Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, in the present embodiment, a clamping structure is provided between the first cover 10 and the base 70, and the clamping structure includes a clamping table and a clamping buckle, where the clamping table is an annular structure arranged along the circumferential direction, so that when the first cover 10 rotates, the position of the clamping between the first cover 10 and the base 70 can be continuously maintained.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in the present embodiment, the signal collector 63 is disposed on the control portion 60, a plurality of baffles 121 are disposed on the enclosure 12 at intervals, the baffles 121 extend along the axial direction of the first cover 10, the baffles 121 are inserted into the signal collector 63, and the first cover 10 rotates to enable different baffles 121 to shield the signal collector 63. Specifically, a through groove is formed in the signal collector, and the baffle is rotatably arranged in the through groove. The signal collector can emit optical signals, and when the first cover body rotates, the baffle can be switched between the light signal shielding and the light signal avoiding, so that the control of the brightness of the lamp body is realized. Of course, the above control may also be the illumination mode, switch, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in the present embodiment, the control box assembly further includes a magnetic member 400, and the magnetic member 400 is disposed between the control portion 60 and the base 70. The magnetic element is arranged to facilitate connection of the control box assembly. Namely, the connection can be realized by a magnetic attraction mode. In an embodiment not shown in the figures, the control box assembly may also be connected by snapping or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in the present embodiment, the control box assembly further includes a shock pad 500, the shock pad 500 is a ring-shaped structure, and the shock pad 500 is disposed on a side of the base 70 away from the first cover 10. The shock pad 500 has a simple structure, is convenient to set, can effectively reduce vibration, and avoids damaging the internal structure thereof.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, according to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a lamp assembly, the lamp assembly of the present embodiment, including: a lamp body 600, wherein the lamp body 600 is provided with a mounting part 610; the control box subassembly, detachably installs on installation department 610, and the control box subassembly is foretell lamps and lanterns subassembly. The control box assembly can integrate a plurality of functions, so that the operation mode is simpler. Therefore, the lamp assembly with the control box assembly also has the advantages. Moreover, the control box assembly is detachably connected, so that the universality of the control box assembly can be improved.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 610 includes a plurality of mounting portions 610, the mounting portions 610 are disposed on different surfaces of the lamp body 600, the mounting portion 610 and the control box assembly are connected by magnetic attraction, the mounting portion 610 includes a conductive contact pad, and the control portion 60 includes a pogo pin, and the pogo pin is electrically connected to the conductive contact pad. The connection between the elastic pin and the conductive contact disc is more stable through magnetic attraction connection. The electrically conductive contact pad includes a plurality ofly, and a plurality of electrically conductive contact pads set up on the different surfaces of lamp body 600, makes control box subassembly can realize assembling with a plurality of faces of lamp body 600 like this.
Specifically, the control box assembly can be assembled on any lamp body 600, such as a spot lamp, a panel lamp, a matrix lamp and the like, and can be assembled and combined with the lamp body 600 at will, so that parameters such as the on-off and brightness of a single lamp body 600 can be controlled, the combination of a plurality of lamp bodies 600 can also be controlled, the rapid assembly and disassembly can be realized, and the connection stability and the convenience of disassembly and assembly can be ensured.
According to another aspect of the application, a lamp capable of being spliced is provided, the lamp capable of being spliced of the embodiment comprises a plurality of lamp components, and the lamp components are the lamp components. The control mode of the lamp assembly is simple, so that the spliced lamp with the lamp assembly also has the advantages.

Claims (22)

1. A control box assembly, comprising:
a first cover (10);
a second cover body (20) which is matched with the first cover body (10) in a nested manner and forms an accommodating space (30) with the first cover body (10);
a rotating frame (40) which is rotatably arranged in the accommodating space (30) and is provided with an initial position and a triggering position;
a reset member (50) provided between the turret (40) and the first cover (10) or between the turret (40) and the second cover (20);
a control unit (60) provided between the second cover (20) and the first cover (10), the control unit (60) including a switch unit (61) and an adjustment unit (62);
wherein the first cover body (10) has a rotating state and a pressing state; when the first cover body (10) is in a pressed state, the first cover body (10) drives the rotating frame (40) to rotate from the initial position to the triggering position and is in contact with the switch part (61), and the resetting piece (50) can drive the rotating frame (40) to rotate from the triggering position to the initial position.
2. The control box assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a base (70) disposed in the accommodating space (30), wherein the turret (40) is rotatably disposed on the base (70).
3. The control box assembly according to claim 2, further comprising a pressing frame (80), wherein the rotating frame (40) is located between the base (70) and the pressing frame (80), the pressing frame (80) is in driving connection with the first cover (10), a driving structure (90) is arranged between the pressing frame (80) and the rotating frame (40), and the pressing frame (80) drives the rotating frame (40) to rotate through the driving structure (90).
4. The control box assembly of claim 3, wherein the drive structure (90) comprises a protrusion (91) and a guide ramp (92), the protrusion (91) and the guide ramp (92) being in abutting engagement, one of the protrusion (91) and the guide ramp (92) being disposed on the press frame (80), the other of the protrusion (91) and the guide ramp (92) being disposed on the turret (40).
5. The control box assembly according to claim 3, wherein the base (70) comprises a first ring structure (71), the turret (40) comprises a second ring structure (41), the pressing frame (80) comprises a third ring structure (81), the first ring structure (71) and the second ring structure (41) are nested, the third ring structure (81) is disposed on the second ring structure (41), and the reset member (50) is disposed between the second ring structure (41) and the third ring structure (81).
6. The control box assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that the reset element (50) is arranged along a circumferential direction of the second annular structure (41).
7. The control box assembly of claim 3, further comprising a limiting structure (100) disposed between the turret (40) and the press frame (80), wherein the limiting structure (100) limits a range of rotation of the press frame (80) relative to the turret (40).

The control box assembly according to claim 7, wherein the limiting structure (100) comprises a limiting groove (110) and a limiting rib (120), one of the limiting groove (110) and the limiting rib (120) is disposed on the rotating frame (40), the other of the limiting groove (110) and the limiting rib (120) is disposed on the pressing frame (80), and the groove width of the limiting groove (110) is greater than the width of the limiting rib (120).
9. The control box assembly according to claim 3, wherein a receiving groove (42) is provided at a side of the rotating frame (40) facing the pressing frame (80), the reset member (50) is provided in the receiving groove (42), and the pressing frame (80) is covered on the receiving groove (42).
10. The control box assembly of claim 8, further comprising a guide structure (200) disposed between the base (70) and the press frame (80), the guide structure (200) limiting rotation of the press frame (80) relative to the base (70).
11. The control box assembly of claim 10, wherein the guide structure (200) comprises a guide rib (210) and a guide groove (220), one of the guide groove (220) and the guide rib (210) is disposed on the base (70), and the other of the guide groove (220) and the guide rib (210) is disposed on the pressing frame (80).
12. The control box assembly of claim 11, wherein the limiting rib (120) is disposed on the pressing frame (80), the limiting groove (110) is disposed on the rotating frame (40), the guiding rib (210) is disposed on an inner sidewall of the base (70), and the guiding groove (220) is disposed on an outer sidewall of the limiting rib (120).
13. The control box assembly according to claim 1, wherein the switch portion (61) is a switch key, a stopper (43) is disposed on a side of the rotating frame (40) facing the control portion (60), the stopper (43) is engaged with the switch key, and the rotating frame (40) rotates to press the stopper (43) against the switch key.
14. The control box assembly according to claim 3, further comprising an ejector (300), wherein the ejector (300) is disposed on the pressing frame (80), the first cover (10) comprises a cover body (11) and a surrounding plate (12) disposed inside the cover body (11), the surrounding plate (12) is inserted into the pressing frame (80), and the ejector (300) is in abutting fit with the surrounding plate (12).
15. The control box assembly of claim 14, wherein the ejector (300) comprises an ejector bead (310), an elastic member (320), and a fixing frame (330), a mounting hole (82) is disposed on a side wall of the pressing frame (80), the ejector bead (310) is located at one end of the mounting hole (82) facing the enclosing plate (12) and protruding out of the mounting hole (82) and in abutting engagement with the enclosing plate (12), the fixing frame (330) is disposed at an end of the mounting hole (82), the elastic member (320) is disposed in the mounting hole (82), and the elastic member (320) is located between the ejector bead (310) and the fixing frame (330).
16. The control box assembly according to claim 15, wherein the side of the enclosing plate (12) facing the top bead (310) is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions (13) in sequence, and the top bead (310) is in abutting fit with two adjacent arc-shaped protrusions (13).
17. The control box assembly according to claim 14, wherein the control portion (60) is provided with a signal collector (63), the enclosure (12) is provided with a plurality of baffles (121) at intervals, the baffles (121) extend along an axial direction of the first cover (10), the baffles (121) are inserted into the signal collector (63), and the first cover (10) rotates to enable different baffles (121) to shield the signal collector (63).
18. The control box assembly of claim 2, further comprising a magnetic member (400), the magnetic member (400) being disposed between the control portion (60) and the base (70).
19. The control box assembly of claim 2, further comprising a shock pad (500), wherein the shock pad (500) is of a ring-shaped structure, and the shock pad (500) is disposed on a side of the base (70) away from the first cover (10).
20. A light fixture assembly, the light fixture assembly comprising:
the lamp body (600), the lamp body (600) is provided with a mounting part (610);
a control box assembly detachably mounted on the mounting portion (610), the control box assembly being the lamp assembly of any one of claims 1 to 19.
21. A lamp assembly as recited in claim 20, wherein the mounting portion (610) comprises a plurality of mounting portions (610) disposed on different surfaces of the lamp body (600), the mounting portions (610) and the control box assembly are magnetically connected to each other, the mounting portions (610) comprise conductive contact pads, the control portion (60) comprises pogo pins, and the pogo pins are electrically connected to the conductive contact pads.
22. A tileable luminaire comprising a plurality of luminaire components, wherein the luminaire component is the luminaire component of claim 20 or 21.
