本发明是一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,尤其涉及洁净车间隔墙,组成部分包括:芯材,彩涂板,凹型铝材,凸型铝材,凹凸型铝材,L型M型U型铝材,所述芯材设置在彩涂板与凹型铝材凸型铝材内;所述彩涂板设置在芯材与凹型铝材凸型铝材外;所述凹型铝材设置在芯材一角两侧与彩涂板内;所述凸型铝材设置在芯材另一角两侧与彩涂板内;所述凹凸型铝材设置在彩钢板与墙体之间;所述凹型铝材凸型铝材凹凸型铝材设置在凸型卡勾插入凹型卡槽内;所述L型铝材角码设置在彩钢板的四角,M型铝材设置在凹型槽内,U型铝材设置在彩钢板隔墙上下左右收边处,本发明通过上述组件的构成,凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板隔墙可以快速拼接或拆除,彩钢板四周全密封,单块彩钢板体积小搬运方便,可重复使用并减少建筑垃圾,装修现场不需要二次切割彩钢板,本发明达到了节能环保的目的。

本发明涉及工业用室内装修材料,属于彩钢板与彩钢板连接结构设计技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上出现的多种夹芯材料的隔墙彩钢板,未见凹凸型卡扣结构连接的彩钢板产品出现。
发明内容
本发明是一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,使得凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板隔墙可以快速组建或拆除,彩钢板四周全密封,单块彩钢板体积小搬运方便,可重复使用并减少建筑垃圾,装修现场不需要二次切割。

所述彩涂板设置在芯材与凹型铝材凸型铝材外相互粘合,彩涂板包括金属材料与非金属材料。
所述凹型铝材设置在芯材两侧与彩涂板相互粘合,凹型铝材凹内设置卡槽与凸筋,凹型铝材制作框架时L型铝材角码设置在四角插入卡槽内用螺钉固定,隔墙时将一块彩钢板侧面的凸型铝材卡勾插入到另一块彩钢板侧面的凹型铝材凹内相互卡扣连接。
所述凸型铝材设置在芯材另外两侧与彩涂板相互粘合,凸型铝材凹内设置卡槽与凸筋,凸型铝材制作框架时L型铝材角码设置在四角插入卡槽内用螺钉固定,隔墙时将一块彩钢板侧面的凸型铝材卡勾插入到另一块彩钢板侧面的凹型铝材凹内相互卡扣连接。
所述凹凸型铝材设置在彩钢板与墙体之间有距离时将宽窄不一凹凸型铝材拼接填满。
所述凹型铝材,凸型铝材,凹凸型铝材,凹凸型铝材转角,凹凸型铝材窗框,凹凸型铝材门框设置在凸型铝材卡勾插入凹型铝材凹内相互卡扣连接。
所述L型铝材角码设置在四角插入凹型和凸型铝材卡槽内用螺钉固定,M型铝材设置在凹型铝材凹内与凹内凸筋和凸型铝材卡勾凸筋相互勾搭连接,U型铝材设置在彩钢板隔墙时上下左右收边处与地面墙面之间相互连接。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,其特征在于,所述彩涂板设置在芯材与凹型铝材凸型铝材外相互粘合,彩涂板包括金属材料与非金属材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,其特征在于,所述凹型铝材设置在芯材两侧与彩涂板相互粘合,凹型铝材凹内设置卡槽与凸筋,凹型铝材制作框架时L型铝材角码设置在四角插入卡槽内用螺钉固定,隔墙时将一块彩钢板侧面的凸型铝材卡勾插入到另一块彩钢板侧面的凹型铝材凹内相互卡扣连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,其特征在于,所述凸型铝材设置在芯材另外两侧与彩涂板相互粘合,凸型铝材凹内设置卡槽与凸筋,凸型铝材制作框架时L型铝材角码设置在四角插入卡槽内用螺钉固定,隔墙时将一块彩钢板侧面的凸型铝材卡勾插入到另一块彩钢板侧面的凹型铝材凹内相互卡扣连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,其特征在于,所述凹凸型铝材设置在彩钢板与墙体之间有距离时将宽窄不一凹凸型铝材拼接填满。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸型卡扣结构彩钢板,其特征在于,所述凹型铝材,凸型铝材,凹凸型铝材,凹凸型铝材转角,凹凸型铝材窗框,凹凸型铝材门框设置在凸型铝材卡勾插入凹型铝材凹内相互卡扣连接。
