Abstract
The invention discloses a precast concrete block for road rigid pavement, which comprises: the prefabricated concrete block, the adjustable base station, the foundation platform and the bottom filling part; the precast concrete block comprises a first structural body and a second structural body; two ends of the first structure body and the second structure body are respectively provided with step surfaces which are mutually clamped and matched; the adjustable base station comprises a base station and a plurality of height adjusting mechanisms; the foundation platform comprises a bottom plate and a top plate, the bottom plate is carried below the adjustable base platform, and the top plate is arranged on the outer side of the adjustable base platform; the bottom filling part comprises a water-permeable medium and a forming medium, the water-permeable medium is sand stones with the particle size of 1CM-3CM, and the forming medium is filled between the water-permeable media and is formed by mixing cement and sand stones with the diameter of 4.75mm-9 mm. The road rigid pavement precast concrete block provided by the invention is convenient to construct and maintain, and meanwhile, the roadbed soil can have the functions of water permeation and water retention by adopting a water permeation design.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a construction consumable, in particular to a precast concrete block for a rigid pavement of a road.
Background
Rigid decking has better load bearing properties than flexible decking, and is therefore generally preferred in some high traffic lanes, such as airport runways, particular sections of highways, bridges and docks. Traditional rigid pavement is all laid in site operation, so construction quality receives the environmental impact very big, and strict to the road bed soil compactness requirement. Particularly for southern areas in China, the climate is humid and rainy usually, when the roadbed is soaked in water, the substrate layer is damaged possibly to cause the concrete of the surface layer to break, the maintenance is very inconvenient, and the traffic is easily influenced.
Thus, the prior art still has the defects and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a precast concrete block for rigid pavement of a road, which is not required to be cast in situ, but only needs to be transported to a construction site for assembly, and is simple and convenient to construct and not affected by the environment of the construction site.

a rigid pavement precast concrete block for roads, comprising: the prefabricated concrete block, the adjustable base station, the foundation platform and the bottom filling part; the precast concrete block comprises a first structural body and a second structural body, each first structural body and each second structural body are composed of a first member and a second member which are made of reinforced concrete, and a plurality of water through holes are formed in the first member; two ends of the first structure body and the second structure body are respectively provided with step surfaces which are mutually clamped and matched; the adjustable base comprises a base and a plurality of height adjusting mechanisms, the height adjusting mechanisms are arranged at the lower parts of the step surfaces of the first structural body and the second structural body of the precast concrete block, each height adjusting mechanism comprises a sleeve and a screw rod, the sleeves are embedded in the base and integrally formed, the sleeves are provided with internal threads and are in threaded connection with the screw rods, and the sleeves can ascend or descend along with the rotation of the screw rods; the foundation platform comprises a bottom plate and a top plate, the bottom plate is carried below the adjustable base platform, and the top plate is arranged on the outer side of the adjustable base platform; the bottom filling part comprises a water-permeable medium and a forming medium, the water-permeable medium is sand stones with the particle size of 1CM-3CM, and the forming medium is filled between the water-permeable media and is formed by mixing cement and sand stones with the diameter of 4.75mm-9 mm.
Preferably, the second member is formed by a plurality of vertical grids and a plurality of horizontal grids which intersect perpendicularly to each other, and has a plurality of grid holes formed thereon, the grid holes being opposed to the water passing holes.
Preferably, the first structure of the precast concrete block and the second structure of the second structure have supporting portions formed by respectively protruding downward at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and an arch structure is formed between the two supporting portions.
Preferably, the second member of the first structure body of the precast concrete block is formed with two convex first step surfaces corresponding to lower portions of the supporting portions; a second member of the second structure of the precast concrete block, on which two second protruded stepped surfaces are formed corresponding to upper portions of the supporting parts; the first step surface is matched and clamped with the second step surface.
Preferably, wherein the adjustable foundation is supported below the supporting portions of the first and second structural bodies of the precast concrete block; the adjustable base can adjust the heights of the first structural body and the second structural body of the precast concrete block in a lifting mode through a plurality of height adjusting mechanisms.
Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated concrete block for the rigid pavement of the road provided by the invention is convenient to construct and maintain, and meanwhile, the water permeable design is adopted, so that the roadbed soil has the water permeable and water retention functions, and the water source is effectively conserved. And, the height can be adjusted at any time according to the roughness demand of road shop front to adjustable base station.

The vertical grating 120 is provided with a plurality of transverse water through holes 1201 communicated with the corresponding grating holes 122; and the horizontal grid 121 is provided with a plurality of longitudinal water through holes 1211 communicated with the corresponding grid holes 122.
Furthermore, the first structure 10 of the precast concrete block 1 and the second structures 12 and 12 'of the second structure 10' are formed with two supporting portions 13 and 13 'protruding downward at both ends in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and an arch structure formed between the two supporting portions 13 and 13'. In the above embodiment, the adjustable base 2 is supported below the supporting portions 13 and 13 ' of the first and second structures 10 and 10 ' of the precast concrete block 1 so as to bear the shearing force transmitted by the joint structure of the end portions of the first and second structures 10 and 10 ' of the precast concrete block 1. The adjustable base 2 comprises a base and a plurality of height adjusting mechanisms, wherein the height adjusting mechanisms are fixed on the base, and the height of the base can be adjusted in a lifting way through the height adjusting mechanisms.
Each height adjusting mechanism comprises a sleeve and a screw, wherein the sleeve is provided with an internal thread and is arranged on a preset point of the base when the base is prefabricated, the screw is screwed with the internal thread, and the height of the first structural body 10 and the height of the second structural body 10' of the precast concrete block 1 can be indirectly adjusted through the rotation of the screw.
The foundation table 3 is carried under the adjustable base 2, the foundation table 3 comprises a bottom plate 31 and a top plate 32, the top plate 32 is disposed above the bottom plate 31 and is preformed; the top plate 32 has four side walls to form an accommodating space and correspondingly surround the periphery of the base platform, so as to isolate the roadbed soil and the permeable medium 41 and ensure that the base platform can freely lift.
According to the invention, the underfill portion 4 comprises a water-permeable medium 41 and a molding medium 42, preferably the water-permeable medium 41 is composed of sand having a particle size of 1CM to 3 CM; the molding medium is filled between the water permeable media and is formed by mixing cement and sand with the diameter of 4.75-9 mm.

two ends of the first structure body and the second structure body are respectively provided with step surfaces which are mutually clamped and matched; the adjustable base comprises a base and a plurality of height adjusting mechanisms, the height adjusting mechanisms are arranged at the lower parts of the step surfaces of the first structural body and the second structural body of the precast concrete block, each height adjusting mechanism comprises a sleeve and a screw rod, the sleeves are embedded in the base and integrally formed, the sleeves are provided with internal threads and are in threaded connection with the screw rods, and the sleeves can ascend or descend along with the rotation of the screw rods;
the foundation platform comprises a bottom plate and a top plate, the bottom plate is carried below the adjustable base platform, and the top plate is arranged on the outer side of the adjustable base platform;
the bottom filling part comprises a water-permeable medium and a forming medium, the water-permeable medium is sand stones with the particle size of 1CM-3CM, and the forming medium is filled between the water-permeable media and is formed by mixing cement and sand stones with the diameter of 4.75mm-9 mm.

The precast concrete block for rigid pavement of a road according to claim 1, wherein the second member is constructed of a plurality of longitudinal grids and a plurality of transverse grids which perpendicularly intersect each other and on which a plurality of grid holes are formed, the grid holes being opposite to the water passing holes.

The precast concrete block for rigid pavement of a road according to claim 1, wherein the first structural body of the precast concrete block and the second structural body of the second structural body are protruded downwardly at end portions of both longitudinal ends thereof to form supporting portions, respectively, and an arch structure is formed between the supporting portions.

The precast concrete block for road rigid pavement according to claim 3, wherein the second member of the first structural body of the precast concrete block forms two convex first step surfaces corresponding to the lower portion of the supporting portion; a second member of the second structure of the precast concrete block, on which two second protruded stepped surfaces are formed corresponding to upper portions of the supporting parts; the first step surface is matched and clamped with the second step surface.
5. The rigid pavement precast concrete block of claim 4, wherein the adjustable abutments are supported below the bracing portions of the first and second bodies of the precast concrete block; the adjustable base can adjust the heights of the first structural body and the second structural body of the precast concrete block in a lifting mode through a plurality of height adjusting mechanisms.
