In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. It should be noted that the terms of orientation such as left, right, up and down in the embodiments of the present invention are only relative concepts or reference to the normal use state of the product, and should not be considered as limiting, and the implementation of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment provides an illuminating lamp of a detachable box device, including a box assembly 1 and a lifting assembly 2, where the lifting assembly 2 is installed on the box assembly 1, a lamp body 3 is installed on the lifting assembly 2, a power module 4 for driving the lamp body 3 to operate is installed inside the box assembly 1, the box assembly 1 includes a box front shell 15 and a box rear shell 16, the box front shell 15 and the box rear shell 16 are detachably connected through a hinge structure, and the box front shell 15 and the box rear shell 16 enclose a first accommodating cavity (not shown in the drawings) for accommodating the power module 4, and the lifting assembly 2 is installed on the box rear shell 16. In this way, by designing the front case 15 and the rear case 16 to be hinged, when the power module 4 runs out of power and needs to be replaced, the front case 15 and the rear case 16 can be easily opened by hand, which is fast, simple and convenient.
Preferably, the power module 4 includes a battery 41 and a fixing frame 42, and the fixing frame 42 is in a basket structure with an inverted buckle, so that the battery 41 can be fixed in the box by arranging the fixing frame 42, so that the battery 41 and the box back shell 16 are kept relatively static, and the battery 41 is better fixed. Of course, the power module may also be a generator, and is not limited herein.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device according to the present invention, the hinge structure includes a plug 151 disposed at the bottom of the front box 15, an arc-shaped insertion plate 161 disposed at the bottom of the rear box, and the plug 151 and the arc-shaped insertion plate 161 are hinged to each other, so as to connect the front box 15 and the rear box 16. Preferably, in this embodiment, two inserting buckles 151 are disposed at the bottom of the front case 15, and the two inserting buckles 151 are spaced apart from each other on the front case 15, but a plurality of other inserting buckles 151 may be disposed at the bottom of the front case 15, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, in order to further improve the coupling force between the case front case 15 and the case rear case 16, the coupling force between the case front case 15 and the case rear case 16 may be achieved by tightening screws.
Specifically, when the box body needs to be fastened, the bottom end of the front box body shell 15 is provided with an inserting buckle 151, the bottom end of the rear box body shell 16 is provided with an arc-shaped inserting plate 161 at a corresponding position, the inserting buckle 151 and the arc-shaped inserting plate 161 are hinged with each other, so that the bottom end of the front box body shell 15 is hinged with the bottom end of the rear box body shell 16, and meanwhile, the top end of the front box body shell 15 is hinged with the top end of the rear box body shell 16, so that the fastening of the box body is realized; when the box needs to be opened, at this moment, the top ends of the box front shell 15 and the box rear shell 16 can be opened, so that the opening of the box can be realized, the operation is quick and convenient, and in addition, the box front shell 15 and the box rear shell 16 are fixed by tightening screws in order to further improve the binding force between the box front shell 15 and the box rear shell 16. In the present invention, the insertion plate is formed in an arc shape, so that the insertion plate can be rotatably coupled to the insertion buckle 151.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, the box assembly 1 further includes an extension 17 extending from one end of the box back shell 16 to the box front shell 15, and a sealing strip 18 adapted to the extension 17 is disposed at the bottom of the box front shell 15, so that the power module 4 is conveniently supported by disposing the extension 17, and the box front shell 15 and the box back shell 16 are disposed with a sealing strip 18, so that the box front shell 15 and the box back shell 16 have high combination degree and good sealing property, in this embodiment, the sealing strip 18 is U-shaped, and certainly, the sealing strip 18 may have other shapes, and the shape is not limited herein.
Further, referring to fig. 8, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device according to the present invention, the lifting assembly 2 includes a lifting rod 21 and a connecting rod assembly 22, the connecting rod assembly 22 is connected to the lifting rod 21, the connecting rod assembly 22 includes a T-shaped bracket 221 installed at one end of the lifting rod 21 and a lamp holder bracket 223 connected to the lamp body 3, the connecting rod assembly 22 further includes a switching bracket 222, and the T-shaped bracket 221 and the lamp holder bracket 223 are connected by disposing the switching bracket 222. Specifically, the T-shaped bracket 221 includes a cross bar 2211 and a support bar 2212, the support bar 2212 is located in the middle of the cross bar 2211, a first shaft sleeve 224 is disposed at a free end of the support bar 2212, the first shaft sleeve 224 is used for inserting the lifting rod 2, second shaft sleeves 225 are respectively disposed at two ends of the cross bar 2211, each second shaft sleeve 225 is respectively provided for inserting the two sets of adapter brackets 222, a fixing hole (not shown in the drawing) for inserting the lamp holder bracket 223 is disposed on the adapter bracket 222, so that the adapter bracket 222 is inserted into the first shaft sleeve 224 of the T-shaped bracket 221, and the adapter bracket 222 is connected with the T-shaped bracket 221 by disposing the second shaft sleeves 225; thereby realizing the connection between the adapting bracket 222 and the T-shaped bracket 221; the adapter bracket 222 is connected to the lamp holder bracket 223 by inserting the lamp holder bracket 223 into the fixing hole.
Further, referring to fig. 3, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, the lifting rod 21 includes a plurality of sub-rods 226 sequentially sleeved with each other, a locking device 227 is disposed at a top end of the sub-rods 226, and the lifting rod 21 is located in the box assembly 1 and fixed in the box assembly 1 by a fixing buckle 228. Preferably, the elevating bar of the present invention includes five sub-bars 226, each of which 226 has a length approximately corresponding to the height of the housing of the elevating work lamp, wherein the sub-bar 226 located at the lowermost end is mounted on the rear housing 12 of the housing, the locking means 227 includes an upper locking member 2271 and a lower locking member 2272, the lower locking member 2272 includes a locking ring 2273 and a locking screw 2274, the locking screw 2274 is connected to the joint of the locking ring 2273, the tightening degree of the locking screw 2274 is adjusted, the pressing force of the locking ring 2273 against the sub-bars 226 is adjusted, and thus the degree of the set tightness between the sub-bars 226 is adjusted, the upper locking member 2271 is a pull type locking buckle, and when the upper locking member 2271 is locked, the adjacent sub-bars 226 are fixed to each other.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, the box assembly 1 further includes a plurality of fixing fasteners (not shown in the drawings), the fixing fasteners can be used for fixing the lifting rod 21 on the box back shell 16, and the fixing fasteners are installed on the box back shell 16 at intervals. Specifically, the fixing buckle is partly surrounded to be in an omega shape, the fixing buckle is connected with the box body rear shell 16 through a screw, the fixing buckle and the box body rear shell 16 are surrounded to form a channel for inserting the bottom terminal rod 226, and the top and the bottom of the bottom terminal rod 226 are respectively provided with one fixing buckle, so that the bottom terminal rod 226 can be installed on the box body rear shell 16, of course, a plurality of fixing buckles can be provided, and the limitation is not limited herein.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the illuminating lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, a plurality of first grooves (not shown in the drawings) are formed in the second sleeve 225, the first grooves are arranged along the axial direction of the second sleeve 225, a first card 2242 is arranged on the adaptor bracket 222, and the first card 2242 can be inserted into the first grooves in a matching manner, so that the first card 2242 is snapped into the first grooves, on one hand, the adaptor bracket 222 is connected with the T-shaped bracket 221, and on the other hand, the adaptor bracket 222 can rotate between the T-shaped brackets 221.
Preferably, in order to further improve the coupling force between the first bushing 224 and the lifting assembly 2, the lighting lamp of the detachable box apparatus further includes a first nut 2224, the first nut 2224 may be used to connect the T-shaped bracket 221 with the adaptor bracket 222, the first nut 2224 is mounted on the adaptor bracket 222, a first receiving groove (not shown) is provided at the bottom of the T-shaped bracket 221 for receiving the first nut 2224, and thus, the coupling force between the T-shaped bracket 221 and the adaptor bracket 222 is further improved by providing the first nut 2224.
Preferably, the adaptor bracket 222 is sleeved with a first rotating shaft piece 2221 and a first damping piece 2222, the first clamping piece 2242 is disposed on the first rotating shaft piece 2221, the first rotating shaft piece 2221 and the first damping piece 2222 are distributed in a cross manner, in addition, the adaptor bracket 222 is further sleeved with a first damping spring 2223, the first damping spring 2223 abuts against the first damping piece 2222, and a first nut 2224 is disposed on one side of the first damping spring 2223, so that the adaptor bracket 222 is rotatably connected with the T-shaped bracket 221 by disposing the first clamping piece 2242 on the first rotating shaft piece 2221; by distributing the first rotating shaft sheet 2221 and the first damping sheet 2222 on the adapting bracket 222 in a crossed manner, on one hand, the adapting bracket 222 and the T-shaped bracket 221 can rotate, and on the other hand, the frictional resistance between the two can be increased; by sleeving the first damping spring 2223 and the first nut 2224 on the adapting bracket 222, on one hand, the resistance to rotation is improved, and the downward movement due to the self-gravity of the lamp body 3 is prevented, and on the other hand, the connection between the adapting bracket 222 and the T-shaped bracket 221 can be enhanced by the first nut 2224. Preferably, the first rotating shaft piece 2221 is integrally formed with the first card 2242, but the first rotating shaft piece 2221 and the first card 2242 may also be detachably connected, and this is not limited herein.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the lamp with an adjustable lamp angle provided by the present invention, the box assembly 1 is further provided with a carrying belt 11, the carrying belt 11 is located at a side portion of the box assembly 1, two traveling wheels 12 are installed at a bottom end of the box assembly 1 at intervals, axes of the two traveling wheels 12 are located on a same straight line, the carrying belt 11 and the traveling wheels 12 are both located at a same side of the box assembly 1, in addition, the box assembly 1 is further provided with a pull rod 13, the pull rod 13 is located above the box assembly 1, and is located at a same side of the box assembly 1 together with the traveling wheels 12. When the lifting lamp is carried, the lifting lamp can be dragged through the pull rod 13 and the walking wheels 12, and can also be carried on the back through the carrying belt 11, so that the lifting lamp is very convenient to carry.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, a rail wheel 14 is further installed at the bottom of the box assembly 1, the rail wheel 14 is located between two traveling wheels 12, a wheel body of the rail wheel 14 is surrounded by a rail groove (not shown in the figure), an axis of the rail wheel 14 is slightly higher than an axis of the traveling wheels 12, and a diameter of the rail wheel 14 is smaller than a diameter of the traveling wheels 12. In this way, the rail wheel 14 can be placed on a rail adapted to the rail groove, and the lift work light can be dragged along the rail by means of the pull rod 13, in particular, the rail wheel 14 is adapted to a standard rail. Further, the rail wheels 14 also improve the passing performance of the box body assembly 1, and when the box body assembly 1 is dragged by the walking wheels 12, due to the fact that the rail wheels 14 are arranged between the two walking wheels 12, the box body assembly 1 cannot be clamped by obstacles between the two walking wheels 12, and the rail wheels 14 can roll the obstacles between the two walking wheels 12.
Further, referring to fig. 5, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device according to the present invention, the multifunctional mobile device further includes a camera component 5 installed on the lamp body 3, and the lamp body 3 is provided with a receiving groove 30, the camera component 5 can be received in the receiving groove, and the box body component 1 is further provided with a receiving cavity (not shown in the drawings) for receiving the lamp body 3, so that the occupied space of the box body component 1 can be fully utilized, in addition, the lamp body is electrically connected to the power module 4, and the camera component 5 is electrically connected to the lamp body 3. Therefore, on one hand, the lamp body 3 and the camera shooting component 5 can be supported by the lifting component 2, so that the lamp body 3 and the camera shooting component 5 can be installed on the box body component 1, and the lamp body 3 and the camera shooting component 5 can be effectively integrated, so that the mobile lighting device has the camera shooting function and the lighting function at the same time, and the requirements of customers on multifunctional lamps are further met; on the other hand, the height of the lamp body 3 and the camera component 5 can be adjusted through the lifting component 2, so that the lamp body 3 and the camera component 5 can be lifted to a proper height position to work when working, thereby the best lighting effect and the best shooting effect can be realized, and the lamp body 3 and the camera component 5 can be limited and moved by the movable lighting device to descend and contract, thereby the occupied space can be reduced, the accommodating groove 30 and the accommodating cavity are respectively arranged on the lamp body 3 and the box body component 1, thereby the space on the lamp body 3 and the box body component 1 is fully utilized, and the occupied space is reduced. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the lamp body 3 may also be driven by a generator to operate, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the lamp body 3 is connected to the power module 4 through a slingshot wire 8, the slingshot wire 8 is of a T-shaped structure, one end of the slingshot wire is a 5-core peeled cable, the other two ends of the slingshot wire are 5-core connecting terminals, one end of the cable is connected to the power module 4, the two connecting terminals are respectively connected to the lamp body 3, and the slingshot wire 8 is mounted on the rear case 16 of the case body through a wire pressing code. Like this, when lamp body 3 rises along with lifting unit 2, through loosening the line pressure sign indicating number, catapult line 8 can expand to along with 3 integrative motions of lamp body, thereby can satisfy lamp body 3 and throw light on under the co-altitude, convenient effective.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, the illumination lamp of the detachable box device further includes a rotating shaft 6, and the rotating shaft can be used to mount the camera module 5 on the lamp body 3. Specifically, the camera module 5 is provided with a sleeve 7 through which the rotating shaft 6 passes, the lamp body 3 is provided with a support table 31 for supporting the sleeve 7, and the support table 31 is provided with a positioning hole 310, so that the camera module 5 can be mounted on the lamp body 3 by the rotating shaft 6 passing through the positioning hole 310, the support table 31 is arranged beside the accommodating groove 30, and the camera module 5 is mounted on the lamp body 3 by the support table 31, the positioning hole 310, the rotating shaft 6 and the sleeve 7 being matched with each other, so that the camera module 5 can be unfolded by rotating the rotating shaft 6 when the camera module 5 is needed; when the camera shooting assembly 5 is not needed, the camera shooting assembly 5 can be folded in the accommodating groove 30 by rotating the rotating shaft 6, and the camera shooting assembly is simple and convenient. The supporting platforms 31 are preferably evenly distributed on the lamp body 3 at intervals, but may be arranged in other manners, and is not limited herein.
Preferably, in this embodiment, an elastic member 61 is further installed in the sleeve 7, the elastic member 61 can be sleeved on the rotating shaft 6, and by providing the elastic member 61, the frictional resistance of the rotation of the rotating shaft 6 can be increased, and the downward movement of the camera module 5 due to its own weight can be prevented. In addition, the illuminating lamp of the above detachable box device further comprises a locknut 62, and the locknut 62 is matched with the rotating shaft 6, so that the fixed connection between the camera assembly 5 and the lamp body 3 can be enhanced. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 61 is preferably a wave spring, but of course, other elastic members 61 may be used, and the present invention is not limited to this.
Further, referring to fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device according to the present invention, the camera module 5 includes a housing 51, a camera (not shown in the drawings) and a camera module 52 for controlling the operation of the camera are installed in the housing 51, the camera 53 is fixed in the housing 51 by a buckle and electrically connected to the camera module 52, the housing 51 includes an upper shell 510 and a lower shell 511, a through hole 512 is formed in the lower shell 511, a wire can pass through the through hole 512 and electrically connected to the lamp body 3, a first interface 513 is further formed in the lower shell 511, the first interface 513 can be used for transmitting the signal collected by the camera module 52 to an external terminal, in this embodiment, the sleeve 7 and the first interface 513 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the lower shell 511, so that, when the camera module 5 is required to operate, only the camera module 5 needs to be connected with the lamp body 3. Preferably, the sleeve 7 is integrally formed with the lower shell 511, but may be detachably connected to the lower shell 510, and a button 514 is further disposed on the upper shell 510, so that the operation of the camera module 5 can be controlled through the button 514, which is simple and convenient.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the camera assembly 5 further includes a rubber plug (not shown) for covering the first interface 513, so as to prevent dust or other impurities from entering the first interface 513 and further contaminating the first interface 513. In addition, a beautification sheet is attached to the upper case 510 to beautify the camera module 5.
Preferably, in this implementation, the light of above-mentioned detachable box device still includes the warning light (the drawing does not make), and this warning light is installed inside subassembly 5 of making a video recording, through setting up the warning light to can be used to remind whether this subassembly 5 of making a video recording's operating condition is unusual, and is simple convenient. Preferably, the conductor connection between the camera module 5 and the warning light is sealed by interference fit of a wire passing sleeve, the material of the wire passing sleeve is preferably silicon rubber, and of course, the wire passing sleeve can be made of other materials, which is not limited herein.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, as a specific embodiment of the illumination lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, the lamp body 3 includes a lamp cap housing 32 and a light-emitting lamp panel 33 installed in the lamp cap housing 32, the light-emitting lamp panel 33 is a rectangular thin plate structure, a plurality of LED lamps are arranged on the light-emitting lamp panel 33 at intervals, the lamp cap housing 32 surrounds the back of the light-emitting lamp panel 33, and the lamp cap housing 32 is configured to be a fin-shaped structure in order to facilitate heat dissipation. The lamp holder housing 32 includes a lamp holder front housing 321 and a lamp holder rear housing 322, a third shaft sleeve 34, a second interface 35, and a third interface 36 are respectively disposed on the lamp holder rear housing 322, the third shaft sleeve 34 can be used for the lamp holder support 223 to be inserted and connected, the second interface 35 can be electrically connected to the power module 4, and the third interface 36 can be connected to the camera module 5. In this way, the second interface 35 and the third interface 36 are arranged on the lamp head rear shell 322, so that the connection between the lamp body 3 and the power module 4 and the camera module 5 can be realized; through setting up third axle sleeve 34 to can supply lamp holder support 223 to insert, realize the regulation to lamp body 3 and camera module 5 height, so that lamp body 3 and camera module 5 can rise to suitable high position department and work at the during operation, thereby can realize best illuminating effect and shooting effect.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the lamp body 3 further includes a sealing ring (not shown in the drawings) for sealing the light-emitting lamp panel 33, and the sealing ring is disposed to prevent other impurities such as dust from permeating into the housing to contaminate the light-emitting lamp panel 33, thereby prolonging the service life of the light-emitting lamp panel 33.
Further, referring to fig. 9, as a specific embodiment of the illuminating lamp of the detachable box device provided by the present invention, a plurality of second grooves (not shown in the drawings) are formed in the third shaft sleeve 34, the second grooves are arranged along the axial direction of the third shaft sleeve 34, second locking pieces are correspondingly arranged in the lifting assembly 2 and are inserted into the second grooves, and the third shaft sleeve 34 and the lifting assembly 2 are connected by the combination of the second locking pieces and the second grooves. Preferably, in order to further improve the combining force between the third shaft sleeve 34 and the lifting assembly 2, the illuminating lamp of the above-mentioned detachable box device further includes a third nut (not shown in the drawings), which can be used to connect the lifting assembly 2 with the third shaft sleeve 34, the third nut is mounted on the lifting assembly 2, a third receiving groove for receiving the third nut is provided at the bottom of the third shaft sleeve 34, and thus, by providing the third nut, the combining force between the third shaft sleeve 34 and the lifting assembly 2 is further improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, a second rotating shaft 2231 and a second damping sheet 2232 are sleeved on the lamp holder support 223, the second clamping piece 341 is disposed on the second rotating shaft 2231, the second rotating shaft 2231 and the second damping sheet 2232 are distributed in a cross manner, in addition, a second damping spring 2233 is further sleeved on the lamp holder support 223, the second damping spring 2233 abuts against the second damping sheet 2232, and a second nut 2234 is further disposed on one side of the second damping spring 2233, so that the lamp holder support 223 is rotatably connected to the lamp body 3 by disposing the second clamping piece 341 on the second rotating shaft 2231; the second rotating shaft 2231 and the second damping sheet 2232 are distributed on the lamp holder support 223 in a crossed manner, so that the lamp holder support 223 and the lamp body 3 can rotate on the one hand, and the frictional resistance between the lamp holder support 223 and the lamp body 3 can be increased on the other hand; through the cover being equipped with second damping spring 2233 and second nut 2234 on lamp holder support 223, improved the pivoted resistance on the one hand, prevent because of receiving the downward motion of the self gravity of lamp body 3, on the other hand can strengthen being connected between lamp holder support 223 and the switching support 222 through second nut 2234. Preferably, the second shaft piece 2231 and the second card 341 are integrally formed, but the second shaft piece 2231 and the second card 341 may also be detachably connected, and this is not limited herein.
In the invention, the camera shooting component 5 is arranged on the lamp body 3, and the containing groove 30 is arranged on the lamp holder rear shell 322, so that the lamp body 3 and the camera shooting component 5 can be effectively integrated into a whole, the mobile lighting device has a camera shooting function and a lighting function at the same time, the requirements of customers on multifunctional lamps are further met, and the occupied space is saved; in addition, the containing cavity for containing the lamp body 3 is formed in the rear shell 16 of the box body, so that the occupied area of the box body is fully utilized, and the device is small and portable; the front case 15 and the rear case 16 are designed to be hinged, so that the case can be conveniently detached, and the case is convenient and quick.
