Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air quality sensors, in particular to an air quality detection device with a dust removal function and a detection method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the continuous deterioration of air quality, the production and life of people are greatly influenced, and meanwhile, the importance of people on the air quality is improved year by year, so that the great influence of the air quality on the health of people is gradually realized, and a large number of air quality detection devices and purification equipment enter our lives.
The air quality sensor is an instrument capable of detecting the content of pollutants in the air, and can enable people to clearly know the air quality in the environment, so that people can take corresponding defensive measures conveniently. The air quality sensor may be broadly classified into a PM2.5 sensor, a PM10 sensor, a formaldehyde sensor, a VOC sensor, etc. according to the kind of the contaminant in the air that can be detected, for detecting the content of the corresponding contaminant in the air, respectively.
Taking a PM2.5 sensor as an example for introduction, currently, when the PM2.5 sensor on the market detects the PM2.5 content in the air, the principle of Mi's reflection is generally adopted for detection, firstly, a laser emitting tube is adopted for emitting laser into the air, then a laser receiving tube is used for receiving the laser reflected by the air, and the content information of the PM2.5 in the air is obtained through corresponding calculation.
It should be noted that, during actual use of the air quality sensor, the air containing the particulate matter needs to continuously pass through the air channel of the air quality sensor, and as the air containing the particulate matter passes through the air channel of the air quality sensor, the particulate matter in the air may accumulate in the air channel of the air quality sensor, suspend in the air channel of the air quality sensor, or adhere to the inner wall of the air channel of the air quality sensor. When the air quality sensor sucks outside air again for detection, particulate matters accumulated in the air channel of the air quality sensor can enter the air to be detected, and the accuracy of the air quality detection result to be detected is affected.
In summary, the air quality sensor detects the air quality as the first step of people's handling the air pollution problem, and the air quality detection result directly determines what kind of measures to handle the air pollution are taken by people, so how to improve the accuracy of the air quality sensor detection result is a problem that people need to solve.
