As shown in fig. 3 to 4 of the drawings, the positioning angle square 50 extends upward in the vertical direction, and the top end of the positioning angle square 50 has a horizontal bending edge for abutting against the lower case. The positioning angle 50 may be detachably connected to the positioning platform 1 using components such as bolts. The number of the positioning angle square 50 can be two, and the two positioning angle squares 50 are positioned on the same side of the step surface 11, and the bottom of the positioning angle square 50 is not connected with the step surface 11, but is directly connected with the positioning platform 1.
In order to realize that the positioning welding assembly 5 and the positioning rod welding assembly 30 can be firmly fixed on the step surface 11, the bottom of the positioning welding assembly 5 and the bottom of the positioning rod welding assembly 30 can be further provided with a transition support disc, the diameter of the transition support disc is larger than that of the positioning shaft 51 aiming at the positioning welding assembly 5, the diameter of the transition support disc is larger than that of the long sleeve 31 aiming at the positioning rod welding assembly 30, the transition support disc is provided with a connecting through hole, and the positioning rod welding assembly 5 and the positioning rod welding assembly 30 can be detachably connected relative to the step surface 11 by screwing the parts such as bolts after penetrating through the connecting through hole.

The assembling and positioning device for the cotton picking head frame of the cotton picker provided by the invention is described in detail above. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations of the invention can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
Claims (7)
1. An assembly positioning device of a cotton picker cotton picking head frame, which is characterized by comprising:
A positioning platform (1) for alternatively placing an upper cover plate of an upper box body of a cotton picking head frame of the cotton picking machine and a bottom plate of a lower box body of the cotton picking head frame of the cotton picking machine;
the positioning angle square (50) is detachably arranged on the positioning platform (1), is used for pressing the upper cover plate on the positioning platform (1) and is used for propping against the bottom plate of the lower box body;
A positioning welding assembly (5) and a positioning rod welding assembly (30) are alternatively arranged on the positioning platform (1);
The positioning welding assembly (5) comprises a positioning shaft (51) and a positioning sleeve (52) sleeved on the positioning shaft (51), the positioning sleeve (52) is provided with a pressing block (4) extending along the radial direction far away from the positioning sleeve (52), and the pressing block (4) is positioned above the positioning sleeve (52); the top end of the positioning shaft (51) is provided with a top end positioning sleeve; the positioning sleeve (52) is used for positioning a through hole of a supporting plate of the upper box body, and the pressing block (4) is used for contacting with the upper end surface of the through hole so as to tightly press the supporting plate on the positioning platform (1); the top end positioning sleeve is used for positioning the through hole of the middle partition plate of the upper box body;
the positioning rod welding assembly (30) comprises a long sleeve (31) and a positioning sleeve disc (32) sleeved on the long sleeve (31), and a gland (10) is arranged at the top end of the long sleeve (31); the positioning sleeve disc (32) is used for positioning a positioning round hole of the lower box body, and after the long sleeve (31) penetrates through the assembly hole of the lower box body, the gland (10) is attached to the upper end face of the assembly hole so as to position the lower box body on the positioning platform (1);
The positioning platform (1) is provided with a step surface (11) for alternatively supporting the bottom plates of the upper cover plate and the lower box body, the upper surface of the step surface (11) is provided with a small positioning boss (12) and a large positioning boss (13) for respectively positioning the bottom plates of the upper cover plate and the lower box body, the pressing plate is detachably arranged on the step surface (11), the two positioning welding assemblies (5) are detachably arranged on the small positioning boss (12) and the large positioning boss (13) respectively, and the two positioning rod welding assemblies (30) are detachably arranged on the small positioning boss (12) and the large positioning boss (13) respectively;
The top end positioning sleeve comprises a disc and a plurality of extending ends arranged in the circumferential direction of the disc, and all the extending ends extend outwards along the radial direction of the disc; the outer edges of all the extending ends are in a step shape, and the outline sizes of the outer edges of all the extending ends are gradually increased from top to bottom along the vertical direction, so that the extending ends are supported at the bottom of the middle partition after being positioned through the through holes of the middle partition; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
The positioning sleeve disc (32) comprises a positioning disc and a plurality of positioning ends arranged in the circumferential direction of the positioning disc, and all the positioning ends extend outwards along the radial direction of the positioning disc; the outer edges of all the positioning ends are stepped, and the outline sizes of the outer edges of all the positioning ends are gradually increased from top to bottom along the vertical direction, so that the positioning ends are positioned through the positioning round holes of the lower box body and then supported on the lower end surfaces of the positioning round holes;
The positioning sleeve (52) comprises a disc-shaped body and a plurality of circumferential matching ends arranged on the disc-shaped body, and all the matching ends extend outwards along the radial direction of the disc-shaped body; the outer edges of all the matching ends are in a step shape, and the outline sizes of the outer edges of all the matching ends are gradually increased from top to bottom along the vertical direction, so that the outer edges are positioned through the through holes of the supporting plate and then supported at the bottom of the supporting plate;
the pressing block (4) is rotatably arranged on the upper surface of the matching end, and the end part of the pressing block (4) away from the positioning shaft (51) is bent downwards to be used for propping against a supporting plate positioned and supported by the positioning sleeve (52).

The assembly positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing plates are specifically a first pressing plate (6), a third pressing plate (8) and a second pressing plate (7), the first pressing plate (6) is arranged on the first side of the large positioning boss (13), the third pressing plate (8) is arranged on the first side of the small positioning boss (12), the first pressing plate (6) and the third pressing plate (8) are used for pressing on the upper surface of the upper cover plate, and the upper cover plate is fixed on the step surface (11) through a fastening part (9); the two second pressing plates (7) are respectively arranged on the second sides of the large positioning boss (13) and the small positioning boss (12), and the end parts of the two second pressing plates (7) press the upper cover plate on the step surface (11).

The assembly positioning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the upper surface of the step surface (11) is provided with a support column extending upwards in the vertical direction, said support column being provided with a mounting hole for the fastening portion (9) to extend into for pressing the press plate against the upper surface of the upper cover plate.

The assembly positioning device according to claim 1, wherein two positioning welding assemblies (5) are arranged at intervals, the two top positioning sleeves are respectively a small positioning sleeve (2) and a large positioning sleeve (3), the heights of the small positioning sleeve (2) and the large positioning sleeve (3) are consistent, and the heights of the two positioning sleeves (52) are consistent.
5. The assembly fixture according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the positioning angle (50) extends upwards in a vertical direction, and the top end of the positioning angle (50) has a horizontal fold for abutting against the lower case.
