The technical solution of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic vending device, including:
a support frame 1;
the shell component 2 is matched with the supporting frame 1 to form a closed cavity;
the shelf component 3 is arranged in the closed cavity, the shelf component 3 is provided with at least one layer of accommodating structure, the at least one layer of accommodating structure comprises at least two partition plates 31 which divide the at least one layer of accommodating structure into a plurality of storage bins, the partition plates 31 are arranged in the at least one layer of accommodating structure in an upright manner, and the edges of the partition plates 31 comprise notches 311;
at least one access opening 4, wherein the access opening 4 cooperates with the notch 311 of the partition 31 to form an access space, wherein the access space is sized to allow a user to manually access the target item 5 through the access space and remove the target item 5 from the storage compartment.
In this embodiment, the storage compartment is a relatively closed space, which may only allow one target cargo 5 to be placed in, the side of any one of the partition plates 31 near the cargo access may further be provided with the notch 311 corresponding to the cargo access, and the notch 311 is used to ensure that the target cargo is conveniently placed and taken, and even if a finger of a user can touch another cargo in an adjacent storage compartment, the other cargo is not enough to be placed and taken. In a possible embodiment, the depth of the notch 311 may be equal to one sixth of the total width of the partition 31, and the partition width described herein is the dimension along the depth direction of the storage compartment, and may be freely adjusted according to the needs, such as 1/7, 2/7, 1/3, etc.
In this embodiment, the target goods refers to goods that are easy for users to pick and place and are suitable for sharing renting and/or selling, for example, the goods are in a plate-shaped structure (a square article with a length and a width much larger than a height or a thickness), and may be books or similar products, such as audio and video products, paper book-like goods, chocolate boxes, box-shaped medicines, and the like.
FIG. 6 is a partial block diagram of a pick port according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7 is a front view of fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the access port 4 includes:
a first side facing an interior space of the vending apparatus;
a second face facing an external space of the vending apparatus;
an opening 41, the width and height of the opening 41 allowing a piece of target cargo to pass through the opening 41 but not enough for the entire hand of a user to pass through the opening 41, wherein the opening 41 includes a pickup portion allowing at least one finger of the user to pass from the external space through the opening 41 into the internal space to pick up the target cargo.
In this embodiment, the width and height of the opening 41 do not allow one hand of the user to pass through the opening 41 completely, but it is possible to ensure that a target cargo passes through the opening 41 from the front side of the internal space toward the outside into the external space, or that a target cargo is put back into the internal space from the external space, and the target cargo may enter and exit the opening 41 in a vertical state, or may enter and exit the opening 41 horizontally or at an inclined angle. That is, the access opening may be adapted to sell and/or lease a desired vending apparatus.
Taking a book as an example, the size of the book should be predetermined, that is, the size of the opening 41 corresponds to the size of the book to be sold, and the size of the opening 41 does not allow two books to pass through, so that it is ensured that the user can only take one book at a time.
It should be noted that the pickup portion allows at least one finger of the user to enter the internal space from the external space through the opening 41, contact and pinch the side of the target item (e.g., a book), and then pick up the target item.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the area of the pickup portion and the area of the opening partially overlap, and the manner of picking up the goods with the fingers can be flexibly adjusted according to the position of the pickup portion. Two typical finger pick-ups are as follows:
in the first mode of taking goods with fingers, a user can hook the top end of the target goods with one finger, so that the target goods can be inclined by taking the bottom end as a fulcrum until part of the top end of the target goods is exposed out of the second surface, and then the target goods can be completely extracted by matching with the rest of fingers. To assist understanding, it can be incorporated into a library bookshelf, requiring a process of finger-grabbing and tilting the book when all the faces of the book facing the user are aligned. This requires that the length of the opening be greater than the length of the book and the raised portion be adapted to be grasped by the user with one finger. The pick-up location is the upper portion of the opening above the book. The width of the goods taking part can be the same as that of the opening, and can also be wider than that of the opening, so that the fingers can conveniently enter the goods taking part.
In a second manner of finger picking, the picking position may allow the two fingers (e.g., thumb and forefinger) of the user to partially grasp the target item from the second side through the picking position to the corresponding interior space of the first side and extract the item. Thus, the pick-up location should be centered, centered or centered on the opening. Similarly, the width of the access location may be equal to or greater than the width of the opening in order to facilitate the passage of two fingers through the opening.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the opening 41 has a first boundary and a second boundary opposite to each other in the width direction, a part of the first boundary and a part of the second boundary are correspondingly enlarged to form gaps on two sides, the gap of the first boundary and the gap of the second boundary form a gap area 46, the gap area 46 forms the pick-up portion, and the pick-up portion can allow at least two finger parts (such as a thumb and an index finger) of a user to pass through the pick-up portion from the second side to an internal space corresponding to the first side to clamp the target cargo. In this embodiment, the position of the pickup portion with respect to the height direction of the opening 1 may be arbitrary, such as in the upper, middle, or lower portion of the opening 41. The notch 311 on the side edge of any one of the clapboards 31 close to the goods access 4 corresponds to the notch on the goods access.
In this embodiment, the width of the pickup portion is greater than the width of the opening.
When the goods taking part in the embodiment is located at the upper part of the opening, the goods taking part can be formed by combining the height difference in the above embodiment, that is, the first finger goods taking mode and the second finger goods taking mode are correspondingly adopted to be matched to take out the target goods.
The first finger pick-up mode can also be matched with the second finger pick-up mode.
In other possible embodiments, the finger picking mode may also be adjusted according to the actual requirement of the weight of the target goods in the vending device, for example, fingers of two hands are respectively inserted into the target goods to clamp the target goods, and the target goods are extracted.
In this embodiment, when returning the target item, the target item is inserted into the opening and pushed completely onto the shelf in the internal space with the fingers.
In some embodiments, the access location has a width at the second side that is greater than a width at the first side. In this embodiment, the width of the pickup portion may be continuously increased from the first surface to the second surface or may be increased in a step shape. In a possible embodiment, the width of the pick-up location may also widen from the first side to the second side in other divergent configurations.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the goods taking opening 4 is a plate-shaped structure, the opening 41 can be understood as a strip-shaped through hole, and the size of the opening 41 is suitable for the target goods (such as books) to enter and exit in a vertical state; the area where the opening 41 and the gap area 46 are overlapped is empty, and the area is used for directly exposing the shelf of the internal space to a user;
in the arrangement of figures 6 and 2, the breach zone 46 of the access point is located lower in the middle of the opening 41. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the opening of the access portion may be in the middle, middle or upper portion of the opening 41;
the goods taking position can also comprise a concave area 43, the concave area 43 is a hollowed area taking the opening area 46 as the center, and the concave area 43 is partially overlapped with the opening 41; the depressed area 43 is a space dug out under the condition that the goods taking opening satisfies a first preset thickness except for the gap area 46 and the through part of the opening 41, so that the thickness of the opening 41 and the gap area 46 can be as thin as possible, and the fingers of a user can conveniently and smoothly pass through the depressed area. The user's hand can approach the opening area 46 in the grasping state, so that the target cargo can be taken out smoothly. The thickness of the opening 41 and the notch region 46 is the thickness of the sidewall of the opening 41 and the notch region 46 from the first face to the second face, and may be understood as the thickness of the plate around the opening 41 and the notch region 46.
The recessed area 43 may be sized as desired. In a possible embodiment, the hollow impermeable areas of the recessed area 43, i.e. the openings 41 and the breaks 43, can be obtained by hollowing out a thickness of about 80cm x 100 cm. This area separates the user from the interior space by a sheet of approximately 3mm thickness, which facilitates access to the opening area 46 by the user's hand in the grasped condition, and also ensures the safety of the interior space of the vending apparatus.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the top end and/or the bottom end of the pick-up portion along the height direction of the opening 1 are further provided with a guiding portion 44, the guiding portion 44 is located in the recessed area 43, and the size of the side of the guiding portion 44 close to the opening 41 is smaller than that of the side far away from the opening 41. The guide part can play a role of avoiding the hand of a user, can also play a role of guiding the target goods to a certain extent, and can also ensure the structural strength of the opening 41.
Specifically, it can be understood that, in the above embodiment, the guide portion 44 is formed by continuously enlarging the outer space of the opening 41 except for the vertical deep-digging portion at the top and bottom of the vertical deep-digging portion by using a ladder-shaped structure or a gradient cutting groove in addition to the vertical deep-digging portion of the second face in the process of hollowing out the recessed region 43. Accordingly, the recessed area 43 in this embodiment includes the vertical dug portion and a continuing enlarged portion forming the guide 44.
In some embodiments, the pick location is greater in height at the second face than at the first face.
In one case, the pick-up portion includes the recessed area 43, and the height of the pick-up portion as a whole on the second surface is inevitably larger than the height of the first surface due to the presence of the recessed area 43.
Alternatively, the edges of the open area 46 of the access area may diverge from the first side to the second side, such as in a bucket-like configuration. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the boundary of the opening 41 may also be gradually enlarged from the first surface to the second surface.
In addition, the width of the opening of the goods-taking opening may be smaller than the maximum opening width of the corresponding storage compartment, or may be equal to or slightly wider than the maximum opening width of the corresponding storage compartment. As long as it is ensured that the user can only take the target goods of one storage compartment at a time.
In some embodiments, the storage compartments of each layer of the receiving structure are arranged at intervals along the rotation circumference of the shelf assembly, the largest openings of the storage compartments are matched with the corresponding openings, and any one of the storage compartments can be respectively communicated with the corresponding opening.
In some embodiments, as shown with reference to FIG. 5, theThe width dimension of the partition 31 is denoted as W1The width of the target cargo 5 is denoted as W2,W1And W2Satisfies the relationship: w1≤W2/2;
The width relationship between the partition board 31 and the target goods 5 ensures that the target goods 5 are not clamped and restrained by the two partition boards 31 forming the storage bin on the partial side surfaces in the width direction, the partition boards 31 only need to be in an upright state for fixing the target goods 5, the contact area between the partition boards 31 and the target goods 5 is reduced, the friction force between the partition boards 31 and the target goods 5 is reduced during goods taking, and the goods taking is convenient for a user to take out the goods easily by hand. Wherein the width direction in this embodiment is the direction from the edge of the shelf assembly to the center of the shelf assembly. If the target product 5 is a book, it can be understood that the book is in the width direction along the cover, and the part near the binding position is clamped and restrained by the two partition plates 31, so that the book is in the vertical state, and the side near the opened book is not clamped and restrained by the partition plates 31. Generally, the width of the partition 31 is 60cm-90cm when the partition is used for book goods.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the vending apparatus further comprises a driving mechanism 6, the driving mechanism 6 is disposed at a bottom side of the shelf assembly 3, the shelf assembly 3 is rotatably connected to the supporting frame 1, and the driving mechanism 6 is used for driving the shelf assembly 3 to rotate relative to the supporting frame 1.
In this embodiment, the driving mechanism 6 may be a vertical speed reducing motor, an input shaft of the vertical speed reducing motor is perpendicular to an output shaft of the vertical speed reducing motor, and the output shaft of the vertical speed reducing motor is in transmission connection with the shelf assembly 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the shelf assembly 3 may further include a central column 32, the central column 32 penetrates through the center of the shelf assembly 3, the central column 32 is in transmission connection with the shelf assembly 3, one end of the central column 32 is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism 6, and the driving mechanism 6 can drive the central column 32 to drive the shelf assembly 3 to rotate.
