Abstract

本发明公开了一种高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头,用于解决现有电缆线接头实用性差的技术问题。技术方案是包括绝缘压板、金属挡块、压紧螺柱、绝缘销钉、铜芯基座、固定螺柱和绝缘外壳。铜芯基座的一端与电缆内芯配合,采用固定螺柱将电缆内芯与铜芯基座固连;铜芯基座的另一端与放电线圈电极片紧密贴合。绝缘压板与金属挡块组合形成绝缘压紧装置,压紧螺柱在螺纹孔中预紧时底部与绝缘压板接触并使其向下运动,最终压紧放电线圈电极片。绝缘外壳封闭端面留有细窄方槽,绝缘销钉将绝缘外壳与铜芯基座固连。本发明能够保证瞬时大电流的正常传输,松开调节压紧螺柱后放电线圈电极片可轻松拔出,方便电缆线的拆装,实用性好。

Description

高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆线接头,特别是涉及一种高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头。
背景技术
电磁力弹射作为一种新型的发射技术,越来越多的应用于无人机起飞,灭火弹抛射等领域。电磁弹射系统工作时,将储存在电容中巨大电能瞬间释放,放电电缆传导数万安培的瞬时电流到放电线圈中,在初级线圈和放电线圈之间形成巨大的电磁斥力,将物体弹出。由于电磁弹射系统在放电时会产生的巨大瞬时电流,放电电缆线与放电线圈电极片连接稍有不当,可能会发生漏电、打火等现象,影响最终的弹射效果甚至造成安全事故。另外由于电缆线仅作为整个电磁弹射系统中各部件之间的连接装置,要满足不同部件之间组装与移动过程中的拆装需要,因此放电电缆线与放电线圈电极片之间不能采用固定连接的方式,要易于插拔移动。作为一种大电流电缆线连接装置,通用的接头形式在市场上已有成熟的产品,但是在实际的应用过程中电缆线接头通常是非标件,要根据不同的工作条件和使用要求进行设计。
文献1“申请公布号是CN109616780A的中国发明专利”公开了一种电缆接头连接结构与方法,通过将两根电缆线平行搭接后再用绝缘层包裹的方式,完成电缆线接头的制作。此方法虽然简单,但是电缆线连接的紧密性较差,容易松脱,有一定的安全有隐患。
文献2“申请公布号是CN109546492A的中国发明专利”公开了一种高压同轴电缆接头,通过在电缆公头和母头接触面上增加金属弹簧提升连接可靠性,通过在高压同轴电缆外绝缘体上安装辅助定位环提高定位准确性,从而整体提升高压同轴电缆接头的连接效果。但是此装置只针对电缆线之间连接,虽然能保证铜芯连接同轴准确度,但是在不同电缆连接后二者不易分离拆卸;另外涉及到电磁弹射放电系统中圆形截面放电电缆与放电线圈的矩形截面电极片连接,该装置无法适用。
发明内容
为了克服现有电缆线接头实用性差的不足,本发明提供一种高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头。该电缆线接头包括绝缘压板、金属挡块、压紧螺柱、绝缘销钉、铜芯基座、固定螺柱和绝缘外壳。铜芯基座的一端与电缆内芯配合,采用固定螺柱将电缆内芯与铜芯基座固连;铜芯基座的另一端与放电线圈电极片紧密贴合。绝缘压板与金属挡块组合形成绝缘压紧装置,所述的绝缘压板为长方体,长方体一侧与放电线圈电极片贴合,另一侧的矩形槽供金属挡块放入;金属挡块顶部开两个螺纹孔,压紧螺柱在螺纹孔中预紧时底部与绝缘压板接触并使其向下运动,最终压紧放电线圈电极片。绝缘外壳为一端封闭的橡胶管道,在封闭端面留有供放电线圈电极片插入的细窄方槽,管道外壁上预留出与铜芯基座相连接的贯穿通孔,绝缘销钉采用过盈配合将绝缘外壳与铜芯基座固连。绝缘外壳管壁上预留螺纹孔,通过调节压紧螺柱的预紧力实现电缆线的插拔。本发明能够保证瞬时大电流的正常传输,松开调节压紧螺柱后放电线圈电极片可轻松拔出,方便电缆线的拆装,实用性好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头,其特点是包括绝缘压板2、金属挡块3、压紧螺柱4、绝缘销钉5、铜芯基座6、固定螺柱7和绝缘外壳9。铜芯基座6是圆柱体,铜芯基座6的一端开有与电缆内芯8配合的圆柱孔,电缆内芯8插入圆柱孔中,采用固定螺柱7将电缆内芯8与铜芯基座6固连;铜芯基座6的另一端开有矩形深槽,放电线圈电极片1插入槽中并与槽壁紧密贴合。绝缘压板2与金属挡块3组合形成绝缘压紧装置,所述的绝缘压板2为长方体,长方体一侧与放电线圈电极片1贴合,另一侧的矩形槽供金属挡块3放入;金属挡块3顶部开两个螺纹孔,压紧螺柱4在螺纹孔中预紧时底部与绝缘压板2接触并使其向下运动,最终压紧放电线圈电极片1。绝缘外壳9为一端封闭的橡胶管道,在封闭端面留有供放电线圈电极片1插入的细窄方槽,管道外壁上预留出与铜芯基座6相连接的贯穿通孔,绝缘销钉5采用过盈配合将绝缘外壳9与铜芯基座6固连。绝缘外壳9管壁上预留螺纹孔,通过调节压紧螺柱4的预紧力实现电缆线的插拔。
所述绝缘压板2的材料是尼龙。

具体实施方式
以下实施例参照图1~2。
本发明高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头包括绝缘压板2、金属挡块3、压紧螺柱4、绝缘销钉5、铜芯基座6、固定螺柱7和绝缘外壳9。铜芯基座6为一段圆柱体,在其一端开一段深孔用于包裹全部的电缆内芯8,并用固定螺柱7将电缆内芯8与铜芯基座6彻底固连;在铜芯基座6的另一端开矩形深槽,保证放电线圈电极片插入槽中与槽壁紧密贴合。绝缘压紧装置为绝缘压板2与金属挡块3的组合体,其中绝缘压板2为尼龙材质长方体,一侧与放电线圈电极片贴合,另一侧留出矩形槽供金属挡块3放入;金属挡块3顶部开两个M6的螺纹孔,压紧螺柱4在螺纹孔中预紧时底部与绝缘压板2接触并使其向下运动,最终压紧放电线圈电极片1。绝缘外壳9为一端封闭的橡胶管道,在封闭端面留有供放电线圈电极片1插入的细窄方槽,管道外壁上预留出与铜芯基座6相连接的贯穿通孔,绝缘销钉5采用过盈配合将二者固连。绝缘外壳9管壁上同时预留螺纹孔,通过调节压紧螺柱的预紧力可以实现电缆线的插拔。
电缆线与放电线圈电极片的连接步骤为:
第一步、将放电电缆线剥离出一段内芯,并插入铜芯基座6一端底部的深孔中,预紧压紧螺柱4将电缆内芯8与铜芯基座6连接为一体。
第二步、将铜芯基座6插入到绝缘外壳9中,并采用绝缘销钉5进行过盈配合连接。
第三步、松开压紧螺柱4将放电线圈电极片1从绝缘外壳9上端方槽中插入到铜芯基座6一端的矩形方槽中,预紧压紧螺柱4将放电线圈电极片1压紧,完成电缆线接头的连接。断开连接时,松开压紧螺柱4即可实现放电电缆线的拆卸。

Claims (2)

1.一种高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头,其特征在于:包括绝缘压板(2)、金属挡块(3)、压紧螺柱(4)、绝缘销钉(5)、铜芯基座(6)、固定螺柱(7)和绝缘外壳(9);铜芯基座(6)是圆柱体,铜芯基座(6)的一端开有与电缆内芯(8)配合的圆柱孔,电缆内芯(8)插入圆柱孔中,采用固定螺柱(7)将电缆内芯(8)与铜芯基座(6)固连;铜芯基座(6)的另一端开有矩形深槽,放电线圈电极片(1)插入槽中并与槽壁紧密贴合;绝缘压板(2)与金属挡块(3)组合形成绝缘压紧装置,所述的绝缘压板(2)为长方体,长方体一侧与放电线圈电极片(1)贴合,另一侧的矩形槽供金属挡块(3)放入;金属挡块(3)顶部开两个螺纹孔,压紧螺柱(4)在螺纹孔中预紧时底部与绝缘压板(2)接触并使其向下运动,最终压紧放电线圈电极片(1);绝缘外壳(9)为一端封闭的橡胶管道,在封闭端面留有供放电线圈电极片(1)插入的细窄方槽,管道外壁上预留出与铜芯基座(6)相连接的贯穿通孔,绝缘销钉(5)采用过盈配合将绝缘外壳(9)与铜芯基座(6)固连;绝缘外壳(9)管壁上预留螺纹孔,通过调节压紧螺柱(4)的预紧力实现电缆线的插拔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高层楼宇灭火弹车载电磁弹射系统的电缆线接头,其特征在于:所述绝缘压板(2)的材料是尼龙。
