Abstract

The tools used in the current catering link during the supervision spot check include electric tools, medical tools, reagents, electrical tools and the like. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a food safety sampling kit.
The food safety sampling box comprises a box body with a cuboid shape.
The box body is made of plywood, and each corner is coated with a metal material, so that damage possibly caused by collision of the food safety sampling box and other articles with sharp corners is reduced.
The tank is divided into a top tank 1 and a lower tank 2 by a partition plate parallel to the bottom surface of the tank.
The top box 1 is opened upwards by a top cover 11, and the top cover 11 is a part of the box above a plane which is arranged above the partition plate and is divided into a plane parallel to the bottom surface of the box.
One side of the top cover 11 is hinged with the box body, and two adjacent edges of the edge hinged with the top cover and the box body are provided with locking structures.
Referring to fig. 2, the locking structure includes a bracket 31, a lock tongue sliding rail 32, a lock tongue 33, a rotary handle, and a hook slot.
The hook groove is arranged on the outer side of the top cover, and the bracket 31 is arranged on the outer side of the box body at the lower end of the top cover.
The bracket 31 is used for accommodating a lock tongue sliding rail 32 and a lock tongue 33.
The lower part outside the bracket 31 is provided with a limit baffle which is obliquely arranged, the lock tongue sliding rail 32 is arranged in a space between the limit baffle and the outer wall of the box body, the lock tongue sliding rail 32 adopts a semi-surrounding structure, and the opening is inwards arranged.
The two sides of the bracket 31 are symmetrically provided with torsion springs 34, the upper ends of the torsion springs 34 are fixed with the bracket 31, and the lower ends penetrate through openings of side plates of the bracket 31 and are connected with the lower parts of the lock tongue sliding rails 32, so that the lock tongue sliding rails 32 rotate in a space between the limit baffle and the outer wall of the box body by taking the lower ends of the torsion springs 34 as shafts.
Further, the torsion spring 34 may replace two torsion springs symmetrically disposed by a single torsion spring connected at a lower end.
The opening of the side plate is kept a certain length in the vertical direction, so that the bolt slide rail 32 also has a certain freedom of movement in the vertical direction.
The lock tongue 33 is embedded in the lock tongue sliding rail 32, the upper end of the lock tongue 33 is provided with a hook 39 for hooking in a hook groove to complete locking, and the lower part is provided with an inverted gourd-shaped through hole 35;
the rotary handle comprises a handle 38, a circular turntable 37 and a driving block 36 which is configured into an 8 shape, wherein the handle 38 is connected with the circle center of the circular turntable 37 arranged between the lock tongue slide rail 32 and the lock tongue 33 through a rotating shaft which vertically penetrates through the lock tongue slide rail 32.
The driving block 36 is embedded in the inverted-gourd-shaped through hole 35, the upper portion of the driving block 36 is eccentrically connected with the circular turntable 37, and the lower portion of the driving block is matched with the lower portion of the inverted-gourd-shaped through hole 35.
Therefore, when the handle 38 is turned, the circular turntable 37 is driven to rotate, the upper part of the driving block 36 moves along a circular track, and the lower part of the driving block 36 matched with the lower part of the inverted gourd-shaped through hole 35 drives the lock tongue 33 to move along the lock tongue sliding rail 32, so as to complete the locking or unlocking process.
Further, the upper part of the inverted gourd-shaped through hole 35 is configured to be an asymmetric structure, so that the driving block 36 cannot be driven by the circular tray 37 to complete a complete circular motion, i.e. is blocked in the middle due to the shape of the inverted gourd-shaped through hole 35, so as to limit the moving distance of the lock tongue 33 along the lock tongue sliding rail 32. Meanwhile, the design can also ensure that a self-locking space is reserved after the locking process is hooked, so that the locking structure is not easy to loosen after the locking is completed.
The locking structure is further locked and is not easy to shake open due to the fact that the locking tongue sliding rail 32 is connected with the bracket 31 through the torsion spring 34 and a certain degree of freedom in the vertical direction is reserved.
The locking structure is also provided with a hanging point for hanging a padlock and is used for hanging a common lockset or coded lock.
A reed 40 is also arranged on the inner side of the lock tongue slide rail. For automatically pushing the lock tongue sliding rail 32 and the lock tongue 3 to the outside, and is convenient to use.
The lower box body 2 is opened to the side through a door arranged on the side surface of the lower box body, and a double door structure 21 is adopted, and the box body door of each double door structure 21 is hinged with the box body.
The locking structure 3 is also arranged between the two box doors.
Further, in order to facilitate movement of the food safety sampling tank, a walking structure is further provided below the tank, and in some embodiments, the walking structure is a universal wheel set 4 with a locking structure for each universal wheel. It should be noted, however, that the present invention is not limited to the walking structure, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable walking structure type according to actual needs.
The box is provided with a traction structure on the side wall of one side opposite to the double door structure, and the traction structure is a telescopic pull rod 5.
Further, handles are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the box body, which are adjacent to the side wall provided with the telescopic pull rod.
And the inner sides of the top box body and the lower box body are respectively provided with an organic damping material layer for protecting a sample placed in the organic damping material layers.
Further, the thickness of the organic shock-absorbing material layer at the bottom of the top box is designed such that the top surface of the organic shock-absorbing material layer is flush with the edge of the top box, so that the organic shock-absorbing material layer can be used for placing various electronic devices during sampling.
The food safety sampling box provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is firm, the locking is tight, the movement and the carrying are convenient, the top box body can be used as a platform for placing instruments and equipment after the top cover is opened, and various sampling tools can be reasonably stored in the food safety sampling box.
