The present invention further includes a notch line for locking the tip end of the return prevention piece of the opening/closing cover between the vicinity of the terminal point 28 of the opening of the plate body and the separation stop portion. Therefore, the fixing portion of the present invention may have a shape (hereinafter, referred to as a step portion) in which a step is formed between a portion of the top surface of the packaging bag from which a part of the plate is removed and the plate by removing at least a part of the plate from the cut line in a direction toward at least the peeling stopping portion.
That is, the stepped portion is a step generated by removing at least a part of the portion of the plate body that contacts the opening/closing cover, and the sheet can be easily taken out from the opening portion by locking the front end portion of the return prevention piece to the stepped portion.
In the region near the groove portion having no adhesive, the front end portion of the return prevention piece is deeply press-fitted between the packaging bag and the plate body to be more firmly fixed. More preferably, at least a part of the adhesive at the distal end of the return prevention piece is processed into a slightly raised shape by removing a part of the adhesive, and is rapidly deeply press-fitted and fixed. At least a part of the periphery of the stepped portion is also processed into a slightly raised shape in the stepped portion, and is quickly and deeply inserted and fitted and fixed.
In the technique of providing the receiving portion on the top surface of the package or roughening or embossing the top surface in order to prevent the return prevention piece of the opening/closing cover from being caught, the stacked body inside the package is reduced and the package is deformed each time the sheet is used, so that the caught portion is easily deviated and is difficult to catch during use, and the opening state cannot be maintained by the catch, and the opening/closing cover is along the opening portion side, so that the sheet cannot be smoothly taken out from the opening portion.

When the opening/closing lid is peeled in the peeling direction, an opening for taking out a sheet is provided in advance in the packaging bag, a slit line having a half-cut portion which is easily cut in the peeling direction is provided in the film of the packaging bag, and the opening film 16 is adhered to the opening/closing lid side by an adhesive 18 and a slit of the opening/closing lid, and is removed, thereby forming a take-out opening.
Fig. 3 of the present invention is a cross-sectional view of a state in which: the plate 6 provided with the groove 33 is stuck to the film 25 of the packaging bag, and the front end 32 of the return prevention piece is fitted in the groove of the plate, and the lid 3 is opened and closed in a standing state 13.
The open/close cover is peeled in the direction of the peeling direction 8 to the peeling stop portion 9 by holding the holding portion 7 holding the non-adhesive portion 17 after the removal of the adhesive for starting the peeling of the open/close cover, the open/close cover is easily bent at an arbitrary position of the score line 14 provided in the return prevention portion, the front end portion 32 of the return prevention piece 12 of the return prevention portion 5 is fitted and fixed to at least one groove portion provided in the plate body in the vicinity of the terminal point 28 of the opening portion, and the open/close cover is held in a nearly herringbone shape by the repulsive force of the return of the open/close cover, and the open/close cover is in a standing state.
Next, in a region where the opening is formed by the starting point 27 of the opening and the end point 28 of the opening, of the region of the opening-and-closing lid facing the opening in the standing state, the plate 29 of the opening and the film 30 of the packaging bag of the opening are adhered by an adhesive.
The package in which the opening/closing lid is directly attached to the package bag without providing a plate may be provided with a quick-drying rubber, resin, or protrusion serving as a fixing portion for fixing the tip end portion of the return prevention piece to the top surface of the package bag and a section from the return prevention portion of the opening/closing lid to the vicinity of the end point of the opening.
In the embodiment in which the front end portion 32 of the return prevention piece of the opening/closing cover is fitted or locked and fixed, the front end portion 32 of the return prevention piece provided in at least one groove portion of the plate body is fixed to a punched portion such as at least one hole or groove provided in the plate body, or a fixing portion that presses or is locked and fixed.
Alternatively, the front end portion of the return prevention piece is fixed to an adhesive, rubber, or a bonded material for locking.
The front end of the return prevention piece is fixed to a shape obtained by removing at least a part of the return prevention piece from the vicinity of the groove portion of the plate body to the vicinity of the terminal point 28 of the opening portion.
The front end of the return prevention piece is fixed by being engaged or press-fitted with a combination of a protrusion formed by being cut into the plate body from one surface of the plate body. Further, the front end portion of the return prevention piece is smoothly press-fitted between the packaging bag and the plate body in the vicinity of the groove portion or the region having no adhesive in the vicinity of the step portion to be locked.
Fig. 4 is an explanatory view of a state in which the opening/closing cover 3 of the present invention is punched out to release paper (half cut) together with, for example, a resin film and an adhesive by a knife die. Reference numeral 19 denotes a roll winding direction when punching an opening/closing cover on a roll 20 formed by sequentially laminating a resin film 21, an adhesive 22, and a release paper 23. The width 24 of the roll is configured from a grip portion of the opening/closing cover to the peeling stop portion, and the grip portion is provided with the non-adhesive portion 17.
In the present invention, for example, the sheet is pulled out while holding an infant with one hand while holding the sheet with fingers. Alternatively, the next sheet can be easily grasped and taken out while wiping.
When the sheet is taken out from the take-out port of the conventional product in a state where the opening/closing cover peeled off to the peeling stop portion is returned at least immediately after peeling is started, for example, moisture or oil of the raw material contained in the sheet, or powder of the raw material such as nonwoven fabric or paper comes into contact with the adhesive of the opening/closing cover, and the adhesive force tends to be weakened, and the ability to seal the inside and the outside is also weakened.
The opening formed by the opening-closing cover of the invention can at least prevent the sheet liquid agent from contacting with the adhesive of the opening-closing cover when the opening-closing cover is in a standing state, so that the function of the packaging body for sealing the inside and the outside and maintaining the safety and the stability of the sheet laminated body is ensured.
If a pattern or the like (hereinafter, referred to as a mark) indicating a peeling direction or the like of the opening/closing cover is provided, even a person who first uses the opening/closing cover can smoothly use the opening/closing cover.
The cut line or cut line formed in the opening/closing cover may be a straight line, a curved line, a saw-shaped line, or the like, or an irregularly shaped line.
The position of the opening/closing cover and the position of the take-out port for taking out the sheet-like objects may be set to a position where the sheet-like objects stacked inside the packaging bag, for example, stacked sheet-like objects can be grasped and taken out. The opening/closing cover of the present invention includes not only punching of the resin film but also a resin molded product obtained by a die.
The plate body and the opening/closing cover of the present invention have a grip portion, a return prevention portion, and a peeling stop portion, and the grip portion holding no adhesive is peeled off to the peeling stop portion having the adhesive.
In the present invention, the plate body and the opening/closing cover are made of the same material, for example, both are made of hard polyethylene, and can be formed by extrusion molding or injection molding using a mold.
Further, in addition to the present invention, a technique of providing a plurality of rows of needle-eye-shaped incision lines running in a longitudinal direction or a shape of "ハ" or providing a plurality of needle-eye-shaped incision lines extending in a transverse direction up and down as disclosed in japanese patent No. 4352416 and japanese patent No. 4492980 which have been applied by the applicant of the present invention, so that the sheet can be extended and covered in the transverse direction, thereby further increasing the usability of the sheet.
In addition to the present invention, the usability of the sheet-like member may be further increased by using a sheet-like member having a resin film, a nonwoven fabric or the like on one or both surfaces thereof, as disclosed in japanese patent No. 4995981, which has been filed by the applicant of the present invention, and by peeling or sticking the film to the sheet-like member.
In addition to the present invention, the usability can be further increased by using a sheet material which has a sheet-like body capable of being stuck corresponding to a convex portion of a human body and which covers the convex portion in a state where the interweaving between the fibers constituting the sheet-like body is released, as disclosed in japanese patent No. 5342056 already filed by the applicant of the present invention.
In addition to the present invention, the usability of the present invention may be further increased by using a technique disclosed in japanese patent No. 5580496, which has been filed by the applicant of the present invention, in combination with a plate body, a stacked body, and a storage body, each of which is provided with a sheet material that is stuck to a three-dimensional shape of a human body, and at least one protruding portion is provided at an outlet of the plate body.
In addition to the present invention, the usability of the mask sheet may be further increased by a technique of folding a flat body provided with the mask sheet extending to both the left and right ends and hooked to both the left and right ears in two left and right directions around the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose as an axis, folding the forehead portion and the lower portion back and forth along an arbitrary line intersecting the longitudinal direction, and enclosing the package, as disclosed in japanese patent No. 5676804 already filed by the applicant of the present invention.
Examples
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the package body of the present invention having a plate body and an opening/closing cover, wherein the opening/closing cover is held by a holding portion and peeled to a peeling stop portion to prevent the peeling of the opening/closing cover from returning, a return prevention piece is operated by a finger or the like to a position closer to an opening portion than the peeling stop portion, a tip end portion of the return prevention piece is fitted to at least one groove portion provided in the plate body to fix the opening/closing cover at a position near an end point of the opening portion, the opening/closing cover is held to prevent the return to the opening portion side to bring the opening/closing cover into a standing state, the opening portion is provided in a top surface, and sheets of a stacked body in which the package bag is sealed are easily held and smoothly taken out one by one. At the time of or after the removal, the use method described in the article may be followed.
Instead of the front end portion of the return prevention piece, the front end portion of the grip portion may be fitted to at least one groove portion provided in the plate body, so that the opening/closing cover is fixed at a position near the end point of the opening portion, and the opening portion is opened, whereby the sheets of the stacked body sealed in the packaging bag can be easily gripped and smoothly taken out one by one.
Alternatively, in the case where the adhesive portion is not provided in the vicinity of the groove portion provided in the plate body, the opening portion may be provided by press-fitting the tip portion of the return prevention piece into the groove portion and fitting the same, and then press-fitting the tip portion further deeply, thereby fixing the return prevention piece to the groove portion of the plate body.
In another embodiment in which an opening for taking out the sheet is provided, the distal end of the return preventing portion or the distal end of the grip portion may be locked and fixed to the stepped portion.
Further, the front end portion or the grip portion of the adhesive-free return prevention sheet is deeply pressed into the vicinity of at least one groove portion or the vicinity of the step portion of the adhesive-free return prevention sheet and the bag body, thereby smoothly fixing the adhesive-free return prevention sheet.
Claims (9)
1. A package is provided with: a packaging bag which is sealed in the sheet laminate and is deformable; a plate body which is arranged on the top surface of the packaging bag and is punched by a cutting die; and an opening/closing cover provided on the upper surface of the plate body and made of a resin film,
the plate body is provided with a groove portion punched by a cutting die, the plate body has an adhesive on a side facing the packaging bag, a region without the adhesive is provided near the groove portion, the groove portion is formed by a through hole punched by the cutting die to remove a part of the plate body and penetrate the plate body,
the opening/closing cover is provided with a grip portion, a return prevention portion, and a separation stop portion, and an adhesive is provided on a side of the opening/closing cover facing the plate body,
an opening portion through which the sheets of the sheet stack can be taken out is formed in the packaging bag and the plate body,
when the grip portion holding the open-close cover starts to be peeled and is peeled in the direction of the peeling stopping portion, when the front end portion of the grip portion formed in the open-close cover having a returning repulsive force or the front end portion of the return preventing piece of the return preventing portion is pushed into the region between the plate body and the top surface of the packaging bag where no adhesive is present, from the through hole provided in the plate body and located in the direction in which the repulsive force of the open-close cover returns, that is, on the side of the returning direction opposite to the direction of peeling in the direction of the peeling stopping portion, the open-close cover is caused to be in a standing state in a shape in which the repulsive force is supported by the front end portion of the grip portion or the front end portion of the return preventing piece by the repulsive force of the open-close cover returning to the opening portion side to close the opening portion, the opening is maintained in an open state.
2. The package of claim 1,
a part of the adhesive of the front end portion of the grip portion or the front end portion of the return prevention portion is removed.
3. The package of claim 1,
at least a part of the periphery of the groove portion formed in the plate body has a shape raised from the top surface of the packaging bag.
4. The package of claim 1,
the shape of the front end portion of the return prevention piece is a triangle, a quadrangle, a circle, a wave, an ellipse, a saw shape, or a combination of any of them.
5. The package of claim 1,
the shape of the grip part of the opening and closing cover is a triangle, a quadrangle, a circle, a wave, an ellipse or a combination of any of the triangle, the quadrangle, the circle, the wave and the ellipse.
6. The package of claim 1,
the structure of the opening/closing cover is a laminate of nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, acrylic, synthetic paper, or any of these laminated layers.
7. The package of claim 1,
for the structure of the plate body, a plate body of nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, acrylic or synthetic paper, or wood, or metal, or vapor-deposited metal is used.
8. The package of claim 1,
the plate body and the opening/closing cover are formed by integral molding.
9. The package of claim 1,
the sheet stack has a liquid agent therein.
