本发明涉及一种LED免维护智慧防爆灯,包括前盖、驱动箱、接线室、U型支架和钢化玻璃,所述的前盖与驱动箱上下连接,所述的前盖内设置有第一接线端子,所述的前盖的顶部开设有接线口,电源线穿过接线口伸入至前盖内并与第一接线端子相连,所述的接线室固定在驱动箱的底部,所述的接线室的顶部开设有智慧接线腔,所述的接线室的底部开设有安装槽,所述的钢化玻璃通过通过压板固定在安装槽内,所述的安装槽内还固定有铝基板。本设计具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。

LED免维护智慧防爆灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,具体的涉及一种LED免维护智慧防爆灯。
背景技术
LED灯具中有一款灯具专门使用在易爆环境下,即防爆灯。防爆灯的要求比较高,出产前需要做一定的认证测试,相关的标准为GB 3836,测试项目中有一项测试为光辐射测试,在测试过程中,如果测试通过,则防爆灯为本质安全型,如果测试没有通过,则需要通过给防爆灯供电的电源驱动器做工作,使得防爆灯为本质安全型,如在电源驱动器上加过温保护电路或者加过电流保护电路来达到通过光辐射测试的目的,这样一来,将会增加电源驱动器设计成本,会使得电源驱动器的保护电路变得复杂。
发明内容
本发明在前盖的顶部依次设置有不锈钢堵头和橡胶堵头,通过不锈钢堵头和橡胶堵头进行密封,防止雨水掉落进防爆灯内,起到了提高安全性能的作用;提供一种具有清洗功能的储物盒。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种LED免维护智慧防爆灯,其特征在于:包括前盖、驱动箱、接线室、U型支架和钢化玻璃,所述的前盖与驱动箱上下连接,所述的前盖内设置有第一接线端子,所述的前盖的顶部开设有接线口,电源线穿过接线口伸入至前盖内并与第一接线端子相连,所述的接线室固定在驱动箱的底部,所述的接线室的顶部开设有智慧接线腔,所述的接线室的底部开设有安装槽,所述的钢化玻璃通过通过压板固定在安装槽内,所述的安装槽内还固定有铝基板,所述的驱动箱内设置有控制器、驱动器、智慧发射器和第二接线端子,所述的控制器、驱动器和智慧发射器通过第二接线端子与第一接线端子相连,所述的第二接线端子与第一接线端子之间设置有导线,所述的控制器通过驱动器与智慧发射器相连,所述的U型支架的两端转动连接在驱动箱的两侧。
进一步:所述的驱动箱外侧还均匀设置有散热片,所述的散热片与驱动箱的外壁连成一体。
又进一步:所述的接线口内从上倒下依次连接有金属防水堵头和橡胶堵头,所述的橡胶堵头通过金属防水堵头顶紧在接线口内,所述的接线口的上端内壁上设置有内接螺纹,所述的金属防水堵头下端的外壁上设置有外接螺纹,所述的金属防水堵头的下端通过外接螺纹与内接螺纹的配合连接在接线口内,所述的金属防水堵头内开设有穿线槽,所述的橡胶堵头上开设有穿线孔。
再进一步:所述的钢化玻璃的外侧还是在有网罩,所述的网罩的上端通过螺栓固定在接线室的底部。
采用上述结构后,本发明在安装板与支撑板之间设置有减振机构,通过减振机构减少振动对自身结构的影响,起到了延长使用寿命的作用;并且本设计还具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种LED免维护智慧防爆灯,包括前盖1、驱动箱2、接线室9、U型支架3和钢化玻璃12,所述的前盖1与驱动箱上下连接,所述的前盖1内设置有第一接线端子4,所述的前盖1的顶部开设有接线口,电源线穿过接线口伸入至前盖1内并与第一接线端子4相连,所述的接线室9固定在驱动箱2的底部,所述的接线室9的顶部开设有智慧接线腔,所述的接线室9的底部开设有安装槽,所述的钢化玻璃12通过通过压板7固定在安装槽内,所述的安装槽内还固定有铝基板8,所述的驱动箱2内设置有控制器15、驱动器16、智慧发射器13和第二接线端子12,所述的控制器15、驱动器16和智慧发射器13通过第二接线端子12与第一接线端子4相连,所述的第二接线端子12与第一接线端子4之间设置有导线,所述的控制器15通过驱动器16与智慧发射器13相连,所述的U型支架3的两端转动连接在驱动箱的两侧。
如图1所示的驱动箱外侧还均匀设置有散热片6,所述的散热片6与驱动箱的外壁连成一体。
如图2所示的接线口内从上倒下依次连接有金属防水堵头17和橡胶堵头18,所述的橡胶堵头18通过金属防水堵头17顶紧在接线口内,所述的接线口的上端内壁上设置有内接螺纹,所述的金属防水堵头17下端的外壁上设置有外接螺纹,所述的金属防水堵头17的下端通过外接螺纹与内接螺纹的配合连接在接线口内,所述的金属防水堵头内开设有穿线槽,所述的橡胶堵头上开设有穿线孔。本发明在安装板与支撑板之间设置有减振机构,通过减振机构减少振动对自身结构的影响,起到了延长使用寿命的作用;并且本设计还具有结构简单、易于制造和实用高效的优点。

1.一种LED免维护智慧防爆灯,其特征在于:包括前盖、驱动箱、接线室、U型支架和钢化玻璃,所述的前盖与驱动箱上下连接,所述的前盖内设置有第一接线端子,所述的前盖的顶部开设有接线口,电源线穿过接线口伸入至前盖内并与第一接线端子相连,所述的接线室固定在驱动箱的底部,所述的接线室的顶部开设有智慧接线腔,所述的接线室的底部开设有安装槽,所述的钢化玻璃通过通过压板固定在安装槽内,所述的安装槽内还固定有铝基板,所述的驱动箱内设置有控制器、驱动器、智慧发射器和第二接线端子,所述的控制器、驱动器和智慧发射器通过第二接线端子与第一接线端子相连,所述的第二接线端子与第一接线端子之间设置有导线,所述的控制器通过驱动器与智慧发射器相连,所述的U型支架的两端转动连接在驱动箱的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED免维护智慧防爆灯,其特征在于:所述的驱动箱外侧还均匀设置有散热片,所述的散热片与驱动箱的外壁连成一体。
