It can be seen that the multifunctional generator support in the prior art has low integration level, cannot fix the air compressor, and cannot solve the problem that the air compressor is easy to excite and resonate due to low modal frequency after being installed.

Preferably, the air compressor bracket is composed of a first bracket component which is vertically arranged and a second bracket component which is horizontally arranged; the first bracket component is provided with an eleventh screw hole for fixing the first reinforcing bracket, and the second bracket component is provided with a twelfth screw hole and a thirteenth screw hole for fixing the second reinforcing bracket.
Preferably, a fourth fixing hole, a fifth fixing hole and a sixth fixing hole for installing the tensioning wheel are further formed in one side of the second support assembly.

For the purpose of making the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a multifunctional engine accessory mounting bracket assembly, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: the air compressor includes a generator bracket 100, an air compressor bracket 200, a first reinforcing bracket 300, and a second reinforcing bracket 400; one side of the air compressor support 200 is fixedly connected with one side of the generator support 100 through a first reinforcing support 300, and the other side of the air compressor support 200 is fixedly connected with the other side of the generator support 100 through a second reinforcing support 400; after the first reinforcing bracket 300 and the second reinforcing bracket 400 fixedly connect the generator bracket 100 with the air compressor bracket 200, the bearing capacity and rigidity of the bracket assembly are strong, the lower limit of the natural frequency of the bracket assembly is improved, and the resonance phenomenon is effectively restrained.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the generator support 100 includes: the first screw hole 101 is used for fixing the first reinforcing bracket 300, and the first reinforcing bracket 300 can be fixedly connected with the generator bracket 100 through a fixing piece such as a screw; the second screw hole 102 is used for fixing the second reinforcing bracket 400, and the second reinforcing bracket 400 may be fixedly connected with the generator bracket 100 by a fixing member such as a screw.
In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 2, a third screw hole 103, a fourth screw hole 104, a fifth screw hole 105 and a sixth screw hole 106 for fixing a generator are provided at the upper part of the generator bracket 100, and a generator may be fixed at the upper part of the generator bracket 100; the generator bracket 100 is provided at the lower portion thereof with a seventh screw hole 107, an eighth screw hole 108, a ninth screw hole 114 and a tenth screw hole 115 for fixing a generator, and the generator bracket 100 may be provided at the lower portion thereof with a further generator.
In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 2, one side of the generator bracket 100 is provided with a first fixing hole 109, a second fixing hole 110, a third fixing hole 112 for installing the tensioning wheel, and a first positioning hole 111 and a second positioning hole 113 for positioning the tensioning wheel; the first fixing hole 109 is used for installing one tensioning wheel, the second fixing hole 110 is used for installing another tensioning wheel and is positioned and installed through the first positioning hole 111, and the third fixing hole 112 is used for installing another tensioning wheel and is positioned and installed through the second positioning hole 113, so that three tensioning wheels can be arranged on the side face of the generator bracket 100.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the air compressor rack 200 is formed by a first rack assembly 202 vertically arranged to fixedly connect with a first reinforcing rack and a second rack assembly 201 horizontally arranged to place an air compressor, and the first rack assembly 202 and the second rack assembly 201 are integrally formed; the first bracket assembly 202 is provided with an eleventh screw hole 203 for fixing the first reinforcing bracket 300, and the second bracket assembly 201 is provided with a twelfth screw hole 204 and a thirteenth screw hole 205 for fixing the second reinforcing bracket 400.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a fourth fixing hole 206, a fifth fixing hole 207 and a sixth fixing hole 208 for installing the tensioning wheel are further formed on one side of the second bracket assembly 201.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the second bracket assembly 201 is further provided with a first cushion mounting plate 209 and a second cushion mounting plate 210; circular holes are formed in the first cushion mounting plate 209, oval mounting holes are formed in the second cushion mounting plate 210, and the arrangement of the first cushion mounting plate 209 and the second cushion mounting plate 210 can facilitate connection of the bracket assembly and the whole vehicle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, one end of the first reinforcing bracket 300 is provided with a fourteenth screw hole 301 for fixing with the generator bracket 100, and the fourteenth screw hole 301 is matched with the first screw hole 101 on the generator bracket 100 and is fixed by adopting a screw mode; the other end of the first reinforcing bracket 300 is provided with a fifteenth screw hole 302 for fixing with the first bracket component 202, and the fifteenth screw hole 302 is matched with an eleventh screw hole 203 on the first bracket component 202 and is fixed by adopting a screw mode and the like; one end of the second reinforcing bracket 400 is provided with a sixteenth screw hole 401 for fixing with the generator bracket 100, and the sixteenth screw hole 401 is matched with the second screw hole 102 on the generator bracket 100 and is fixed by adopting a screw mode and the like; the other end of the second reinforcing bracket 400 is provided with a seventeenth screw hole 402 and an eighteenth screw hole 403 for fixing with the second bracket assembly 201, and the seventeenth screw hole 402 and the eighteenth screw hole 403 are matched with a twelfth screw hole 204 and a thirteenth screw hole 205 on the second bracket assembly 201 and are fixed by adopting a screw mode and the like; through the fixation of the first reinforcing bracket 300 and the second reinforcing bracket 400, the bearing capacity and rigidity of the bracket assembly can be further improved, the natural frequency can reach 120Hz, the bracket assembly adopts one air conditioner compressor with 50kg loading, two generators with 15kg loading, excitation is performed below 100Hz, and resonance can not be generated through testing.

A multi-function engine accessory mounting bracket assembly, comprising: the device comprises an air compressor bracket, a generator bracket, a first reinforcing bracket and a second reinforcing bracket; one side of the air compressor support is fixedly connected with one side of the generator support through a first reinforcing support, and the other side of the air compressor support is fixedly connected with the other side of the generator support through a second reinforcing support;
the generator support includes: a first screw hole for fixing the first reinforcing bracket and a second screw hole for fixing the second reinforcing bracket; the air compressor bracket is composed of a first bracket component which is vertically arranged and a second bracket component which is horizontally arranged; the first bracket component is provided with an eleventh screw hole for fixing the first reinforcing bracket, and the second bracket component is provided with a twelfth screw hole and a thirteenth screw hole for fixing the second reinforcing bracket; one end of the first reinforcing support is provided with a fourteenth screw hole for being fixed with the generator support, and the other end of the first reinforcing support is provided with a fifteenth screw hole for being fixed with the first support component; one end of the second reinforcing support is provided with a sixteenth screw hole used for being fixed with the generator support, and the other end of the second reinforcing support is provided with a seventeenth screw hole and an eighteenth screw hole used for being fixed with the second support component.

The multifunctional engine accessory mounting bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein the upper part of the generator bracket is provided with a third screw hole, a fourth screw hole, a fifth screw hole and a sixth screw hole for fixing a generator; the lower part of the generator support is provided with a seventh screw hole, an eighth screw hole, a ninth screw hole and a tenth screw hole for fixing the generator.

The multifunctional engine accessory mounting bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein one side of the generator bracket is provided with a first fixing hole, a second fixing hole, a third fixing hole for mounting a tensioning wheel, and a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole for positioning the tensioning wheel.
4. The multifunctional engine accessory mounting bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein one side of the second bracket assembly is further provided with a fourth fixing hole, a fifth fixing hole and a sixth fixing hole for mounting a tensioning wheel.
