本发明属于建筑用的模板之新材料的应用。
背景技术:
目前我国的建筑模板有塑料模板ZL201320507528.9、201810685058.2、201810685171.0,该三项专利塑料模板,由于塑料的强度较低,容易在浇注水泥过程中断裂的缺陷。
发明内容:
本发明是提供一种建筑用的玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板,克服原有的塑料模板强度低的问题,解决玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板的强度。
玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板,具有模板(1)长玻璃纤维增强热塑性塑料,其特征是短切玻璃纤维含量为10-40%,塑料含量为60-90%构成玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板。
模板(1)四周壁内侧上方及加强筋中复合了连续玻璃纤维增强热塑性棒(2)。
模板(1)四周壁内侧上方及加强筋两侧上方复合连续玻璃纤维增强热塑性板条(4)。
模板(1)的平面再复合一层纤维复合板(3)。
本发明的优点是玻璃纤维与塑料复合制成的模板,其强度高,复合模板尺寸稳定性好,阻燃性,耐化学腐蚀,吸水性小,耐热性好,加工性好,价格便宜,可回收再利用。

具体实施方式:
本发明将结合附图作进一步描述,首先将长玻璃纤维增强热塑性颗粒或将短切玻璃纤维35公斤,塑料粉碎料或塑料颗粒65公斤加在一起,经充分混合,并将连续玻璃纤维增强热塑性棒(2)或板条(4)。安装在模板模具四周和加强筋相同尺寸和形状,纤维复合板与模板尺寸等同,将充分混合后的玻璃纤维与塑料进行加热,在模板模具内放入纤维复合板后,再放入连续玻璃纤维增强热塑性棒(2)或板条(4),待熔化了塑料与玻璃纤维在挤出机内将其挤入模板模具,冷却后取出玻璃纤维与塑料模板,入库待用。

1.一种建筑玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板,具有模板(1)玻璃纤维和塑料,其特征是短切玻璃纤维含量为10-40%,塑料含量为60-90%构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板,其特征在于模板(1)四周壁内侧上方及加强筋中复合了连续玻璃纤维增强热塑性棒(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板,其特征在于所述的模板(1)四周壁内侧上方及加强筋两侧上方复合连续玻璃纤维增强热塑性板条(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维与塑料复合模板,其特征在于模板(1)的平面再复合一层纤维复合板(3)。
