With the development of sequencing technology, vaginal micro-ecological disorders have been considered as one of the pathogenesis of vaginitis. The condition for determining whether a patient has a vaginal microecological disorder is that a vaginal microecological specimen of the patient is collected and then defined by a 16S rDNA high throughput or whole genome sequencing technique. Therefore, the precondition for judging whether the patient suffers from the micro-ecological disorder is to collect a specimen truly representing the micro-ecology of the vagina.
At present, the method for clinically collecting the vaginal microecological specimen has the following defects:

Therefore, in order to collect the specimen truly representing the vaginal microecology, a collecting instrument which can not only avoid the microbial contamination of the vulva mouth, but also collect the mucus in the middle of the vagina needs to be developed.
