Description
技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域,具体涉及一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡。
背景技术
目前,许多发电厂利用焚烧城市生活垃圾来产生热能,进行发电,但是产生热能的同时还会产生烟气,为了减少烟气的排放,需要对烟气进行过滤除尘,针刺毡是对烟气处理常用的方法,普通的针刺毡难以满足高温颗粒物对针刺毡的灼烧,使用寿命缩短,且烟气中还含有氮氧化合物等二次污染物,若随着烟气的直接排放,氮氧化物等会对环境产生污染。因此,急需一种能够解决现有问题的用于发电厂的高温针刺毡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,该针刺毡的耐高温性能优良,且该针刺毡在除尘的同时,还能对氮氧化合物进行催化转化,使用效果好。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,包括第一基布层和第二基布层,所述第一基布层和所述第二基布层之间设有第一复合针刺毡层,所述第一复合针刺毡层上利用负载法负载有脱销催化剂,所述第二基布层远离所述第一复合针刺毡的一侧依次设有第二复合针刺毡层、超细纤维针刺毡层和PTFE膜,所述PTFE膜远离所述超细纤维针刺毡层的一侧设有折叠耐磨层。
优选的,所述第一基布层由经线和纬线交织而成,其中PTFE纤维为经线,不锈钢纤维为纬线。
优选的,所述第二基布层由经线和纬线交织而成,其中PTFE纤维为经线,不锈钢及涤纶混合纤维为纬线,所述不锈钢纤维和涤纶混合纤维的比例为1-2:1。
优选的,所述第一复合针刺毡层为玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维按照1:2-4比例混合制成的针刺毡层,。
优选的,所述第二复合针刺毡层为涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维按照1:1-2比例混合制成的针刺毡层。
优选的,所述超细纤维针刺毡层采用采用PTFE超细纤维。

优选的,所述折叠耐磨层与所述PTFE膜之间设有定型件,所述耐磨层与所述超细纤维针刺毡层、所述第二复合针刺毡层和所述第二基布层缝纫连接。
优选的,所述负载法的实验步骤如下:
S1、将未处理的第一复合针刺毡层浸渍在浓度15%的盐酸溶液中,浸渍温度为45℃,浸渍时间为30-40min;
S2、将S1步骤中浸渍好的复合针刺毡层取出,并用去离子水冲洗干净,然后将第一复合针刺毡层烘干;
S3、将S2步骤中处理后的第一复合针刺毡层浸渍硝酸锰溶液中,常温浸渍24h,然后调节温度至45-50℃下浸渍时间为50-60min;
S4、将S2步骤中浸渍好的第一复合针刺毡层取出,并放置在200℃的真空烘箱内进行处理,即得到负载有脱销催化剂的第一复合针刺毡层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的针刺毡层的耐高温性能良好,且本发明设置了双层的基布层,且第一基布层和第二基布层之间设有第一复合针刺毡层,第一复合针刺毡层上负载有脱销催化剂,使得该针刺毡在除尘的同时,还能对氮氧化合物进行催化转化,使用效果好;本发明采用多层复合结构的针刺毡,且针刺毡内设有超细纤维针刺毡层,有助于提高该产品的滤尘效果;本发明还设有折叠耐磨层,不仅增大了烟气与该针刺毡的接触面积,且起到一定的容尘作用,使得PTFE膜长期通畅,有助于提高该针刺毡的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,包括第一基布层1和第二基布层2,第一基布层1和第二基布层2之间设有第一复合针刺毡层3,第一复合针刺毡层3上利用负载法负载有脱销催化剂,脱销催化剂为MnO2,第二基布层2远离第一复合针刺毡3的一侧依次设有第二复合针刺毡层4、超细纤维针刺毡层5和PTFE膜6,PTFE膜6远离超细纤维针刺毡层5的一侧设有折叠耐磨层7。
具体的,第一基布层1由经线和纬线交织而成,其中PTFE纤维为经线,不锈钢纤维为纬线。
具体的,第二基布层2由经线和纬线交织而成,其中PTFE纤维为经线,不锈钢及涤纶混合纤维为纬线,不锈钢纤维和涤纶混合纤维的比例为1-2:1。
具体的,第一复合针刺毡层3为玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维按照1:2-4比例混合制成的针刺毡层。
具体的,第二复合针刺毡层4为涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维按照1:1-2比例混合制成的针刺毡层。
具体的,超细纤维针刺毡层5采用采用PTFE超细纤维。
具体的,PTFE膜6通过覆膜机固定在超细纤维针刺毡层5上。
具体的,折叠耐磨层7与PTFE膜6之间设有定型件8,耐磨层7与超细纤维针刺毡层5、第二复合针刺毡层3和第二基布层2缝纫连接。
具体的,第一复合针刺毡层3上负载脱销催化剂的负载法的实验步骤如下:
S1、将未处理的第一复合针刺毡层浸渍在浓度15%的盐酸溶液中,浸渍温度为45℃,浸渍时间为30-40min;
S2、将S1步骤中浸渍好的第一复合针刺毡层取出,并用去离子水冲洗干净,然后将复合针刺毡层烘干;

本实施例的针刺毡层的耐高温性能良好,且本实施例设置了双层的基布层,且第一基布层1和第二基布层2之间设有第一复合针刺毡层3,第一复合针刺毡层3上负载有脱销催化剂,使得该针刺毡在除尘的同时,还能对氮氧化合物进行催化转化,使用效果好;本实施例采用多层复合结构的针刺毡,且针刺毡内设有超细纤维针刺毡层5,有助于提高该产品的滤尘效果;本实施例还设有折叠耐磨层7,不仅增大了烟气与该针刺毡的接触面积,且起到一定的容尘作用,使得PTFE膜6长期通畅,有助于提高该针刺毡的使用寿命。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,包括第一基布层和第二基布层,所述第一基布层和所述第二基布层之间设有第一复合针刺毡层,所述第一复合针刺毡层上利用负载法负载有脱销催化剂,所述第二基布层远离所述第一复合针刺毡的一侧依次设有第二复合针刺毡层、超细纤维针刺毡层和PTFE膜,所述PTFE膜远离所述超细纤维针刺毡层的一侧设有折叠耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述第一基布层由经线和纬线交织而成,其中PTFE纤维为经线,不锈钢纤维为纬线。
3.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述第二基布层由经线和纬线交织而成,其中PTFE纤维为经线,不锈钢及涤纶混合纤维为纬线,所述不锈钢纤维和涤纶混合纤维的比例为1-2:1。
4.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述第一复合针刺毡层为玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维按照1:2-4比例混合制成的针刺毡层。
5.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述第二复合针刺毡层为涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维按照1:1-2比例混合制成的针刺毡层。
6.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述超细纤维针刺毡层采用采用PTFE超细纤维。
7.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述PTFE膜通过覆膜机固定在超细纤维针刺毡层上。
8.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述折叠耐磨层与所述PTFE膜之间设有定型件,所述耐磨层与所述超细纤维针刺毡层、所述第二复合针刺毡层和所述第二基布层缝纫连接。
9.根据权利要求1的一种用于发电厂的高温针刺毡,其特征在于,所述负载法的实验步骤如下:
