Referring to fig. 1 first, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a vein unlocking method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the vein unlocking method is applied to an electronic device, and the electronic device is in communication connection with a wearable device, and the method includes:
101. the electronic device receives an unlocking request of a user.
The electronic device can be a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook computer, a handheld computer or other electronic devices capable of being used for communication, when a user approaches an unlocking target, the user can directly send an explicit unlocking request to the electronic device, or when the distance between the wearable device and the unlocking target is within a preset unlocking range and the unlocking target is in a locked state, the electronic device inquires whether the user unlocks the unlocking target in a voice mode, and if a reply of determining unlocking by the user is received, the unlocking request of the user for the unlocking target is received.
102. And the electronic equipment responds to the unlocking request and informs the wearable equipment to acquire N vein images, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 2.
Wherein, the wearable device is equipped with an infrared micro camera which can emit infrared light to irradiate a target area, the wavelength of the infrared light is 850nm, after hemoglobin in blood absorbs the infrared light, a blood vessel part is more prominent, thereby image acquisition can be carried out on veins, the collected vein parts can comprise a wrist vein, a hand dorsal vein and a finger vein, taking the wrist vein as an example, the wearable device emits infrared light within a preset time such as 3s, a user moves the wearable device from the wrist to the top for a certain distance, the wearable device acquires N vein images during the moving process, taking the finger vein as an example, after the wearable device emits infrared light, the user can move the wearable device around a ring for a certain angle or from a fingertip to a finger root for a certain distance (operation is carried out according to the preset mode of the user), during the process, the wearable device collects N consecutive images of the vein.
103. The electronic device receives the N vein images from the wearable device and generates a first target vein image according to the N vein images.
The wearable device sends the vein images to the electronic device after acquiring the N continuous vein images, and the electronic device performs fusion processing on the N vein images to obtain a complete vein image of a vein part, namely a first target vein image.
104. The electronic equipment extracts a first regional feature and a first local feature of the first target vein image, wherein the first regional feature is a feature of the whole structure of the vein, and the first local feature is a feature of the local part of the vein.
The regional characteristics describe the overall shape, texture and color of the vein, the regional characteristics are the characteristics of the overall structure of the vein, the local characteristics are the local characteristics of the vein, and the characteristic extraction method can be selected from the following methods: LBP, ORB, surf, Sift, Harris.
105. And the electronic equipment detects whether the user identity is legal or not according to the first regional characteristic and the first local characteristic.
The electronic equipment records a complete and clear vein image of a user in advance, and extracts a region feature template and a local feature template according to the vein image, wherein the local feature template comprises a cross point feature template, an endpoint feature template and a curvature feature template.
106. And if the user identity is legal, the electronic equipment executes unlocking operation.
Among them, there may be a plurality of unlocking targets, for example: the unlocking method comprises the steps that an unlocking target is associated with electronic equipment in various forms such as a vehicle door lock, a room door lock or a safe box lock, information interaction is carried out between the unlocking target and the electronic equipment through short-distance communication modes such as Bluetooth/ZigBee/wifi/UWB, when the electronic equipment executes unlocking operation, the electronic equipment generates an unlocking instruction, the unlocking instruction is sent to the unlocking target through communication modes such as Bluetooth/ZigBee/wifi// UWB, the unlocking target is unlocked after receiving the unlocking instruction, and information of successful unlocking is sent to the electronic equipment after unlocking is successful.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, after receiving an unlocking request of a user, an electronic device notifies the wearable device to acquire N vein images in response to the unlocking request; receiving the N vein images from the wearable device, and generating a first target vein image according to the N vein images; extracting a first regional feature and a first local feature of the first target vein image; detecting whether the user identity is legal or not according to the first regional characteristic and the first local characteristic; and if the user identity is legal, executing unlocking operation. Therefore, the vein image is subjected to feature extraction and comparison, so that whether the vein image is operated by the user is determined, unlocking is performed, the use safety is improved, and the vein image unlocking device is suitable for multiple occasions and high in flexibility.
In one possible example, the first local feature includes a first feature, a second feature and a third feature, and the detecting whether the user identity is legitimate according to the first regional feature and the first local feature includes: the electronic equipment compares the first region characteristic with a pre-stored region characteristic template to obtain a first similarity; comparing the first characteristic with a pre-stored first characteristic template to obtain a second similarity, comparing the second characteristic with a pre-stored second characteristic template to obtain a third similarity, and comparing the third characteristic with a pre-stored third characteristic template to obtain a fourth similarity, wherein the first characteristic refers to the characteristic of a vein intersection point, the second characteristic refers to the characteristic of a vein endpoint, and the third characteristic refers to the characteristic of vein curvature; calculating the overall similarity according to the first similarity, the second similarity, the third similarity and the fourth similarity; and comparing the overall similarity with a preset threshold to obtain a comparison result, and judging whether the user identity is legal or not according to the comparison result.
The first characteristic template is a cross point characteristic template, the second characteristic template is an end point characteristic template, and the third characteristic template is a curvature characteristic template. Different local features have different labels, corresponding local features are extracted based on the labels and compared to obtain the similarity of each local feature, certain weights are respectively given to the local features and the local features according to the importance of the local features and the local features, and the overall similarity is obtained by calculation according to the similarity, for example, the weights are respectively given to the local features, the vein intersection point features, the vein endpoint features and the vein curvature features: 20%, 30%, 30%, 20%, and the first similarity, the second similarity, the third similarity and the fourth similarity are a, b, c, d, respectively, then the overall similarity T is: and T is 20% a + 30% b + 30% c + 20% d, then the overall similarity T is compared with a preset threshold S, if T > S, the user identity is matched, and if T < S, the user identity is not matched, and the user identity is illegal.
It can be seen that different weights are given to the regional features and the local features, and the different weights represent different importance degrees of the features, so that the overall similarity is calculated according to the weights and the similarity, and the similarity of the vein images can be expressed more accurately.
In one possible example, the comparing the first feature with a pre-stored first feature template to obtain a second similarity, comparing the second feature with a pre-stored second feature template to obtain a third similarity, and comparing the third feature with a pre-stored third feature template to obtain a fourth similarity includes: the electronic equipment respectively endows a first feature point, a second feature point and a third feature point with labels, wherein the first feature point corresponds to the first feature, the second feature point corresponds to the second feature, and the third feature point corresponds to the third feature; the electronic equipment performs circular image interception on the first target vein image according to P equal-diameter different circle centers to obtain P circular vein area images, wherein P is an integer larger than 3; the electronic equipment respectively analyzes the distribution of the first characteristic points, the second characteristic points and the third characteristic points in the P circular vein area images according to the labels; the electronic equipment selects Q first target circular vein area images Q from the P circular vein area images respectivelya1,Qa2,,,QaqQ second target circular vein region images Qb1, Qb2,,,QbqAnd Q third target circular vein region images Qc1,Qc2,,,QcqQ is an integer less than P; the electronic device divides each of the Q first target circular vein region images, the Q second target circular vein region images, and the Q third target circular vein region images into MThe ring width is the same; the electronic equipment is according to Qa1,Qa2,,,Qaq,Qb1,Qb2,,, Qbq,Qc1,Qc2,,,QcqSequentially selecting images, and sequentially matching the M rings with pre-stored first, second and third characteristic templates to obtain a matching value of the selected images, starting from the ring with the smallest radius in the M rings of the selected images; the electronic device obtains the second similarity according to the Q matching values of the Q first target circular vein area images, obtains the third similarity according to the Q matching values of the Q second target circular vein area images, and obtains the fourth similarity according to the Q matching values of the Q third target circular vein area images.
The labels given to the first feature point, the second feature point and the third feature point are 'vein intersection', 'vein endpoint' and 'vein curvature', after P circular vein area images are obtained, the feature points with the labels of 'vein intersection' are selected, the distribution conditions of the feature points in the P circular vein area images are analyzed, Q first target circular vein area images with the largest distribution quantity are selected, and the first target circular vein area images are respectively marked with the labels of Qa1, Qa2,,,QaqFrom Q in alphabetical order of referencea1Starting with Qa1Divided into M circular rings of the same ring width, M being an integer greater than 2, from Qa1Starting the circle with the minimum radius in the M circles, and performing feature point matching on the M circles and a pre-stored first feature template, namely a vein intersection feature template to obtain Qa1Is calculated, and the matching value w1, w1, represents the first target circular vein region image Qa1The similarity of the vein intersection feature and a pre-stored vein intersection feature template is obtained by the same method, matching values w2, w3, wq are obtained, a second similarity is obtained by taking the mean value or the root mean square value of w1, w2, wq, and then the feature points labeled as 'vein endpoint' and 'vein curvature' are respectively subjected to the operation, and a third similarity and a fourth similarity are obtained.
It can be seen that P circular vein area images are obtained by intercepting the first target vein image to regionalize the first target vein image, the distribution of the first feature point, the second feature point and the third feature point in each circular vein area image can be clearly displayed through the P circular vein area images, so that Q first target circular vein area images with the first feature point, the second feature point and the third feature point in the largest number, Q second target circular vein area images and Q third target circular vein area images can be respectively selected from the P circular vein area images, the feature comparison range is reduced from the whole first target vein image to the Q circular vein area images, the repetitive operation is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the corresponding similarity is obtained by averaging Q matching values of the Q circular vein area images, and then, different weights are distributed to the similarity of the features, and the similarity is superposed to obtain the overall similarity, so that the feature comparison accuracy of each feature in each circular vein region image is improved, and the feature comparison accuracy of the whole first target vein image is improved.
In one possible example, the receiving the N vein images from the wearable device, and generating a first target vein image from the N vein images includes: the electronic device receives the N vein images from the wearable device; the electronic equipment performs fusion processing on the N vein images to obtain a first target vein image; the N vein images are images acquired by the wearable device in a process of moving from a first preset position to a second preset position.
Wherein the fusion algorithm comprises any one of the following: bayesian estimation method, neural network method, fuzzy clustering method, D-S evidence reasoning method and voting method. The neural network method can solve the problem caused by difficulty in obtaining data category prior information in the fusion process, and in a decision layer fusion algorithm, the neural network not only serves as a classifier to make decision judgment on information, but also serves as a fusion center to further perform combined decision analysis on initial decisions.
The vein image is an infrared image, and the infrared image generally has the defects of weak target-background area contrast, fuzzy edge, large noise and the like, so that after receiving N vein images, the electronic equipment needs to perform preprocessing such as filtering and noise reduction on the N vein images and then perform fusion, thereby reducing noise and clutter in the vein image, improving the contrast between a vein blood vessel part in the image and the background area, wherein the preprocessing comprises size normalization, graying, filtering and smoothing processing, the size normalization enables the sizes of the vein blood vessels in the vein images acquired at different moments to be consistent, the image can be subjected to filtering processing by median filtering or high-pass filtering or other methods, the graying can reduce the difference of the vein image in gray level distribution, and the smoothing processing can remove unsmooth parts such as burrs in the vein image.
Wherein the first preset position and the second preset position are an initial position and a final position at which the wearable device moves on the corresponding vein part when the user enters the vein image.
It can be seen that a clear and complete vein image of a vein part, namely a first target vein image, can be obtained by performing fusion processing on the received N vein images.
In one possible example, before the receiving the user's unlock request, the method further comprises: the electronic device acquires the position of the wearable device; the electronic equipment judges whether the wearable equipment is in an unlocking range or not according to the position; and if the distance is within a preset range, the electronic equipment detects the state of the unlocking target, and if the unlocking target is locked, the electronic equipment inquires whether the user unlocks.
The electronic device is in communication connection with the wearable device, the electronic device can acquire a vein image of a user through the wearable device and can acquire a geographic position of the wearable device, unlocking is achieved only when the user and the wearable device need to be within an unlocking range due to the fact that unlocking is based on short-distance communication, the unlocking range is set by the user according to an optional range in advance, for example, the unlocking range can be set to be a range with the circle center radius of an unlocking device as 3 meters, if an unlocking target is locked, the electronic device reminds the user in a voice mode or a screen display mode, such as 'approaching a door and performing unlocking or not', and displays 'yes' and 'no' options on a screen of the electronic device, and after the user selects the corresponding options, the electronic device performs corresponding operations according to user selection.
It can be seen that when the user is in the unlocking range and the unlocking target is in the locked state, the electronic device asks the user whether the unlocking is needed, the user does not need manual operation, and only needs to agree with the unlocking by voice to automatically unlock the unlocking target in a short distance, so that the unlocking method is not more convenient and time-saving than the traditional unlocking method.
In one possible example, before the receiving the user's unlock request, the method further comprises: the electronic equipment receives an authorization request of a user, and a second target vein image is obtained through the wearable equipment; the electronic equipment extracts a second regional feature and a second local feature of the second target vein image; the electronic equipment detects whether the user identity is legal or not according to the second regional characteristic and the second local characteristic; and if the user identity is legal, generating an authorization password.
When a user needs to give unlocking authority to others, the user can select authorization to others in the electronic equipment, then the electronic equipment verifies the identity of the user through vein recognition, and generates an authorization password after confirming the user, the authorization password can be used for unlocking, the user can inform the authorization password to others through telephone or short message or WeChat, and the like, the authorization password is valid within a preset time such as 1 hour, and is invalid if exceeding 1 hour, and the authorization password needs to be obtained again.
Optionally, when the electronic device is a mobile phone, the user may further continue to input the mobile phone number of the other person after obtaining the authorization password, and the electronic device sends the authorization password to the mobile phone of the other person in a telephone or short message manner.
It can be seen that, in a special case, the user can also authorize to allow others to unlock the lock, and before obtaining the authorized password, vein authentication is also required to confirm the authorization performed for the user himself, i.e. security is ensured, and great flexibility is provided.
In one possible example, the unlocking targets are sequentially divided into a first unlocking target, a second unlocking target and a third unlocking target according to the decreasing of the importance degree, and the method includes: if the electronic equipment receives an unlocking request of a user for the first unlocking target, unlocking through the vein unlocking method and fingerprint identification; or, if the electronic device receives an unlocking request of a user for the second unlocking target, unlocking through the vein unlocking method; or if the electronic equipment receives an unlocking request of a user for the third unlocking target, unlocking through the vein unlocking method, and if unlocking fails, unlocking through the fingerprint identification.
For example, a safe may be classified as a first unlock target, a computer may be classified as a second unlock target, and a house and a vehicle may be classified as a third unlock target. The device that divides into first unblock target need possess the fingerprint identification function simultaneously, and this first unblock target inputs user's fingerprint information in advance, only passes through and fingerprint identification passes through vein authentication under the condition, just can unlock first unblock target, through vein identification and fingerprint identification dual guarantee, further improves the security. If the third unlocking target also has a fingerprint unlocking function, fingerprint identification unlocking can be performed under the condition that vein authentication fails, so that on one hand, the safety is guaranteed as much as possible, on the other hand, the flexibility of an unlocking scheme is improved, and a user can still perform identification unlocking in other modes when vein authentication fails.
The unlocking targets are divided according to the importance degrees, so that the unlocking targets with different importance degrees correspond to different unlocking schemes, the overall unlocking strategy is layered and differentiated, and the unlocking method is more flexible and applicable to more scenes on the premise of ensuring safety.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a specific embodiment provided by the present application, in this embodiment, the electronic device is a mobile phone of a user, the unlocking target is a door, the vein portion to be verified is a back of a hand, when the user approaches the door, the electronic device detects that the user is within an unlocking range of the door (for example, 3 meters away from the door), and knows that the door is locked through bluetooth communication, the text "approaches the door and is unlocked" is displayed on a screen of the mobile phone of the user, two selection buttons of "yes" and "no" are displayed below the text, and the text content is prompted to the user by voice, if the user replies "yes" or clicks the selection button of "yes" on the screen of the mobile phone, an unlocking request is generated, then the mobile phone notifies the wearable device to acquire an image of N veins, after the wearable device sends out infrared light by using a "tic sound, moving from the top end of the back of the hand (a first preset position) to the tail end of the back of the hand (a second preset position) within a preset time (such as within 3 s), acquiring N vein images by the wearable device in the moving process, sending the N vein images to a mobile phone of a user, carrying out preprocessing such as graying, scale normalization, smoothing, filtering and the like on the N vein images by the mobile phone of the user to obtain a first target vein image, and extracting the region characteristic, the vein intersection point characteristic, the vein endpoint characteristic and the vein curvature characteristic of the first target vein image; and respectively comparing the extracted features with corresponding pre-stored feature templates to obtain the similarity of the features, further obtaining the overall similarity and comparison results, and displaying the similarity of the features, the overall similarity and the comparison results on a mobile phone screen, wherein the comparison results are shown as the regional feature similarity: 0.7, vein intersection similarity: 0.8, vein endpoint similarity: 0.6, vein curvature similarity: 0.6, the overall similarity is 75%, the vein comparison is successful, namely the unlocking is about to be performed, after the unlocking is successful, the unlocking target sends information of successful unlocking to the mobile phone of the user, the mobile phone of the user stores the information into the historical unlocking record after receiving the information, and the user can select different unlocking targets from the historical unlocking record to check the unlocking record.
Wherein, the vein image of the back of the hand is collected under the state of horizontal diastole, if the user holds a heavy object, the regional characteristic of the first target vein image is different due to the 'deformation' of the back of the hand, the position of part of veins moves, the distance between veins is correspondingly increased, and the result of characteristic comparison may be affected, for this, the weight ratio of the regional characteristic and each local characteristic is adjusted according to the variation range of the similarity of the regional characteristic of the first target vein image, for example, the original weight of the regional characteristic is 30%, the original weights of the local characteristics are respectively 20%, 30% and 20%, if the similarity of other finally obtained local characteristics (vein intersection characteristic, vein endpoint characteristic and vein curvature characteristic) is higher than H (for example, 0.7), and the similarity of the regional characteristic is between L1 (for example, 0.3) and L2 (for example, 0.5), the weight ratio of the regional characteristic and the local characteristic is automatically adjusted, adjusting the regional characteristic weight to 15%, adjusting the local characteristic weight to 25%, 35% and 25%, respectively, and then calculating and judging whether the user identity is legal by using the adjusted weights; if the similarity of other finally obtained local features is higher than H and the similarity of the regional features is between L3 (such as 0.1) and L1, adjusting the weight of the regional features to be 10 percent and adjusting the weight of the local features to be 26 percent, 38 percent and 26 percent respectively; if all the other finally obtained local feature similarities are higher than H and the regional feature similarity is lower than L3, the regional feature weight is adjusted to be 5%, and the local feature weights are adjusted to be 28%, 39% and 28%, respectively.
