An air conditioner filter element cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the moving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft penetrating through the first sleeve, a fixing plate is fixed at the lower end of the rotating shaft, a compression spring is arranged between the first sleeve and the fixed plate, the right end of the fixed plate is rotatably connected with a third sleeve, a fixed shaft is fixed between the front end wall and the rear end wall of the second transmission cavity, a second sleeve is connected on the fixed shaft in a sliding way, a moving shaft which penetrates through the lower end wall of the second transmission cavity and is positioned in the cleaning cavity is fixed on the lower end surface of the second sleeve, the moving shaft is connected with the third sleeve in a sliding way, the right end of the fixed plate is rotationally connected with the third sleeve, a filter element clamp is fixed at the lower end of the movable shaft, a washing cavity with left and right end walls penetrating through the filter element clamp is arranged in the filter element clamp, the washing cavity is internally provided with a clamping plate, the lower end of the clamping plate is fixedly provided with four pressing springs, and the lower ends of the pressing springs are connected with the lower end wall of the washing cavity.
