In order to solve the problems in the related art, the application provides a resource and article exchange system which is based on a friend circle of a first client side, realizes exchange of article resources between a second client side which is not registered and a service platform, and greatly reduces data maintenance and popularization difficulty of the service platform. The technical scheme is as follows:
the application provides a resource item exchange system, which comprises a first client, a second client and a service platform, wherein the first client is in communication connection with the second client and the service platform through a wired network or a wireless network respectively, and the resource item exchange system comprises: the first client sends a redemption push message to the second client, the redemption push message being a link message issued by the service platform to indicate that an item is redeemed with a resource, the redemption push message including an identification of the first client, an identification of the item being pushed, and a resource value used to redeem a single quantity of the item; the second client sends a redemption request to the service platform according to the redemption push message, wherein the redemption request comprises the number of the redemption request, the identifier of the first client, the identifier of the second client, the identifier of the article, the selected article quantity, the resource corresponding to the article quantity and the receiving address; the service platform receives the exchange request, determines whether the identifier of the first client is a registration identifier, stores the resource to a resource library corresponding to the service platform after determining that the identifier of the first client is the registration identifier, and distributes logistics information to the receiving address, wherein the logistics information comprises the identifier of the article and the number of the article.
The second client is not registered in the service platform, and the identifier of the second client is a non-registered identifier.
The service platform only needs to push to the registered first client, the first client completes article resource exchange between the unregistered second client and the service platform by using promotion of the first client, and data maintenance and promotion difficulty of the service platform are greatly reduced.
Optionally, the service platform counts, at predetermined time intervals, a frequency of redemption requests including an identifier of the first client, and sends a discount push message to the first client when the counted frequency is higher than the predetermined frequency, where the discount push message includes an identifier of a pushed item, a resource value for redeeming a single quantity of the item, and discount information of the item, and the discount information is used to indicate that the item is redeemed with a resource lower than the resource value of the item.
The service platform counts the exchange frequency pushed by the first client, when the exchange frequency is higher than the preset frequency, the exchange activity of each second client promoted by the first client is higher, at the moment, discount pushing information can be sent to the first client and pushed to the second clients by the first client, and therefore the second clients are further stimulated to improve the exchange activity.
Optionally, the service platform performs data analysis on the exchange request, determines the type of interest of each second client, and sends an exchange push notification corresponding to the type of interest to the second client, where the exchange push notification is used to push exchange information of a specific item.
The service platform counts the interested type of the second client according to the item type exchanged by the second client, and pushes the exchange push notification to the second client in a targeted manner so as to improve the exchange rate.
Optionally, the service platform sets up second clients with the same type of interest into a group, and pushes an exchange push notification related to the type of interest to each second client in the group.
Optionally, the second client scores the exchanged goods and sends the scoring data to the service platform; and the service platform modifies the score of the first client pushing the article to the second client or a coefficient for calculating the score according to the score of the second client.
By feeding back the scores of the second client for the items to the points of the first client, it is more beneficial to facilitate the maintenance of the second client by the first client.
Optionally, the service platform determines, according to the redemption request sent by the second client, points corresponding to the redemption request and the first client that pushes the items related to the redemption request to the second client, and accumulates the points to a total point value of the first client, where the total point value is used for deducting corresponding resources when the first client redeems the items.
The exchange activities promoted by the first client are butted with the scores of the first client, the more the exchange activities are, the higher the scores of the first client are, the scores of the first client can be used for resource deduction during article resource exchange, and then the promotion of the first client to the articles is promoted.
Optionally, the service platform determines a level of the first client according to the total point value of the first client, and pushes an exchange push message corresponding to the level to the first client, where discount information in the exchange push message is in a forward relationship with the level.
The higher the rank of the first client, the higher the discount offered to the first client, thereby facilitating promotion of the first client and continued maintenance of the second client redemption activity.
Optionally, the service platform performs statistics on resources corresponding to all the redemption requests including the identifier of the first client, and transfers reward resources corresponding to the counted total value of the resources to the resource library of the first client.
The more resources exchanged for the goods brought by the promotion of the first client side are, the more resources indicating the income of the service platform are, and at the moment, a part of resources can be further fed back to the first client side to serve as rewards, so that the goods promotion of the first client side is stimulated.
Optionally, the second client sends a redemption service message to the service platform, where the redemption service message includes the number of the redemption request and service request information, and the service request information is used to indicate a service after the item resource requested by the second client is redeemed; and the service platform receives the exchange service message and pushes the exchange service message to a management background of the service platform.
After the second client exchanges article resources, the second client can directly request the service platform for exchanged service, and the maintenance difficulty of the first client on the second client is reduced.
Optionally, the service platform counts the receiving addresses in each exchange request including the identifier of the first client, determines the cities to which each receiving address belongs, screens out a predetermined number of cities from each city, and sends an organization message to the first client, where the organization message is used to indicate the exchange activity of the article resources under the screened city organization line.
And counting cities with higher activity in the article resource exchange activities, and organizing the article resource exchange activities under certain lines in the cities, thereby enriching the exchange forms of the article resource exchange activities.
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary and explanatory only and are not restrictive of the invention, as claimed.

The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments consistent with the invention and together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the invention.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network connection of a resource item redemption system provided in one embodiment of the present application;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of information communication between a first client, a second client and a service platform in the resource item redemption system provided in one embodiment of the application.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a schematic network connection diagram of a resource item redemption system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the resource item redemption system provided in the present application includes a first client 110, a second client 120 and a service platform 130, and the first client 110 is communicatively connected to the second client 120 and the service platform 130 through a wired network or a wireless network, respectively.
The first client 110 and the second client 120 may be understood as terminals, such as common smart terminals like smart phones, tablet computers, desktop computers, wearable devices, and the like, as well as applications installed on these smart terminals, and also as user accounts logged in the applications of these smart terminals.
The service platform 130 may be understood as a server side, for example, a server, or a background service system composed of a server, a service background side, a data storage device, a logistics warehouse, and the like.
The first client 110 may be communicatively connected to the second client 120 and the service platform 130 via a wired network or a wireless network, respectively, and the second client 120 may also be communicatively connected to the service platform 130 via a wired network or a wireless network.
In addition, the first client 110 provided in the present application is generally understood to be a client registered with the service platform 130, and the second client 120 is generally understood to be a client not registered with the service platform 130.
Generally speaking, the registration requires more sensitive information of the user, and more users are more excluded from the registration on some service platforms 130, while for the service platforms 130, the redemption transaction can still be more realized under the condition that the number of registered users is less, which becomes a challenge. The registered users can popularize through the friend circles or the relationship chains of the registered users, popularization and maintenance of the service platform 130 are not needed, and friend users of the registered users can easily accept the exchange transactions without registration, so that a large number of exchange transactions of unregistered users can be realized. For the service platform 130, only the registered user needs to be maintained, and the maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
Thus, based on the above registration mode, the service platform 130 only needs to initially promote the registered first client 110, and the first client 110 can promote the registered first client 110 to the second client 120 through its own promotion mode, which can be promoted through instant messaging, email, two-dimensional code scanning, and other modes.
The resource item redemption system provided by the present application is explained below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of information communication between the first client 110, the second client 120 and the service platform 130 in the resource item redemption system provided in one embodiment of the present application. Some resource item redemption information is issued on the service platform 130, and in order to realize resource item redemption by the end user, the service platform 130 pushes the redemption information to the first client 110. The redemption push message is a linked message issued by the service platform 130 indicating that an item is redeemed with a resource
There are many ways for the service platform 130 to push the redemption push message to the first client 110, for example, the first client 110 may download an application provided by the service platform 130, the service platform 130 may issue the redemption push message in the application, and the first client 110 may view the redemption message after logging in. Also for example, the service platform 130 may push the redemption push messages directly to the first client 110.
The articles mentioned here can be physical articles such as fruits, fresh products, daily necessities, etc., and can also be virtual articles such as virtual gifts, virtual clothes, etc. The resources referred to herein may be resources that may be used to redeem such items, such as money, points, gifts, number of athletic steps, time of athletic activities, and the like.
Correspondingly, after acquiring the redemption push messages pushed by the service platform 130, the first client 110 may forward the redemption push messages to the second client 120. Generally, the redemption push message forwarded by the first client 110 usually carries an identifier of the first client 110, where the identifier of the first client 110 is used to uniquely identify the first client 110.
In addition, the redemption push message may also include an identification of the pushed item and a resource value for redeeming the single quantity of the item. The single quantity refers to a unit of measurement of the article or a group of quantities after binding, such as jin, kg, bag, bottle, dozen, 10, dong, liter, ml, etc.
The second client 120 may choose to redeem the resource for the selected item based on the redemption push message sent by the first client 110. Correspondingly, the second client 120 may send the redemption request to the service platform 130 according to the push message.
The redemption request may include a number of the redemption request, and a globally unique number assigned by the number service platform 130 of the redemption request. In addition, the redemption request may further include an identifier of the first client 110, an identifier of the second client 120, an identifier of the item, a selected quantity of the item, a resource corresponding to the quantity of the item, and a receiving address.
The receiving address is the receiving address of the second client 120, that is, the receiving address of the item redeemed by the second client 120 using the resource.
The service platform 130 receives the redemption request and determines whether the identity of the first client 110 is a registration identity.
In one possible implementation, the service platform 130 includes a database storing the identification of the successfully registered client. The redemption request is generated according to a predetermined format, and the predetermined field corresponds to the identifier of the first client 110, so that the service platform 130 parses the identifier of the first client 110 from the acquired redemption request, then queries whether the parsed identifier of the first client 110 is stored in the database, and determines that the identifier of the first client 110 is the registration identifier if the parsed identifier of the first client 110 is stored in the database.
After determining that the identifier of the first client 110 is the registration identifier, the service platform 130 stores the resource corresponding to the exchange request in a resource library corresponding to the service platform 130, and distributes logistics information to the receiving address, where the logistics information includes the identifier of the item and the quantity of the item.
The logistics information is used to guide the staff of the service platform 130 to deliver the item corresponding to the item quantity to the receiving address.
The resource library is a warehouse for storing resources, such as a bank account when the resources are money.
In one possible implementation, the service platform 130 may provide the discount push message to the first client 110 according to the promoted redemption activity of the first client 110. The service platform 130 counts the frequency of redemption requests containing the identity of the first client 110 at predetermined time intervals, and generally, higher redemption activity generally indicates higher redemption activity for the population promoted by the first client 110, so that the promotion of the first client 110 can be further stimulated by discounts.
The service platform 130 may send a discount push message to the first client 110 when the counted frequency is higher than the predetermined frequency. The discount push message herein may include an identification of the pushed item, a resource value for redeeming a single quantity of the item, and discount information for the item indicating that the item is redeemed with a resource that is lower than the resource value of the item.
In this way, the service platform 130 counts the redemption frequency pushed by the first client 110, and when the redemption frequency is higher than the predetermined frequency, it indicates that the redemption activity of each second client 120 promoted by the first client 110 is higher, at this time, a discount push message may be sent to the first client 110, and the discount push message is pushed by the first client 110 to the second client 120, so as to further stimulate the second client 120 to improve the redemption activity.
Optionally, the service platform 130 may further perform data analysis on the redemption request, determine the type of interest of each second client 120, and send a redemption push notification corresponding to the type of interest to the second client 120.
That is, the service platform 130 may count the type of interest of the second client 120 according to the item type redeemed by the second client 120, and push such redemption push notifications to the second client 120 in a targeted manner, so as to improve the redemption rate of the second client 120.
The type of interest here can be analyzed by big data, which can include sports, fresh shopping, animal feeding, childhood education, etc., for example.
Further, the service platform 130 may also group the second clients 120 with the same type of interest into a group, and push the redemption push notification related to the type of interest to each second client 120 in the group.
In one possible implementation, the service platform 130 may pull a second client 120 with the same type of interest into the same group, and periodically or in real-time push a redemption push notification related to the type of interest to the group.
In another possible implementation, the service platform 130 groups the second clients 120 with the same type of interest into a group, but the group is invisible to the second clients 120, i.e. the second clients 120 are not aware of being divided into a group, but are only visible to the service platform 130 and data maintenance, and the service platform 130 pushes the redemption push notification related to the type of interest to each second client 120 in the group of components.
In practical applications, the service platform 130 may generally provide a mechanism for evaluating the item to the second client 120 in order to know the evaluation of the item by the second client 120 to modify or improve the later service. In this way, the second client 120 may score the redeemed items and send the scoring data to the service platform 130. Correspondingly, the service platform 130 modifies the score of the first client 110 pushing the item to the second client 120 or the coefficient for calculating the score according to the score of the second client 120.
Here, the coefficients used to calculate the integral are changed, and the integral of the first client 110 is adjusted.
In this way, by feeding back the score of the item by the second client 120 to the integral of the first client 110, it is more beneficial to facilitate the maintenance of the second client 120 by the first client 110.
Optionally, the service platform 130 may further determine, according to the redemption request sent by the second client 120, points corresponding to the redemption request and the first client 110 that pushes the items related to the redemption request to the second client 120, and accumulate the points to a total value of the points of the first client 110, where the total value of the points is used for deducting the corresponding resources when the first client 110 redeems the items.
The exchange activities promoted by the first client terminal 110 are docked with the points of the first client terminal 110, the more the exchange activities are, the higher the points of the first client terminal 110 are, the points of the first client terminal 110 can be used for resource deduction during exchange of article resources, and then promotion of the first client terminal 110 on the articles is promoted.
Further, the service platform 130 determines the grade of the first client 110 according to the total point value of the first client 110, and pushes an exchange push message corresponding to the grade to the first client 110, where discount information in the exchange push message has a forward relationship with the grade.
That is, the higher the rank of the first client 110, the more discounts are offered to the first client 110, thereby facilitating the promotion of the first client 110 and the continued maintenance of the redemption activity of the second client 120.
The service platform 130 may also perform statistics on resources corresponding to all redemption requests including the identifier of the first client 110, that is, perform statistics on resources in all redemption requests promoted by the first client 110, and transfer bonus resources corresponding to the counted total value of the resources to the resource library of the first client 110.
The more resources redeemed for the item through the promotion by the first client 110 indicates the more resources earning by the service platform 130, at which point a portion of the resources may be further returned to the first client 110 as a reward to incentivize the promotion of the item by the first client 110.
When the second client 120 performs the exchange of the goods and the resources, it may need to request an after-sale service for the exchanged goods, for example, return the exchanged goods, or request the service platform 130 to return a part of the resources, and at this time, the second client 120 may send an exchange service message to the service platform 130. The redemption service message may include a number of the redemption request and service request information, the service request information may be used to indicate the service requested by the second client 120 after the item resource is redeemed, the service may be to return the redeemed item or the like, or request the service platform 130 to return a part of the resource or the like. Correspondingly, the service platform 130 receives the redemption service message, and pushes the redemption service message to the management background of the service platform 130.
The management background is generally a client corresponding to the customer service of the service platform 130, and the customer service performs the exchange service after receiving the exchange service message.
After the second client 120 performs the item resource exchange, the exchanged service may be directly requested from the service platform 130, so that the maintenance difficulty of the first client 110 on the second client 120 is reduced.
In some scenarios, some items of the service platform 130 may be difficult to transport online, such as frozen food (e.g., popsicle), or fruit that may be damaged during transport. To enable redemption of such items, the service platform 130 may consider the redemption of the items and resources to be performed offline. For such a requirement, the service platform 130 may count the receiving addresses in the exchange requests including the identifier of the first client 110, determine the cities to which the receiving addresses belong, screen out a predetermined number of cities from the cities, that is, the exchange rate of a certain city is relatively high, and at this time, send an organization message to the first client 110, where the organization message is used to indicate the exchange activity of the item resources under the organization line of the screened cities.
And counting cities with higher activity in the article resource exchange activities, and organizing the article resource exchange activities under certain lines in the cities, thereby enriching the exchange forms of the article resource exchange activities.
To sum up, according to the resource and article exchange system provided by the application, the service platform only needs to push the registered first client, the first client utilizes the promotion of the first client to exchange article resources between the unregistered second client and the service platform, and the data maintenance and promotion difficulty of the service platform are greatly reduced.
Other embodiments of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the invention disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the invention following, in general, the principles of the invention and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the invention pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the invention being indicated by the following claims.
