A slide 5603 penetrating through the notch 5601 is arranged on the upper surface of the bed board main body 10, and a shifting fork 5602 is connected in the slide 5603 in a sliding way; when the shifting fork 5602 slides to the middle part of the slideway 5603, the shifting fork 5602 closes the opening of the notch 5601, the side wall of the shifting fork 5602 contacts with the side wall of the telescopic rod 52, so that the telescopic rod 52 is vertically erected in the notch 5601, the telescopic rod 52 is limited to displace along the width direction of the bed board main body 10, the stability of the telescopic rod 52 supporting the armrest 51 is ensured, the use safety of the knee-chest lying position bed is further ensured, and secondary injury to a patient is avoided.
