Claims (3)

1. A remote automatic control method for a rotary table is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sequentially sending each control command in each piece of control information to the turntable through serial, network or GPIB bus control, wherein the communication interface type and attribute of the turntable are read from the turntable type information configuration file;
judging whether the turntable supports the program control feedback state according to the turntable state information read from the turntable control information configuration file;
if the rotary table supports the program control feedback state, determining that the current control command is a repeated sending, sending cancellation or sending success state according to the position control information, the rate control information, the parking information in the control command and the acquired feedback state until each control command in the control information is executed completely, starting a timer in a timing module after each control information is executed completely, initializing a timer starting count value, acquiring the current count value of the counter in real time, calculating the time of acquired data according to the count value during starting and the reference frequency, and acquiring the time until the next row of control information is executed continuously until each control information is executed completely;
if the turntable does not support the program control feedback state, after a control command is sent each time, a timer in the timing module is started, the timer is initialized to start counting values, calculating the rotation time of the rotary table by a timer, and carrying out time sequence control of sending control commands according to the position control information, the speed control information, the parking information and the rotation time of the rotary table in the configuration file until all the control commands in the control information are sent, after each piece of control information is executed, a timer in the timing module is started, the timer is initialized to start counting values, the current count value of the counter is obtained in real time, the time of the acquired data is calculated according to the count value when the counter is started and the reference frequency, the time of the turntable at the position or the speed is controlled by the timer according to the data acquisition time, and the next row of control information is continuously executed until each piece of control information is completely executed;
the control information in the above process is obtained from a turntable control information configuration file, the turntable control information configuration file includes at least one piece of control information, each piece of control information includes at least one control command, and each control command includes turntable rotation position control information and parking information, or includes turntable rotation rate control information and parking information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
the information in the configuration file of the type information of the rotary table and the configuration file of the control information of the rotary table is revised again, so that the remote automatic control of the rotary tables with different models at different communication rates can be realized.
