Detailed Description
Basic structure

The tightener mainly comprises a chain 2, a retreat-preventing pawl 3, a pushing pawl, a tightening lever 11 and a base 6, wherein a pawl fixing plate 12 is erected on the base, a lever supporting plate 13 is erected below the base, the chain is horizontally placed at the bottom of the base, and a drag hook 1 is arranged at the tightening end of the chain; the anti-withdrawal pawl is connected to one side of the pawl fixing plate through a rotating pin, and a spring 4 is arranged at the position of the rotating pin 10; the push pawl 5 is arranged in a limit groove 14 in the middle of the pawl fixing plate, a cross rod tensioning hook 7 is arranged on the other side of the pawl fixing plate, and the cross rod tensioning hook is connected with the tail end of the other side of the pawl fixing plate through a locking screw 8; the tightening lever is connected with the lever supporting plate through a rotating pin, one side of the connecting position is connected with the pushing pawl through the rotating pin, and a spring is arranged at the rotating pin.
Application method
The double-end wire clamping device adopts two involute locking wheels to compress the wire and form self-locking to realize increasing and decreasing; on the contrary, the opening and closing handle swings to open and close the two involute locking wheels to the desired position at the same time and play a role in releasing the line.
The single-head wire clamping device adopts a single involute locking wheel to compress the wire and form self-locking to realize increasingly tight; on the contrary, the single involute locking wheel is opened and closed to a desired position simultaneously by the swing of the opening and closing handle and plays a role of releasing the line.
The tightener adopts the mode that the pawl pushes the chain to pull the wire, the hand-operated wire tightening lever provides power, the maximum wire tightening lever can push 50mm in a reciprocating mode, and the total stroke of the wire tightening can be provided according to the length of the chain. When the pushing of the pushing pawl is finished and the pushing pawl moves back, the anti-retreating pawl blocks the chain to prevent the chain from retreating.
When the electric wire drawing device is used, the wire clamping device and the wire tightener need to be matched for use. The tightener on one side is fixed on the cross rod 9 through the cross rod tightening hook, the cross rod tightening hook is outwards pulled to the bottom, the tightener is inserted into the upper surface of the cross rod, the cross rod tightening hook rotates 180 degrees to the bottom, and the cross rod tightening hook upwards hooks the cross rod to be tightened and is locked by a locking screw; the other side of the gripper grips the power conductor 24. The drag hook of the chain in the tightener hooks the hanging lug of the wire clamper, and then the wire tightening lever is swung to start to tighten the wire until the proper position is reached.
