本发明涉及一种驾驶员心理素质量表，具体地说是一种驾驶员安全态度量表。
本发明属心理卫生技术领域。
驾驶员安全态度是影响驾驶员事故的一个重要因素。由于国内目前尚无专门的、统一的驾驶员安全态度量表，因对筛选事故驾驶员，并无可靠依据，同时对驾驶员无法进行针对性的安全教育。
本发明的技术方案是：一种驾驶员安全态度量表，它包括表明归属、自我中心、自信心、行动性、冲动性、认知性测试，其特殊之处是每个测试指标对不同年龄驾驶员有不同常模，并能根据标准分来差别驾驶员可对该指标态度。
本发明有六个指标，每个指标有若干个项目。
本发明每个指标都可与标准分比较，并能得到驾驶员对该指标的态度。
本发明可对驾驶员进行团体测验，也可个别实施，特别适用于具有中等以上文化程度的驾驶员。
本发明在测试时要求环境安静。
本发明在测试时，不要让被试者知道测试目的，尽可能避免被测试者的掩筛倾向。
本发明对主试者必须经过一定时间的培训，掌握测试方法，在测试过程中主试不能给被试者一定倾向性的暗示。
本发明测试时采用统一测试表和答卷，限时15分钟，部卷最好当场回收。
本发明的优点是：（1）能测出驾驶员的安全态度;（2）能根据测试方法，判断驾驶员的安全态度，能筛选事故驾驶员;（3）能对驾驶员进行针对性安全教育。
Claims (2)
1、一种驾驶员安全态度量表，它包括责任归属、自我中心、自信心、行动性、冲动性、认知性六个测试指标，其特征是上述六个指标中每个指标对不同年龄有对应常模平均值和常模平均误差率，每个指标得出标准分分别可与2分、3分、4分比较可得出驾驶员对该指标态度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的驾驶员安全态度量表，其特征是测试时要求环境安静，不能让被试者知道测试目的，主试需经过一定时间培训，主试不能给被试一定倾向暗示，被试者对每一测试题只能选择一个答案，测试时采用统一的测试方法和答卷，限时15分钟，答卷当场收回。
