The present invention relates to a warning lamp, and more particularly, to a high security leadless connection type warning lamp.
Background
The warning lamp is also called a warning lamp, is generally used for maintaining road safety, and is usually used for developing a police car, an engineering car, a fire truck, an emergency ambulance, a precaution management car, a road maintenance car, a tractor, an emergency A/S car, mechanical equipment and the like, and performing control signal interlocking and the like in electric control circuits of machinery, electric power, machine tools, chemical engineering, telecommunication, ships, gold treatment and the like.
In general, the warning lamp is a lamp cover combined structure which can provide various products according to the types and uses of vehicles, and the lamp cover in one side direction can be combined with a composite color when needed. The warning lamp can be divided into according to appearance characteristics: combined long-row warning lamps, combined tower-shaped warning lamps, small-sized various warning lamps and the like.
But current warning lamp is many simple structure, and inside links to each other with the lamp pearl by the wire, and the warning lamp is wholly installed and is easily made junction poor connection or disconnection by vibrations on the car for a long time, leads to using badly, and the security is not high, and the overall effect is not good.
Accordingly, the invention provides a high-safety wire-free connection type alarm lamp.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the high-safety wire-free connection type alarm lamp, wherein the alarm lamp is connected by a wire, and the connection position of the alarm lamp and the lamp beads is stable and high in safety.
In order to solve the technical problems, the aim of the invention is realized as follows: the invention relates to a high-safety wire-free connection type alarm lamp, which comprises a lamp holder, wherein a lamp shade is arranged on the lamp holder, a first conductive lamp post is arranged on the lamp holder, a lower lamp bead plate is arranged on the first conductive lamp post, a second conductive lamp post is arranged on the lower lamp bead plate, a first conductive lamp bead plate is arranged on the second conductive lamp post, a screw hole is arranged on the first conductive lamp post, a conductive screw penetrating the second lamp bead plate and connected with the second conductive lamp post in a threaded manner is arranged in the screw hole, an upper insulating sleeve and a lower insulating sleeve are sleeved on the second conductive lamp post, a plurality of upper jacks distributed around the second conductive lamp post in an annular array are arranged on the upper insulating sleeve, a plurality of lower jacks distributed around the second conductive lamp post in an annular array are arranged on the lower insulating sleeve, an upper conductive thimble with the upper end abutting the upper lamp bead plate is arranged in the upper jack in an interpolation manner, a lower conductive thimble with the lower end abutting the lower lamp bead plate is arranged in the lower jack in an interpolation manner, the upper lamp beads are connected in series and one end is electrically connected with the second conductive lamp post, the other end is electrically connected with the upper conductive thimble, a plurality of lower lamp beads are distributed around the second conductive lamp post, the lower lamp beads are connected in series and one end is electrically connected with the second conductive thimble, and the other end is electrically connected with the conductive support column.
The invention is further provided with: an upper reflecting cup for reflecting the light laterally is arranged below each upper lamp bead, and a lower reflecting cup for reflecting the light laterally is arranged above each lower lamp bead.
The invention is further provided with: all the upper reflecting cups are annular structures sleeved on the second conductive lamp post; and all the lower reflecting cups are sleeved on the annular structure of the second conductive lamp post.
The invention is further provided with: the upper end face of the upper lamp bead plate is stuck with a radiator, and the radiator is provided with a locking screw fixed with the second conductive lamp post.
The invention is further provided with: the outer wall surface of the lamp holder is provided with external threads, the inner wall surface of the lamp shade is provided with internal threads, and the lamp holder is in threaded fit with the lamp shade.
The invention is further provided with: the upper lamp bead and the lower lamp bead are LED patch lamp beads.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the current is transmitted by the conductive lamp post capable of being electrified, and the current sequentially passes through the upper lamp bead and the lower lamp bead, so that the lamp beads are lightened without connecting wires, the lamp beads are stably connected with a power supply, and the safety is high;
2. the upper lamp beads and the lower lamp beads are reflected laterally by the corresponding reflecting cups, so that the collection and reflection of light rays are achieved, the laterally converged light rays enable the irradiation area to be wider and brighter, the warning effect is good, and the safety is improved;
3. the lampshade has the functions of water resistance and moisture resistance;
4. the radiator is additionally arranged, so that the heat dissipation of the lamp beads and related conductive parts is facilitated, and the service lives of the lamp beads and the whole warning lamp are prolonged;
5. the reflective cup adopts an integrally formed annular structure, so that the mold is convenient to open, and the assembly is more convenient;
6. the lamp holder is in threaded fit with the lamp shade, so that the lamp holder is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and maintenance or replacement of internal devices is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a high-safety wire-free connection type warning lamp according to the present embodiment includes a lamp holder 1, a lamp shade 2 is provided on the lamp holder 1, a first conductive lamp post 3 is provided on the lamp holder 1, a second conductive lamp post 5 is provided on the first conductive lamp post 3, a first upper lamp post 6 is provided on the second conductive lamp post 5, a screw hole 7 is provided on the first conductive lamp post 3, a conductive screw 8 penetrating the second conductive lamp post 5 and in threaded connection with the first conductive lamp post 4 is provided in the screw hole 7, an upper insulation sleeve 9 and a lower insulation sleeve 10 are provided on the second conductive lamp post 5, a plurality of upper insertion holes 11 distributed around the second conductive lamp post 5 in annular array are provided on the upper insulation sleeve 9, a plurality of lower insertion holes 12 distributed around the second conductive lamp post 5 in annular array are provided on the lower insulation sleeve 10, an upper conductive thimble 13 with the upper end abutting against the upper lamp bead plate 6 is inserted into the upper insertion hole 11, a lower conductive thimble 14 with the lower end abutting against the lower lamp bead plate 4 is inserted into the lower insertion hole 12, a conductive spring 15 is connected between the lower conductive thimble 14 and the upper conductive thimble 13, one end of the conductive spring 15 is tightly sleeved at the lower end of the upper conductive thimble 13, the other end of the conductive spring 15 is tightly sleeved at the upper end of the lower conductive thimble 14, an annular positioning sheet 16 is sleeved on the first conductive lamp post 3, a plurality of conductive support columns 17 distributed around the first conductive lamp post 3 in an annular array are arranged on the annular positioning sheet 16, the end parts of the conductive support columns 17 are fixedly connected with the lower lamp bead plate 4, a plurality of upper lamp beads 18 distributed around the second conductive lamp post 5 in an annular array are distributed on the upper lamp bead plate 6, the upper lamp beads 18 are mutually connected in series, one end of each upper lamp bead 18 is electrically connected with the second conductive lamp post 5, and the other end of each upper lamp bead 18 is electrically connected with the upper conductive thimble 13, the lower lamp bead plate 4 is provided with a plurality of lower lamp beads 19 distributed in an annular array around the second conductive lamp post 5, the lower lamp beads 19 are mutually connected in series, one end of each lower lamp bead is electrically connected with the lower conductive thimble 14, and the other end of each lower lamp bead is electrically connected with the conductive support column 17.
In this embodiment, one end of the energizing wire is connected to the first conductive lamp post 3, and the other end is connected to the conductive support post 17, so that the alarm lamp integrally forms an electric loop, and current flows in from the first conductive lamp post 3, sequentially passes through the conductive screw 8 and the second conductive lamp post 5, then flows through the upper lamp bead 18 connected in series, then flows from the upper conductive thimble 13 to the conductive spring 15 and the lower conductive thimble 14, then flows through the lower lamp bead 19 connected in series, finally flows out from the conductive support post 17, and the upper lamp bead 18 and the lower lamp bead 19 are lighted.
Further, an upper reflecting cup 20 for reflecting light laterally is arranged below each upper lamp bead 18, a lower reflecting cup 21 for reflecting light laterally is arranged above each lower lamp bead 19, the upper lamp beads 18 and the lower lamp beads 19 are reflected laterally through the corresponding reflecting cups (comprising the upper reflecting cup 20 and the lower reflecting cup 21), light is collected and reflected, the lateral converged light makes the irradiation area wider and brighter, the warning effect is good, and the safety is improved.
Further, all the upper reflecting cups 20 form an annular structure sleeved on the second conductive lamp post 5; all the lower reflecting cups 21 form an annular structure sleeved on the second conductive lamp post 5, and the upper reflecting cup and the lower reflecting cup adopt an integrally formed annular structure, so that the lamp post is convenient to open and mold and is more convenient to assemble.
Further, the radiator 22 is attached to the upper end face of the upper lamp bead plate 6, the locking screw 23 fixed to the second conductive lamp post 5 is arranged on the radiator 22, and the radiator 22 is additionally arranged, so that heat dissipation of the lamp beads and related conductive components is facilitated, and the service lives of the lamp beads and the warning lamp are prolonged.
Further, the outer wall surface of the lamp holder 1 is provided with external threads, the inner wall surface of the lamp shade 2 is provided with internal threads, the lamp holder 1 is in threaded fit with the lamp shade 2, so that the lamp holder is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and maintenance or replacement of internal devices is convenient.
Further, the upper lamp bead 18 and the lower lamp bead 19 are LED patch lamp beads.
According to the high-safety wire-free connection type alarm lamp, current is transmitted through the conductive lamp post capable of being electrified and sequentially passes through the upper lamp bead and the lower lamp bead, so that the lamp beads are lightened without connecting wires, the lamp beads are stably connected with a power supply, and the safety is high; the upper and lower lamp beads are reflected laterally through the corresponding reflecting cups, so that the collection and reflection of light rays are achieved, the laterally converged light rays enable the irradiation area to be wider and brighter, the warning effect is good, and the safety is improved; through the arrangement of the lampshade, the waterproof and moistureproof functions are achieved; the radiator is additionally arranged, so that the heat dissipation of the lamp beads and related conductive parts is facilitated, and the service lives of the lamp beads and the whole warning lamp are prolonged; the reflective cup adopts an integrally formed annular structure, so that the mold is convenient to open, and the assembly is more convenient; the lamp holder is matched with the lampshade through threads, so that the lamp holder is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and maintenance or replacement of internal devices is facilitated.
