 is fixedly mounted between the rotating shafts 303, the lower surface of the mounting plate 302 is fixedly connected with the roller 4, the fixed block 301 moves left and right on the screw 202 along with the screw nut 204, the connecting rod 304 between the rotating shaft 303 on the fixed block 301 and the rotating shaft 303 on the mounting plate 302 is subjected to angle adjustment, the mounting plate 302 drives the roller 4 to move up and down, when the lower surface of the roller 4 is lower than the lower surface of the box body 1, the mass spectrometer body 12 is convenient to move, and meanwhile, the height of the roller 4 can be independently adjusted, the use on uneven ground can be met, and when the lower surface of the roller 4 is lower than the lower surface of the box body 1, the lower surface of the box body 1 is directly placed on the upper surface of the plane, so that the mass spectrometer body 12 can be placed more stably.
Specifically, heat dissipation mechanism 6 includes air exhauster 601, pipe 602, branch pipe 603 and play tuber pipe 604, air exhauster 601 fixed mounting is in box 1, fixed mounting has pipe 602 on air exhauster 601's the air intake, the even fixed mounting of upper surface of pipe 602 has branch pipe 603, branch pipe 603 runs through box 1 and goes up the lateral wall and insert and locate mass spectrometer body 12 downside, fixed mounting has a tuber pipe 604 on air exhauster 601's the air outlet, and goes out tuber pipe 604 and insert and locate outside box 1, and air exhauster 601 makes the heat of branch pipe 603 to mass spectrometer body 12 lower surface gathering through pipe 602 and pumps, makes the heat discharge through play tuber pipe 604 on the air exhauster 601 air outlet, dispels the heat, makes the radiating effect better.
Specifically, damper 8 includes installing frame 801, second recess 802 and first shock pad 803, installing frame 801 fixed mounting is in first recess 7, second recess 802 has been seted up to the upper surface of installing frame 801, fixed mounting has first shock pad 803 in the second recess 802, and the installation of first shock pad 803 is convenient for to the second recess 802 of installing frame 801 upper surface, and first shock pad 803 can be cushioned, makes it place more stably simultaneously to mass spectrometer body 12.
Specifically, through hole 13 has all been seted up with branch pipe 603 corresponding position to the last lateral wall of box 1, the upper surface height of branch pipe 603 and installing frame 801 upper surface height level parallel and level, the branch pipe 603 installation of being convenient for of through hole 13, and branch pipe 603 upper surface can not make branch pipe 603 bleed better with mass spectrometer body 12 lower surface contact simultaneously.

Specifically, clamping mechanism 11 includes mainboard 111, curb plate 112, locking bolt 113 and second shock pad 114, the side and the rotary disk 104 fixed connection of mass spectrometer body 12 are kept away from to mainboard 111, equal activity of both sides is inserted in the front and back of mainboard 111 and is equipped with curb plate 112, and curb plate 112 is L type structure, curb plate 112 is fixed with mainboard 111 locking through locking bolt 113, equal fixed mounting has second shock pad 114 in the side that mainboard 111 and curb plate 112 and mass spectrometer body 12 laminated mutually, and mainboard 111 moves about along with rotary disk 104, adjusts the distance between the left and right sides mainboard 111, and rethread curb plate 112 is the back-and-forth movement in mainboard 111 to it is fixed with curb plate 112 locking through locking bolt 113, makes mainboard 111 and curb plate 112 press from both sides mass spectrometer body 12 and press from both sides fixedly, makes mass spectrometer body 12 place more stably.
When the mass spectrometer body 12 is used, the mass spectrometer body 12 is placed on the upper surface of the shock absorption mechanism 8 on the upper surface of the box body 1, the first shock absorption pad 803 can absorb shock of the mass spectrometer body 12, the second rotating handle 103 rotates to drive the bolt rod 102 to rotate, the bolt rod 102 moves left and right on the extension plate 9 through the threaded hole 101, the rotating disc 104 on the end of the bolt rod 102 moves left and right, the rotating disc 104 drives the clamping mechanism 11 to move left and right, the main plate 111 moves left and right along with the rotating disc 104, the distance between the left and right main plates 111 is adjusted, the side plate 112 moves back and forth in the main plate 111, the side plate 112 is locked and fixed through the locking bolt 113, the main plate 111 and the side plate 112 clamp and fix the mass spectrometer body 12, the mass spectrometer body 12 is placed more stably, the screw rod 202 rotates on the box body 1 and the bearing 201 through the first rotating handle 203, and the screw rod nut 204 moves left and right on the screw rod 202, the screw nut 204 drives the sliding mechanism 205 to move left and right, the fixed block 301 moves left and right on the screw 202 along with the screw nut 204, the connecting rod 304 between the upper rotating shaft 303 of the fixed block 301 and the upper rotating shaft 303 of the mounting plate 302 is subjected to angle adjustment, the mounting plate 302 drives the roller 4 to move up and down, when the lower surface of the roller 4 is lower than the lower surface of the box body 1, the mass spectrometer body 12 is convenient to move, meanwhile, the height of the roller 4 can be independently adjusted to meet the use of uneven ground, when the lower surface of the roller 4 is lower than the lower surface of the box body 1, the lower surface of the box body 1 is directly placed on the upper surface of a plane, the mass spectrometer body 12 can also be placed more stably, the exhaust fan 601 enables the branch pipe 603 to suck heat gathered on the lower surface of the mass spectrometer body 12 through the guide pipe 602, and the heat is discharged through the air outlet pipe 604 on the air outlet of the exhaust fan 601, the heat dissipation is carried out, so that the heat dissipation effect is better.
