A vehicle monitoring system 1000 based on an in-vehicle display terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle monitoring system 1000 includes: a control module 400, a detection module 300, a display terminal 200 and an actuator 100 for adjusting the display terminal 200.
Specifically, the detection module 300 is used for detecting whether the vehicle is illegally entered, and generating illegal entry information when the vehicle is illegally entered. The display terminal 200 includes a camera 220 and a display screen 230, the control module 400 communicates with the detection module 300 to determine a side of the vehicle illegally entering according to the illegal entry information, controls the display terminal 200 to rotate to the side of the vehicle illegally entering through the actuator 100, controls the camera 220 to shoot, and controls the display screen 230 to play a picture shot by the camera 220.
When the control module 400 controls the display terminal 200 to rotate to a side where the vehicle illegally enters through the execution mechanism 100, the rotation angle can be set according to the shooting range of the camera 220, and the rotation angle can be multiple, for example, under normal conditions, the display terminal 200 is in a vertical position, when a left side door illegally enters, the control module 400 controls the display terminal 200 to rotate left by 30 degrees to shoot a picture, then to rotate left by 45 degrees to shoot a picture, then to rotate left by 60 degrees and 90 degrees respectively, and in the rotation process, the camera 220 can still continuously shoot due to a small rotation speed, wherein the display terminal 200 always keeps a vertical state in the left rotation process.
It should be noted that the detection module 300 and the control module 400 may be separately disposed, for example, separately disposed at a combination meter desk, or may be integrated in the display terminal 200 or the vehicle control unit, and may be specifically selected according to needs.
In this embodiment, the detection module 300, such as an ECU (Electronic Control Unit), can determine that the vehicle has been illegally entered when the door is forcibly opened or the window glass is broken. For example, a very thin resistance wire is arranged inside a vehicle window and connected with the detection module 300, and when the vehicle window is broken, the ECU detects the abnormal resistance information, and then can judge that the vehicle is illegally entered.
It should be understood that when the vehicle owner normally opens the vehicle door with the vehicle key, a corresponding door opening signal is sent to the detection module 300, and if the vehicle door is detected to be opened but the normal door opening information is not received, it can be determined that the vehicle door is forcibly opened, and at this time, it can be determined that the vehicle is illegally entered.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, a camera 220 (e.g., a wide-angle camera) may be provided at the middle upper end of the display screen 230, and the camera 220 may capture an image of the environment on the side opposite to the display terminal 200 when the display terminal 200 is rotated to the side where the vehicle is illegally entered.
Therefore, the vehicle monitoring system utilizes the maneuverability of the display terminal, warns and records illegal entry information through the rotation and playing picture of the display terminal, is convenient for a vehicle owner to know the illegal entry condition of the vehicle in time, and is beneficial to reducing the loss of the vehicle owner.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the display screen 230 includes a first playing area a and a second playing area b, and the control module 400 is specifically configured to control the first playing area a to play a picture captured by the camera 220 when the display screen 230 is controlled to play the picture captured by the camera 220. The control module 400 controls the first playing area a to play the picture shot by the camera 220, and also controls the second playing area b to play the preset warning picture.
Optionally, the preset warning picture may be a customized image group or a customized video with a warning function, which is pre-stored by the vehicle owner to the display terminal 200, such as a legal propaganda video and an image related to theft, and a personalized video and an image self-made by the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle monitoring system 1000 further includes a sound alarm module, such as a speaker, a buzzer, a voice broadcast module, and the like, and the sound alarm module is connected to the control module 400, wherein when the display screen 230 plays the picture shot by the camera 220, the control module 400 further controls the sound alarm module to send out sound alarm information.
The sound alarm information may be a high-decibel alarm sound such as a "ticker" or a high-decibel voice message such as a "take a call". Optionally, the volume of the sound alarm information may be adjusted by user as needed, for example, a certain fixed value may warn a thief, and the volume adjustment signal such as the multimedia volume before the vehicle is turned off may not be used as a reference.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the vehicle monitoring system 1000 further includes a wireless communication module 500, the wireless communication module 500 is configured to establish a wireless communication connection between the display terminal 200 and the vehicle owner's mobile terminal 2000, wherein the control module 400 further sends the illegal entry information and/or the picture taken by the camera 220 to the vehicle owner's mobile terminal 2000 through the wireless communication module 500.
The wireless communication module 500 may be, but is not limited to, a wifi module, a 3G/4G module, etc., and the mobile terminal 2000 includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a computer, or a PAD (PAD) etc.
It should be noted that the wireless communication module 500 may be separately disposed, for example, at a combination desk, or may be integrated with the detection module 300 and/or the control module 400 in the display terminal 200, and may be selected according to the needs.
Further, the mobile terminal 2000 also receives the audio information of the vehicle owner and sends the audio information to the display terminal 200, so as to perform voice playing through the display terminal 200, thereby realizing interaction between the vehicle owner and a person who illegally accesses the vehicle.
Wherein, the APP (Application) corresponding to the vehicle monitoring system can be installed on the mobile terminal 2000, and the mobile terminal 2000 has a display, which can be a touch screen, and an interactive interface corresponding to the APP can be displayed through the touch screen, for example, an audio transmission interface (for example, after the car owner selects an audio transmission function option, the interface can be displayed), through which the car owner can record audio through a mobile phone microphone, and send the recorded audio to the display terminal 200 through the wireless communication module 500 for playing, so as to warn or drive thieves, and prevent further loss of the vehicle.
In this embodiment, after the display terminal 200 transmits the picture photographed by the camera 220 to the mobile terminal 2000, the mobile terminal 2000 may automatically save the picture (including images and videos). Of course, the owner can delete the saved pictures as required.
Optionally, a storage module is disposed in the display terminal 200, and the storage module is configured to store the pictures taken by the camera 220 for the vehicle owner to view (e.g., view the display terminal 200 directly or view through the mobile terminal 2000). The display terminal 200 may also include a module for communicating with the cloud server, so as to send the picture taken by the camera 220 to the cloud server for saving, so as to save the storage space of the display terminal 200.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the camera 220 is occluded (which can be determined by the black screen time), the display terminal 200 may automatically lock the screen within a certain time period before the occlusion (for example, the time period from 5s to 10s may be taken when the occlusion time is 10 s), and send the screen to the mobile terminal 2000 of the vehicle owner through the wireless communication module 500.
In this embodiment, the owner's mobile terminal 2000 may be set to have the highest authority to control the display terminal 200 and the camera 220. Since the display terminal 200 of the vehicle can be connected with the mobile terminal 2000 of the vehicle owner at any time, when the vehicle owner borrows the vehicle from other people, the vehicle owner can also be connected with the display terminal 200 at any time, control the display terminal 200 to shoot the situation in the vehicle, and send the vehicle using information to the mobile terminal 2000, so that the vehicle owner can check the situation, and therefore, violent driving by the vehicle owner can be prevented, and the vehicle can be used for other purposes and the like. Of course, the car owner can also realize other multiple functions through the mobile terminal 2000 and the display terminal 200, such as remote car machine conversation, upgrading the display terminal 200 system through the mobile terminal 2000, and the like, and the practicability is extremely strong.
Further, the vehicle monitoring system 1000 may further include a vibration sensor and/or a sound sensor (not shown in the drawings), wherein when the vehicle is in a parking lock state, the vibration sensor is configured to monitor whether the vehicle generates abnormal vibration, the sound sensor is configured to monitor whether the vehicle generates abnormal sound, and the control module 400 controls the camera 220 to be turned on when the vehicle generates abnormal vibration and/or the vehicle generates abnormal sound, and controls the display terminal 200 to rotate through the actuator 100, so that the camera 220 performs all-directional shooting. In this embodiment, the display terminal 200 can be controlled to rotate 360 °, so that the photographed image can be comprehensive, and the owner can know the vehicle state comprehensively.
The vibration sensor may be a mechanical vibration sensor or an optical vibration sensor. For example, if the amplitude of the vibration detected by the vibration sensor is greater than a predetermined value, or if the frequency of the detected vibration is greater than a predetermined value, it is possible to determine that abnormal vibration has occurred in the vehicle. The sound sensor may be a sensor that detects sound of a specific frequency, tone, timbre, or the like. For example, if the sound frequency detected by the sound sensor is greater than a certain value or changes according to a preset rule, it can be determined that the abnormal sound occurs in the vehicle.
In a specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a suspect opens a vehicle door under the condition that the whole vehicle anti-theft system is not unlocked, or breaks a vehicle window to enter the vehicle to implement a crime, at this time, the detection module 300 recognizes that the vehicle window is broken or the vehicle door is opened, starts the whole vehicle anti-theft system, that is, detects that the vehicle has been illegally entered, and generates illegal entry information. The control module 400 determines a side of the vehicle illegally entering according to the illegal entry information, controls the display terminal 200 to rotate to the side of the vehicle illegally entering (i.e., the side of the vehicle illegally opening the door or breaking the window) through the actuator 100, and controls the middle upper camera 220 disposed in the display terminal 200 to shoot, so as to light up the display screen 230 of the display terminal 200, so as to control the first playing area a to play the picture shot by the camera 220 and control the second playing area b to play the preset warning picture. Meanwhile, the voice alarm module (such as an alarm horn) is controlled to send out voice alarm information (such as playing high-decibel alarm audio) so as to attract the attention of surrounding people and warn and scare away the stolen suspect.
Meanwhile, the control module 400 is also automatically networked through the wireless communication module 500 (e.g., a 4G module) to establish a wireless communication connection with the mobile terminal 2000 of the vehicle owner, and transmit a vehicle theft signal (i.e., illegal entry information, such as text information, voice information, etc.) and a picture photographed by the camera 220 to the mobile terminal 2000. Further, the car owner can send audio information to the display terminal 200 through the mobile terminal 2000 to perform voice playing through the display terminal 200, for example, the control module 400 controls the car audio/video system speaker to play audio sent by the car owner, so as to warn or drive a thief, prevent further loss of the car, and realize interaction between the car owner and a person who illegally enters the car.
In another specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, when the vehicle is in a locked state, if the vibration sensor detects abnormal vibration of the vehicle and/or the sound sensor detects abnormal sound of the vehicle, the control module 400 controls the display terminal to rotate 360 ° through the actuator 100, and controls the camera 220 to capture the environment in the vehicle and save the captured image. When the vehicle abnormality is detected, a real-time monitoring request may also be transmitted to the vehicle owner's mobile terminal 2000 through the wireless communication module 500. If the control module 400 receives the confirmation information sent by the vehicle owner through the mobile terminal 2000, it is determined that the vehicle owner needs to monitor the display terminal 200 in real time, at this time, the vehicle owner can control the display terminal 200 to adjust the rotation angle through the mobile terminal 2000, and the mobile terminal 2000 synchronously displays the video or image shot by the camera 220 of the display terminal 200. If the control module 400 does not receive the confirmation information sent by the vehicle owner through the mobile terminal 2000, the display terminal 200 is directly controlled to rotate according to a preset rule, the camera 220 is controlled to shoot the surrounding environment information of each rotation angle of the display terminal 200, and after the shooting of the surrounding environment information is completed, the control module 400 sends the picture shot by the camera 220 to the mobile terminal 2000 through the wireless communication module 500 so that the user can check the picture conveniently.
The interactive interface displayed by the display of the mobile terminal 2000 may have a direction touch key, and the car owner may operate the direction touch key by a left-right, up-down touch screen motion, so as to control the rotation angle of the display terminal 200 or control the shooting face-changing angle of the camera 220. In this example, the user may implement the zoom-in and zoom-out functions of the camera 220 capturing images and videos by zooming in and out of the touch screen action.
It should be understood that the owner of the vehicle may also actively send a monitoring request to the display terminal 200 through the mobile terminal 2000.
