Description

Body fluid collecting device
Technical Field
The creation relates to a body fluid collecting device, in particular to a collecting device for collecting milk, urine or semen.
Background
For uncontrolled human body fluids, such as breast milk of a nursing mother, urine for urinating an infant, urine of a urinary incontinence patient, semen collected for reproductive tests and the like, since the body fluids are not easy to be collected in real time when overflowing, clothes, bedding and mattress are polluted, and embarrassment of a party or a collector is often caused.
Although there are several solutions for these body fluid collection, such as a milk collection cap, a multi-caliber urinary catheter with a urine bag, a baby adhesive urine collection bag, or a condom, the body fluid collection devices used in these prior art still have many disadvantages, such as the nursing mother must change the anti-galactorrhea pad, the incontinence patient must change the heavy and hot diaper, or the indwelling invasive urinary catheter must guide the urine into the urine bag, and the semen must be accurately injected into a small container when collecting semen.
Since the body fluid collecting devices of the prior art are designed to be attached/removed repeatedly, the adhesive strength is sacrificed in this way, and the body fluid collecting device is easy to fall off due to insufficient adhesive after bearing the weight of the body fluid, so that the body fluid collecting device is still not easy to fall off.
In addition, a problem commonly seen in the prior art is that the fitting position is not always a continuous plane, such as the female breast or male and female external genitalia, but the plane is not continuous, so that the fitting portion of the body fluid collecting device cannot be fitted on the body surface to be distorted and deformed during fitting, and the user can feel unstable during dynamic fitting. Therefore, how to make the body fluid collecting device easily fit to the curved body surface and adapt to dynamic changes is also a problem to be solved in the prior art.
In addition, another problem that is most common in the prior art is that, in the using process, the body fluid permeates into the attaching part of the body fluid collecting device, so that the attaching viscosity is reduced to cause the device to fall off, and therefore, how to improve the prior art is to make the collected body fluid not easily permeate into the attaching part, which is also a problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like or similar elements are designated by like reference numerals.
FIG. 1 shows a body fluid collecting device 10 as an embodiment of the present invention. The body fluid collecting device 10 comprises a first sheet 11 having a first opening 12, having a first surface S1 and a second surface S2; an adhesive layer 13 is disposed on the first surface S1 for adhering a user; a second sheet 21 having a second opening 22, and having a third surface S3 and a fourth surface S4, wherein the third surface S3 is connected to the second surface S2 of the first sheet 11 along a circle, an ellipse, or a rounded regular polygon, and the outer edge of the first closed strip region 1121 is located between the edge of the first sheet 11 and the first opening 12; a third sheet 31 having a fifth surface S5 and a sixth surface S6, the third sheet 31 being joined to the second sheet 21 at its edges to form a bag with an opening for storing body fluid.
FIGS. 2A-2C are schematic views of the body fluid collection device 10 from different perspectives; fig. 2A is a front view (without the adhesive layer 13 being shown), fig. 2B is a cross-sectional view, and fig. 2C is a rear view, as shown in fig. 2B (fig. 2B shows a vertical cross-section of fig. 2A), wherein the fifth surface S5 of the third sheet 31 and the fourth surface S4 of the second sheet 21 are joined to a second closed belt-like region 2131 (shown in fig. 2B, fig. 2C). In this embodiment, the edge of the first opening 12 and the edge of the second opening 22 coincide with the inner edge of the first closed belt-shaped region 1121, and form an opening of the bag body (as shown in fig. 2B), which may be, but is not limited to, a circle or an ellipse. The first sheet 11, the second sheet 21, and the third sheet 31 can be made as a film with a plane or a cambered surface, and the shape thereof can be, but is not limited to, a circle, an ellipse, or a rounded polygon.
The body fluid collection device 10 may be fabricated using, for example, but not limited to, natural latex, synthetic latex, rubber, silicone, Polyisoprene (PI), Polyurethane (PU), Polyethylene (PE), polymeric materials, biological materials, or synthetic biological DNA materials. The constituent material of the adhesive layer 13 may include, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the first sheet 11 may be made of an adhesive material. The third surface S3 of the second sheet 21 is connected to the second surface S2 of the first sheet 11, and the fifth surface S5 of the third sheet 31 is connected to the fourth surface S4 of the second sheet 21, which can be welded by, but not limited to, solvent, adhesive, tape, or adhesive film, or by, but not limited to, electric heating, ultrasonic, or high frequency welding.
In order to resist friction, pulling, hydraulic pressure, or gravity and prevent the body fluid from leaking out due to peeling from the human body, as shown in fig. 3A, the first sheet 11, the second sheet 21, and the third sheet 31 may be flat flexible sheets in a natural state, and preferably have elasticity, but may also be non-elastic sheets, and the thickness thereof is preferably not more than 0.1 millimeter (mm). Where the first sheet 11 is intended to adhere to a user's skin so as to have preferred breathability, a microporous film such as, but not limited to, a highly breathable/wet Polyurethane (PU) film having a thickness, for example, less than 0.1 mm, preferably less than 0.05 mm, more preferably less than 0.03 mm, can be used, and the breathability is preferably a water vapor transmission rate (MVTR) of greater than or equal to 500 g/square meter (24 h) and a Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) of greater than or equal to 1000 g/square meter (24 h) after application. When the thickness of the first sheet material 11 is thinner, the fitting degree is better, and the edge is less prone to be rubbed and rolled or peeled; the higher the air permeability and the moisture permeability of the first sheet 11, the more the discomfort and the possibility of skin allergy can be reduced when the sheet is used for a long time. As shown in fig. 3B, the second sheet 21 and the third sheet 31 are connected to each other by their respective edges, in which the second closed belt-shaped area 2131 is a closed line with a substantial width, and the edge of the first sheet 11 may have at least one notch, preferably, for example, a circular arc notch. When the body fluid collecting device 10 is adhered to a body surface having a curved surface, it is possible to prevent the edge of the first sheet 11 from being raised and wrinkled, and thus the adhesion of the attachment can be improved. The first sheet 11 may also have a lobed edge making it more suitable for conforming to a non-planar surface. In addition, the first sheet 11 having the flap-like structure can provide a claw-like grip and can resist pulling caused by an external force even when the bag is filled with a body fluid.
Fig. 4A to 4C are schematic views showing different opening forms of the bag body when the body fluid collecting device 10 is used for different purposes. As shown in fig. 4A, the first opening 12 is smaller than the second opening 22, and the edge of the second opening 22 coincides with the inner edge of the first closed belt-like region 1121, so that the opening of the bag body is the first opening 12. As shown in fig. 4B, the first opening 12 is larger than the second opening 22, and the edge of the first opening 12 coincides with the inner edge of the first closed belt-like region 1121, so that the opening of the bag body is the second opening 22. As shown in fig. 4C, the first opening 12 is smaller than the second opening 22, the edge of the second opening 22 is between the first opening 12 and the inner edge of the first closed belt-shaped region 1121, and the edge of the second opening 22 in the bag body is not connected to the first sheet 11, so that the opening of the bag body is the first opening 12. The edge of the opening of the bag shown in fig. 4A and 4C has only one layer of the first sheet 11, and if the thickness is less than 0.1 mm, the leakage of body fluid from the edge of the first opening 12 can be prevented more effectively. Furthermore, when the bag body is filled with body fluid, as shown in fig. 4C, the fluid pressure is guided to the inner edge of the first closed belt-shaped region 1121 formed by connecting the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 21, so as to reduce the possibility of leakage of body fluid from the edge of the first opening 12. In addition, in these embodiments, the outer edge of the first closed belt-shaped region 1121 is used as a reference point, and the adhesive layer 13 generates a double-sided fixing effect on the inner side and the outer side of the first sheet 11, respectively, so that the first sheet 11 can be effectively prevented from being peeled off from the body surface due to the pulling of the second sheet 21 or the gravity of the bag body.
FIGS. 5A-5D are schematic views of different uses of the body fluid collection device 10; fig. 5A is for collecting urine or menstrual blood of a female, fig. 5B is for collecting urine or semen of a male, and fig. 5C is for collecting milk of a female. In these embodiments, the outer edge of the first closed belt-shaped region 1121 is smaller than the edge of the first sheet 11 and smaller than the edge of the second sheet 21, and the second surface S2 adjacent to the edge of the first sheet 11 is away from the third surface S3 of the second sheet 21 (the portion of the second surface S2 adjacent to the edge is separated from the third surface S3), so that the acting force generated to the first sheet 11 when the second sheet 21 is pulled (or hydraulic pressure, gravity) can be buffered, and the first sheet 11 is not easily peeled off from the human body. The first sheet 11 and the second sheet 21 can be made of elastic material, so that the effect of buffering the acting force is better. As shown in fig. 5A, in use, the opening of the bag body is aligned with the urethral orifice and the vaginal orifice of a female user, so that the first sheet 11 is adhered to the pudendum by the adhesive layer 13, and urine or menstrual blood can flow into the bag body; as shown in fig. 5B, in use, the opening of the bag is aligned with the urethral orifice of a male user, so that the first sheet 11 is adhered to the glans or penis via the adhesive layer 13, and urine or semen can flow into the bag.
In these embodiments, the body fluid collecting device 10 may further include a structure maintaining unit 14 extending from the second surface S2 (shown in FIG. 5B) of the edge of the first sheet 11, as well as a frame disposed on the first sheet 11 for maintaining the edge shape of the first sheet 11 before fitting, so as to avoid wrinkles when the first sheet 11 is adhered to the user. The structure maintaining unit 14 can be adjusted by adjusting the adhesion force (for example, the adhesion force between the structure maintaining unit 14 and the first sheet 11 is smaller than the adhesion force of the first sheet 11 adhered to the human body through the adhesive layer 13), so that the structure maintaining unit 14 can be removed by the user after the attaching. As shown in fig. 5C, the first opening 12 is smaller than the second opening 22, the edge of the second opening 22 is overlapped with the inner edge of the first closed belt-shaped region 1121 (please refer to fig. 4A at the same time), when in use, the first opening 12 is aligned with the nipple of the female user, so that the first sheet 11 is adhered to the breast by the adhesive layer 13, and the milk can flow into the bag body. When the first sheet material 11 is adhered to a body surface with a curved surface, the edge of the first opening 12 is easily wrinkled, so that the body fluid can seep out from the wrinkled portion to the edge of the first sheet material 11, and a structure maintaining unit 14 is further extended around the edge of the first opening 12 on the second surface S2 of the first sheet material 11 to maintain the shape of the first opening 12, so as to prevent the first opening 12 from wrinkling and leaking. As shown in fig. 5D (as the body fluid collection device 10 adhered to the glans), the structure maintaining unit 14 may further extend from the edge to form a holding portion 141, at least one point of which is connected to the structure maintaining unit 14 for the user to hold with his/her finger, for adjusting the position of the body fluid collection device 10 before fitting, or for removing the structure maintaining unit 14 after fitting. In addition, the surface of the penis where the foreskin frenum meets the glans penis crown adjacent to the scrotum is uneven, which is the area where the bearing capacity is the largest in the piston movement friction force, and is also the place where the bottom edge of the first sheet 11 is attached, in the embodiment of the present invention for contraception, the bottom edge of the first sheet 11 may further have an arc-shaped notch, so that the attached part 11 is less likely to be peeled off from the bottom edge.
In the present invention, the second sheet 21 (or the third sheet 31) has a circumference of less than 180 mm, preferably less than 150 mm, and more preferably less than 120 mm, a thickness of less than 0.1 mm, preferably less than 0.05 mm, and more preferably less than 0.03 mm, and a volume of less than 20 milliliters (ml), preferably less than 15 ml, and more preferably less than 10 ml. The smaller circumference and thickness can make the size of the body fluid collecting device 10 lighter, thinner and shorter, so as to improve the pleasure of both parties in the sexual behavior process; the volume is set to match the male one-time injection quantity and usually does not exceed 10 ml.
FIGS. 6A and 6B illustrate another embodiment of the present invention. At least a part of the edge of the third sheet 31 of the body fluid collecting device 10 and at least a part of the edge of the second sheet 21 are joined in a continuous material manner during the manufacturing process. As shown in fig. 6A, the third sheet 31 and the second sheet 21 are connected by a continuous material, for example, a sheet having the second opening 22 is folded or folded to define two partial sheets, the sheet including the second opening 22 corresponds to the second sheet 21, the sheet not including the second opening 22 corresponds to the third sheet 31, and the other open edges are connected to form the structure shown in fig. 6A. As shown in fig. 6B, the edge of the third sheet 31 and the edge of the second sheet 21 are all connected in a continuous material manner, and can be manufactured by, for example, but not limited to, blow molding, 3D printing, or dip molding.
FIG. 7 shows a body fluid collecting device 10 as an embodiment of the present invention. The body fluid collecting device 10 comprises a first sheet 11 having a first opening 12, which has a first surface S1; an adhesive layer 13 is disposed on the first surface S1 for adhering a user; a second sheet 21 having a second opening 22, the second opening 22 being closed-connected with the edge of the first opening 12 of the first sheet 11 in a continuous material manner along a circle, an ellipse, or a rounded regular polygon; a third sheet 31 has its edge joined to the edge of the second sheet 21 in a continuous material-sealed manner, thereby forming a bag having an opening for storing body fluid. In the present embodiment, the connection manner between the edge of the third sheet 31 and the edge of the second sheet 21, or the connection manner between the edge of the second opening 22 of the second sheet 21 and the edge of the first opening 12 of the first sheet 11 can be manufactured by, for example, but not limited to, blow molding, 3D printing, dip molding, or the like.
